    Excellent property. Exceptional views. Everyone was very friendly. It seemed like you were treated as last priority if you had a breakfast voucher. They food patrons ordered off the Main menu really fast, the voucher meals took a lot longer. Being seated was the same way. The older women seating patrons would pass many clean table and try to seat voucher patrons in tables away from the windows. We were also told we cold purchase an upgraded room for $125.00 per night fr a three night stay. When I received a copy of my receipt at check out. When I reviewed it latter that day I reviewed it and found we were charged $750.00 for the upgraded room. When I called to check on this I was told I signed the paper when I arrived. That was not helpful at all. I would like this viewed.

    Room was smaller than expected in a 42nd Floor Family Suite I feel it was not value for money - quite price Upgraded with additional top-up CAD 170 per night As our room was not ready when we arrived at 2 PM In spite of the hotel confirmation to allow check in after 1 PM Our Room was not available at 2 PM - we had to pay extra to take an available room in 42nd Floor with extra payment Till now our DEPSOIT has not been refunded (it is Day 9 after check-out)

    Our room was magnificent! I couldn't ask for more! For me, my husband and my little four kids. We had the best fallview right infront by our huge ceiling to floor windows. The room was spacious enough for all of us to combine together! We didn't get the room with a bathtub. That was a bit down failure for us. However, I got the best deal of accommodation by reserving one and a half months in advance. The hotel had a really really nice spa! Actually two of them, but I liked the hotter whirlpool with the massageable airblows. My kids loved swimming in the swimming pool by the spa. We had a brilliant time staying here at Wmbassy Hilton Hotel!

    Parking expensive but convenient within the building. Enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in evening. Lobby inviting. First night, the room was older with very uncomfortable bed, but they changed us to a much better renovated room for remaining nights. Only complaint was the breakfast, terrible quality and taste.

    I've stayed at this hotel many times, this time I paid perhaps 500% more because of the date, and that's precisely when the service was at its worst. The staff was unhelpful, there were many problems in every way, little to no assistance at check-in, the room was handed over late, and the receptionists' attitude was extremely indifferent in these situations.

    We understand we visited for 3 nights on a very busy weekend, the weekend after New Years Eve, however there were line ups to park, to check in, for the pool, for breakfast, but the worst lineup was the elevator. On average, no word of a lie, we waited 10-15 minutes. Once on the elevator, it stopped at almost every floor. Brutal.

    Gym sucked (outdated equipment other than bike (only 1 tho), room was clean but weirdly designed- no smart tv apps (only cable) && HAD NO HOT WATER.     Elevators were a big problem sometimes waiting over 15 minutes especially since i was with my elderly mother who has a walker. We were in the breakfast overflow which was in the basement on banquet tables with prepared foods even toast! I remember staying here in the past when breakfast was on the ninth floor with a view of the fall and made to order food

    The room was dark and not enough clean. Not home service the next day to clean the room. Waiting for elevators was more than 10 minutes. You put more services at the entrances than the room cleaning. The game rooms for kids was not functioning well, we keep dropping more coins and the games was not working. The swimming pool was over crowded. Kids did not get a chances to swim.

    Our stay started with a room without a whirlpool like I paid for and we had engineers who came in to work on our washroom. While they were working I went to the lobby and spoke to someone about the whirlpool and they moved us to another floor. The older rooms have the jacuzzi (which is fine) so we moved, but the beds in this room were really uncomfortable. I almost packed up and left in the middle of the night but my daughter didn't want to leave so we stayed. The dinner at STK was great and I'm glad I didn't upgrade the room to a better view of the falls because the fireworks were only 5 to 7 mins long. Someone at front desk needs to mention that if a guest is asking for a better view because of fireworks past NYE it's not worth the $150-$200 more. When I addressed this with the staff over text they replied that I need to contact the city for the fire works. The lack of accountability was baffling.

    "Due to bad weather" they had a lot of cancelations and encouraged us to upgrade rooms to a falls-view. The upgraded room was very cramped! The bathroom was showing it's age with missing grout that had been patched with caulk and that was falling out making for a moldy shower. There were so many light switches, it took a while to figure out which one you intended. The noise of the party floor was so loud, we couldn't hold a reasonable conversation at the STK Steakhouse. And they greatly overbooked the NYE party for the space they set aside for it so the line at the bar was extremely long all night and there was no place to rest your drink.

    If you order in room food service, make sure don’t tip twice. There’s an automatic 23% gratuity charge on there already. I spent almost $300 on my service and I wasn’t given a receipt for it, they “ran out of receipt paper”. The view was good on the 16th floor though.

    I encountered the same rude and unprofessional behavior both when arriving at the hotel and again when leaving. On multiple occasions, I had to communicate with different valet staff members, and unfortunately I found all of them to be rude, impatient, and visibly annoyed. This behavior was especially noticeable among some of the older valet staff, whose attitude and tone were particularly unpleasant. These individuals are positioned at the main entrance and are often the first and last point of contact for guests. As a result, their conduct leaves a lasting impression. Despite the hotel’s clear efforts to train staff and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience, all of that effort is effectively undermined when guests are met with annoyance and disrespect at the door. I understand that valet staff may be a third-party service and not part of your regular hotel team. However, their behavior directly reflects on Embassy Suites, and in this case, it significantly impacted my overall stay in a negative way. All the hotel’s hard work goes to waste if guests continue to feel irritated or unwelcome due to such interactions. I am sharing this feedback so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Embassy Suites has a strong reputation for hospitality

    Property is nice. parking was tricky, very busy and difficult to figure out (no posted signage or direction on webpage). ended up spending extra on valet parking because parking was difficult.     The most disappointing part was the breakfast. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the breakfast buffet. I remembered it as a large buffet with a chef making omelets fresh on the spot.     We Was in the pool and it was time to go and the cleaning guy open the door to the outside to push everyone out the pool while me and my family was waiting for the shower we were all wet and freezing cold after that encounter and it was 20 degrees outside Staff never came clean the room changed out towels we called down to get more towels and took the over 45 minutes to bring them make us not be able to leave early enough to enjoy my vacation the didn’t have enough cart so when it was time to check out had to carry all my luggage out. Just a bad experience overall for me and my family

    My family and I have chosen Embassy Suites consistently over the past **4–5 years**, with our family members staying at the hotel whenever we visit Niagara Falls. Based on this long-standing trust, I booked **three rooms** for our recent family trip. Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be the **worst hotel experience we have ever had**. The check-in process was extremely problematic. One of our family members was unable to arrive due to severe weather on Sunday, and her name was listed as the guest for one of the rooms. Resolving this relatively simple issue required **four separate trips to the front desk**. During our **second check-in attempt**, we were given the **wrong room key**. On our **third visit**, a front desk employee ** displayed an unacceptable and disrespectful attitude, treating the situation as though we were at fault and needed to comply with his demands. This behavior was highly unprofessional. We paid **$300–$400 per night** for this stay, and that cost should reflect quality service—not explanations of internal system limitations. We requested assistance from the manager, but the issue still could not be resolved at that time. Eventually, we were instructed to contact **Expedia ourselves** to change the guest name in the middle of the night and 3 kids and 2 elders were in this trip.     They gave me the wrong room at first. Then when i got switched to the new room there was a yellow urine stain on the bedding. There were so many people it took over 30mins to use the elevator if it even showed up... I had to use the stairs multiple times because the elevator would not come... I was on the 24th floor. They also charged an obscene amount for parking.... that was not outlined when I made the booking.

    The room was great, newly renovated and excellent view of both Falls. The only downside to this stay was the hotel elevators. There are only four working elevators for all of the guests staying in 40+ floors of rooms. We sometimes had to wait 20+ minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby from the 23rd floor.

    Room was clean and newly renovated, gave us an upgrade to partial view of the falls for free, check in/out was fast, free extra alcoholic drink coupons, lots of breakfast options on the buffet. The only con is parking—pricy when you park indoor so we had to park outdoor across the street. But overall, it was a great stay and great experience and we will definitely come back again.

    Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the hot tub itself was good. However, the washroom had several serious issues. There was no hot water at the vanity for several minutes, the bathroom door lock was not working, and the hot tub stopper was damaged (although it was eventually replaced). Unfortunately, the hotel did not fix the hot water issue or the bathroom door lock during my stay. I was also told that they could only offer compensation if I had booked directly with them, and because I booked through Expedia, they were unable to compensate me.

    At check-in, the front desk staff were quite tricky. I had booked and paid for a full suite, but they deliberately assigned me a studio suite instead. After going to the room, I had to return to the front desk and argue my case, showing my Hotels.com booking details as proof. Only then did they finally give me the correct room. This was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was no non-dairy milk available, no boiled eggs, and no bananas. For a brand like Hilton, this level of breakfast service is surprising and unacceptable. Elevator service was also extremely poor. At one point, I had to wait around 30 minutes just to get an elevator. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for a hotel of this brand.

    We stayed at this hotel for two nights and the experience was a complete disaster. Elevators: Out of 5 elevators, usually only 2 were working. Sometimes it took up to 45–50 minutes just to get an elevator to stop on our floor. Completely unacceptable. Breakfast: Both mornings we had to wait nearly one hour in line just to enter the breakfast area. Once inside, the buffet was very poor, low quality, and extremely disappointing. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we found toilet paper in the bathroom that was already dirty and brown-stained. This alone shows how bad the housekeeping standards are. Cigarette smell: Both nights, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside our unit. Despite reporting it multiple times to the front desk, nothing was done. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards and is absolutely not recommended.

    Overall great service all around. The best part is that they text you personally to see if you need anything and respond right away. I give them a 5 star for this! We had two issues with the room which they fixed right away. At our request gave us an extra hour for checkout. Other items: pool and hot tubs were large and kid friendly - but too much chlorine - eyes hurt in the air even without using water. No change rooms and can’t take towels up, so my kids went like that in elevators. Elevators line ups are long - but because of great service, they help to keep all things moving. Would stay again! The view from the suite was spectacular of Niagara Falls

    We had an overall good stay at the hotel, but it feels more like a self-service property. The room rates are comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel but the service levels don’t match that pricing. For example, the food options were average, the room linen didn’t feel very clean, and there were no bell staff to assist with luggage. Overall, there is a considerable gap between what they charge and the level of service provided.

    There were long queues for the elevators and breakfast. We had to call multiple times to have the elevator sent to our floor because we waited almost 15 minutes. Parking is expensive. Before check-in, you have to wait in a temporary parking area, which is quite compact. The system was so weird. You have to wait in the temporary parking area while your family member checks in and then decide what kind of parking you want. Check in queue was long as well. It’s like they want to make sure you go for valet parking which is $100 dollars per night The valet staff works very hard, and I appreciate how they try to make the experience better. David was sweet and friendly. However, I think the management needs to ensure the overall guest experience is actually good. The room was clean, but the quality of the toilet paper was poor, and the toilet kept getting clogged. Overall just bad! Won’t ever visit again!

    The reception staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Instead of handing over the room keys or access cards promptly, they repeatedly pushed for a room upgrade. I had to ask multiple times before they finally handed over the cards, which was frustrating after a long journey. The breakfast experience was terrible. There were long queues, with wait times of up to 45 minutes, and the food quality was poor. Similar long waits were experienced for the elevators, making basic movement within the hotel inconvenient. The falls view advertised during booking was misleading. Not only was the actual view very different from the photos, but the window itself was very small, which did not provide a proper or enjoyable view of the falls. The rooms were small, old, narrow, and appeared unhygienic, making the stay uncomfortable. Apart from the swimming pool and poor breakfast, almost everything else was chargeable, which was not clearly communicated in advance. Throughout the stay, the staff attitude remained unfriendly. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. I will never book this property again and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Very poor customer service overall. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. We were told that our room was not ready (tried to checkin 10-15 minutes early), and during this time, staff attempted to upsell the same room type to other customers. We had booked two rooms—one with a full view and one with a partial view—yet this was not handled transparently or fairly. Breakfast was extremely disorganized, with long waiting lines. I also tried multiple times to contact customer service from room, but the line was always busy and no assistance was available. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations

    The staff have repeatedly been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to accommodate reasonable requests. One of the most significant issues is the elevator system, which is completely inadequate for the size of the hotel. Waiting times are excessive and unacceptable—on our most recent stay, it took nearly 40 minutes just to get downstairs to check out. This severely impacted our departure and overall experience. Parking is offered at an additional cost, yet it is off-site, requiring guests to shuttle back and forth, which is highly inconvenient and poorly communicated. Room assignment practices are also problematic. Regardless of the room type booked and paid for, guests are initially offered a lower-quality room. Only after prolonged discussion—and in our case, nearly 30 minutes of insistence—was the correct room provided. Guests who do not challenge this practice appear to be given rooms that do not match what they reserved. Overall, this hotel does not deliver value for the price charged. For the same cost, travelers would be far better served staying elsewhere or spending their money on dining and experiences with a view of the Falls, rather than enduring the frustration associated with this property. I do not recommend booking

    Our stay was during Christmas eve and Christmas day. The free full breakfast was great on Christmas morning. A good variety of food. The view of the falls was nice. Convenient inhouse steakhouse was open late on christmas eve. Our room was very clean and the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help in any way. This hotel is definitely a do over.

    Embassy Suites is not a place for me anymore. Due to the high traffic, their service is inconvenient for the price you pay. Breakfast time is a mess. You need to bring your plates and all dirty utensils to the common area yourself. You don't feel like a guest here anymore.

    The location of the hotel was excellent, and the view was very nice, which we truly enjoyed. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to the staff’s behavior. Our room was given to us after a significant delay, and the front desk staff were neither welcoming nor friendly.     The room was fine. We had a view of the Falls. There was a surprise $70 plus tax on-site parking fee, which in my opinion is absurd!! Also, the included breakfast buffet was near horrible, like they weren't even trying to make it acceptable. Although we visit Niagara every year, we will definitely not be be returning to the Embassy Suites and will not be recommending it to others as well.

    The gentleman at the front desk was not the right fit for his position. Upon coming to hom, he just stood there and looked at me and my kids, prompting me to ask did he need my itinerary number? No small chat, no "how are you all today" or "welcome". He then responded "no, just your driver's license and credit card." I am a frequent traveler and know that the credit card is for incidentals, but he didn't have the courtesy to mention that or to state what the hold amount was. As he processed the check in, I asked if he saw the note for a room away from the elevator. Which he responded yes and he could ensure we had then. He then gave me the keys and vouchers, explaininf what they were for and that was it. I had to ask where the breakfast area was. Overall check in was not great, especially when I could hear the great service others were getting. The room was fine and clean and the one elderly lady at breakfast was super friendly and welcoming.

    We had a great weekend at the Embassy Suites Niagara! Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. For the size of the hotel, it was very quiet in our room! My kids loved the pool and arcade. We were blown away by the amazing service - there were always staff around to open doors, point us in the right direction, and even press the buttons on the elevator! It's in a great location as well. The only downside was that we found the price for parking to be quite high. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

    The beds are rock, we paid for an upgrade upon arrival. And it was exactly the same room we originally booked except for a few floors higher. $200 for that. They told me it was more room. It was not. The reception hour had only chips and stale pretzels. The breakfast was incredibly chaotic to the point we walked away and weren’t even going to wait in the incredibly long line to get in. However, a manager saw that we were not going to wait due to having our toddler with us. And he gave us a VIP ticket to skip the line. Him going above and beyond for us was very generous and we did greatly appreciate that.

    The room was in good condition, as expected for what I reserved. I had indicated during my reservation that we were visiting to celebrare our 20th wedding anniversary. There was nothing, I repeat, NOTHING special done to make us feel valued. But we got what we expected for the amount we paid. Nothing extraordinary. Passion for going the extra mile in customer service was notably lacking all across the board. And this whole thing of paper chits as breakfast and drink vouchers is so outdated! Anyone can forge a chit like that and get anything they want! Smarten up peeps, think of customer first!     We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The staffs were courteous and approachable and what topped the most was the fantastic view of niagara falls and its surrounding area from the top. However, the room lights were so bright at night and too dark when switched off. My family keeps on waking up if someone turned 1 on to use the toilet. And the whirlpool tub was not bubbling. The breakfast meals were repetitive. But the room was clean and lots of family room options to choose.

    At check-in, the front desk girl was very nice but another one was super rude. So i have mix experience. We did get an upgrade and the room was beautiful but again, super outdated. The worst part is - breakfast! They had mushy egg omelet (not even plain eggs or hard boiled), bacon, pancakes, and strawberry yogurt. Nothing healthy whatsoever. I ended up walking away with an orange and eating somewhere else. Breakfast was the worst i have ever experienced, super unhealthy!

    I was scammed. I paid for a view of the falls. When I checked in the concierge showed me a picture of my room with a little window overlooking the falls. He then said for an extra $100 I can get a room with a bigger window. Not happy.

    Also, the breakfast setup was insufficient due to the number of people staying at the hotel on the weekend. When we left on Sunday we did not have the buffet. There was a 40 minute wait! We went to Tim Hortons instead of standing in line to wait. There was not a lot of variety to choose from.

    Our friend visited us for dinner and got free parking. We also ate dinner and had to pay for parking, when we couldn’t understand why people at the hotel were being punished for staying there. The front desk told us “theres nothing we can do” as we watched other people get comped for parking. The receptionist blamed me booking through Expedia and said that’s the reason they can’t help like they helped the other guests. They say breakfast runs until 930 but if you’re not down by 8am you’re probably not getting it, we went down and weren’t able to get in with 40 mins left of breakfast time and a massive line up- they were not prepared to actually feed all the guests breakfast.

    As per the description of the room provided it said to have Canadian Falls view and floor between 10-24.. I booked it way ahead through Expedia for hustle free experience... Finally the day arrives and we are super excited for this trip.. During checking in, we were given a room at the lowest mentioned floor, 10. We upfront requested the associate at the reception to give us a room at any higher floor, but she blatantly replied that this is the only room allocated to us and she can’t make any change.. Anyway, we abided and checked in.. but wait, now we see our room has partial view of the Niagara river, leave alone the falls.. I understand from 10th floor, you can’t expect great view, but at least a partial view wasn’t much of an ask.. but in the contrary the room had an excellent view of the terrace and adjacent hotel walls… Hence, as published in Expedia, the room allocated was not having any fall view, which was quite dissatisfying.. I am not sure is this an ‘Expedia’ problem or property problem.. but in any case, this dampened our much anticipated holiday to a good extent..

    Unfortunately, the property is paid $70parking/$$valet services/$35 parking off site. Other than this, the service and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It was close to Clifton Hills and many other shopping sites around. Only 15 minutes from the Niagara on the Lake Outlet. The breakfast could have been better, the scrambled eggs seemed like it was powdered eggs. We also made the choice to upgrade our view from city view to falls view and that was the best decision.

    First time here, we enjoyed it except the parking garage is tight for mid/large SUVs..absolutely LOVED seeing housekeeping cleaning almost ALL the time. Its location is pretty great as well.     Great experience, the elevators arrived faster this stay which was nice. Some minor improvements needed in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was loose, the toilet roll ended on the floor every use. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.     Please stay away from this place , “included breakfast” - the line was minimum 30 people I felt like I was on the line for food stamps. Breakfast ends at 9 and at 8.55 people were still on the line waiting since 8.30. Don’t get me started with the rudest valet parking guys. Outdated rooms but clean .     Check in: was quick and no question to us about wanting upgrade. Straight forward. Room: We got partial view. Not bad. Can see the Canadian falls. It's okay. We were on the 12th floor. Rooms were clean. Love the room separation , one for the 2 queen beds and the other room has a desk, couch, another TV and small kitchen. It has a door too that you can close for privacy and make it a 2 room. Elevators: I can see how long it can be for the wait on weekends.. We went on a weekday, so it was okay. Breakfast Buffet: The major reason we got this hotel and it was good. Hoping for the omelette station but I've read reviews and I knew they didn't have it at this Location. They had sausage, ready omellete, 2 kinds(pork and vege choice), pancakes, tater tots and scrambled eggs. Attached few photos. Cause again we went on Thursday Breakfast, it was busy but not crazy. The eating area was packed and Embassy used TGI Fridays as the eating area for breakfast. We went around 8am. Parking: we did their offsite parking, which was $35+tax. Shuttle service to and from was quick and very prompt. It was great. Convenient and very nice inside the bus too. Looked like a party bus inside.

    The staff were so polite and helpful, our room was cityview and the noise of Capana on the other side of the hotel didn't let us sleep well. Breakfast was a shock since it didn't serve much option, no cheese, no tomato, no olive, just sugary and sweet stuff, egg and sausage pork. We just had some pancake and yogurt! Don't expect a hotel buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean but rates are high and you don't even get free bottle of water , no even one!!! We had to order and pay double price when we asked for 2 bottles of water

    At check in i was upsold to an premium room with a hot tub at a $75 extra, which i opted for. After a long drive there I was looking forward to small rest before going out to dinner, our room overall was clean however somewhat dated with a great view. As we attempted a nap Im supprised to hear jackhammering from an adjacent room. After an hour or so I went to the front desk to determine the sorce of the noise and was told the hotel is remodeling and there sorry, they offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee I would not hear the same noise. At this time I asked for compensation, as I would have not paid to to upgrade my room, and may not have even stayed there. And after a long conversation and a couple trips to supposedly talk to the manager (who should have spoken directly to us) we were given $35 off of our $455 dollar bill. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend staying here, paying these prices with this poor customer service!

    I booked a room with handicap walk in shower. Upon sign in was given a room, I thought due to off season was for $75 a night, but was an apparent upgrade for an extra $75 a night. The room online was for $157 a night but I was charged $220 plus $75 = $295 a night. The room that was suggested did not have handicap bar for getting off toilet that was so low I even had trouble getting off. My husband has dementia and so when we had to change rooms the next night this made him very confused, anxious, and upset that I took him home the next day. I did return to stay for the next two nights. The new room was nice, but again no bar to help get off the toilet. The cost for this four night stay, which was a break for me especially, due to having to be a care person for my husband did not turn out as expected. The cost was unexpected as well,

    I chose the 36th-floor falls view for my mother from Korea. It was clearly marked as the 36th floor, unlike other floors’ views, and I definitely picked it for a room with a good view. However, when I arrived on the day, the man at the front desk said he couldn't give me a room because it was full and told me to wait. I didn't understand at first, but when I asked if I could switch to another room if I didn't like it, he explained that I could put my name on the waiting list, but he didn't know how long I would have to wait. Since there was only one day scheduled in Niagara, I decided to see the room and not waste time. After checking in, I didn't like it. I checked the price difference in the Expedia app and contacted an agent to request a refund for the difference. However, Ashley from the hotel responded that it wouldn't be possible. Ashley said she couldn't refund because she gave me a room with the same conditions and mentioned that the room on the high floor was under construction. I felt like I was being forced to get a refund.There was definitely an option from the 11th floor to the 18th floor. The 15th floor is part of the option from the 11th to the 18th floor, and I chose the 36th floor, so I couldn't understand why the difference couldn't be refunded. After three chats, I decided to stay because I didn't want to waste my time or ruin my schedule, but I felt uncomfortable. I got a refund of $87.62 from Expedia the next day. But I’ll never come back☺️🖕

    We were conned by the manager Nauman. He told us that he would upgrade our rooms for $75. We went up and realised that the rooms could accommodate 12 people so we could use just one room as it was only four of us. He then said we needed to talk to Expedia. This was almost night time and we were on a tight schedule. We ended up using the two bedrooms x 3 double bed each. On check out we were slapped with two bills which costed almost £200 including taxes. When we questioned that we were only supposed to pay $75 for one room he started arguing that we signed two papers meaning he had upgraded 2 bedrooms. We didn’t need to upgrade in the first instance he offered us; if anything we would have upgraded just the second bedroom. He insulted us and undermined us saying we should have listened properly, read before signing etc. He was very nice when he was scamming us then very horrible the next day when we asked for clarification and maybe a refund.     Large Clean room. Great Cleaning staff and the concierge was alway very helpful. They have changed their Buffet Breakfast format, but its still nice and very filling. The Managers Reception in the Lobby bar is a nice touch

    The evening cocktail hour was no longer in that beautiful room overlooking the falls. It was located in the back of the lobby with a view of the street. The snacks were chips and pretzels straight from the bag - no chips no veggies. Then the morning breakfast was so very different. Again, breakfast was in that same room looking at the street but the food was so far from what it was. No chef making your omelet-just a typical “microwave” western omlet, powdered eggs, pancakes, sausage and potato’s. Oh the toast was already toasted bread piled on a plate with a heat light to keep it “warm”. Both mornings we were offered the same thing. I never minded paying a little more because they used to just go so far above and beyond making you feel special and wanted to stay with them. Now, so impersonal it’s disappointing

    Yes, from beggining of the checkin, they provide us a wrong key for the room, when call fround desk, they said you need come down to get new key, when asked them the send someone to bring the key, said we are not allow to do this, then I spoke to supervisor and companed about this situation, she changed our room that we didnt book it, disgusting customer servise, we paid for a king bed room, she provided a small double bed room. I will never go to this hotel again, and I will report this incident and poor customer service and management. I'm sorry for Expedia, which never controls the service of the hotels that are recommended on the website and keeps passengers in trouble.

    Excellent Hotel, they take cash and debit card deposits. When I checked in the employee told me they didn't and I told him I had called to confirm and they accepted the debit card. Was the only glitch in our stay, otherwise excellent 👌

    The view from the falls side was breathtaking, I couldn't have asked for a better display for our trip. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in every regard. I had some very unusual requests and each time they exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about the front door / greet staff, the most professional I've ever experienced outside of top tier Vegas hotels. From top to bottom, one of the best places I've stayed.

    That being said, the wait one 'blue' elevator to support that many people at high traffic times is frustrating, given there are 4 other elevators that were restricted by staff. Some friendly staff did allow us to use these elevators in an attempt to control the crowd. While the complimentary beverage nightly in the bar was a nice touch, the breakfast was not! We had the breakfast the first morning and then ate out the rest of our stay. The sheer number of people taking in the breakfast is more than the facility can attempt to support. The line ups we saw on the weekend were comparable to the lines for rides at Disney World! Staff having to shout out instructions to diners like we were back at airport security control. You're instructed to get your hot breakfast first, then move into the dining area to collect coffee/tea and other cold breakfast items. By the time you get back to your table, the hot breakfast is now cold. The breakfast does not match the image of the hotel! Budget hotel breakfast at best. Warmed prepared omelettes and scrambled eggs with sausage. In the cold breakfast area the oatmeal and yogurt is served in large uncovered bowls for self serve?!?! Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, but you can get a better breakfast at other nearby restaurants.

    the room was good, but was not ready until almost 4:30 pm. Also the tv did not work and after calling to have someone come check the tv and leaving to get something to eat we come back to the room and my wifes sun glasses are missing from room.

    Room view was incredible which was our main reason for staying here. Jacuzzi tub had a leaking faucet with a constant drip and there was hair in the tub when we arrived. Beds were clean and comfortable. Gym had decent equipment. It was quiet at night but, somewhere in the building, drilling and hammering began around 8 a.m. which was annoying. We were not warned of any renovations/construction going on. Onsite parking is very expensive.

    Our stay started out great. I was surprised by paying $400 deposit for 2 nights but that was ok. Our welcome gift was 1 alcoholic beverage free which was nice. Staff friendly. When it started to go terrible was the fire alarm going off at 1030pm and walking down 23 flights of stairs. We got over that. Then having to pay 87 dollars for off site parking to have my car broken into. This was our third time at a Hilton to having my car broken in twice and having 2 fire alarms/having to use stairs (climbing numerous flights of stairs) None of the 3 Hilton Hotels offered any compensation.

    The room I purchase through booking is not the room they say I have and then I’m forced on the spot to pay more just to get the room I originally booked. I didn’t look at my reservation while checking in so I took their word and upgraded because I was there to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday and wanted it to be special. Afterwards I double checked and the 2 queen premium room on the 40th floor that I had booked was only a standard 2 queen on the 30th floor upon arrival. Maybe they need better transparency when listing rooms for booking or maybe this is their method to force additional charges, either way I’m giving this a lower rating because of the deceptive booking process so use caution when making your own reservations and document everything.

    No water or snack at check-in for Hilton Honors members. No made to order breakfast, despite being listed on their website and on signs through the hotel!! And what they did have was bland and tasteless!! Manager's reception had only 3 types of liquors, 2 juice mixers, soda, beer, wine and STALE pretzels and chips. Had noisy construction work going on for HOURS!! Final straw....fire alarm at 10:30 p.m. and being told "wait until we confirm if it is real "!!! Also, outrageous local taxes on everything and outrageous parking fee!! DEFINITELY NOT the Embassy Suites experience we paid for!!!!

    Room had a great overlook of the falls. Hotel staff was fantastic. Need to know there is a parking fee not included in price but we knew that going in to knocks there from me ($100 on site valley, $70 on site self park, $35 off site). Shuttle service was frequent no issues at all with parking off site. Incline was a fantastic option to get down to the falls attractions with kids. Would definitely stay again.

    Excellent service from the time we entered the hotel until the moment we left. Upgraded our room at no charge as they didn’t have our type of room we paid for available. Breakfast was great! They offer two complementary adult beverages a night as well. Close to the falls with incredible views. Will be back for sure!

    Everyone was wonderful. The room very clean and comfy. Great view of the falls. The only thing we didn't like was how the buffet was handled. The lineup was in the lobby. The food was cold. We were there a couple of years ago and we were able to have our omlete made fresh in front of us. But other than that everything else was fine.

    Room and staff sucked. Hot water didn’t work. Staff informed me i need to run water 10min. We had to run it 30min until it turned lukewarm. And apparently each use you had to do that. It was close to 11pm and if you have kids, you know there is no time for that. Fridge also malfunctioned so all the food for our newborn went bad. Then when requested refund, they had the audacity to say they were “never informed” and denied the request. Dishonest staff!!! Yasmin you s ux. Honestly, now i know why they give out drink vouchers and free breakfast to attract people to make up for their mediocre rooms. The part that p_isses me off the most is they denied it all. They sent someone up to try to fix and they still say they have no record of it. Ridiculous establishment.

    The room was very clean. I was very satisfied with the customer service of the employees working there, everyone was welcoming and kind. The only disappointments I had was with the slow elevators, the late check-in (4pm) and with the quality of the breakfast. Other than that, it’s a 4/5.

    Staff: We had an issue with the fridge in our room and called down to ask for help. The person who answered our phone was rude and sarcastic! However someone came and helped us out, quickly. The remaining staff were all helpful and courteous. The free breakfast buffet was ok. However it was very crowded. The elevators were jammed and stopped on each floor to pick up more people also trying to rush down before 9am as breakfast ended at 9:30am Elevators were always very busy so it took a while to go up and down. More elevators would help! Another recommendation would be to have breakfast go later! It’s the weekend, a lot of people are up late and want to sleep in a little on Sunday morning. We felt so rushed, jumping out of bed and rushing down for breakfast before 9am! Hotel was clean! Bed was comfortable!

    Room was Ok, but it had crumbs in the bed carpet. Towels were very stiff, should use softener. The hotel doesn’t offer free parking which was a significant impact to our budget because it was very and unnecessary expensive. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety and should put everything in one place because it’s annoying to walk all over the place gathering the food. Elevators where somewhat slow.

    Room was small for a suite. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pre-cooked eggs that were cold. Pre made toast that was also cold. Juices were made of water. Omelets were premade and looked like they came out of a box. Parking fee was exorbitant. $70 per night to self park. Typically Embassy Suites has a made to order breakfast. Don’t expect that here.

    As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy and Villa owner, I’ve never encountered this issue when booking through Marriott — even when the reservation was made via a third-party site. I decided to give my Hilton membership some attention, which is why I chose to stay at the Embassy. The rate on Expedia was better, which is why I booked through them. Love Expedia!     We were given an upgrade for $75 which afterwards didn’t know why we paid it. The rooms are extremely outdated. Carpets are from the 80’s (so I thought) bathroom tile outdated, and furniture very old. Bathroom supplies were nice and the shower doors were modern. I guess the lack of competition leaves them with no reason to spend on upgrades.
