Unit was cleaned well, daily. All units were ground floor - no stairs to climb. Electric "fireplace" on wall was a nice touch! Ants & a centipede in the room - i let the centipede live, because they eat ants! Unit could use some updates - cracks in tiles, old tub, no table & chair to eat at, but otherwise great! Maybe add a bed-table-tray? Like, for eating in bed?

Staff were good. Location was nice. Really good places to eat around and not far from downtown. Beds were not that comfortable. And shower was not working. The water pressure in shower was really bad and bathroom had no floor mets or anything. Due to which it was really slippery. I was near miss two times in bathroom.

There was nothing to like about this property. It was not clean, it wasn’t at all similar to what was shown in the pictures, AC was far away and the rooms weren’t cold. It had insects and wasn’t at all worth the rent.

It was nice place to stay. It was far enough away from the night light and it let me get a good night sleep.

Family Inn was clean and fresh at scent upon arrival but the condition of our family Inn room was poor maybe compared to all other rooms there,. Bath room wasn't best at sight, but our stay was peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and wonderful to swim in. I don't know anything about having towels given or provided by the pool, but we had our own, and used them. There was a small play ground on-site for kids as well as a small basketball 🏀 court to play at. The Inn is in a good area with restaurants and shopping stores, however; parking is free, you need to drive to the falls/Clifton Hills 👍.

Price is cheap, quiet neighborhood. This is an ok place if you are not particularly obsessed with a very spic & span environmentspic & span environment.

Place is clean, 10mn to Niagara Falls by car, free parking in front of our door, a/c, clean bathroom, a lot of restaurants near and there is a pool. Also a fridge, a microwave and a dining table with 2 chairs in the room. The price was good for a saturday night, definitly comming back. Thanks to the boss for freezing the icepack even tho there was a mini freezer in our fridge.

Aircon not working well enough to feel comfortable, location room really sunny , we need to sleep close to the aircon or just a fan ( instead of our head at headboard position , the other way due to really room really warm .swimming pool slide is wiggling . Maintenance, no coffee machine .

Nice place to have a family gathering. I enjoyed the stay. Front desk was fast and polite. Cleaning staff was great. I had a family gathering they were able to accommodate 5 families and use their bbq and chairs for a birthday. Thank you falcon inn from Adolfo Matus

Overall, we were satisfied with pour stay. Service was good and everyone was super friendly. The only negative points would be the lack of commodities and short supply of kitchen Ware. The bathroom coule have been cleaner and the Room showed a bit of age. The swinming pool was a nice addition. Clean and fun. The staff made it a nice stat and the beds were always done with New towels every day when we came back.

the place was terrible. The man in the front tried. The 1st section he showed us in the back had low celings and mold around the baseboard. and "available woman in the net room. The second buiding was regular ceilings but infested with ants. The third building was smelly.

The family suite is great value for money. Lots of space. Some of the furnishings are still dated but it's clean.

The hot tub room, while meant for couples, provides the perfect way to unwind after a labourous day, and you can't beat the price. I am generally a fan of old-school motels that still offer great comfort at very affordable prices. A proper physical key instead of unreliable magnet or chip cards, and the dedicated free parking spot were appreciated. Happy to support a small business with hospitable staff still out here doing it right.

Proper key and fob instead of a card, dedicated parking spot, small business still out here kickin a$$. I got the room with the jetted tub, everything was very clean, and in good working condition. Nice touches and attention to detail, would stay here again for sure.

Not a place to recommend. waist of money.

Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled.

Checking in and out was made very easy and quick.

Definitely clean. New beds (very firm). We had the family suite which was 2 rooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms which was great space for a family of 5. Good value, but rooms are dated and towels were small. We had an issue with heating in one of the rooms but staff was very responsive.

Stay 2 nights we had good sleep, nice and clean quiet place kids love it playing park and swimming. Restaurant walkable, Subway gas station near by. Staff friendly, overall good accept for internet wifi kinda slow but works good outside 😆

Terrible and tude staff. mattres flung when i tried to get on the bed. another bed gad wheels and moced when i got on. no accessible plug points. lamp wasn't working. thermostat couldn't be controlled. the bathroom had no lock. furniture was old, chipped and squeky. when asked the staff member said " do you think i built this place, i don't know why there is no lock in the bathroom, i can't do anything". did not expect expedia to list such terrible places. this was the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life.

The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The property was decent and they're pool was very well maintained. I'd definitely recommend.

The inn may be old but don't be fooled by its appearance because we actually had a great stay. It provided all the necessary things that we need. Robert was really nice, friendly and helpful. He gave us connecting rooms. They have two bbq grills that we were able to use during our last day. The outdoor pool was fantastic, a great way to relax and swim during a very hot and humid weather. We had a wonderful time during our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

The beds were noisy and uncomfortable, rooms were not clean, everything very old and poor quality compare to the price and compare to other’s facilities

The only thing this property has going for then is the pool. Also there was no mention of a room deposit on the site. I was charged $100 room deposit in case anything got broken or I guess other things. Everything in the room was broken, toilet seat crooked, ac buttons broken, bathroom door stuck and the room was filthy with dust.

The property is great if you want to stay in a quiet and comfortable location at Niagara , Rooms are good and the pool is excellent.

Currently The Falcon Inn is with new management and is undergoing renovations which caused me to change rooms second day I was there . Eventually that will all be done but in the meantime ask that your room is not close to any construction activities. Nice pool , very clean, suitable for families, well maintained property but rooms are a bit outdated and dingy however, good for a night or two at the lowest rate for motels in the Falls.

Only bed bugs and rude staff they have nothing else. Do not go there at all.

Quite area i wasn't happy seeing a bed bug in the room. I showed the manager the picture of the room

Stay was horrible experience. Hot water was not running in bathroom, toilet was dirty like public toilet and management guy had poor communication skills and didn’t even want to hear anything. He was looked like he is fed up with his duties, no good reason to stay here. I checked in for 2 nights and I’d checked out after 1 night due to such poor service and place

Checked in and immediately checked out! Blood on sheets, hairs in bed, as we pulled the sheets down the sheets teared. There was a used soap bar in the bathroom, the bathroom window could not be locked, smoke detector in the room was wrapped in a plastic, the AC unit was taped all over with duck tape, paint in all walls and door frames are peeling, the bathroom tiles were painted over with white paint and was peeling showing rust underneath. Stains on walls.

Average stay. Outdoor pool was fun for the kids. Place was clean but very out dated. Staff was helpful.

There was urine all over the toilet seat! The mirror had water marks all over it,the bed had pubic hair and dead toenails in it. This room was obviously not cleaned. When my husband complained the man at front desk was rude and complained that he isn't a cleaner. Obviously upset at my request for a clean room. My husband and I left and had to find better accommodations.

When we were taking shower water was leaking from the bathroom and more the washing isn't in good standards . The room was clean thanks for the cleaning lady .

Motel needs some up grading in the rooms which kind of makes thing look dirty. The room had everything we needed. Lots of dinning options around. We were in town tor a baseball tournament

The front desk person was being very rude. The room was discussing and smelled really bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Please do not waste your time and money staying at this place.

The room bathroom toilet had a very loose seat the room was not cleaned daily and the bedding needed to be changed as the one bed had blood on the sheets and the other bed had dryed foot baked into it

He was very vigelrnt on keeping people safe and respectful of one another and the rules of the pool. Our first night a storm came, he kept watch and had the pool closed up just as storm approached. Was the most comfortable stay we've had in Niagara Falls in quite some time.

The price is like hotel pricings without the hotel ammenities... they need to bring diwn the price it wasnt even a holiday

You get what you pay for. Overall the room was acceptably clean but the shower has a bit of mold and cracked tiles/filler. Not exactly a shower I’d like to shower again in.

This is a very low end hotel.

This place is run down and is certainly not worth the $200/night we paid for it. Hair everywhere on the pillows and the bedsheet. Dusty rooms. Broken beds that went under when we sat on them. We think the boxes under the mattresses were broken and never changed. Uncomfortable beds, so uncomfortable we did not feel rested when we woke up. No shampoo nor bodywash provided. You only get soap. Broken blinds and tiles in the bathroom. And it goes on and on! We werent fortunate enough to try the pools but after seeing how they take care of the property, I would not have tried the pool anyways. Very shady practices to say the least.

Enjoyed the space in the room also provided the use of a barbecue allowing us to save meal costs and tge kids enjoyed the pool as well

Our room had a small kitchen and it was perfect for a couple of nights. The pool was great for the hot summer weather too! We would stay again.
