Falls Lodge by the Falls

Same thing every year. Same great staff, very clean, very accommodating. I stay here every year in the beginning of june for niagarafalls comicon, and i will continue to do so aslong as the price is right. Thank you all again. And i will see you all later! Nothing. Everything was great. This property will always be the first one i look at every year. Its my home away from home now.

Clean, had towels, paper tissues, soap and shampoo, AC and all of the good stuff. Place has an ice ma ch one and a pool, also serve breakfasts which is awesome for the price. Not very far from the falls!

Room are clean and spacious but they need to clean up parking lot during the winter to avoid accident...it was very slippery...they charging extra 15 dollar. they have to clean snow in parking lot..breakfast is good but sitting area is very small ...but room was good

Room was clean, but it was flooring and there was no mat for wet boots. Remote was missing for TV…found hours later stuck in the sheets. Parking for ground floor rooms in not guaranteed even though they charge a $15/night fee.

Rooms were not very clean, heater was extremely loud in one room and barely working on the other. Parking was extra. Defies not worth the price

It was awful, period! Seriously, the beds were disgusting—so filthy and just totally uncomfortable. My husband, my kids, and I just had to check out without getting any sleep all night. I mean, what do you expect from a place that's a zero on hygiene and a zero on comfort

Check-in was quick and receptionist was nice. Rooms were clean. Hotel was easy close to the falls for easy walking. Would stay again when coming to Niagara Falls.

The property is dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location is perfect - walking distance to the falls and entertainment, but not close enough to hear the noise. I'd stay again for sure!

The air conditioner was not working properly and outside people were speaking too loudly at 3:am so unable to sleep . Rooms are not soundproof.

Beds were too springing and the faucet was very loose. No local channels on the tv.

I loved that I could open the windows for fresh air! It was just out of the way enough to be quiet and have darkness away from all the lights hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very basic but met our needs until we could find something more.

Close to the casino

A/C was too old and not cold enough. Room is spacious but floor is squeaking. No hair dryer. But for a 1 night stay its not bad.

The room smelled musty when I first arrived, but opening the window for a few minutes to air it out solved that. I came and went a few times and didn't notice it again. In the end, it was a very minor issue. I missed breakfast, so can't comment one way or the other. Super close to my destination (OLG Stage).

Very good location if you will be exploring Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. It is decent for the price . Breakfast is basic , frozen waffles, cereal, orange juice and coffee. Room could have been cleaner. Staff did listen to our concerns. Creaky wood floors. Internet is not the best.

I found they were deceiving from their advertised price to the actual price and I guess they're all doing it now but when you get there they charge you per day for parking which is not included but of course they don't advertise that either and the pool was not wheelchair accessible which is part of the reason why I chose that motel otherwise the people were nice it was clean

I found a mouse in my room, and when they changed my room, the bathroom was disgusting.

There is a no pet policy yet their dog was walking around the front desk on the desk and other guests had them too. They Appear to have lack of boundaries- cleaning lady walked into our room and tried to force her self in a second time. The front desk lady Yelled

Nous avons réalisé le rêve de passer la nuit dans un motel à l’américaine, comme dans les films. Ce fut très agréable, proche des chutes de Niagara. Très sécuritaire avec une charmante petite piscine.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy, room was clean, beds and pillows comfy, and great shower-head! Price was great for the location-just 10-15 minute walk to the falls or Clifton Hill and other attractions. Continental breakfast included cereal, mini muffins, pancakes, toast, yogurt, and juice. Would definitely stay here again with the family!

The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Easy access to rooms and parking. (The parking is extra cost) The rooms have a fridge and microwave. No hair dryer but they can provide one if you need it.

Rats around the property, Weird unknown bugs in the bathroom and around the main house and pool. Stated hot breakfast which was eggo waffles, mini muffins from a store, yogurt, and cereal with Milk 15 people touched before us. The motel needs major upgrades. asked for toilet paper and wasnt given any. Weird people who actually live at the hotel trying to give chocolate bars to children. (not Joking).

So far everything is fine.

I would rate it very good considering the price range. Pool water was cold though, breakfast could have been a little better. However, overall we had a good stay, satisfied with services.

Walking distance to Falls , WEGO bus stop also not too far. Tim Hortons very close but provided continental breakfast was suffice. (it was very sad to see the pilferage at the breakfast)

What felt a bit unusual, however, was the additional $15 charge for parking, which came as a surprise. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay with great service.

Genuinely disgusting. Very misleading rating. This is a 4.5-5 at most. There were blood stains on the walls in the bathroom, gross gunk and crumbs in the drawers, the air conditioner stunk so bad, people smoking on their balconies and ash trays clearly supplied by the establishment despite being marketed as a “no smoking” zone. The surrounding area is not very well-lit and offputting. Think I saw one dude injecting a needle on the curb beside the place. I tried calling support with my concerns but brushed me off and didn’t take anything seriously. After I complained to Expedia support, they told Expedia support that I never expressed my concerns and lied about it. When I checked out, a new lady asked me to go over my concerns again and when I was talking, she answered the phone, started speaking Punjabi and stopped listening. Ghetto, sleezy staff, extremely rude front desk, gross and unsafe. Overall terrible experience.

Close to falls but reasonably priced. Comfy beds. Small pool to relax by.

The breakfast was very limited with a tiny space to eat it plus paid parking.

Comforter had dark stain marks. Shower curtain dirty & tub stain dirty. Towel had dark spots - unclean. Flies & mosquitoes didn’t help with getting a good nights sleep.

This hotel was very clean. The staff were nice. Its a quiet little hotel and very close to restaurants.

Nice motel to stay.

Was ok. Bed was comfy. Walls are very very thin, we were all woken up throughout the night many many times due to the neighbours snoring. Definitely not worth the money paid for the room, but you get what you get when you go to the falls on a long weekend.

I booked online, never having seen the motel before as a last minute getaway for my granddaughter and me. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, bright and well kept the room was. Walking distance to the Falls. Would definitely stay again!

Thry cancelled my reservation when I was on my way to the hitel. Staff too slow. Washroom not clean. Un omfortable bed. Air condition really noise. Breakast the worst ever.. eith noma mini.muffins and waffles cheap cheap itens. Gotlly do not recomend this place

There were spiders in our room.

The room was a disaster. The bedding had cigarette burns, the room needs painting and the bathroom needs some love. Great location and the pool was convenient.

Not worth the money

The area is very nice to walk to the falls. Although, the room floor was dirty. The outdoor pool waa not clean (had a lot of little bugs), breakfast choices was very limited (no proteins, lots breads, only 1 fruit choice). The fire alarm in my room started beeping for no reason 2 times... I had to stay 2 nights and I was disappointed of how it looked like comparing to the pictures. I would givw a 4/10

We stay just for night, also we check in, late. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Hotel has no wheelchair assessibility! My daughter couldn’t get onto the landing to get into the rooms. They also told me she would have to sit in the busy parking lot to watch us swim in the pool. My poor daughter was distraught! We had to leave the hotel.

After reading the reviews I was A little worried about booking. I do Not regret booking here. The rooms were spacious, new comfy beds, and clean. The breakfast was minimal but fresh. My only complaint would be that they did not have any seating to eat breakfast. However, I would Totally book here again. They are working to refurbish the property.

What you pay for is what you get. Rooms were nicely renovated, bed was comfortable. Would return again.

Fantastic place to stay. Room was great, a little small but it was perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to literally everything. They even let us add a night at like 3am lol. Would definitely stay again!
