The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was listed online as being able to see the US/Canadian falls. We called to confirm whether this meant both, or one or the other. The employee confirmed the description meant we would be able to see both. It was a US/Canadian falls view. However, the view showed the American but less than a 1/4 of the Canadian, it was just the rim of the horseshoe falls. This was extremely disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and room. The air conditioning was very loud and was weirdly easily accessible. The fridge stuck out into the walkway as well, taking away the aesthetic of luxury you claim to have and therefore we expected. The Watermark restaurant was advertised in the elevator as "best view of the fireworks over the falls. Nightly at 10pm". However, when we got to the restaurant the host told us the kitchen closed at 9pm, and it was only available to those who had eaten and were lingering after the meal. These were two incidences of false advertising, and unmet standards and it made us lose trust in your brand. The most disappointing part was my sister booked this for a once in her life experience during her 30th year to stay in a luxury hotel. I feel frustrated and disappointed for her, the Hilton name really let us down.

We were only here for a day and wanted a good view of the American and Canadian falls so we were willing to pay the added cost for this room/hotel. It was nice to see the falls and fireworks from the comfort of the room. Everything was clean and comfortable and very well designed. There was a very long line to check in. I didn’t take advantage of the option to check in via my phone.

We were given a room with no view. That was not specified anywhere when I booked it through Booking.com I asked the front desk for another room and they said they can’t help us because the booking was not done through their website. They made us pay an upgrade fee for another room that was available. The room we were given at an extra cost was old, dirty and unkept. I will not book through Booking.com any longer because of this encounter.

The smell and view The safe was not working. Pitty they don’t check the quality of everything. I stayed with stress. I sent a text message but they answered too late. I was away from my room. Then next day I left, no need for their fix or attention of 550cad per night!!

1.I didn't expect to pay for parking in the parking lot of rhe hotel during my stay. Usually guests don't pay for parking I expected room with a view to the falls. In my order it didn't mention that I need to pay more for this option.

The access to the concert venue was awesome. We were able to go out all day and then check-in and get to the concert with ease. The room itself was unfortunately not very clean. The beds were very creaky, and the one had a big "ditch" in it. For the price, it was a disappointing sleep.

The room is clean, well managed. However the dinning is very misleading. When you are checking in, they tried to promote this two ppl dinning buffet package. Then when you called again, they said they don’t have buffet restaurant , but you can order whatever it’s on the menu, treated like “buffet”…. Such confusing and misleading.

Management out right lied about about a Date package they had talked us into, they made it sound soooo good, and we ended up charging us, hundreds of dollars more. Our 25th wedding anniversary weekend turned out to be a fiasco. We will NEVER return to this Hotel again.

The room was not in the greatest condition. Some of the sheets had dirty sticky stains, the panel for the washroom curtain was broken and the shower-head in one of the rooms was also broken. The pool was filled with chlorine that was burning to my eyes and my children’s eyes. The staff was friendly

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I also recommend DO NOT BOOK with Expedia. Neither party with take responsibility. Fallsview Casino was hosting a Comedy Show. This was the reason for my visit. Less then 24hours prior to reservations the Comedian Show was cancelled. The Comedian Show was apart of the Hilton/Fallsvirw Hotel. They were aware that the show was cancelled less than 24hours prior to the show. The Comedian needed emergency surgery. I request for a refund. They denied my request. Because we booked with a third party they will not honour the refund and Expedia will not do anything about it as the funds were already released to the hotel. We booked with 5 friends, they however booked with the hotel. The hotel hi lured them a 1 year credit on the reservations however would not honour the same with us. It’s not being disputed with the Credit Card company. I don’t recommend staying here . Find a different place that offers better customer services in case of last minute changes that are beyond your control.

Expedia sent a confirmation email showing lower parking fees, but we were charged more at the hotel. We were told Expedia hasn’t updated their fees, which was frustrating. There wasn’t even one complimentary bottle of water in the room. Charging $5.99 for a basic bottle of water is excessive, especially when elevator wait times were 5–10 minutes each way. Going down just to buy water felt unreasonable. The TV guide also wasn’t working. Overall, aside from sleeping in a very average bed, the experience didn’t justify the price. I’m not satisfied with the service for what we paid.

My husband and I stay here every winter break as a one night getaway. Great room with a view of Fallsview casino. Staff is friendly. We love that this hotel is walkable to everything. Even has an overpass to get over to the casino and shops without having to go outside in the freezing cold.

The room was clean, although we personally don't like the windows of bathroom opening into bedroom (no glass for premium fallsview two bedroom suites); however, the suite was newly renovated. Overall we always enjoy our stay at this hotel because it is conveniently located, well kept, and staff is very friendly. However, the temperature controls in the room don't work, we wanted the temperature to be 21 C during night, but it stayed 22.5 C throughout the night, even though I turned the thermostat down to 19C. So it was warm to sleep, but we managed to catch some sleep. Other than this, overall a great stay, and special thanks to the friendly and kind staff!

smoke detectors were going off continuously throughout stay. In the middle of the night and during the day. While I understand that this is kind of out of the properties control. It was still an inconvenience that woke me up out of my sleep in the middle of the night. Then I was afraid to go back asleep. Then the next day the fire alarms were going off again. I guess it’s better than being burned alive but. I spent a lot of money, they could have at least offered free parking for the inconvenience. I tried calling to speak with a manager but was transferred to an extension that only rang and rang.

Disappointed by the room. I found a hair in my bed and two in the shower. There was a weird stain in the couch. For the coat of the room, I expect more I dislike the 4pm check in. Having small kids, we are up quite early and out the next day. Would appreciate an earlier check in to in theory, enjoy the room

This Hilton is so clean and the staff are great. The location was excellent, as we stayed for New Year’s and it’s in walking distance to everything. The pool area is beautiful but a little bit chilly. The views from the pool are great though.

I was bounced back and forth between the hotel (Hilton Fallsview, ON Canada) and Expedia. Spot with four staff members, two per company, all four said they wound be please to refund the stay but no one did. A credit or the opportunity to differ the trip was not offered. Horrible experience.

The staff were all great and very friendly. Despite the long line ups at check in, the front desk staff were quick and efficient. The room was clean and well stock. Where it lost a star, is that there isn’t adequate shelter if you end up having to park offsite (indoor lot always seem to be full) while waiting for the shuttle there’s no protection in wind and rain just a little wooden open shed like structure.

The wind leaked through the window at such a high rate that the curtains blew as though I opened a window in the middle of a winter storm. It was so cold and draftee in the room that my husband and I couldn’t wait to leave. It was so unfortunate because we loved the hotel up to that point.

We are staying for 10 years in this hotel and take the same kind of suites. This time we stayed in a very nice renovated suite on 48th floor, everything was great. What I would improve: install the door between 1st bedroom and common area and put a locker on toilet door. Other than that it's nice renovation, it was very pleasant stay, everything was so new and polished and we had an amazing view, so we had an amazing after Christmas weekend 😀

It is not a first time when I've stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites. I always love to stay here when visiting Niagara Falls! I love it for the very convenient location, which allows to get Casino and Theaters quickly and comfortable (especially in the wintertime). The staff is very friendly and helpful; rooms are very clean and well maintained; great view at US and Canada Falls! I’m glad that Hilton has 2-bedroom suites, which I’ve booked when we stayed at Hilton with my daughter’s family recently. I also like Hilton for the reward program and different promotions. I love the online check-in system, very easy to follow the steps. Thank you and I will be back again and again!

There was hell of a noise from washroom commode and also few drunkards shouting in the middle of the night on 14th floor was so disturbing, could not sleep peacefully after paying 270 bucks per night and 90 bucks for parking.

The receptionist is good. The lobby is pretty. The location is good. I booked a room where has both falls view. But the facility in the room is poor and needs to be renovated especially the bathroom. The water faucet is very difficult to control as it is very old so that there can’t get hot water in the winter time. It is very ridiculous and frustrating. Also, the bedding is poor. The mattress seems too many years ago and it is too soft to sleep on it. Overall, not a good experience for family traveling.

Went for my anniversary. I requested for the falls view and it was only the corner of the falls view. I mentioned it to guest services and they were able to upgrade me to a different room with a clear view of the falls. They were quick to resolve the issue. Happy with our stay!

The room was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which did not create a positive first impression. Additionally, the restaurant staff appeared rushed and not particularly friendly. While the food was acceptable, it was quite expensive and did not feel worth the price. We had clearly asked for one pillow, one blanket for the pull-out bed, and two towels, as we were trying to sleep. The housekeeper arrived with only a blanket and seemed surprised when we mentioned the towels. We waited another 5–10 minutes for towels, after which he said someone else would bring the pillow. No one ever showed up for the rest of the night. We booked a $350 room that was supposed to be prepared for five people, yet we were forced to sleep without pillows. This is completely unacceptable. The hotel ignored our repeated requests, and the front desk staff showed no concern or urgency regarding the situation. This level of service is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel. Spoke to Mohit and he was not helpfull, and some lady on front desk, not helpful or not providing the services we paid for , Will Never go there again

i was double charged for dinner although i purchase the meal packaged. have to run around between front desk and barsa restaurant rather than for the restaurant staff to talk to front desk. i told the waiter i have a meal package and still got the bill but i put it on my room because i knew i have to deal with it after. For breakfast the choice was limited and expensive for the price $5 for coffee! Our friends that came after us at 8:30am could not order bacon with their breakfast as Hilton said they ran out of bacon.. a 4-5 star hotel ran out of bacon.. unbelievable. Front desk staff name Al, he is the guy that make me run around to restaurant and back very argumentative, Al need major training and is the worst. Michelle and Janelle was very good very professional. Michelle call the restaurant staff cleared it up and reverse the charges. Janelle checked us in and was very pleasant.. and everything i asked she does including booking the restaurant. Al should not be in the front desk, he does not have a can do, customer first attitude.

So where do I begin...we booked a room on Expedia only to get there and the rooms no longer have fireplaces. They upgraded the rooms but no overhead lights so the rooms are very dark. Next if you are from the US don't take the extras for the dining rooms. They $120 plus taxes so you pay $136 and get the vouchers. At dinner they charge you the full rate, charge a local tax, an H.S.T. tax, 18% gratuity then they take off the voucher so you still owe $55-60 for dinner.

The view was exactly what I hoped for and the price was great. The room was hotdog shaped though, and the wind through the door to the first bed was very noisy and kept me awake. If you opened the door the noise stopped. Very disruptive for sleep.

I have extended my stay for one night extra at Hilton Niagara Falls. On the first night I got an upgrade to a senior suite which is amazing. On the second night I couldnt stay in the same room so I got the king room with jet tube with a Falls view. Compared to the design of the suit I stayed in before this room needs renovation. The bed was very comfortable. But when I turned on the jet tube some dirt started to come out and I didn't use it anymore. The next morning there were bangings and drilling in the room above me that woke me up. I complained and got like half of the money back of the room. The hotel itself was nice but I guess I was just unlucky that night/day.

I have got an upgrade to a suite on the 44th floor. This suite was amazing with a very nice view of the Niagara Falls. I love the jet tube and the way that there is a window where you can watch tv while you are in the tube. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to stay in line for 30 minutes for check in, they had us park our car far from hotel so we always had to wait for shuttle whenever want to go out and charged heavy parking prices, in the morning we waited 45 minutes for elevator on 22nd floor and ultimately we took stairs to go down from 22nd floor lot of other people also had to take stairs

I was upgraded due to the hotel not being very busy, so I ended up on the 31st floor with a view of the falls. There was a long line for check in, but each check in was approximately 4 minutes, so not actually that bad of a wait. I felt like it was very efficient given the volume of people checking in.

Charging almost $50 per night to park a car is beyond the pale. My safe was locked and I couldn’t use it. The construction noise was horrible. Water was turned off without notice…and no notice of when it would be back was given Temperature in exercise room was unacceptable and nobody did anything even after 4 complaints. So if exercise in a room at 76 degrees F is your thing, go for it. Room service prices were ridiculous Nobody owned any problems. We were ignored. I will never be back there. I suggest if you read this, go elsewhere.

I have been a few times in this hotel and I can see quality regressing. They rarely give you North building. I specifically asked far from elevator they gave me just by the elevator. I has to change room and the new room in south building was told it is too hot but leave the window open. Sure enough the room was freezing cold even I put temp on Max did not help. It was one night I did not want to switch for the second time. I am a HH member and felt being neglected. I don’t plan to go this hotel anymore.

We didn’t feel the room had adequate lighting from the small fixtures provided. Also there wasn’t a closet to hang clothes just (3) pegs on the wall in the hallway where we hung our coats. We ended up living out of our suitcases which is not optimal for a 5 day stay.

The Bell hop helped me move from the south to the north and refused to take a tip. He was extremely friendly and very The North tower rooms are recently redone, smaller and strange lighting, they are extremely dark and only a couple lamps in the bedroom area illuminate the entire room. The hallway leaving from the front door to the bedroom was extremely dark in the evenings. I stayed in a Fallsview room and the view was fantastic, hotel was clean and workers were all pleasant.

The hotel met our expectations. The rooms do need some updating as they don’t seem as up to date as the rest of the hotel, but we didn’t go for the room, other than having a direct view of the falls! Our last night there the smoke detectors went off stating the all clear so that was slightly alarming to wake up to, but we were assured everything was fine. We would definitely stay here again. The walkway from the hotel over to the casino was super handy to stay out of the cold and there were good food options as well at the casino. Highly recommend Tim Hortons for great coffee and food!

The employees mentioned that you need to have a reservation for the pool area, but that was not enforced at all. Additionally, when I asked, I was told there is no parking for electric vehicles. But I asked later to the parking attendant and there was EV parking. The parking is kind of expensive, but you don’t have many other options for overnight in the area, it seems. And our view from our window was blocked by other hotels. I would stay at a different property next time.

Room and staff were fine. The parking was the main issue. Charged $90 for two nights, was told it was same pricing off-site. But after going for a walk saw at least four places around there that was $10-$15 parking, felt like I got scammed tight away. That and the fact that the trollies weren't available because the bus boy service had left for the day. Hotel was fine but the parking thing was a bit of a big deal to me as it was first impression.

Our stay was fabulous! From the moment we pulled into the parking garage and the attendant showed us where to park ( he had us instantly laughing), to our speedy check-in, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel stay. The hilton is top-notch. We never had to leave, everything was within a few steps, amazing restaurants, starbucks, and the concert hall & casino. So thrilled we picked the Hilton to stay at, and will book all future stays there as well!

We are just back from a weekend in Niagara Falls and as a Hilton honors member of course I stayed here. Hotel was very nice. Lots of dining options and clean room was very nice. The only thing that was annoying was the elevators were getting some construction done so very slow - just a temporary problem though. The thermostat in the room was annoying because I like my hotel room on the colder side and in November only heat was an option. You could turn off the thermostat, but the room was still quite warm for my liking. Breakfast was great in the Falls view on the 33rd floor. A great stay!

We had a great time 99% of the time. Room was immaculate, view was incredible, we were very happy. However check in was less than pleasant. I have to question the decision to have everyone check in at 4:00pm? That was the only thing that really had the wife and I completely perplexed. There had to be 200+++ people in that room waiting to check in. Can this not be staggered? Now I would go back, I dealt with it. But you better believe there are people in that line who would simply never use you again, quite honestly that's a fiasco. Staggered entry is a must for a hotel of this quality. If this is a management decision, I'd honestly be looking at promoting someone else.

We had no hot water from the shower from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We could get hot water for a bath but once we turned on the shower cold water only. We were never notified on checking in. No compensation for the inconvenience. Room 1812 had a good view, but was located next to the pool. It was noisy as the pool is open 8am to 11pm. The smell of chlorine permeated the room and was quite strong. Check in line was extremely long, took over 40 minutes on a Sunday. Avoid rooms 1809 to 1812 to avoid noise from the pool and the chlorine smell.

We lost our reservation at the steak house because it took over 30 min to get an elevator. We are on the 17th floor with my son. We can’t walk all those stairs. It was my fiancés 40th birthday we had a special table reserved at stk by the window with a view of the fireworks and we lost that table. We were 40 min late due to the lack of service and elevators at this hotel. Every time you left the room it was at least 15+ minutes to get a hotel

The parking attendant stated it was $40 for the first night and $80 to park the second night ($120 in total for 2 nights) in the Hilton garage. We thought this was way too expensive so we looked for parking else where for cheaper. After checking out we find out there is a free Hilton lot at the back of the hotel for guests. Not sure why no one informed us of this lot if it is for Hilton guests.

Surprisingly didn't realise you have to pay for water bottle which is priced at 5 or 6 dollars a bouteille. I was able to hear water rushing from upstairs floors for some reason. Not sure why. Stayed in the 45th floor premium room. Views are okay but I think it's pretty average for the price I paid. Hence Average rating. Your best bet to check others before making a decision.

The line up at check in was ridiculously long. The hotel tower we stayed in had 15 floors and only 2 elevators. We waited for elevators continuously and they would often be full when they arrived. With the big crowds at the hotel, they should easily have twice the capacity of elevators. Parking on location is extremely over priced at $100 per night. Rooms were wonderful, large and comfortable. We booked a falls view room and it did not disappoint. The view was better than I dared hope. My only issue was extremely long wait for elevators. One elevator was out of service which really impacted speed. I actually used the stairs from the 25th floor after waiting over 5 minutes for the elevator and beat my husband to the lobby.

Overall, our stay was nice, but could have been better with two things 1 - as a Hilton Honors member I checked in in advance, but the digital key did not populate and I had to wait in a very long line that I did not account for having to do and were in jeopardy of being late for our dinner reservations. 2 - the room was HOT. It was 74-78 degrees F and when we tried to lower the thermostat, it didn't work. Several hotel guests were commenting while waiting at the elevator that they were experiencing the same issue, which seemed odd. We called for maintenance and we were told that the hotel SHUTS OFF the AC this time of year and we had to request a fan. The fan made it slightly more tolerable, however both nights were very uncomfortable and we didn't get any rest. Also, the showers are very small. If you are a larger person, this room is not going to be easy for you to shower. I am not a large person, but once was and am sensitive to noticing these things!

The room overall looked nice, however there was no sound proofing whatsoever. You could hear everything in the hallways even a whisper. Whether people were talking, or it was the sound of the elevator it kept us up all night. The crack in the door was so large it also let all the light from the hall into the room so you may as well have been sleeping with the lights on.

The room had no air conditioning and was old and not clean. When my husband got up in the morning and went to the washroom there were 5 bugs on the floor. The staff did their best to make up for the room issues but sadly it was not a good experience

Our room (1526 in mid tower) had multiple deficiencies however. Of the three locks on the door (regular one operated by key, internal night manually operated deadbolt, and the night anti entry metal flip lock), only the regular key lock worked - both others were broken. The manual deadbolt lever just spun in place without locking, and the screws on the anti entry flip lock were so loose it would be easy to force open with one hand if someone tried. The closet had some loose drywall / punctures in the ceiling with a layer of drywall dust on the closet top shelf so it was unusable to put any items on. The TV did not allow any selection of menu options, so only way was to channel up/down to move through the lineup but could not use features to link our mobile device with our own streaming apps. The thermostat did not function and even with the unit set to off the room still was very warm (24C). We were also not impressed that there was no on-site parking available so we had to park at a nearby offsite lot and use a shuttle to go and come to the main property. The parking pricing was also very steep - $80/d on site and $50/d still for the offsite lot). Location of the property attached to the Casino, shows, restaurants and other main Falls attractions was handy. the other two taller towers probably had better views. The gym and pools were also nice.

We had requested a baby crib well in advance (both at booking and before arrival), yet it still took them 3–4 hours after check-in to provide it. We were forced to wait until 10:30 PM with our baby, which was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, a fire alarm went off at night. Everyone was running and rushing out, and the fire brigade arrived, only for us to find out it was a false alarm. It was a stressful and chaotic experience. Overall, the stay was far from what we expected from Hilton, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with infants.

Was concerned about the water quality from the jet tub. Not sure if it is a pipe or plumbing issue, but there was discoloration of the water concerning the jet tub. So i did not get to enjoy that feature of the room.

Room was nice and spacious,clean and good view of the falls. However parking is really bad. Hotel made us park in a separate lot away from the hotel then shuttle has to pick you up to get you to the hotel. The parking lot also charges you 60 everytime you leave the parking lot. Had to park at the casino as it was cheaper. Elevators also take a long time to come.

However we did not use the additional space The inclement weather did not permit us to enjoy outside activities so we stayed inside The room did not have recent updates. The couch had stains and the mattress had been rode hard. The tv guide did not provide diverse channels. On Demand movies were $25canadian. The restaurants were extremely pricey (Wildflower Lounge Nachos + Lemon Drop + Green Tea Cocktail was $91 with tip) Every restaurant had a dark atmosphere. The parking was off-site. I could go on😔 I did appreciate everything could be charged to the room to have a smoother check out.

I do hate to mention this but when we visited the breakfast at the Hilton Hotel unfortunately we waited quite some time for a server to come and take our orders. Especially our drink order. I understand she may have been busy. I am hopeful during our next visit it will be better. Thank you!

No onsite parking. Shuttle in the cold from offsite parking. 1st room filled with flies in bathroom and on pillows. 2nd room had bugs in the tub. I have andbshowed them the pics. Gave us $50 off for the problems. Not satisfied. Mansi the mgr. Jen journey exp.

Will never ever be coming back here as now I where to dry clean my clothes because they smell so bad. Management told me to relax and said it wasn’t a big deal.. 0/10 so many better hotels in the falls. Don’t do it they don’t care, they just take your money!

Let's start off with this place is beautiful.But the downfall is that you have to pay $55 on the weekend to park a block and a half away from the hotel. On the plus side to that there is a shuttle that brings you back and forth, but it's a little bit of a wait. They don't offer free internet like it.States, unless you're a hilton honors member. We got a king suite with a jutted tub and lets just say i wont make that mistake again.

Rooms are very nice, & well kept. However, the Housekeeping staff do need to pay more attention to light switches in the room, as well as switches & vents in the bathroom. All three had a generous amount of dust & general use buildup. As a rule of thumb, switches & bathroom vents should be treat like a horizontal surface and wiped off every time the room is cleaned. Then it only takes a minute since there is never a build up. That being said, we will definitely be staying here again, and recommending it! Thanks for a wonderful stay on our 40th Anniversary. Lookin forward to our next stay in Niagara. :-)
