The staff was BEYOND nice and helpful. My daughter is autistic and we were very wary on how she would handle the noise in the waterpark so we bought her waterproof headphones. She was a little apprehensive about wearing them, but the gentleman at the waterpark door made her feel like a rockstar and she was all smiles. Everyone was so kind. We went over New Years Eve and even though it was insanely busy, it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming.

We had a blast staying here last weekend. It was our first time visiting GWL and we will definitely be coming here in the future. They have lots of children's activities thought out the day and the waterpark was so much fun! The rooms were very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a quick getaway with your family, I highly recommend this resort.

First-time guests: unwelcome and disappointed. Limited accessible parking despite plenty of reserved timeshare spots. Check-in was a mess due to staff error. Rooms are outdated; water park is overpriced and inadequate (only 4 changing stalls). Maintenance required multiple visits to fix the TV. Frustrating water park rules: towel scanning/fees and zero signage for 'multiple-rider only' slides until you reach the top. Poor communication and lack of efficiency. Not worth the premium price.

Whoever was in the room above us were extremely noisy(doors slamming, thumping noises at all times of the day). Need more activities for kids 12 and up, my kids were bored and we likely won't be coming back.

Great time !

I have been here a number of times and usually at the same of year when it’s busy but lately it’s becoming increasingly understaffed, so you end up waiting in lines a lot, for everything, even coffee. The room did not get housekeeping service on a multi-day stay, we ran out of tissue paper, toilet paper, and only got two coffee pods for 5 people for multiple days. The restaurant opened late for lunch. These are all the things that happen when you try to trim staff to increase profits. The food is terrible (think greasy high fat and sugar, low flavour and quality, American style fried junk) but that’s nothing new I assume they are just trying to cater to their audience. Bring your own food unless you want to eat carnival food every day.

We had a good stay in the hotel. Lot’s of fun things to do for kids! Just too pricey to dine eat inside. I would recommend to just eat outside instead of paying $65 for a buffet not worth it!

Such a great little trip for families. So many activities (beyond even just the water park) and the resort was especially magical decorated for Christmas! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food options were great and the location is impossible to beat. So close to the falls and Clifton Hill and with the Niagara Falls festival of lights happening it was the perfect festive weekend getaway.

Dirty room, pillows had food stains, new pillows were brought to us and the carpet was filthy. We only encountered one staff member who actually spoke to us for more than 2 seconds and was helpful. Most staff were short responses or rude. Not much to do for younger children 3 annd under unfortunately. Even the staff said they weren’t sure what activities would work for under 3 other than the one kiddie pool. I don’t think we’ll be back.

We had an amazing stay at Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were perfect for families. The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and everything was well organized and fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and staff friendly. Arcade had many games out of order, and one game my son won an item and the machine froze and never dropped it from the hook. He is 5 and didn’t understand. Water park was clean. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay!

So much fun!

There was no scope of ventilation. There was an heating n cooling equipment beside the adulds bed which was at the end on the room and were no other vents in the whole room. The kids room was far from that equipment and they ended up suffocating and struggling to sleep and we all were up until 1:30 am or so. The pool area is fun. And it has fun for all ages. Luckily we were there on week days so wasn't too busy and kids enjoyed all the areas and slides they liked. But the women's changeroof was again a disappointment. The drains were clogged (on a not so busy day) and the floor was full of filthy water to about an inch or 2 height. There was no way you can go take a shower and come back without stepping in the water. So kids and wife had to change without thaking a shower and that was the worst part of the day. I hope this will help you to be prepared and plan better for the trip. Again i would like to mention that the poll area and other activities were really fun. And you must visit. I would surely visit again but will do better research in selection of the rooms because there can be good or not so good rooms for my family to chose from.

We stayed in a Wolf Den room. Kids loved the bunk beds. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. We put our 9 and 6 year old to bed at 9:40 and our oldest didn’t fall asleep until 11pm because of the noise above and beside us. Sounded like someone was repeatedly dropping a big metal water bottle mixed with loud heavy footsteps and kids screaming. I wish the hotel had someone pacing the halls enforcing the quiet like the lifeguards pace at the pool. Otherwise we had a great stay. Kids had fun. Some of the decor/ theming has been around a while (we were there 8 years ago) and some things look like they’re coated in 8 years of dust, that poor tree beside the elevator.

Room was nice, decent condition and clean. The arcade had several machines broken and with an already limited number of games, was very very disappointing for my son. The laser tag was over priced for the size and length of the game.

The heater was doing something strange where it would turn itself to cold air in the middle of the night while we were all sleeping, which I didn’t like

So I call a second time, annoyed now that I paid for something that didnt come and totally killed the anticipation. I tell them, to just refund it as we no longer want it, my daughter was disappointed twice. And they apologize and tell us we would get refund and they will still put up the poster eventually. But then 5 minutes after they call to let me knw that I never paid for it and thats why I didnt get it. I argue as I see the charge on my credit card and now I'm even more upset as they tell me that is not what is showing in the system. In the end, they saw their mistake and apologize

Everything has been great. Friendly, efficient, clean. We had to visit First Aid as well, and those staff members were excellent and thorough and thoughtful, so thank you for that, too.

Wolf Den room was great! Fun decor, comfy bed, and of course awesome themed bunk bed room for the kids. Super clean. Hotel staff was amazing & very attentive. From the concierge's friendly welcome & hotel explanation to every lifeguard in the water park, every employee showed they cared. It felt like a safe place for kids to roam freely. The wrist band system is so easy and mindless. No worrying about forgetting your room key, money, etc. Just tap your wrist and bill it to your room. Also MagiQuest is worth every penny! Core childhood memory for sure.

Had the worst possible sleep. While the mattress was comfortable the pillows were so hard we were not able to use them at all. They were like large stale marshmallows. After being awake half the night we ended up using folded towels for a pillow.

Great place for my family to spend our first night at this resort. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the events for young kids are top notch. We had a lot of fun with the water activities. Will come back for sure!

Everything was great! The service has been by far the best of all the GWL we’ve visited. The only thing I would recommend is that the pillows be a little softer. That there’s another food station in the pool area or that it allows you to order through the app and charge it to the room.

Have been to other Great Wolf Lodges and really liked this one. The room was very clean and big. It was also very quiet. I liked how all of the pool parts were on one side instead of split across the hallway—also enjoyed the different food options. The food, overall, was better than at other Great Wolf Lodge facilities.

The bath water in the room was a bit cold, but everything else was great. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The kids were especially happy.

This place is not of the worst

We liked the activities, decorations, the service, food almost everything. The mattress and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Next time we should bring some comfy ones with us to better enjoy.

Only the pillows are the worse pillow I ever sleep on !

1. Room/bathroom paint are old, lighting bulbs are yellow specially in the bathroom. 2. Bathroom size are small. 3. TV is small and no signal 4. Bed and pillows are small 5. Breakfast buffet rate is high and not practical 6. Aircon and fridge has loud annoying sound 7. Room is not sound proof, can hear footsteps and running kids in the upper level. 8. Merchandises are way expensive 9. Soap scent choice are weird, lemongrass. 10. Microwave are not available in each room. We have to walk the long hall just to reheat our food. As soon as we're back to our room the food is already cold. Its just nonsense! 11. Coffee maker are old and cheap as well as the coffee they offer. 12. Kids activities are another charges 13. Flooring in the water fun are sharp. Its not fun walking, swimming and even just sitting down on it. 13. Highly NOT recommended.

Fix the arcade games, too many are broken. Keep the empty tubes out of the lazy river, it causes jams and it’s then dangerous to little kids

The rooms are basic with builder grade type finishes, even in the Wolf Den and King Cabin rooms. No microwaves in the rooms, dining options are limited. The meal plans can only be used at specific restaurants and the lunches are present. If you cannot eat fried foods, you'll need to leave the pool area for lunch. The Barnwood restaurant is trying to provide elegant elevated dinning, but falls short with dry steak and poorly planned kids menu and portions. Also no clocks in rooms. Under 42" can only ride 4 water slides. Pools need to be redone, rusting portions and discoloration happening. Son also came away with a rash due to chemical levels in water.

This resort is just incredible. You don’t even need to leave, they have absolutely everything inside.

Loved everything about this place. Perfect for kid and extremely clean.

The room was lovely and spacious, the kids were thrillled by the massive bunk beds. I felt the room was dusty, like there wasnt enough air in it. My allergies kicked in on the first night. Also, your bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, the toilet didnt flush easily, and the water from the sink was slow. Aside from these few drawbacks, it was a fantastic experience for us. The options at dinning were fantastic too. I noticed all the staff said hello to us no matter how many times we walked passed them in the day. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We will be back to Great wolf lodge.

We had an amazing time at the resort. It was exceptionally clean compared to other locations we’ve visited. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and very responsive, with a clear focus on customer service. There were plenty of entertainment options for kids—we hardly saw our 10- and 8-year-olds because they were happily occupied with golf, the arcade, and the pool slides. The food was pretty decent too, and surprisingly well-priced. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Service was excellent, Concierge Susan and Housekeeping were exceptional mostly all the staff actually nice and friendly Most of them. I encounter 2 staff not as nice as others. Pillows and comforters and beds are not as comfortable bed was so soft when I wake up I have a body ache. Pillows are too thin and dirty inside, I found some hairs inside the pillow case.. Toilet bowl was dirty seems like not brushed before we checked in. The waterpark was the best my kids loved it. Still will recommend to friends and family.

However, I do want to say that the condition of the rooms are deteriorating, it’s clean, but getting old. All the staff there were great, super friendly and helpful, except for the buffet restaurant. Our waiter seem to be more attentive to the caucasian tables. He walks by our table, doesn’t check to refill our drinks until we flag him down ect. Now the worst is the guy that cooks in the centre Island during dinner buffet. He’s rude, sloppy and gives me the dirty looks when I request extra. Once he actually told my little daughter who lined up with me like everybody else to go around to the back of the line because he thinks she’s butting I guess. I don’t know why, but this guys got a chip on his shoulder, we say thank you and he replies with a “stop annoying me”look. He doesn’t want to be there. The waterpark itself is awesome although I wish they had a real hot tub, not lukewarm. Some of the water spraying fixtures along the lazy river are not working. Hope they fix them soon. Overall, despite the restaurant experience,we loved it here kids had a blast, buffet food was amazing, souvenirs were nice, the entire property was well kept in very clean. We will come back on our next vacation. One more thing forgot to mention the pizza at the pizza restaurant did really sucked, terrible pizza comparable to frozen ones from grocery store.

The resort is pretty clean, we see that all the areas are well maintained. The only thing is that the room ( wolf den ) was a bit smelling . Not sure if it’s because of the carpet. The cleaning of the room is was ok but behind and around furniture we can tell they don’t vacuum or clean in a while.

Had a poor check in experience— had to keep going back and forth a lot just to get a band that worked properly for our room. No complimentary wolf ears like in US. Just a disappointing start to our stay!

Okay but expensive overpriced for what you got

Very over crowded. Difficult walking around. So noisy, you had to yell constantly to be heard by your party. Bought a wand that didn’t work. Went back several times where I was told it has a glitch but they fixed it. It never worked so I gave up. Everything is so over priced. Rooms need to be updated. They are dingy.

The QR code on the envelope did not work. But it shouldn’t matter since there is free WiFi everywhere and the website does the same thing. The Arcade only takes cash. And doesn’t dispense change when you buy a play card. Weird but true. Front of the house staff are incredibly friendly, but I think that the maintenance staff could use a lesson on how to introduce themselves, rather than just entering your room by saying “Room Service”…when we didn’t order any food? We ate at Barnwood. A rustic fine dining restaurant, and were pleasantly surprised that an upscale meal was possible in an amusement park! We had drinks at the Watering Hole while our daughter was frolicking in the wave pool. Drinks are expensive, but were enjoyed. Keep an open mind and you will have a great time!

The property is ok, but the beds are horrible. I was restless the entire night because the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. One night stay was enough for me. The room is old dated. It needs an upgrade, but aside from all those, it’s ok.

Rooms are outdates, spiderwebs i the room along with spiders. Very dirty. Small outdates washrooms. Chexk in at 4pm and get kicked out at 11am.

We loved our first time stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The food on site was very decently priced. We were under 10 min driving to all the attractions. The staff was always super friendly! Our room was clean, highly recommend booking the Kids Kamp room as it provides seperation for when the kids go to bed earlier. The sound proofing between rooms was incredible. We couldnt hear a screaming baby next door to us while in the room, only when we exited to the hall, very impressive. The waterpark was clean, well staffed and well run with no long line ups. We especially loved the nightly marshmallow roasting which was such a special touch.
