For the price I was pleasantly surprised about everything

We enjoyed our stay - when we first attempted to use the shower, the shower head fell off, but the front desk and maintenance took care of the issue immediately and satisfactorily which we appreciated. The service was very friendly, the room very comfortable with great amenities such as a microwave, decent fridge, and other items. I would comment on the strength of the wifi. In our room, it was very poor and we had to use our personal hotspots for decent connection. That was the only area of concern. Great value for the price point and we would definitely stay here again!

Older motel but pretty good condition. Very clean. Poor WI-FI. Small hick up with checking in (they had problem to find my reservation). I would stay again

This is a really good cheap motel. The staff was great there was an easy check in and check out. The staff helped happily with the couple questions I had. I walked into my room and stripped the bed to check for cleanliness. The sheets were white and clean as were pillow cases. There was a small bit of soap on the wall in the shower but it was so minor. Everything else was clean and I will absolutely be back.

The place is amazingly clean and tidy. The facility and the rooms are newly renovated with new furniture and appliances and hardwood floors. The bathroom is also renovated and really nice. Aileen was super friendly and nice and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Niagara Falls.

Everything was excellent staff, room very clean, beds floor. Smart tv with big screen.

We thought everything was satisfactory,however, the price was quite steep for the small size of the room.

Please is very clean, away from noisy crowds but close to WEGO bus stop - easy, convenient way do see major attractions. You can buy pass just a across is street at KOA. Excellent rare during the week.

Friendly service, which was on hand if a proberlem arised. It,s got a swimming pool and a bar b q, if you wanted a cook your own food, which was great. Rooms and bathfoom were above standard, in my opinion., l would go out of my way to stay at Lundy,s motel again.

The washroom window was covered with a see through/white curtain, and the shower curtain was transparent, so anyone could've looked inside.

I like motels without carpet so that was probably the best feature. Oh we got queen beds and it was quite decent. Pillows were basic but in all for the price it was a pretty clean simple motel that I would visit again. PS. try not to check in late.. for a easier experience with staff.

Its a cute place, the staff are nice with people and supportive. I liked the cleanliness and neatness in the room, but the bathroom walls needed to be cleaned-the grooves were black! There was no coffee or tea supplies in the room. Overall experience, good.

This place isn’t fabulous! Humidity not very clean. Trusted HOTELS.COM recommendation for this stay. If you traveling to Niagara don’t book motels online. They are much cheaper when you shop around in person.

Everything was above my expectation from a motel. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. There was ice in the freezer. There was also a kettle and a variety of tea bags and instant coffee. The only issue was that WiFi speed was unreliable. It would work fine at some point and then completely choke and so on. Also the lack of blackout curtains made the room very bright once the sun rises.

Rooms were very clean and updated. You dont expect it looking at the outside as its a bit dated. Pool was not up and running. But it was being fixed so only temporary

Clean and Newly Renovated. Haven’t had our place clean when we stayed for 3 nights but it’s ok. I wish they could but everything was great.

Didn’t have info folder for ice machine location tv needed both remotes and no fan in bath so mirror steamed up and took a long time to clear.

It was nice place for the price. The couple was nice. They came and fix the TV for us.

internet was a joke ,tv was a joke ,shower barely worked,drug addict neighbors yelling all day at each other ,door handle barely worked ,was allowed early check in

They got a swimming pool but are not clean to use. Maybe they would consider to have it operational during spring & summer season. Otherwise, I may suggest to convert it as an indoor jacuzzi pool for the cold seasons.

I was little hesitant to stay in motel as my previous motel was disappointing. But Lundys motel is neat, Clean and Spacious. I would come again and recommend to my friends

Overally it was nice experience. The best thing is price although wifi didn't work.

They had no record of my Expedia reservation, I was lucky to get the last room. The price is excellent for what you get. Don’t expect 5 star accommodation for 2 star price. My room was 1 queen bed. I couldn’t hear noise between the walls but could hear thru door and windows. There were no blackout curtains, so a lot of light came in the room. You can hear noises from cars on the road and the truck lot behind the motel. It was very clean, bed was ok. You could tell the room had a makeover with new paint, flooring and renovated bathroom. It was non smoking but I did smell a faint odour of smoke in the room. The staff that checked me out were very nice, much different than who checked me in. Overall, good value for your money, but I don’t think I would want to be there for too many nights.

T.V. sound would not work. We did not want to disturb the old man who checked us in. Their website said they were open for entry from 3-7 pm. Seriously!!!! We arrived at 10:00 pm hoping we could get in. It seemed a bit of an effort for the man to find our reservation and register us.

The proprietors were very accommodating in meeting our needs and the place is immaculate. Very simple decor and excellent WiFi. We'll definitely be back.

My favourite hotel when coming to niagara to visit family

Ive stayed here a few times.Its my favourite in that price range.Clean comfortable room ..lots of amenities..lots of TV channels including smart channels and very strong wifi

This 2 star motel should be rated as a 4 star. You can tell the owner takes pride in their motel. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We always try to stay at this motel when we are on a budget because their value for your money is amazing. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and make sure your needs are always met even for the littlest thing.

Check-in was smooth and the owner was pleasant. The place was newly renovated, smells good and clean except the toilet bowl. It's a good thing we always bring lysol wipes with us in the car.

Fantastic service and super clean rooms. Reasonable rates. The pool is heated and well maintained. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

Booked this for my parents. We stayed at a different property that was sold out by the time they decided to join us in Niagara. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Property is well kept and the rooms are all refurbished. Mom did not like the first room she was given for “mom” type reasons, but the staff and the owner immediately moved them to another room which Mom loved. The front desk helped Dad with the TV, WiFi, coffee machine, etc. Overall they enjoyed the stay.

This place is very hospitable. The owners are such great and friendly people. They meet your every need and if not, they try to work something out. The room is clean and modern. Bus stop in front of the hotel and across the street.

Very nice place from the service to the room. Owners are very personable and the location is convenient to attractions. Bus picks up right in front of the hotel and there are great places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would recommend this place and intend to go back next year. Save my room. I will be back.

Everything was good. Nice pool

The room and staff are nice and in a safe area. Its very close to the niagara falls- in 10minutes only. Free wifi and free parking with pool. The only downside is a strong insect repellant powder that they have outside the rooms. It was hard for me to breath due to my asthma.

Very good. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. Other than that, everything is very good.

1) The rooms are clean,laminated floors- I felt confident to walk around on bare feet.By comparison for the same price I stayed at a Choice hotel in Markham on the ground floor, the room was smelly and the carpet dirty- needed make over badly, wore my slippers through out the stay. 2) Staff was pleasant on check in. 3) Bed was good and the pillows firm- great for a side sleeper. 4) Pool was being renovated so cannot comment. 5) Location far enough from the Falls downtown to allow you to get a night's rest but close enough to good restaurants on Lundy's Lane.

Had different rooms during several stays, consistent quality, all clean, always friendly staff. Street is quiet during the night, so no need for a room away from the street. Will definitely return.

Not 2 many clean places to stay, this one was cozy and clean

Perfect for the small stay we needed. Staff was great and let us check in early at no extra charge and the room was perfect to crash in. Not the ritz people its a motel so expect such and you wont be upset

The gentleman in the office was so kind and offered to bring the ice we required to our room. The room had everything we needed, complimentary water, a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee, great parking, a chair to enjoy the nice weather outside, outdoor pool, and only one floor so no stairs for my mother-in-law. We feel badly as we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping. We will definitely stay there again when in Niagara Falls!

Very clean and great price. Quick and easy check-in. some other run down motels were charging $50 to $100 more for a Saturday.

My 3 night stay at Lundy's Motel was EXCELLENT. Clean, modernized, and reasonably priced. My next stay in Niagara Falls will be at Lundy's Motel.

Newly renovated rooms. Very clean and reasonable rates.

The room was renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and crisp sheets. The only complaimt we had was noise. Walls were very thin and heard outside traffic and next door neighbor in her heels at three in the morning.

Nice place to stay overnight.

The motel is old, but has been spruced up with a remodel. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The biggest downside is the thin walls. I could hear every word of the couples conversation in the next room. With the fairly high reviews here I was expecting more.

Niagara Falls has some bad hotels and some okay hotels but Lundys is the first great hotel I've found. It is clean and affordable.

I enjoyed my stay (2 nights) it was my husband's birthday the owner said " you should have told me I don't have nothing. Only 2 beers if you like. And quickly returned with them." How nice!

We were satisfied overall with our weekend, the rooms are very clean, nice bedding etc., the only criticism is the plumbing, in particular, the shower taps were extremely hard to control, very hot vs. very cold water.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was well maintained, very clean, with fresh smell, and complete with amenities: microwave, fridge, phone and a big screen TV where we enjoyed watching the hockey game. The bathroom was very clean with hair dryer and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely comeback.

My one night experience at Lundy's motel sss real good ! From the staff all the way to the standards inside the room ! My brother and I enjoyed it and would definitely come back again ! Plus-- it's totally worth the money !!!

Lundys is a value if you Just need a place to sleep and bathe. That's all i needed. Check-in was quick staff was pleasant. Room had adequate amenities and was clean. I'd stay there again traveling alone.

For an older roadside motel the rooms are well maintained. The room we had was quite spacious. The beds are comfortable with good linen. The laminate flooring makes the room cleaner. The bathroom is fine, however the shower tap is touchy in finding the right temperature. Unlike similar motels there are ample electrical outlets including one with built-in USB ports for charging devices. The heating and cooling worked well. Rooms include WI-FI, a small fridge with separate freezer, microwave, hair dryer, kettle, coffee and bottled water. The TV's are large LCD Smart TV's with built-in WI-FI, if you can figure out how to connect it to the motel's WI-FI. There are ample cable channels available. However, the TV's brand has few internet viewing options other than connecting to your Netflix account, CinemaNow and YouTube. The WI-FI connection isn't going get you hi-def content on the big screen, but I was able to watch things on YouTube. If I had to nitpick I would say the table and chairs in our room could have been in better shape, the front window curtains could be larger blackout style ones and we didn't have the ability to turn off the exterior light outside our room. There is a grocery store (with beer, cider and wine) a short walk down the street and the outlet mall a short drive away. The WEGO bus stop is close by. This is now our budget motel in the Falls and we'll return.
