Good staff, poor amenities. Great...
- 3/5
Close to Niagara Falls but not so close that’s all you can hear. Could walk down to Clifton Hill easily. Pretty run down. The place could use some TLC. Blanket has visible burn holes that were patched, mirror was smashed, floors are starting to lift or are stained badly.

Cleanliness. Got a beautiful comforter when I asked for another blanket. Price. Close to restaurants. Noisy fridge. Couldn't park in front of room due to snow pile. No coffee/tea available.

Had to leave a cash security deposit. Unexpected and very inconvenient
- 1/5
Bed were very dirty with hair from previous clients, smelly bed sheets no proper shower area, very small washroom and ask for the deposit at counter which is not listed on or add same for the pictures not the room shown
- 3/5
felt the price was a little high but prices seem to be rising throughout Niagara in the summer season. Internet seemed to be dropping throughout the evening,
- 2/5
Definitely not worth the price.

Terrible

Stayed 1 night Bed was comfy but towels were old fridge did not work well and very old and dated was not worth the price of $119
- 4/5
overall the stay was fine, it’s just I wanted to enjoy my time in the bathroom and I cant. Mirror is too high :(( . Bed is nice.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service, clean and quiet.
- 1/5
Be careful with this place! My family and my friends stayed here but in a separate room and bookings!
- 3/5
The room was small and shabby but the bed was clean. Mattress and pillows were terrible but the room was dry. The neighbourhood has seen better days. We stayed here at the end of our holiday due to a car breakdown that needed repairs next day and this was close to the repair shop and affordable. Should have spent more anywhere else. Oops!
- 2/5
It was cheap. That’s the best part of it.
- 1/5
Extremely strong cleaner smell when opened the door
- 3/5
Didn't get in until late so don't know the property, room was clean, could use a good coat of paint, and a little TLC, bathroom flooded with taking a shower, so if you're looking for a night to just stop get some cheap sleep , this is the place.
- 4/5
It’s a low cost option for Niagara Falls, and it comes across that way. The room was clean enough, the area safe enough. A decent option if travelling on a budget.
- 1/5
I understand that it is a 2 star hotel and can’t expect any extraordinary, however, a person can expect at least cleanliness and hygiene. Pathetic place to stay. Sleeping in a car is recommended over this place
- 1/5
Bed, bedding and tv didn’t work.
- 1/5
It is just like a last moment solution kind of place.
- 3/5
It was good enough but it is a little rough around the edges (damaged sink cabinet, no coffee provided with the coffee maker) but clean enough and an okay price. I'll happily pay a little extra to be back closer to the falls with cleaner, classier rooms.
- 5/5
The owners are awesome. You can tell they care about their building and who stays there.
- 3/5
It was a one night stay booking. Everything seemed all right at the beginning, but then I realized how lucky that I only booked one night in that motel. The two things that were really bad about this place: the first was the room AC temperature that was set at 23 C which is too warm to be able to sleep. The temperature set was not allowing me to change it to any lower, apparently they locked it at 23 C to reduce their electricity bill. The second issue was the wifi service. The motel owners had the weakest internet services in North America, probably by playing cheap in have their lowest cost internet that anybody can have. I’m glad I booked only one night. It’s a good place, if you are having hypothyroid issues and in no need to connect to a wifi. Otherwise, I do not think it’s good place to stay in.
- 5/5
Clean room quick check in very helpful free parking. Would stay again
- 1/5
Staff were nice. The room was dingy, holes in ceiling, shifting floor and lousy mattress. Very small but it did have a small fridge. Worst part is air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22. It’s very old and not overly effective. In dire need of service or replacement.
- 4/5
Easy access to everything you need. You walk everywhere with in 15 minutes
- 4/5
I just needed a bed for the night and the price was right. Small but comfortable enough. The wifi was ok once it worked and hooked up. The name of the wifi was not clear and there were two that could have been. I tried both and worked with it until about to give up, it suddenly found and connected. The TV reception sucked, and it kept loosing the stations and skipping around. Breakfast was available in a small dinning room in the morning and the selection was pretty good for the price. All in all the room was neat and clean. For the price the room was well worth it.
- 1/5
It is run down horrible service and the wifi and tv barely works
- 5/5
Right from checking in the owners were amazing couldn’t be nicer
- 1/5
The room was dirty, spiders everywhere, splash stains on walls
- 3/5
I made a reservation for 4 people (1 room with 2 beds), during the check-in the person in the reception, who was very friendly and polite, explained to me that the priced I paid was only for 2 people and I was required to pay 10 dollars + taxes extra for each person. I don't know if the mistake about the number of guest was from the hotel or from expedia, but honestly I didn't like it.
- 3/5
The bed and Bath were very nice i was very pleased with it
- 1/5
Room was very small. Limited supplies such as soap, towels, cups and the shower was not running the warmest water.
- 3/5
At first glance the place doesn’t look the best but the honeymoon suite was actually ok the heart shaped tub was unexpected since we weren’t looking to have one but we enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it. It was the last long weekend of the summer so there wasn’t many places left to stay at.
- 1/5
We cancelled our booking as did not know that they charged US funds so room went from 125 to 168 i called about the price change and he was very rude
- 4/5
The pool was clean and breakfast was good. You can make your own fresh waffles!
- 3/5
Staff was good they asked me if I wanted housekeeping. I told them it waasnt needed and they respected our privacy.
- 1/5
It was not clean enough for my family so I checked out right away and came back to home without watching Canada day fireworks
- 2/5
Great Staff at the hotel and very friendly. Shower wasn't hot during my stay; a very luke warm temp. Internet choppy/wasn't effective. Cable cut in and out all evening. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Confortable rooms and excellent attention, but they need to improve breakfast.
- 1/5
Pictures better than in person. There was a domestic argument that spilled out into the parking lot. Police attended. I checked out after only 2 hours there. Owner wanted to charge me 1 night stay! Wow for 2 hours of terror stuck in my tiny stale room.
- 1/5
There is a trick on booking, the motel posted rooms' photos with Jacuzzis , but once you get there they give you a basic room. If you ask for the Jacuzzis , you have to upgrade the room which is $60 different than the booking price.
- 1/5
It’s so dirty and noisy. Internet wifi conection is very poor. Staff members do not speak English clearly. The pool image is fake it’s absolutely unusable. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
- 3/5
The room was very small and the two beds were almost touching, the pillows had pillow shams and no cases on them. The breakfast room was like a freezer and the donuts were dated for 3 weeks prior next before date. We chose to skip having a shower and just leave in the morning.
- 5/5
I added an extra day to my plan and didn't have time to look at any reviews.
- 4/5
It is about a 30 minute walk to the falls and all the associated shops etc. In our opinion a very good place and reasonably priced when visiting the Niagra Falls. Best views from the Canadian side indeed.
- 4/5
Beds and sheets were clean and fine air conditioner worked well. The room design and furniture were fine for the amount of money they charge, although they charged us more for the 3rd person. It was supposed to be 89$ on expedia but they charged us 109$.
- 1/5
I came in to check in and the not so nice lady told me my reservation had been cancelled because there was a problem with my card... Which I do not know how that happened. My credit card company was aware that I was going to Canada for the week and I had no other issues the whole trip. She then went on to tell me there were no other rooms available at that price.. there was only one honeymoon suite for over 150 (I don't remember the exact price). So the room we had reserved had been given away to someone else and they did not feel the need to let us know at all. I did not receive a phone call or email or anything saying that they decided to cancel my reservation. She did not offer any condolences or anything to do to make it better or offer us a discount or anything. Just terrible service.

It was gorgeous.

The hotel was wonderful we payed for a queeen bed and we got a king so that was a bonus. The hotel staff was friendly and amazing and made our night e joyable. It is a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in making their customers feel comfortable and like family which my husband and I found incredible. We would stay here again the price a very good price and we would defintely stay there again
- 3/5
Sure our room was small (1queen bed) but very clean, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and flat acreen tv. Very clean! Pool was awesome, very well kept. Breakfast was ok, the usual toast/muffins/ fruits kinda thing... Owners/staff are very nice people and very accomodating. Would def go back!

Really kind owners, room was clean, breakfast was decent .

I found the motel comfortable, friendly and a short drive from the amazing Niagara Falls and tourist attractions. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good value motel. And in friendly Canada too. Many thanks!
