Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It is also praised for its convenient location, being a short walk from Niagara Falls and other attractions. However, some guests have complained about noise, lack of amenities, and issues with the bathrooms.

The room was clean. The staff is great! The location is awesome! We walked everywhere.
- 4/5
Very clean and good location. Close to the falls and other attractions sites. Lots of food options around. WiFi lags, I don't know if it's because of my room location or it's the whole facility in general. Also you can't watch anything on tv, regular tv didn't show and all the apps were not connecting as well. For someone who loves my tv, that was a struggle.
- 5/5
Had a few problems with the booking as we were bringing our puppy and when we booked there was not a charge but we were told that we would be charged. We went back and fourth with this but in the end there were no extra charges and the room was excellent. The location was a bit sketchy. They advertised a pool but that is filled in.
- 3.5/5
It was clean no bad smell
- 4/5
The Bed, very good. The bathroom curtain.
- 4.5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
Location and price The room has very stinky smell that I could not even fall asleep sleep. I used my disinfectant and perfume to spray but no luck.
- 4.5/5
Very close to the falls. Very friendly stuff. Not enough parking

I read online that they accepted cash deposit and when I got there, they refused
- 4.5/5
Close to amenities. Staff are nice. Rooms clean.
- 4/5
This property was exceptionally clean, staff was helpful and we were able to bring our two dogs along with us. When requesting a room refresh during our 3 night stay - everything was spotless when we returned , new towels were provided and bed were made up . Room was spotless and smelled amazing ! I was very happy with our stay, we will be back .
- 0.5/5
Nothing TV not working, three days stay no room service at all no shower chill smell curry Please return $60 back to me!
- 5/5
The staff were amazing. So kind and welcoming. We had a tiny issue with the toilet but they fixed that immediately! Would definitely stay here again. It’s only a ten minute walk from the falls!
- 0.5/5
Nothing in particular, foul smell coming out of the bathroom as soon as we checked in. Lack of housekeeping. Attitude issues from certain employees.
- 2/5
Free parking. 15 minute walk to the main core and falls. Noise travelled in the hallways, rooms were patched up and sloppily painted. Beds were squeeky and uncomfortable. Furniture was ripped and stained. It was only decent enough to stay one night because it was late and we were tired.
- 3.5/5
Due to staff error i had to change rooms and staff acted like it was my fault.
- 5/5
Great room, great location and a great price
- 4/5
The staff are super nice!
- 4/5
Clean room, very nice staff assuring we had what we needed. Unfortunately, not many amenities, just a place to sleep near the falls if needed. About a 15 min walk to Clifton hill and 20-30 mins to other attractions. Place had no conditioner for your hair, only a "2in1" that felt worse than just regular shampoo. Be advised no elevator in building, must walk up the flight of stairs.

Cats allowed saved my day.

No housekeeping at all unless asked for. Didn't empty garbages, replenish supplies or linens unless asked to. Ice machine was broken but the beds were clean
- 5/5
It super clean and staff were great. The location was also very convenient while price was low. They didn't charge for parking.
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
Pet friendly, clean renovated room. Free parking and the staff is very helpful.
- 3/5
Everything was perfect except the heat at night. The noise coming from the AC is too disturbing.
- 5/5
Everything was so good
- 4/5
Honey & Phillip were excellent hosts. Very kind & perfect suggestions to enjoy Niagara Falls.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
It’s a great hotel when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Niagara fallas, super close to the falls, rooms are very spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
Room was clean as advertised. Staff was good. But the heating in the room sucked. The blower was very noisy. It kept reverting back to blowing cold air. Even though I pushed the heat button. I can understand auto shutoff if I'd selected auto but I didn't. yet at night it would turn off for a minute of 2 then back on with all kinds of weird noises. Loud enough to wake us up.
- 4/5
the beds were very noisy.
- 2/5
The bathroom is in need of a serious upgrade in the room we were in.
- 3/5
Room was clean but we faced the street and it was loud . The heat worked but did not shut off at a temperature.
- 3/5
the room was clean the TV was very complicated (2 remotes) actually had to get front desk to come up and explain also the stair case up to the rooms is very narrow (no elevator) not good for older people or people with mobility issues close to amenities overall good deal
- 5/5
It will be our new go to motel when we get back to Niagara.
- 5/5
The manager help us out of a difficult situation and we will return in early December
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff parking on site air conditioner and heat
- 5/5
Great place,clean and quiet
- 3/5
The TV didn’t work, we told them, they said they would fix it during our stay. Never came back.
- 3/5
I was quite happy to see my room had a little bit of renovations to it and it was fairly modern (no carpet, thankfully). The bathroom had a new vanity, but the contractor did a poor job of installing it. I did not hear anyone else in the hallways. With that said, I was on the third floor and there is no elevator, so I am guessing most people avoided the third floor for this reason. The stairwell is looking a bit rough, but I assume that was because everyone has to lug their luggage up and down. Staff were quite peasant and I did not have an issue with parking! I'd stay here again.
- 4/5
Perfectly acceptable budget-wise room.
- 4/5
The room was great! Very comfortable with fridge and microwave and huge tv. Only issue was that there must be a side door of the building or at the pizza shop attached that was so loud that it shakes the floor and bed when it’s closed and this was disruptive and woke me up late at night/early morning hours. Other than that would stay here again!
- 5/5
Very clean, nice staff, close to all the attractions. Free parking. Always cheap. Its not pretty or fancy but the beds are comfy and its clean. What more coukd you ask?
- 4/5
Room was neat and tidy. Location is close enough to the Falls. Overall good experience.
- 3/5
Not very clean
- 5/5
Great staff, clean property and excellent price
- 5/5
Very friendly and clean
- 4/5
Clean room. Had to leave a deposit. Brought my dog. Overall good experience and no complaints.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
One of the best parts is the free parking, which is a huge bonus since most places around here charge for it. Another big plus is that they are very pet-friendly. I had two dogs with me, and there was no extra pet fee. They even have a dedicated pet floor, which made the stay so much easier and stress-free. Overall, great hospitality, clean rooms, and unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to any pet owners visiting Niagara Falls!
- 3/5
Clean and big
- 4/5
Clean room for an overnight stay with family and pet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds could use more and larger sized pillows.
- 4/5
This is our second time staying at Motel 6 Niagara Falls. We loved their location with walking distance to the Falls to watch fireworks as well as to Clifton Hill. We enjoyed the dinner at the Pizza Depot which is attached to the motel. We paid nothing for parking and pet fee which is excellent. We will come back definitely.
- 5/5
Staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was okay for what we needed, except there was some drain flies in the bathroom. Besides that, the beds were comfy.
- 3/5
Great location with easy access to Niagara’s attractions
- 5/5
Very good location, the staff is great, the property is clean, and well maintained. Looking forward to going back again soon
- 4/5
It was good. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
The stay was great. No problems and right near the Ferry/Fallsview WEGO stop. One short block. And the Pizza Depot was good eats too!
- 4/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Very convinience location to all attractions.
- 3/5
Renovated in 2022 but the hallways and steps to get up to your room needs to be redone. Also need to replace some of the chairs in the rooms as they have noticeable stains. Ice machine was not working but they can give you a bag of ice at the front desk. Some rooms have microwaves some don’t (we had two rooms).
- 3/5
Bed was like a rock, no coffee in the room, shower had no pressure and was cold water only. A/C only worked sporadically.
- 3/5
Location is good. Some good restaurants and Gas stations with convenient store around. Weekends rates are high. My ratings based on what I paid vs what I got. If you find a good deal at this place then it is worth it.
- 5/5
Can always rely on a good stay when I come here. Brought my friends and family to stay here for our most recent Niagara trip and there were no complaints they were very pleased with our stay. Thank you! Will continue to book here for my Niagara trips.
- 5/5
Ver y nice pet friendly and free parking this place is exceptional. 2nd time staying here
- 3/5
Area around is full of garbage and homeless fighting outside in the morning and late at night. The hotel rooms were fine and bedding was good. The interior in the building needed a lot of repair work. Google showed a pool but there isn’t one. Probably worst area and place we have ever stayed in Niagara. I guess it depends on what your usual standards are .

They did not have an ice machine.I went to the front desk.and, they handed me a small tray with ice(enough for 3 cups). Also, the rooms were very small.and, you can hear a normal conversation by the desk area.(we were in room 104) The pool had a blue tarp over it.and was covered with debris(looked like a construction site).
- 4/5
Very Quiet area
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Check in was easy! The lady at the desk was very nice. Early check in wasn't available but we were able to keep our car parked, enjoy Clifton Hill and come back at check in time to settle. Not only that but after check out, they let us keep our car parked there for the day as well to enjoy the falls and Clifton Hill before heading home. Unfortunately the power did go out in the morning but it was the whole block so obviously not an issue from the motel themselves. The area around the motel is a little further out of tourists zone, so it was very quiet and a little nerve-wracking walking back to the motel but it still was okay being 2am. Again not an issue with the motel themselves. The walk is very convenient, about 15 minutes but I like to get my steps in anyway. I rather be out of the hussle and bustle. Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel room was very clean and definitely recently renovated. The King Deluxe Room was everything you needed for a decent price! Great staff.
- 5/5
We had a great stay at this hotel. Check in was easy, the staff were pleasant, parking was free and plentiful. It’s walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The pool was not available to use the the time we were there, although this really didn’t matter to us. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Easy to find and friendly. Traveling with one person who needs it to be cold at night to get rest and it wasnt very cold even with AC cranked down
- 5/5
Great property for the price paid
- 3/5
The stay was good, free parking on site and overall room was clean. However, the hotel is in dire need of repairs, the stairs are warped and the toilets are very low and small.
- 5/5
My boyfriend and I went up to Niagara for our anniversary. I had made a last minute reservation and the lady who checked us in was so beyond helpful I wish I had gotten her name. Check in was smooth and assistive. There are definitely a few things that were a bit strange. The door didn’t open correctly but once we got the hang of it we were fine. The AC would randomly stop throughout the night but if it didn’t stop it was extremely strong. Room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. All in all we would definitely stay again
- 5/5
It was worth the money
- 5/5
would have been better if had elevater..have difficulty with stairs.loved all staff.had fair amount of dogs at times lot of varking
- 4/5
I don't like maid service and they didn't bother me, so was happy about that.
- 5/5
The best motel my children have ever stayed. Awesome for all everything. I will chose Motel6 for my next getaway.
- 5/5
The motel was very well situated, close to the attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean property.
- 5/5
Older, recently updated
- 5/5
loved location and space. will def visit again. its close to everything in niagara falls.
- 3/5
There was no coffee pot no microwave in the room and I suggest they should have one.
- 5/5
We loved staying there and will definitely come back again.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
The shower needs to be Fix.
- 1/5
The fire alarm went off 13 times the first night of our stay. At no time did management contact us to explain what was going on. We called down to find out what was going on. They told us to ignore it without any explanation of what was happening. It went off all throughout the night and none of us slept AT ALL. It was miserable!
- 5/5
Always a good stay!
- 5/5
I had no problem
- 5/5
So good
- 3/5
It's close enough to Clifton Hill that you can walk if physically able. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We never had a problem parking. If you're just looking for a place to sleep while exploring Niagara this motel does the trick.
- 4/5
Staff followed me outside to get back the key and was in my business to much everything we did they watched felt unsafe
- 4/5
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was on a major street close ish to restaurants and the Falls. The parking lot could do with more lighting beyond the initial quarter of the lot. Room was clean and very well lit (which is something I wish other hotels would do too). The bed was comfortable. The room was perfectly functional and was generally in good shape but it did have a few dings (i.e., duck tape on the floor over the lintel of the bathroom door, water stained chair). The hotel room price was definitely competitive and despite the few dings I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Was very quiet, clean and comfortable bad , worth it the amount the charges was reasonable, thanks for evening and morning staff very friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Smelled like smoke in the hallways. There were dogs on site. Hardwood floors in the hallway was not a good choice. We heard every person wak by.
- 5/5
Easy to get to, in and out of. Close to everything
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
Looks like they’re making efforts to upgrade the place. Check in time was very long. A heads up for some reason they require the ID of everyone in the room which was a pain to have to leave my spot in line to go get that and add further to that delay. If you’ve paid ahead make sure to specify that clearly. It’s dog friendly and there’s no extra fee for that so it really was a great option considering not many hotels accepted dogs and those that did cost an extra $100 a night in most cases. There’s also park area very close by to take your pets for bathroom break.
- 2/5
Lacked a lot of things
- 4/5
Graded to the owners room which was fantastic. I would guess we will be back next year
- 4/5
Thumbs up
- 2/5
The shower had mold unable to switch rooms hotel was booked for holiday weekend & wifi wasn't working or the TV in the room
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
We chose for the pool. Pool was not open. Rooms recently renovated but poorly done. Cleanish drain flies lots of them in room. Cleaner used high odour I found too strong.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and the decoration is relatively new within three years. The bed is very comfortable. The pillow is a bit low. It is close to the waterfall. The service attitude is good. The pizza downstairs tastes good. 感觉性价比不错!
- 4/5
We had a great stay. Short walk to the falls. Free parking. Room was a little small for 5 people (2 Queens...)
- 3/5
The shower is not consistently hot, gets super cold then super hot within a few minutes. Also, the hair dryer is not available when we checked in. We had to asked for it and it had hair stuck in it.
- 4/5
Check in was smooth, and friendly rooms was clean and smell great parking safe and very accessible over all it was fantastic I will recommend this place .
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and everything is what we expected when booking.
- 4/5
It's around the quiet part of Niagara Falls. There's great thrift stores and bakeries around the area and no screaming children.
- 4/5
Good price in the area.
- 5/5
No breakfast or no fitness room but fridge and microwave was great. It was a nice room with the jacuzzi. Good size and shower pressure was great. Overall pretty good! Staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay. They could improve on the A/C and building maintenance.
- 5/5
Great people!
- 4/5
Nice and clean with this price.
- 4/5
Free parking, walked to the Falls
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Too much noise as the restaurant is open until 3 am
- 5/5
It was amazing clean very friendly and comfy would definitely stay there again and recommend to people
- 5/5
The place seemed to be recently renovated, the room was big with a king bed, good shower, and clean.
- 5/5
The service was very friendly. I had no issue the two nights I stayed.
- 4/5
Very good need & clean area nice
- 5/5
perfect.. and helpful staff
- 4/5
The room was recently updated and is very well done. Only got noisy 1 night but was people on the street being obnoxious. Nice place.
- 4/5
The owners/managers were very friendly and were quick to assist us with any needs (e.g., an electric kettle, extra pillows). Location is fantastic. About a 15 minute walk to the falls and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, great parking and clean, renovated rooms.
- 5/5
We loved it
- 5/5
what can i say? all in one place. neat, modern, peaceful, secured, convenient and price worthy. i couldnt ask for more.
- 3/5
The place is just OK. However, it’s a 15 mins walk away to Clifton Hill which is a big plus. No need to bring your car there to pay for parking. The only downside were….. it’s a no smoking room but you can smell the cigarettes on the hallway and they have people banging closing the doors on the hallway in and out at 3am. We didn’t really rested well because of the noise and you can hear people talking so loud.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay! Afforable, clean, comfortable bed, and bonus has a late night pizza place attached to it. Pizza was soooo good. The staff at Mammas Inn were so friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Close to all amenities and great staff
- 5/5
Overall my stay was great and will definitely be going back. Keep up the Great Work Owner and Staff at Mamma's Inn
- 4/5
Convenient location and easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful and complimentary coffee was a plus!
- 3/5
this place is seemingly run on a shoestring budget, no frills, not even any regular channels on the TV. The bed was not great. The original hotel lobby has been turned into a takeout pizza joint. The place however, is functional and is in a decent location. If you want a basic room with no frills, this place is it.
- 3/5
The room was spacious and functional with television, mini fridge, A/C and walking distance to Clifton Hill. However, the pillows we're cheap (chunks of foam), we had a bath faucet in our stand-up shower (no bath) and there was a piece of metal stuck in a power outlet (very dangerous)!
- 5/5
It was one of the cleanest places in the area and was very quiet.
- 3/5
old building
- 5/5
Stuff was very nice and helpful. Room was super nice and clean
- 4/5
It was ok
- 4/5
The stay was budget friendly and still close to the Niagara activities. Most places are within a short walk. There were limited amenities in the room - but at least they offer a small fridge (no Microwave, kettle or coffee maker in-room). TV streaming service available but the WIFI connectivity was poor.
- 5/5
Perfect value
- 3/5
In general it was good for one night Room was nice and clean, only problem keys were not working properly had to try several times to open the room door and the main entry door
- 2/5
There are bugs/ants, aircon not working so well, the lady in charge in giving towels was so rude. Very frustrating that we chose to stay here.
- 1/5
Over a dozen bugs found swarming in our room and the refrigerator was loud and running all night
- 1/5
The place they give me a diferrent room and the AC dosent work and too noisy.
- 2/5
Negative: there isn’t any tissu in the room. For 2 nights only one roll of toilet paper. The hair dryer didn’t work.
- 5/5
Accessible
