Undergoing renovation but a lot of the work is really rough. The room we were in was renovated but a lot of the furniture was is fairly banged up, sink was oddly low and generally not in great shape especially if recently renovated.

The hall way where go to my room was very dark and scared at the night time because they didn’t set up the lights in the hall way. And the room has No phone and Microwave as well! But their booking room price was almost like 4stars hotel level. Expensive and poor quality!!! I would not go there any more.

Excelente si quieres viajar con niños, esta a 5 minutos caminando a Clifton Hill y a 13 minutos caminando al parque Victoria donde se ven las cataratas y se pueden ver las cataratas iluminadas. En resumen , buena opción pero si se debe especificar en el anuncio que no incluye estacionamiento gratuito. Osea que si hay estacionamiento pero que se debe pagar . Nosotros pagamos por 1 dia completo 22 Cad incluido taxes.

The customer service was terrible she was so busy talking on her phone hiding behind door before she entertain us. I was dissapointed because i did not know that the one i booked is outside the hotel "exterior" so its like we are sleeping in the motel its not clean at all . I have 2 kids with me i wanted to upgrade or change room but the attendant is not being helpful she left us and keep talking with her phone. I will never go back to this hotel.

Holes in the sheets hair in the bed was not happy did not stay. Got a refund hotel.com help me out with that not the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and respectful, everything was clean. For the negative points I would say that the rooms need a better air system since we can't open the windows, the lack of oxygen during my sleep made me wake up with a strong dizziness every morning until I went to the first floor were the air from outside gave me the oxygen my head needed. For breakfast I would say to add hard-boiled eggs as another breakfast option because omelette or pancakes as main option after the second day it's tiring.

Free breakfast! Central location, walkable to Clifton Hills and the Falls. It's definitely nothing fancy but we just needed a place to stay for the night. Parking is an extra $25. Staff was SUPER friendly!

Over priced for basic but hotel had average amenities and the beds were weird bouncy feel, not very comfy as I thought they looked in adverstised photos.

Had to fix my own door handle. Loose set screw and staff had no idea how to fix it. It was a great location. For a ball team for the weekend this place works.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. At times the parking seemed to be inadequate. Overall a decent hotel in a decent location.

Beds were conclave, no elevator, not handicapped accessible, bathroom mirror fell in the middle of the night off the wall, they basically lost a day of our reservation and we had to lrwve earlier

They said we booked on Expedia and had a cheaper rate - nothing on Expedia mentioned an exterior building. Photos show the main hotel. We were moved to the main building with some push back and had to discuss an upgrade again for our second room.

Same breakfast, unclean room, broken toilet seat, ant in the room. Smoking smell. Dirty smell from outside trash. Horrible breakfast

Had a nice stay, clean rooms and conveniently on the main street for shopping and restaurants. A pleasant walk to attractions and the falls.

checked in b4 time was allotted and no extra fees, front desk staffing was polite and after i went to my room.front dest called and ask if anything needed to be changed and if was satisfied.

The properties reserves no stars I requested to pay when I arrive and they tried to charge my card two times before arrival once I got the there. I asked to see the room and the room was nasty, dirty old and ran down. It does not look like the pictures that I posted online.

The breakfast was fine. They could change the menu every few days.

Convienient but tired looking

This is an old tired hotel that is in desperate need of updates. We have nicknamed it the murder motel with a Hooters.

Parking timing is not good. 1 PM is not appropriate since we pay for one day since we want to visit the falls. Therefore we can be allowed to park st least before next check in. So I suggest until 2:30PM OR 3:00 PM

The room was outdated bed was lumpy lightning in the room was very poor TV optionswere very limited and we could not even acces our own netfix account as they said they had no capability breakfast was okay not much choices had only 1 waffle maker when there were over 10 waiting the bathroom was very small asked for a handicapped room but no hanrails in the bathroom

Orher than for nostalgic reasons, it really wasn't the place for us. We stayed in the older section. It was run down whitey a boats across one of the damaged entrance doors. Sticky handrails to the room that you didn't want to touch. A pool that n needed cleaning, it was murky. Staff was lovely. Breakfast buffet ok. The first day they weren't prepared for all the early guests and kept running out of things.

Great location and value. Breakfast was good. Nice pool. Very walkable to the falls and on the WEGO bus line.

Last day there was heavy rain in the morning and water leaked in around the window making a puddle on the floor. Quality well below what I expected from this chain

Poor,! Don't book the exterior rooms. We booked four rooms. Two rooms had issues. Broken handle on faucet, dirty toilet vent, broken furniture, uneven curtains, stained bedsheets. Front desk tried to help, however it was unacceptable for a reputable chain hotel which we paid full price for.

Stayed one night. Room was huge, beds comfy, location convenient, and parking easy. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the space but the bathroom wasn’t truly accessible (mirror too high, no grab bars). Mini-fridge leaked and hallway showed a bit of water damage. Overall, quiet, decent value, but accessibility could be improved.

Only one stairwell works or safe to use. Smoke detectors do not appear to be hooked up. Pool is green, no shampoo soap in pool showers. Breakfast yes included but crowded and garbage fills fast. No remote to use in the room for tv so who knows if it works. Requested extra towels and they never showed. Bed was decent enough to sleep. Parking lot is horrible to get in and out of. Close walk to Clifton hill. Stayed in a lot of places and this was probably at the top for the worst to stay at with my kids.

Breakfast was good. The ceiling of our room was falling down. Shower OK. Loud AC.

$20 + tax a night for parking, area is close to everything, which was nice. Would never stay here again though

This hotel/motel is very deceiving from the pictures. I booked a King size bedroom. And i was told that it was in the other part of the main hotel across the parking lot. This turned me off immediately because it looked like a old motel and I had to walk up some sketchy stairs to get to my room. The room you can tell they are trying to renovate it. It is a pretty big room and the begs were comfortable, i just wish from the pictures and descriptions they would have told you which area you would be staying in before you booked. Breakfast was below average, just grabbed a muffin. I stayed for 1 night but will not book again here.

Piscine interieure agréable. Seul petit défaut, le manque de tables en nombre suffisant pour le petit déjeuner. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

The staff seem to be nice and try to accommodate customers. The building is lacking, but has a lot of potential. They just need to do it correctly and they could move from a two star to easily at three 3 1/2 star facility.

It was clean, beds were very comfy, and room was quiet. The complimentary breakfast is quite good - eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, fruit, etc.

All old used furniture. Looks of the hotel room looks ugly. No carpet. All vinyl floor. Sink is outside the washroom huh. Who puts sink outside. After washroom come outside and wash using all dirty hand on the doors huh.

Rundown and quite dirty place, needs renovation. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not expensive but not worth the money you spend.

I stayed at this hotel Saturday July 12th 2025 and let me tell you, for spending $300 on a "SUITE" this was extremely disgusting and embarrassing. The pictures did NOT even come close to what our room looked like. EXTREMLY MISS-LEADING.....We got stuck at the "hotel next door" which is, I assume, an old hotel they bought and slabbed their brand name on it... Me and my wife had NOTHING but a HORRIBLE experience. We killed about 8 bugs that day, including a fairly large centipede that was on the wall right beside my pillow (the bed right up against the wall)..... Bug guts smeared on the wall. Called front desk at 130 am over these bugs and got offered a room at the "good" part of the hotel.. After 12 hours of walking around Niagara Falls in the hot sun, I was out of energy and did not want to move rooms at that time of night. Got told a manager would be in Sunday morning and would fix this issue and guess what? No manager. That's cool to get lied to by staff. So here I am sadly having to leave a negative review to get a response from Aju. He has my name and number written down (at least, the kids at the counter took my info) and I have emailed him twice.

Nice and close to all tourits

The part of the building we were in was very sketchy. The fire door wasn’t a proper working fighter because there was room underneath for people to like slide stuff underneath the door of the door didn’t lock properly unless you like shoved it close the drain plug was missing out of the sink. The water did not get cold enough and the hairdryer was missing and the Bed was a king size bed, but on what belt like a queen size bedframe, and so it like dipped a bit on the sides.

The area in we got our room was not very clean, the main door was really hard to close, we had to push and pull really hard ... It was not aligned properly.

I always choose this property when in Niagara Falls….the Staff are very friendly and the rooms are updated and very clean. It very close to restaurants and Clifton hill and if your lucky the casinos!!!

In addition, I booked 3 months ago to stay in the hotel building , we were given the motel section, building is old and not well taken care of.

The room I booked is king bed but on the other bldg when I ask to give me on the higher bldg the staff told me I need to pay extra but the thing is they give me queen bed not the same bed size I booked and the room is smell cigarette which that i smell this hotel need a full renovation

This place was just okay. The room itself was decent for the price, certainly nothing special but perfectly acceptable if you're on a budget. Got a suite with a King bed. Was in the other building. However, the area felt a bit unsafe, which definitely impacted the overall experience. If you're looking for a quick stay, maybe for a Wednesday night, it might work. Staff was very helpful.

When I booked this room I asked to have a handicap accessible room. When we checked in the room was not handicap friendly at all. No safety equipment in the bathroom. The door was barely wide enough to fit a wheelchair through. I went o the front desk to inquire about another room or we were leaving. The second room was just as bad. I would not recommend staying here

It would have been better if there was a microwave in the room. There was also no shower curtain in the bathroom which made the floors extremely wet every time we shower. The beds were okay and the location was a big plus since it’s a walking distance to Clifton which is the Center of activities, and the falls were just a 7 mins walk.

Very basic and used to be a smoker's Hotel. The room was clean and location is good but they definitely charged a premium for the weekend.

Great walking distance to everything you want to do in Niagara Falls, staff was friendly. I booked based on the photos on the website, expecting to be in the hotel. When I arrived check in was in the hotel but I was then directed across the lot to a dingy out building that smelt damp and in need of updating. The lamp didn't work properly and the shade was stained, the moldings were falling off all over, the window you couldn't even see through, the blankets and pillow cases had stains. I think it was an old motel that Quality Inn owners bought because it was next door and started using it under the Quality Inn name. Photos attached of the room. Also parking was $20 extra which i've never encountered at a hotel before. There was an attempt to update the bathroom but the workmanship was not up to par. Next time i'd pay extra to stay at a competitor or be sure I was staying in the actual Hotel and not the "Motel" add on.

Beds and bedding very comfortable, room in good condition, staff very friendly and accommodating, pool was lovely, breakfast good, parking fine, location excellent….lots of exercise walking up and down Clifton Hill! Would definitely stay here again, good value for the price!

Did not like u had to across parking lot for swimming pool and gym 20 dollars a night for parking way to much when u have to carry ur luggage up to flights off steps breakfast was not good won't be back

We had a great stay, would highly recommend. Although a little disappointed the pool looked and smelled like something was wrong with it, I would have been more upset if my kids were with me but we weren’t really there to swim. Overall great property, perfect location!

I was very impressed with the room. It was clean, cozy, and lots of room. The only slight issue we had was the pressure of the shower..there was none, just a slight trickle. We showered in our friends room but other than that I would recommend this hotel!

No desk, chair, fridge, microwave, luggage stand in room. Was unable to get TV working. Lots of traffic in parking lot till after midnight and loud people in and out of nearby rooms. A very old motel, not even close to Quality Inn standards. Very disappointed.

We were v pleased to stay at this property. It was comfortable, spacious,clean ,quiet and within gd walking distance to Falls, attractions and Rainbow Bridge. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The area was easy to walk to a variety of activities.
