Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the stunning views of Niagara Falls from their rooms, and commend the friendly, accommodating staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the additional costs for parking and the condition of the rooms, with some guests mentioning outdated decor, cleanliness issues, and malfunctioning amenities.
- Stunning views of Niagara Falls
- Friendly and accommodating staff
- Additional costs for parking
- Outdated decor and cleanliness issues in rooms

Very good
- 4/5
The room was very spacious and clean the location was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was nice. The breakfast was a little pricey, especially for a latte which was an additional cost. The elevators were really slow with long wait
- 5/5
That's very nice place Nici

- 5/5
The location was perfect and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Only thing that was kind of a pain was on our last day trying to get our luggage down stairs . We were on the 12 floor and on our last day we waited through 5 different elevators that stopped on our floor going down, but were all full.

Everything went well, the view nearly took my breath away That my 7 year old granddaughter was not there to be with us, as she passed away the year before.
- 4/5
View, breath taking view from my 30th floor, it’s heaven Not a single plastic on trash can, i did not get it.
- 4/5
Friendly staff Restaurant staff rude
- 5/5
The room was extremely spacious. The space was clean and everything was spotless. Very impressed and would stay again at this location.
- 5/5
The view from the restaurant is also awesome. Service and attention was great.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean room
- 5/5
The place was incredible!! I cheaped out on having a view of the falls, but next day, upgraded and it was awesome!! Very clean room, hotel, ect!!
- 2/5
There was a used tim hortons coffee cup hidden behind the curtians.
- 4/5
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the room. When booking, we were told the room included two queen beds and a sofa bed, which was the main reason we chose it since we were five people total (2 adults and 3 children). Once we arrived, we discovered that the sofa does not convert into a bed at all. As a result, we had to sleep very uncomfortably, which took away from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. Accurate room descriptions are extremely important for families, and this was misleading. I hope the hotel can address this issue so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Yes.
- 1/5
The hotel does not offer breakfast. Not complimentary.
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast package
- 4/5
It’s ok. Service is pretty slow!
- 5/5
Clean. Great view. Everyone was nice. Would go back
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room is amazing, the attention from the staff at the check in was very good.
- 1/5
Make sure you book the right Marriott hotel. The Fallsview is the one with the spa even though the images attached on the Expedia website says that this hotel has the spa. The pool was too small and congested and our room smelled like weed.
- 3/5
The bath tub is old so look not clean and also the carpet in the room was dirty
- 5/5
Clean Room and Frendly Staff I highly recommended it.
- 5/5
Very good nice and clean
- 5/5
Great views
- 1/5
The restaurant prices were outrageous and they only honored the coupon if we dined in. No one shared anything about anything that would be helpful and make us have a more pleasant stay. Room service don’t he delivered and no on ever answers the phone unless you call from your cell directly to the hotel. You can never get anyone.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and breakfast was amazing!! Great omlettes!! Friendly staff!
- 4/5
The room was well kept and clean, the staff were amazing and I loved the accommodations in regards to food as well as the distance to various places like restaurants, and tourist spots
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and room is very nice 🙂 and clean.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
The elevators are too slow and one of our rooms did not have enough lights.
- 2/5
Staff were good, hotel needs attention. For the amount of money they charge, ice machine doesn't work, elevator lights letting you know which elevator is available doesn't work. Rooms are dated. Milestones dinner service is a joke for the money.,on my reservation they were informed of our 60th birthday celebration and nothing from staff at all. Soooooooo dissatisfied with the lack of caring considering were paying 150 dollars for mediocre food at best. Breakfast buffet staff were fantastic especially the omelette station gentleman who is definitely the hardest working person there.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
The room's exhaust fan was incredibly noisy, and the heater fan kept turning on for no apparent reason, producing a deafening noise that made it impossible to sleep! Finally, the buffet breakfast was terrible, with very limited selection. Although it wasn't expensive, I hope it can be improved! The only redeeming quality was the excellent service from the breakfast staff.

Great client service and staff. However, the room is upgraded regular hotel. Room bathroom door was not working no privacy. Room is dark no light and microwave.

- 3/5
The waitress overcharged me for breakfast even I purchased them before I arriving , if I don’t speak well English I think I could’ve been charged by not knowing , but fortunately the hotel receptionist helped me to revise the bill
- 5/5
Very good breakfast. ☺️
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay…very friendly and welcoming staff, very clean. Loved it.
- 3/5
Room, the water pressure isn’t high enough, and the water isn’t hot enough.
- 2/5
I am sure glad to be out of there and be warm.
- 5/5
Perfect view and the room was amazing
- 5/5
Amazing experience the hotel was as expected very well located
- 5/5
Great view. Comfortable room. No hot water so we were not able to shower.
- 5/5
Staff was lovely, view was stunning, beds were comfy and kids loved the pool.
- 2/5
Dirty floors, Items left from previous attendance. Toilet was running all night kept us up
- 2/5
High taxes not shared in the original booking, noisy heater, no sleepers, no toothpaste, falls view in the room different from the advertisement, bad sound insulation could hear room next door, dirty chair and table in the restaraunt(sticky surface), long wait at restaraunt witb nobody to seat us. But the location was good close to the falls and bus. station.
- 5/5
I have got an upgrade to the 29th floor with the most perfect view of the Niagara Falls. The staffs are very friendly especially Monica. Only the day when I checked in the beds are not really nice made up. It loks like the housekeeping made the beds in a rush. Breakfasts are very nice. The location is very central. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Room was clean but water is cold every time getting a shower water temperature is cold we already complained about for them.even they didn’t put water bottle in the room you should buy yourself so I’m not impressed that much for the service.

- 2/5
Room wasn’t clean. The floor carpet is dirty.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Room was fine. Service was average. Been to similar hotels though that felt worth the value. Nothing wrong but nothing special
- 5/5
nice view
- 3/5
The room was larger than expected and had a great view of the falls. However, they were missing a few items and I had to request them. Maybe it was to prevent waste, which is a good thing. My room didn't have a tooth brush or tooth paste, it didn't have a water kettle, and it didn't have slipper. Some of these might niche though. As for the staff, the nicest person was the one delivering all my items. The lobby/front staff, for both check-in and check-out, just seemed like they had enough of customer. They weren't rude, but weren't overly nice. They would handle any requests or questions, but because that was their job. From my perspective, it felt a bit patronizing, like I was their excuse for their stress. There are definitely front desk customer service staff out there that are way nicer.

Well located with amazing views of both falls. Breakfast at a good standard with buffet and omelet station. It has its years although kept clean and when I needed a fix in the bathroom the repair guy arrived in 5 minutes with a brand new part and took care of it. Has swimming pool and gym. Parking is extra and at 50 dollars without tax is hefty price.

Clean room
- 3/5
We contacted the front desk at 10:15 PM, but unfortunately the situation did not improve. We had to call a second time at around 12:05 AM because the noise continued.
- 2/5
Parking is extra $50 dollars ... FFS!!! Room needs a renovation, it was more like a motel than to be a Marriot Hotel!
- 4/5
Great location
- 3/5
Bedding was comfortable.
- 5/5
The service here is good, everything was clean, and overall I had a great time here.
- 2/5
You can get free WiFi at McDonald’s but here you have to pay?

Old, stinky.. far far away from Marriott standard..

Niagara has become very expensive
- 3/5
But the breakfast (we separately paid for it) is not attractive, better try outside restaurant.
- 3/5
Parking fee is more expensive than expected . Wifi doesn't works

Hotel was good. Nice view and beds were comfortable. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. Fire alarm went off at 12:30 due to someone cleaning that sucked but we were
- 3/5
Room was basic, no microwave, not worth the price

Fall activities within a good walking distance or by complimentary “WeGo” buses. Lots to do in the area as well.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was great experience!!!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
A couple employees at the front desk were no help at all—couldn’t answer very simple questions. The concierge would leave signs to walk down the street to the other location for help. We paid extra for a room with a view and we only made it to the 3rd floor with not much of a view of the falls.
- 3/5
Decent enough hotel for Niagara Falls. Fairly close to the skylon and other river based activities. Terrific views of the falls. And large rooms with everything we needed.
- 5/5
Fresh food items.
- 5/5
The entire experience was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food at Milestone was delicious. The room was clean and well prepared and we had an amazing view of the fall. Location was great was in walking distance of a lot of things even though we drove. Great amenities we will be back in the summer.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay. I was in town for Niagra Falls Marathon. Walking distance from everywhere I needed to go.
- 5/5
We stayed in a Premium room on the 17th floor and the view of the Falls from our room was amazing. Couldn't stop taking photos! The room was nice with a soaking tub. Beds were comfortable. The location is conveniently close walk to Casino and Convention Center or to walk around by the Falls. We ordered to the room twice during our stay and enjoyed both times! Fantastic stay.

I had such a nice stay here. Its convenient to everything. It was nice to be able yo park on the property. And the views...you cannot beat the views.
- 5/5
Lovely staff, very friendly. Amazing views. Buffet with omelette bar and good variety but pricey
- 4/5
The rooms are not worth the price.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very healthy.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Niagara Falls Marriott was unforgettable. We stayed on the 29th floor, and the view of the Falls was simply breathtaking — especially at night when the lights illuminated the water in brilliant colors. Watching the falls sparkle from our room was mesmerizing and truly the highlight of our trip. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with large windows that made the view the star of the show. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, I highly recommend booking a Fallsview room on one of the higher floors. The nighttime view alone is worth every penny.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff polite public restroom clean, Starbucks available
- 5/5
This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and couldn't have found a better location...right across the street from the falls, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the cost of parking...$45/day! (CA) and this was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site that I can remember. So this was an unpleasant surprise. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
- 5/5
Really good breakfast if you pay for that option. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Excellent view, spacious room, nice restaurant. Only downfall was bird poop on center of room window, looking over falls
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and I found it nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Area around the property is convenient.
- 3/5
The original room we got was unfortunately a fail. We booked a falls view, which we got along with a balcony on the 4th floor. Unfortunately we got a lot of bugs too, and got the heck out of there. We were moved to the 6th floor which was much better.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful and made for a very pleasant stay!
- 5/5
Happy with my stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Will come back and recommend to othrts
- 5/5
Great falls view room.
- 5/5
Beautiful view
- 4/5
Everything was very nice. Restaurant was terrible… service, food and price!
- 5/5
Every employee I met was super nice
- 3/5
The room was not what it looked like on th e website they gave me a room with a balcony that was runnd down and not appealing to look at then offered me a upgrade for $75.00 a night parking was very expensive didn’t realize there was a daily charge per night.
- 5/5
Excellent view of the falls
- 4/5
Parking expensive
- 3/5
Not clean, slow service , not friendly
- 2/5
I had falls view but the room on the 24th floor had an obstruction (23rd floor roof) it ruined my pictures.

Main issue was paying $55 can for parking as a hotel guest.
- 4/5
no free breakfast served

It was horrible. They forced is into a smaller room even though we paid for a larger room. After we leeft our credit card was charged for an extra $107.00 no receipt no explanation. We will be disputing all charges. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Location is great. Views are great
- 4/5
Hotel was nice - clean. Great location.
- 5/5
Convenient and clean place to stay easily accessible to walk down to Niagara Falls walk
- 5/5
Excellent location with nice views of the waterfall (if you get the specific rooms) - clean, efficient, nice room overall, basically what you would expect out of a Marriott. Only complaint in general is about the fact that the hotel is rather older and outside the windows you got massive spider webs as you want to admire the falls... also parking on site is expensive $45 per night (they do disclose it but it is ridiculous - I guess you pay for Niagara) and the Milestones in the hotel was terrible (horrible service and medium quality food overall). Still an enjoyable stay with fantastic service and comfortable room.
- 4/5
Was a little expensive for the price we paid and what we received. The parking I’m surprised was 50$ a day and had to park across the road, it was a couple minute to walk to hotel. The main parking fills up quick. The further parking lot should be cheaper because it is further.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was very friendly
- 3/5
Location
- 5/5
Everything was two thumbs up.
- 3/5
Nice place great view! Disliked that I had to pay extra to park during the stay I was charged $117 for 2 days of parking it should be included in your stay
- 5/5
We loved it
- 3/5
extra fee for the parking is a big no if a customer is already paying 600 dollars for the room, other than that experience was good windows weren't clean
- 2/5
Price is over value
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very pleased with our stay!
- 5/5
Starbucks is on site.... love that!!!
- 5/5
We had a room with a view of the falls. It was wonderful to be able to not only see the falls but watch the fireworks right from our room. It is close to the bus stop, easy to drive to and from, and walking distance to so many great attractions. The Milestones restaurant on the mezzanine level had excellent service and delicious food.
- 5/5
Clean room, fresh sheets and linen, plenty of amenities, easily walkable to all attractions
- 4/5
Nice views of the falls. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Fantastic view
- 3/5
My biggest complaint was the staff. Absolutely no knowledge of customer service. I had 3 situations of this type. One was to obtain a plastic water bottle for my kid w/a disability. They referred me to their Starbucks who sold huge cartons of water or their lobby dispenser, neither that I could bring while touring. Later, I saw the reception area giving away water bottle to guest checking in. I am a Marriot rewards member. They did not offer an area map, nor tell us where to self park. In our room I could see mold on the top most edge of the sink under the counter overhang. When we went out for the day the door stayed open b/c the manual locking mechanism did not fold in when the door shut. When we returned from a full day in the parks, our room was open, luckily we had our valuables in the safe. Upon return and trying to close the room door, the handle remained locked/open and the manual lock knob didn't work. I had to call maintenance to close the door to sleep. After messing with it for 15 minutes, maintenance arrived just as I fixed it myself. The second issue was that I lost a religious medallion somewhere between the hotel room and the lobby and when I went to tell the "Elite" check-in staff about it she looked at me blankly like "what do you want me to do about it?" & went into luggage check to look for it. She had no clue what to do. I reserved with one card & presented another for charging, they did a credit hold on 2 cards. I am waiting to see if they charged me 2x.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
The hotel is nice. Parking is a nightmare. Too many people and not enough spots. Also u less you sign up for Marriott you have to pay for WiFi use at the hotel.
- 4/5
Nice, clean, expensive and they chatge for everything so costs add up
- 2/5
Showers were cold until 3 o’clock in the afternoon, parking was inconvenient and very expensive, almost half the cost of the room. Phone signal was poor with AT&T,, it seemed the hotel had lots of ways of digging deep into your pocket,, like not offering Internet for free.
- 4/5
Rooms where nice, clean.
- 4/5
Housekeeping very good, front desk soso
- 5/5
The view of the falls was breathtaking! 10/10!
- 5/5
Our room had a beautiful view of the falls. It was very spacious. We had an excellent waiter for breakfast. He was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the falls area; very easy walk. The Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
We had a great stay!! The view spoke for itself !!
- 4/5
Nice room and view.
- 5/5
Great view from room
- 2/5

- 5/5
Had a great time, highly recommend!
- 5/5
This hotel had a gorgeous view of the Falls!
- 5/5
It was kept very clean and all the staff were accommodating and very friendly
- 5/5
Excellent choice for hotel with view of Niagara Falls.
- 5/5
Very good service, excellent place, great view i love it💕 thanks for everything.
- 5/5
Great view! Kind staff. Helen in the lobby bar was exceptional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
- 5/5
Great stay so far! Had one hiccup in that apparently the fridge door had been left open by either the previous occupant or house cleaning and it had defrosted and put water on the floor. I cleaned it up and notified the desk as water was under the flooring but no worries to us!
- 5/5
Close to the falls, great Hotel perfect for a weekend getaway
- 4/5
Realty no complaints, a little touristy.
- 5/5
I like the room, but the internet is so slow
- 5/5
It was a busy labor day weekend but the staff did well.
- 5/5
The staff were fantastic especially Britney who works in the restaurant.
- 5/5
We booked here last minute and we were in a newly renovated room and it was gorgeous, spacious and very clean! The staff at the front desk was very nice. I would say our only complaint was trying to leave the next day, the elevators are a disaster. We ended up using the stairs from the 6th floor because they took too long and were completely full when they would arrive to our floor. Such a tiny inconvenience tho, not a big deal at all. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Hotel advertised things that was at the Marriott across the street. Our room had NO ac. Had to have maintenance go to room every day to look at it. Last day finally gave us a fan. Rooms are showing their age. For a Marriott it was a basic hotel. Very disappointed in it.
- 5/5
What a view from the 30th floor. Wow
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning view of the Falls from our bedroom window. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast to our room one morning as we had overdone it the day before walking at the Falls (we’re both disabled) and it was absolutely lovely.
- 5/5
It's nice to have ice maker every floor. View from the room was spectacular, but i wish window was cleaner. Shower pressure changes often while taking shower. I don't know why.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Edith at front desk was very nice with excellent service.
- 5/5
The Fallsview is amazing pricing was not overwhelming.
- 5/5
Old carpets in the bedroom.
- 5/5
Book the high room over looking the Falls- it's worth it.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.
- 4/5
Loved the view from the hotel and restaurant.
- 1/5
The staff was good at check in. It was downhill from there. 31 story hotel with 4 handicap parking spots. Otherwise you were expected to pay $35 a day but walk across 4 lane road to get your card. $75 a day for Valet parking. 2 Elevators for 31 stories. Wait was often 10-15 mins for elevator. Ice machines didn’t work. Food was mediocre at best and very expensive, $31 for a hamburger. One and Done, will not return.
- 4/5
On the positive side, the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Negative side, the elevators were challenging at times and the food at the breakfast buffet was not very good. Prices were high but this is to be expected at Niagara Falls.
- 5/5
Enjoyed Falls view
- 5/5
View of the falls
- 5/5
We upgraded to the Jr. Presidential suite. Floor to ceiling views of the three falls right in front of us. Majestic view. The room had a kitchen, separate bedroom, jacuzzi, two couches and a dining area. Top notch. The best hotel room we have ever stayed in. We could have sat on the couch facing the window for three straight days. The only snag was the concierge was incorrect in the information he gave on taxis vs. Lyft and the Niagara boat ride. Also, the staff could not change our US dollars and did not carry cash. I did not want to go into a casino to get change.
- 5/5
Dining options
- 2/5
Staff was great to work with. Room had a stackable meeting chair to sit and read or watch the Falls, not a real sitting chair. A little couch that was not comfortable for 2 people. It rained one day so the room was not comfortable at all. Was told all of the rooms were like that. There are many other places to stay close by.
- 4/5
My only areas for improvement are that the restaurant needs more staffing, as the service is slow, and the waiters seemed stressed. Also, it seemed as if only one or two of the four elevators were working at the same time. I also wish parking was free, as it is in the hotels I've stayed in in the USA.
- 5/5
Enjoyed water view
- 4/5
The staff was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the elevator took an extraordinarily long time to arrive at the lobby level on several occasions.
- 5/5
Everything excellent, the only thing don’t like is parking was expensive
- 3/5
Love the view. It is worth staying at this hotel just for this reason. However, the hotel rooms are tired, poorly maintained and in dire need of an upgrade. Plus the room wasn’t serviced until around 7PM in the evening which is completely pointless as we were back in the room and getting ready for the evening after a long day out.
- 5/5
Room overall is clean and comfortable!

Upon arrival, I discovered a piece of men’s underwear in one of the drawers, clearly left behind by a previous guest. I tried calling the front desk immediately, going through all available extensions, but received no response. I had no choice but to go down in person, where I showed a photo of the item and explained that it needed to be removed. When I returned to my room about an hour later, I was shocked to find that the staff had not only removed the underwear but had also taken several of my personal belongings. I had clearly shown a picture and specified the item that was not mine, so this felt like a careless and frustrating mistake. I tried calling the front desk again. Hidden fees drove the pricing up an extra $300. The shower had hair inside it left from previous guest. The room advertised shower/tub combo, but only had a shower. Front desk told us we could park in one area, but valet contradicted them. Then, valet wanted to tell me it was impossible front desk told me that. Won't stay at Marriott hotel again, in ANY city.

great rooms! although the room I booked said it could sleep 5 guests.. I was hoping it was a pull out couch, but it was just a small two seater. One of the kids had to put the cushions on the floor to sleep
