They charge me a $200 deposit and then didn't refund it because they said please a KFC bag beside the garbage and not in the garbage but the garbage was in the KFC bag For a single night in a small double bed room I was charged nearly $400

The bathroom needs be updated shelf coming off the wall instead of putting tape around the bathtub to cover up the nastiness fix it could'nt even watch TV the remotes dint work . The main lock needs to be changed to a more secure one and no safe to keep your valuables. Also the bed sheets did not look like they have been changed .

So many people staying there were smokingnside and I could smell the smoke in my room. There were cockroaches and the manager refused to refund my deposit blaming me for smoking inside when the room already smelled dirty smoky and disgusting.

Good option for a short stay. Wish there was an option for a late check in without charge but I suppose that's standard. Also, the room could use a hook, or a rod. There was nowhere to hang a shirt/put clothes or a jacket. Easy fix though.

Nice property

On arrival the person at reception seemed indifferent to me. At first glance the room seemed okay. It was only a one night stay (thank goodness). I went out for the evening but on arrival back with two friends I opened the door, turned on the light and screamed! There was a cockroackh just inside from the door: my friend stepped on it. She took a picture of the dead roach. My other friend went to the bathroom and left quickly. there were multiple cockroaches scuurying around. I wend to the hotel office to complain. The man came to my room , looked and said 'Oh ! we sprayed recently then torned his attention to the bed cover noticing a small mark. He said that the sheet was good linen and this was my fault! How could he deviate from aa ROACH infestation. I stayed awake all night and spent sometime outside in a chair. I didn't dare go in the shower for fear of moving towels and finding more vermin. The floor behind the sink and toilet was dirty: behind the door was dirty and the whole bedro9om was not properly maintained, smoke stains were on the headboard side tables (no drawers in the side tables.) and the lamp base was corroded. I asked for a refund but did not get one! I am totally disgusted with this motel. Thank you, Ms. Dee Gibbons. P.S. I have pictures of the place if you'd like me to forward them to you?

AC stopped worked in mid night and it took more than hours to fix

The motel was meh. Reasonably clean (other than hairs on a towel). The bed was pretty comfortable but there wasn't space for 3 (and the king listing indicates). My biggest issue was the price (for quality) but maybe that's the market, especially for a same day, weekend rental.

When I first checked in, it was lovely interaction then I got to the room and realized that the smoke detector was Chirping so I notified the front desk and went out and asked that they fix that before I return I returned it was chirping again and I notified through the Expedia app. Nobody replied I went down to the desk where they had a child working most of the time, but I was there, well under the age of 15 including overnight they said that somebody would come and nobody ever did it to Church multiple times a minute for 15 hours when I try to negotiate a late check out because I haven’t been able to do any of the activities on the day following this experience they were very rude and abrasive. I believe he is the owner telling me that it would be inappropriate for him to not have the room ready for the next person. he completely removed The smoke detector and as a survivor of a housefire was able to sleep adequately on the second night either in addition there was domestic violence I experienced on site and also my neighbours on the second night were partying well until after three in the morning When I phoned to mention it, he said to me what do you want me to do? He was very arrogant just focussed on getting more money and trying to persuade me. to pay an additional night .. he also scrutinize the fact that I had booked through a third-party and I told him had I not done so I wouldn’t even be here which was irrelevant. I had to mention that he is listed with Expedia.

The Inn was unfortunately the cleanest (floor, bed sheets, bathroom). The lovely manager graciously cleaned the room upon request. The price was a little high for the overall experience.

Run down motel. The bed was not big enough for 2 people. The room was dirty and no hot water. This place was way overpriced .we paid over $200 for 1 night, So much was broken or out of place. Only thing new was a tv on the wall. Missing light bulb in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was broken,toilet cleaning brush was corroded and one we found under our bed. Needs renovating and deep cleaning. Do not stay here

Ricky and Jay are truly our life saver this day. We came from a different hotel, (which we had a nightmare) move in to Niagara Inn at midnight with my kids. But these 2 people are wonderful. They accommodate us and welcome us and make us feel important during our stay. Niagara Inn might not be big as the other hotel, but they have the best staff and very good facility. Good and clean rooms, nice beds and air conditioning very relaxing. Will definitely come back here.

Scary not safe place

The rooms were ok. I mean for the price , it’s not worth it . We paid about 233 usd for this :( if the price was 70-100 usds then I would have given a 5 star review . Toooooo expensive for a 1 star . Rooms were ok.. comfortable beds . Smalll standing bathrooms . And renovation still going on on the other side . People smoke outside which can leak into ur rooms . Overall it was average but just for the service I’m giving 3 stars :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was disquesting and they have folks that live there all year round and their weird and made me very comfortable, they took half my deposit and tried saying i smoked inside the room witch i dont even smoke in my own house. I tripped and almost fell 3 times from a random speed breaker. I could say so much more but chooseing not to. This place was just gross and horrible experience all together.

I stayed here twice. Both times overpriced for the quality of Motel you get. The hangers are old and yellow the hair dryer still has a lot of dust in the back cobwebs it really just looks like a run-of-the-mill cheap quick bang Motel. It's located in a very nice quiet area 8 minutes away from Clifton Hill. But sadly the owners don't want to spend money making it look nice. I would recommend getting a similar quality closer or on Clifton hill. So you don't have to drive far. I won't be going here again. I can't believe this Motel cost me $350 this past long weekend.

The room smelled cigarette smoke and mold. The air in the room was very unhealthy. The bed sheets were with stains. The refrigerator was very dirty and infested with roaches. This place for me is the worst I have seen thus far. I can believe that Canadian authorities allow a business like this to function.

The floor was dirty. The aircon leaked lots of water in the middle of the night onto the table which cascaded onto the floor. We had our own mini 'Niagara Falls'. Too tired to complain. I had to use the dustbin to contain the water.

Decided to spend the weekend in Niagara Falls and chose this hotel. It felt like a rundown apartment complex. I felt like my neighbors were living there for a few. Everyone minded their business and it did the job for the price. Somewhere to sleep shower and watch tv. We got to explore niagara and as well as drove to toronto. No problems at all. Needs an update, some lights didnt work and it was very small. If your looking for a cheap place to stay and most of your day is exploring the country than thats fine but, should book ahead of time to score somewhere else with a little better feel.

As a person that does renos this place was a train wreck. The sheets had stains, very dirty baseboards, the shower curtain had crusty bits that looked like toothpaste, the lamps were rusty, and the parking lot was tight and had some random junk around it. There were also long term residents working out in the parking lot which was a bit weird. On a plus note the bed was fairly comfortable!

It is a small gem in the industrial outskirts of Niagara Falls. The location was good for us, equally close to Niagara-on-the-Lake, where we saw a play at the Shaw Festival, and the Falls itself, where we spent part of an afternoon viewing its splendour. The price is right, the rooms are well maintained, and the service is excellent.

At first i liked how lady at front desk was so polite and very welcoming but There was no Hangers in shower. Bathtub would fill with water after shower, there were no tissue papers in the room and most importantly One of my friends was on her period and she accidentally stained the sheets which is not exactly her fault. They kept $200 deposit just for the stains and just for that $200 they probably lost a potential Guest for sure. One thing that i like was that they have smart TV.

The property looks so bad. The rooms are very outdated. Bathroom tiles are falling apart. The ac only worked momentarily. My kids are hot can’t sleep it’s 2am. No front desk staff no answer when called the property number. Not worth a dime. Especially over 200$ on the ad it says all renovations are done. Which is lie.

There was bugs on our bed & they didnt care because they were dead bugs. The place said it was renovated & it was not completed, there is junk all over the place is a write off, disgusting & over all just not worthy of the money we paid.

2) refrigerator was not working 3) a kind of smell in the building 4)TV screen had lines couldn’t have good picture 5) the bed sheet and blanket wasn’t clean i saw long hairs and some spots 6) shower was not working properly 7) won’t go there in future.

Close enough to the falls and restaurants. Quiet off the beaten path. But the place has newly been bought and renovations are being done room by room. Room was simple beds were old but mattresses was comfortable. Perfect for a night or two.
