The room so clean and the staff was so friendly. All good

We love the bed so much. It's so soft and comfortable to sleep on. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just the water in the morning before we checked out was cold. Hot water not working. Just that!

The receptionist is amazing, great service The washroom wasn't in the best conditions and no hot water

It was a pleasant stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly snd polite. The bed and pillow was comfortable. I usual travel with my pillow due to next injury, however i forgot it. surprisingly i did not need it. Tile in shower has a bit of mildrew, bathroom has a bit of mildrew odor.

The location is great. The rooms are neat and tidy. I also liked that the family room had another room inside with a separate door. The only thing I had a problem with was finding coffee after checkout. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, and the coffee shops in the area are very busy and crowded after 11 am.

Weekend trip. But you get what you pay for. Will not book again. Staff delivered good customer service, place could do with some Reno. No shower head, beds were clean but not comfy. We made the best of it.

Just Fyi, no date changes possible at all, and obviously not refundable as mentioned in booking page itself. Not flexible by any means. So would be great only for last minute sure trips. Early pre bookings are a risk.

Need to improve answering the phone, I needed to talk to someone the day before my reservation and there was no way to contact a person. Overall a good experience.

The Owner Was Friendly and Kind. The place was good my kids enjoy it and for sure we will come back again.

Place is a bit dated, but kept very clean. Really can't complain about anything for the price & location to Clifton Hill. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others. Barely a 3min walk and you're in the thick of everything.

Friendly welcome to the motel. Was able to give us downstairs rooms. Very helpful with informations about the area. Rooms very comfortable.

The pool and air conditioning is a plus. Accessible for downtown cliffton hills, free packing. Overall very pleased, and we'll be back.

We arrived early and he's kind enough to let us check in early.. very accommodating. Walking distance to touristy place.

Very old property

Close to the downtown core and made it easy to come and go when we needed to. The outlets in the room were loose and we had a hard time getting our electric items to stay plugged in.

The room is clean, but need to be upgraded. The AC is noisy and affect sleep at night. Good place to walk to the falls view and restaurants around. The staff is passionate with nice service.

Tommy at the Desk was amazing. He is very personable. He knew my name right from the time we checked in. When we were out and he was walking the grounds, he would talk and ask how are stay is going. This man is awesome. We will come again just because of him.

The hotel does not honor what expedia offers, they offer one price and when it comes time to pay ,they give another tariff.

The best thing I really like is the staff they are all great and approachable.

The man who runs the hotel was a nice and friendly person. The motel was old and a little run down but the room itself was clean , decent plumbing and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The televison didn't have any reception but the wifi worked.

Everything was good about this hotel. The only issue I had was they charge a 100 dollar refundable deposit when checking in and there was no mention of this on Expedia. There is not a problem paying it but it is good to have a transparency when we are making the booking.

Called to check on pool told it was just unheated was full of leaves and algae. Wanted us to pay for ice or provide our own bag to fill. No satellite TV was sporadic plugs all black and would not charge or hold a plug.

People running it, very nice. Room was water damaged, repairs not done probably. Yes room was clean. Didn't smell. We definitely got what we paid for. Walking distance to clifton hill. Rooms seemed pretty sound proofed to me

Cons: Toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times and reservoir takes half a minute to start filling up. Some extra weird neighbours. Cranky evening/overnight attendant. Wonky uneven wooden first set of stairs leading to 2nd floor. Very bare bones offering.

Absolutely loved staying here, we stayed 3 nights and both gentlemen that own the place are very nice, the Ac was good, it was a two second walk to Clifton hills. It was quiet and as a single mother of two little ones I felt safe there.

Older place like most reviews said but it was clean. You’re not paying for a 5 star motel so the price was perfect. We were just there to sleep anyways. Kids loved the pool. Overall great place

Walking to Clifton Hill was convenient. Last time I stay in Niagara Falls. Less expensive to get a hotel in St. Catherine's and pay parking at the Falls. Outside NF this motel would be $100 max. Staff was nice. But for the price you don't get much more than a good location.

The staff was super helpful. for a motel, it's great. the only thing they need to upgrade are the outlets. the motel is close to everything I would definitely stay here again.

The manager is outstanding the motel isn't updated but you only sleep there it's great location and price is good there supper friendly and had a great vacation

This place is a dump. Definitely not clean, signs of mold. Infested with bees and flies. Not sure how they acquired the good reviews but I am 100% positive not real reviews.

The property was a budget motel in an expensive city. While the room and furnishings were clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, everything in the room, from the floor coverings to the doors to the walls was in need of some renewal.`````````

Room condition was worse than expected and definitely don't worth the cost. Nice and responsive staff. Close to main street and attractions.

The Motel is clearly a little older, but my room was clean, absolutely no bugs or signs that there had been bugs. The toilet, sinks and shower all worked as expected and the shower indeed does pump out some good hot water pressure. Bed was super comfortable especially after being on a long overnight bus ride to get to the Falls. AC Unit was nice and I didn't find it that loud and was easy enough to just turn it to fan only or turn it off when I didn't need it. TV could have better, but I wasn't in town to watch TV, I was able to get the Oilers hockey game and that's all I really cared about. Manager/Front Desk guy was nice enough about getting me checked in and telling me about the Fireworks. 1st time staying at this particular hotel and I will admit some of the other reviews had me questioning my choice, but after staying here I think it is a perfectly good enough inexpensive motel for shorter trips where you don't need any fancy thrills. It was too bad that the weather wasn't really good enough to have the outdoor pool open though. I wouldn't have minded having a dip.
