Very good staff friendly helpful

This is the most budget friendly place that we've come across in Niagara Falls so far. It's convenient and very close to quite a few restaurants. Clifton Hill is walking distance. For the price don't expect luxury accommodation but the room is comfortable and clean. (We've stayed twice already). The staff are friendly. Visually it could use an upgrade but that's just aesthitically speaking. We've never encountered any issues thus far.

staff was great
- 4/5
Staff are great. Thoughtful and kind. Location is close to all the fun and loads of food options! Rooms are spacious albeit a bit ruff. It was clean It can be noisy late at night because of location but it’s not awful. I would stay again.

This place was so gross we walked in and walked out!! The bathtub was so bad I thought I might catch something if I used it.. stayed in the room about 5 mins and then refused to stay there…the beds were horrible too!! So gross.. and they refused to give me back any money except for the $10 parking fee!!
- 4/5
The place is decent. It’s just noisy outside, especially at night.
- 5/5
It is old motel, but room was big and clean. Bed was very comfy, bathroom is clean with bath tub. Room had a table and a lot of space for 2 of us.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Nice stay.

Good place to stay overnight. The hotel nearby the Fallsview. And dine-in restaurants. Hotel is convenient and cheaper.
- 1/5
At first I thought we got lost because from the outside only the building looked untidy and the office stuff didn’t appear professional(speaking in their own language as I walked in), the office looked like a personal lounge across from the building was another site which was completely abandoned, kitchen staff was sitting in his uniform on the ground smoking the washroom tub was dirty and no sign of even a hand towel or soap to wash the hands overall very untidy environment
- 4/5
Staff were nice and available to help with issues. I wish the staff could monitor parking better. I had to find my own parking spot the first stay because the lot was filled for tourism purposes. That part I did not like because I paid for parking (at a higher rate than a tourist). I had to wait until someone left. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. I left around 0830hrs hoping to see the staff for the good snacks they provide but no one was available. So, quick checkout and empty stomach.
- 1/5
They charged me $10 for parking another $100 deposit i haven't received back room had a previous occupancy one bed had already been slept in overall horrible experience
- 1/5
Room was gross old and dusty. I left right away and had to book another hotel

All good

No actual dining area
- 5/5
Good and comfy.... descent for the dollar....
- 1/5
Shopping area is nice around, it's convenient but.the parking was supposed to be free but I had to pay $10.00 which is not bad, the building is a run down, the room was smelling so bad with bleach that we could not sleep, I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. We were so tired and there was no refund
- 1/5
Horrible place to stay. Not even safe.
- 4/5
There could be a light in the ceiling of the bedroom. A clothes iron could also be placed in the room
- 4/5
.
- 2/5
Facility as was some of the guests were noisy. Listened to a couple argue in the wee hours of the morning for over an hour and a half. Pricing reflects clientele. Wouldn’t recommend it.
- 2/5
Just ok. Used shampoo sample bottles sheets old w some damage but clean. Smelled clean but room needed a lot of tlc. Other room we walked by seemed bit nicer. No ice. Breakfast was not hot but a nice littlw package of fruit and granola bars and juice

Location, Clean Room.
- 1/5
Rooms barely cleaned, air conditioners never cleaned, there was one staff member, and was charged extra to park on the property lot. Definitely do not recommend for families or single female travelers.

REAL DUMP

We enjoyed our trip and the Niagara's Best had wonderful staff and the rooms were clean and well taken care of for what you should expect for the budget. We would stay again.

Good service
- 1/5
The washroom is dirty abd the bed is uncomfy.
- 2/5
Insufficient toiletries, insufficient towels, no breakfast area, bad odour in room carpet. Good thing found near points of interest.
- 1/5
The property is in serious disrepair, and the noise and distraction was alarming.
- 3/5
N wash my hair
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Great location, perfect for a budget stay. The rooms are a little dated. I'm hopeful that someday some upgrades will happen.
- 4/5
Great customer service and location with good price
- 1/5
Do NOT believe REVIEWS - this place is NOT fit to be advertised & in need or urgent renovation. Staff was polite & helpful, but noise through night, paper thin walls, aging uncomfortable furniture - I apologise, but there’s NOTHING BEST about this place. Expedia - sort yourselves out
- 2/5
PR Central location terrible for noise when you’re trying to sleep
- 4/5
liked how close it was to everything within walking distance to Clifton Hill, other than I had trouble sleeping on the bed, everything else was good
- 4/5
A little dated here and there but tgey are working on it. Innkeeper was friendly at check in and check out and quick no delays.
- 1/5
they need to renovate it ASAP
- 5/5
Great staff.

Poorest I have ever experienced
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very helpful! Good location! Room facilities are kind of old, but worth the price. Overall very good experience!

3 of us stayed at this motel. We arrived late at night. We called before making the booking and asked a couple of questions before we booked. We asked if its ok we arrived late and how much the deposit would be if we paid cash. The guy on the phone told us 85$. When we got there the guy was asking 200$. Aside from that we had flies in our room. Tape holding up the doorknob and what looked like mold in the ceiling. The room was not properly cleaned we found hairs by the sink and in the shower. We definitely did not feel like we were safe in the room. When it came down to leaving we asked the guy the night before about checkout in the morning because we had to make our mega bus by a certain time he told us to ring in the morning. We were ringing banging on the door no answer. We ended up missing our bus. Overall i wouldn't recommend this place.
- 1/5
Bedroom are smoking room, shower knob is not working properly, mattress is not comfortable, light fixture is not working properly. Only good thing is location
- 4/5
Complimentary breakfast and snacks were a great bonus staff very accommodating and helpful
- 4/5
Noisy
- 5/5
Welcoming host.
- 2/5
Comfortable mattress but only one thin pillow each. Only given 2 bath towels between 4 people. Floor was disgustingly dirty turning bare feet black after walking on it. Bath taps were so tight they could not be turned on without the use of a wrench by the owner, then unable to turn them off sufficiently to stop water running all night, waste of water and noisy.
- 4/5
For the price we thought it was great value. Front Desk and check in process was good. Parking onsite is extra charge but reasonable.
- 4/5
Such close proximity to Clifton Hill and Fallsview Blvd and Casino. And the only suggestion I have is,to put some type of reflective tape on corners of stairwell,,my boyfriend almost banged his head
- 1/5
We had a long discussion with the manager and they didn't want to refund. Finally, we got an 80% refund and we left as fast as we could. Pictures show the place way better than it is, and given the price we thought it wouldn't be that bad for a short stay. We were wrong. Worst place ever. We placed a claim to get the refund of the amount left
- 5/5
Location was just perfect to get around
- 5/5
Great for the price. Just what was needed.
- 1/5
I wasn’t happy the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room and the owners never in the office and the beds are not comfy I have a bad back and my door never locked.. never again I had fun at Niagara Falls but I wasn’t happy with the hotel ..
- 3/5
The flush did not work at times. The bathtub was getting jammed very frequently. The toilet's lock was not working. The carpets were dirty. Unfortunately the AC in my room was not cooling. However, the other room that my other family members took was working very well.
- 4/5
It was decent, basic and clean enough. The price was good, and the manager was very easy going and friendly. Went out of his way to be a good host, best staff experience on the lane for sure.

Everything was fine, but they didn't clean our room on both nights.

- 3/5
Great location that is very close to Clifton Hill street, Skylon tower and the falls. The staff members are kind and polite. The building is very old though, and the room was not very clean. We had 2 cockroaches inside the room, the microwave was smelling some kind of food. They do not provide coffee machine, only microwave and small fridge.
- 4/5
Very clean. Close to everything. Good price. Great staff. Good vibes. Room next to restaurant vent and smoke was entering room which made it hard to breathe. Overall good stay. Everything I expected for a 1-2 star hotel.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Niagara SkyWheel was really biggest takeaway.
- 2/5
Property manager bad attitude. Didn’t greet us at all. Didnt show us the way to the room. Was rude while checking us in.
- 4/5
Exterior not amazing. Inside nice enough. Cheap.
- 3/5
However, for a cheap night, the motel was close to the falls, walking distance. The beds were clean and the ac was working. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but it did its job for the night.
- 1/5
Very dirty, smoking and oder smelling around the room, dirty and unclean carpet

The Hotel Management was very friendly, kind, and nice. For the most part Hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very conveniently placed location. Due to high demand season, I paid quite allot of money for my stay but it is worth the money if you book it much earlier. I will certainly recommend this Hotel. Thank Mister Saigal (hotel manager) for an excellent service.

Building needs upgrade, but locations is very convenient and close to attractions. I would recommend to stay at ground floor because we stayed on 2nd floor and the roof was leaking which I was very surprised to experience.
- 1/5
The room we were given did not look anything like the pictures and it smelled like cigarettes and whatever. We run out and told the management we don’t want to stay there, then they tried to give us a slightly better room which also smelled because the next door guest was smoking by the door. We ended up leaving and I plan to contest the charges because of the misrepresentations.
- 5/5
4th time staying here and still loving it! Customer service was great, place was spotless, $10 parking is a steal, and all the attractions are within walking distance. Can't wait to come back next year!
- 3/5

- 4/5
It is a good property with as usual.
- 5/5
Loved the location of the property. Complimentary breakfast was also nice and we really enjoyed our stay at Niagara's Best Inn. Thanks again!
- 4/5
NBI was perfect for our needs. It was clean, beds really comfortable, 1 block away from Casino where we were going to see a show. Didn't realize it was so close and took an UBER and it was only $10 (but that's my own fault lol). Breakfast was included which was a bonus. It consisted of an apple, granola bar, yogurt and drinking box. Unfortunatly there was no coffee, but I walked to Quality Inn and helped myself (unpublished travel tip). Thought parking was free but I guess when book thru Expedia you have to pay $10.00.... oh well. The door was a little sketchy & could see daylight around it but we had no problems. Microwave & small fridge in room. Rooms a little "dated" but I don't have a problem with that because that's why it's cheap. No expectations, no disappointments right? I would definitely stay again and the host/owner was very pleasant.
- 5/5
A staff was friendly and kind.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The motel is very old and tired. Furniture was chipped and worn, and a toilet paper holder literally fell out of the wall during our stay. While we didn’t expect luxury, the level of maintenance was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness - or lack thereof. There was thick dust on lamps, dirt under the beds, and the bed linen felt questionable at best (we could only hope it had been washed). No housekeeping was done during our two-day stay, the trash wasn’t even taken out. The room didn’t close properly, there was no kettle, no tea, no hairdryer just a microwave. Parking is charged separately, which felt unreasonable given the overall condition of the place. But the worst part: the noise. A group of people staying at the motel partied loudly right outside their rooms until 1:30 AM, blasting music and shouting. Shockingly, the motel manager was part of it!!! Instead of enforcing quiet hours, management actively contributed to the disturbance!!! It was impossible to sleep. I would strongly recommend avoiding this motel. I would never stay here again.

Smell horr
- 3/5
one issue we experience since there was no one at the reception over night and there was a fight in one of the units and no one was there to address the issue.
- 4/5
Good value
- 4/5
Old property, but value for money experience. Staffs are helpful & impressive. Great access to the attractions
- 3/5
The location was good.
- 1/5
Unfortunately the date we were supposed to check in, we were not able to due to a severe winter storm leaving us stranded in Toronto. The motel let us check in a day later and extend our stay for a night. That is where the positives end. When we arrived we were treated kindly and asked for a $200 cash damage deposit. The place was not in a good area and was run down to say the least. A block of rooms are shut down and boarded up due to a fire. Some rooms have been turned into business including their motel office. We were brought to one room and upon bringing out stuff in and shutting the door, we realized the door does not shut all the way and in fact the lock was about as good as a bathroom door lock. We went to the office and told the man that we did not feel safe, he tried to say it was like that for airflow. My son and daughter in law backed us up and said this is not safe. We were reluctantly given another room. This room was better but that is saying a lot. The whole place is scary and unsafe. We purchased cleaning products and cleaned the room from top to bottom. We would have left if we had another option. We stayed 4 nights and everyday the guy above us was yelling all day long, repeating similar things like a record. Swearing constantly, over and over. He is clearly suffering from something. Made for an even more scary experience. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Staff don't understand
- 5/5
It’s nothing fancy you get what you pay for but it’s clean good service and is close to everything Highly recommend and will be going back
- 2/5
We choose this motel for the location. However, we did not expect to see hairs in the bathtub and the beds. I had to kill a few bugs in the bathroom as well. The door was not even closing properly and we did not feel safe. We were supposed to stay for two nights and we decided after the first night that we would stay at another property due to the poor condition of the room.
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever i seen , heater wasn’t working
- 4/5
The price was good for what you get. Within walking distance to city center.
- 1/5
Furniture is very old. Dirty washroom and leakage from the pipes in washroom. Not recommending to anyone.
- 4/5
Overall it was good.
- 4/5
Good value
- 3/5
The heating was not very good and the room was cold
- 4/5
This is not a luxury hotel, and some parts of the hotel seem run down. But I chose it for the price and location, and I think this hotel is perfectly fine if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The location is good, and the room itself is pretty clean.
- 5/5
The property is nice and quiet staff is really nice just their is a extra parking cost of $10 per/day. Which I didn’t knew before.
- 4/5
The place is centrally located and close to Niagaras Falls, you can walk there. The place is clean but a bit old, needs updating... I don't understand why you have to pay for parking when the hotel has its own parking lot.
- 2/5
I asked the guy and he said this is not the Hilton Never stay here again or recommend it
