Nothing No tissue box in the room, no hot water in the shower. Wifi is glitching. No pool even though its on the pictures, no tea/ coffee at reception, no customer service on site or room service. Practically, you are on your own and there is nothing you can do if you get stuck. Would not book again ever.

Nothing, I had to leave a 11:30pm due to finding bed bugs in my bed The fact that there was bed bugs in the bed and now I am having to argue and wait for a partial refund even though I did not stay the night.

I liked that the floors were tile instead of carpet. Shower pressure was fantastic. For the price we paid and only staying for a few hours to get some sleep it was great! Front desk lady was great. Cable was decent. Low parking fee. Visible dust on tables. Two extra pillows would have been nice but I understand one queen usually comes with 2 at least. Toilet paper sitting on back of toilet instead of on a holder. There was no bar to hold the toilet paper on the holder at all. Would have preferred a side table on the other side of the bed with an outlet but not a deal breaker. Wifi though it said we were connected, we weren’t.

No breakfast. Room was dirty. Carpet was filthy. We had to ask for toilet paper. No face cloths. There was a large party next to us and the adjoining rooms. Noise all night.

Absolutely nothing It was filthy, no heat, dirty sheets and towels. Everything covered in dirt and dust. Bathroom filthy.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs, mold in the shower, bugs, did i say bugs. It was so dirty i showered just before check out.

Jacuzzi wasnt working. People werecswimming in the pool fully clothed with pants shirts no bathing suits. Never went swimming there.

Bathroom tile not cleaned and black mold. Bed sheets are not properly cleaned ,blanket was too old and contents inside separated.A/C has no button to control temperature.couch was dirty.

The motel is ok, very basic, & somewhere to rest your head if the other hotels are full. There location is walkable to Clifton hill (15min). The bed was comfy & the bathroom seemed fairly clean. The air conditioner looked like it had survived a fire. The biggest issue I had was not being able to open the door to the room. I had.to have staff let me in each to because the knob was so hard to turn & request a good kick for staff to open (I didn’t want to risk my $250 deposit by kicking it). There is also $10 parking fee. It was alright, but a bit pricey for what it is. I would only stay again if other nicer hotels were full.

Not the cleanest. Paint pealing off the walls. No plug for the jacuzzi tub. Quite sketch.

Very dirty place, no face cloths. I stayed 4 days for work never cleaned room once, no internet and staff was rude, girl at front desk was more interested in talking to her friend on cell phone then dealing with me on check in and my complaints, I definitely do not recommend this place at all

When we finally got into our room, it was a total letdown. The furniture was missing pieces, the towels had stains, and the overall quality of the room was terrible. It didn’t feel clean, comfortable, or even properly maintained. We didn’t even want to stay there after seeing the state of the room it felt like we completely wasted our money. Definitely not worth the price, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

This place is horrible. Run down. Paper thin walls. Out dated. Bathtub was filthy with grime. Bed was so uncomfortable and worn out. Housekeeping staff just tried to let themselves into our room when we were already checked in, and despite asking for towels four times, we didn't have anything except the towel meant for the floor during our stay. I know you get what you paid for, but even at a cheaper rate a few towels and not having to listen to every other guest and traffic all night is not too much to ask. Don't stay here.

The lady there is very nice, helpful! Great for a quiet area! About 15-20 min walk to clifton hill! But it was a great spot to spend our vacation

Mold on shower walls, refrigerator cleaned with pinesol and left odor, curtains ill fit, no toilet paper holder, needs maintenance unit wide, toilet seat bolt loose/missing, no towel hanger, electrical outlets old and loose so plugs do not fit tight. The unit needs about thirty dollars and ten hours to bring up to minimum acceptability.

Friendly staff, budget friendly, decent hotel.

Very dirty. The bedding was not changed (soiled with blood) from previous guests and when we notified the staff they did not change it. Small cockroaches were walking around on the microwave. Staff was very rude. It was so disgusting we left that same day. They refused to refund our two weeks payment. Would never recommend this place. The pictures depict a false indication of what the Inn is truly like. Very awful ,dirty and disgusting.

We never even checked in. I booked a room, through expedia. One night, july 1st.made the payment and a moment later recieved the confrimation. Instantly after recieving confrimation, we realized there had been a mkstake made on The check in date. We immediately called hotel to either cancel and or get a refund. And they refused. Despite booking the room only five minutes prior

Very bad experience never again, the place is so dirty, bathtub is disgusting, the room smells very bad like very heavy smoking smells, the carpet is very dirty, bugs and aunts inside the room, furniture are so old and broken and even the pool under maintenance not recommended to any one because this is not for human.

The staff was friendly, close to town, cheap price. We knew what we were getting ourselves into.

The second room where I stayed , was dirty too . *pieces of glass on the floor next to the bed *mirror on the wall was dirty *washroom with fungus *floor very dirty , they just clean the entrance . But stains and dirty and glass . *no hangers on the closet , unfuntional if you don’t bring yours. *Garbage outside of the room. Bags full of milk , cans, shoes, papers. Also the window from one of the rooms was broken and glasses outside too on the next room. They fill the broken space with pillows and nobody clean the mess. We stayed with a 2y kid and it was very dangerous. I try to change room or cancel but they guy from the desk said there was nothing he can do . I’m so upset and sad and disappointed with this reservation. I truly consider you must to remove from your list this hotel. And I wish you can give me a credit, return my money back or something because this is not fair, this is not a good experience at all. We are also afraid beds have bedbugs!

The property was very bad. The bed had someone hair all over it. Staines on the blankets. Spider webs on the walls and ceiling. WiFi sucked. Pool was terrible. Tbh I would not of paid more then 10$ a night to stay here. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Was assigned to the wrong room at first. Then to get the right room it wasnt cleaned yet although it was 6pm. Upon arrival of room at 6:30pm, the bathroom was very dirty (toilet, mirror, floor) Also carpet of room was dirty. Hot tub only had really hot water, cold tap was not working. Did not get to use the hot tub til next morning due to scorching hot water....

Not recommended for a family group.

Sofa not that much

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Once we checked in, the lady at the desk put us in a room with 2 queen beds, no jetted tub. I paid for a room with 1 queen bed and a jetted tub. We went back to the desk and she then gave us a room which was the one I booked for. So she gave us a key and we went to the room. Opened the door, to see that the room was not cleaned from the guests who stayed before us. The housekeep was shocked when we saw her and told her. We went back to the desk again and then got a key for yet another room. We discovered there was no fridge in the room so my boyfriend went to the desk and asked for a fridge, the clerk told him it would be up in 5 mins. About an hour and a half passed, still no fridge. So he went back to the desk and same clerk told him I’ll have it sent up now. After the second time, an hour passed again and still nothing. We then see The maintenance guy so my boyfriend stopped him and said we still hadn’t received a fridge. He then told us that he didn’t even get the call! Also the room is not very clean, bathroom is disgusting and we did not get a single channel on the tv. Spend a little more money and avoid this dump!

Staff clear less,the bulging not clean,E.C not working properly,and dropping water in carpets and was filthy,and spiders web everywhere,and alot of steins on bedding,the room under lit ,and the toilet seat disgusting .

Beds were rock hard stains on the carpets. Needs major updating. Will not be staying there again ever.

Pretty much a prototypical no-tell motel...dirty and dated. 50 character minimum so I guess I can say there's a decent place to eat right up the street from it.

The entire room smelled faintly of urine. The sheets, pillows, and towels all smelled like they were washed with something that was heavily soiled in urine. I have stayed in many inexpensive motels and this was the worst. The blinds were ripped off of the windows and didnt close completely. The carpet was disgusting and full of stains. This place should not continue to operate in its current state. I regret staying here.

Close to the tower and some attractions. Overall experience if you cant find a decent room let this be your very last choice..

The room was not as advertised and definitely not like the description on hotels.com. I would not recommend based off photos and description. Bed sheets and carpet are dirty, stained and gross smelly.

Rooms need to be fixed up A LOT! The only good thing was the jetted tub for two. Tv remote was for the wrong thing so it didn’t work, bath tub moved and the tolilet didn’t like to flush.

There was no hairdryer and microwave in the room. Only two shower towels in a room. The room was dirty, bathroom tub was dirty, furniture old and broken. Cleaning service terrible no one never came to clean our room. Service as front desk never attended they are left two phone numbers on a door window and never pick up the phone. We have been asked for towels and shampoo couple of times and in the end of the day they finally bring us fresh towels and shampoo. We don't know what happened there but came three police cars and police officer arrested the guy who worked there as a receptionist.

The location is great, in a walking distance to major attractions but need some upgrading.

The hotel washroom needs some work the walls needs to be painted, toilet needs to be fixed and other furniture was wobbly too.

Staff was always working from morning till late at night. Very friendly and offered any help if needed. Wasn't high end, but enjoyed the hospitality and comfort. Stayed an hour later with no charge. Excellent customer service and quiet comfortable room.

the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Room was sooooooooo dim. I had to call maintenance to fix it/put bulb but took him hours before doing it. Only to find out it is not really functional. they gave us 1 small lampshade instead . Tv was not working. No channels at all. Maintenance staff couldnt fix it. It was a total waste of money. Beddings are old ...i mean really old. Horrible place. Also far from attractions not as stated. I was trying to cancel as soon as i reached there...but they said it is non refundable. Dont waste your money on this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for a night, using the family room. Everything is old, but still clean. Only one microwaver in the office, I wanted to use it at 9:30AM, but office was still closed. Gnerally, this hotel is good at this price.

Checked in - Could tell the room had been smoked in, unfortunate but not a deal breaker as staff can not control fully what happens in the rooms once doors are closed. Room was clean enough, although run down but for the price paid for the night not unexpected. Turned on the breaker for the heater and set room temperature then went for dinner to a local place recommended by friends. Came back heater was off, breaker as well. Turn breaker and heater back on, breaker tripped within 5 minutes. Staff said someone would be right over. Waited maybe five minutes and checked out - NO HEAT is unacceptable.

There was no cable in room so tv was worthless

Although checkin was easy and fast the service to our problems weren't addressed in a timely manner. There was no phone in tbe room so we had to walk over to the desk for help. TV was going out more than staying on. Although the room was clean. they need to remodel. The bed slept good.

It was fun, the Jacuzzi was great. It was a short walk to places to eat. And to the falls .

Pool was forest green and half empty, sign at road said pool open (not) droped a fry on the carpet inside 30 ants were all all over it in the morning, holes in wall not good

First room we got was extremely disappointing. Was dirty, had big stains on the carpet, ants walking on the floor, and a huge grasshopper on one of the beds! This was really disappointing because when I booked I specially requested for the room to be clean. We told the staff about it and they gave us a different room and it didn't have a fan in the washroom but at least it didn't have bugs.

2nd This hotel is directly across the road from the opp and Niagra police headquarters and the neighbour hood surrounding this hotel is very run down. (Drug addicts and homeless ppl all over) Now let's start the review. My girlfriend and I show up for check-in and as soon as we walk in the office, my girlfriend notices a *No Refund* sign.....hmmmm!!!! So we check-in and head over to our room. As soon as we go in, all that is able to be smelt is... .yes, you got it - insecticides. Gross! After we get threw the scent we start really looking at the room. -The beds had no fitted sheets, just common sheets. -They had no bed skirting. - The A.C. unit had broken knobs, but I made it work. - The top dresser drawer was visibly screwed shut, the middle 1 worked and the bottom 1 was missing the handle. - There was stain on the one bed outside corner of the box spring, that I'm sure was blood. - The bathroom had no vent and you could see outside from its old location. - The shower pressure was Insane and uncontrollable, making a water mess once your shower was completed. Once I settled down and took a look on this site, I found the same ad I had ordered (Fri @4pm check-in to Sun @11am check-out) which cost me 360 or 180 a night, for less then half of what I had paid......Which enraged both my myself and my girlfriend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE!

No service available to make the bed and replace the towels after the first day. When checking out I asked and was told they are not allowed to enter the room to clean or change towels. We have to ask for towels. No TV remote, asked at the front desk and was informed to check all the drawers which we had already done. Gave us a remote to use.
