Great location nice hotel The elevator is very slow and has a burning smell every time you get on. Cable goes in and out. You have to pay for parking but you’re not guaranteed parking in their tiny parking lot. No refrigerator or microwave.

We have stayed before and enjoyed ourselves with no complaints but this time the room we were in the beds seemed very worn out and the pillows as well. We did not get a very good sleep both nights. Other than that we were happy with our stay. The shower was great, the breakfast was decent. We love having coffee and tea available 24/7.

I have never seen a lineup to get to breakfast and it has very small eating area. The elevators take ages to come, we had to use stairs multiple times. They don't provide body lotions 🙄 Rooms and beds were fine. And its close to Clifton Hills attractions. I probably won't stay here again.

Washroom should have hand shower. There should be a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very basic. With the price they are charging the guest at least deserve a richer breakfast containing omlettes or boiled eggs or hash browns.

In the area that had a charging station would not let us charge if we weren’t a guest, or they only Had one and it was already taken. In the end one of us had to drive to a station outside of clifton hills/lundy’s lane, and uber back to the hotel, and then back to the car again the next morning. Overall, very unsatisfi

You need to give people breakfast times, and limit it. Change the coffee. I dropped an earring on the floor and hunted until I found it, but the carpets had bits of food and garbage on it. If we hadn’t paid for two nights: we would have left. The toilets are too low and do not have enough pressure to flush properly. Sorry to say we will not be back .

This was a perfect location and great price. Staff was amazing we didn’t try breakfast but it looked wonderful. Very quiet in evening even though it’s in the middle of everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We got here early before check in time and staff directed us to their coffee room for free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and wait while our room was getting readied. As I did their online check in earlier, they already had my parking pass ready when I got there. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room was really busy but the staff working were constantly replenishing the food and it never let things run out. Pretty decent location on Victoria Ave. where there were a lot of restaurant options and not far from Clifton Hill.

Check in was a breeze and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A pretty decent view and a simple breakfast added to the enjoyment of the stay.

There was not even tea or coffee which was available. No fridge or other facilities in the room. There was one staff but he was helpful.

Check in staff was very friendly, she gave us a welcome phone call once we were settled in the room which was nice. Room is very old, matress was HARD and I could feel every spring. The bathtub took nine years to finish draining after my shower. Check out staff was very rude when I brought this up to her and acted as if I was inconveniencing her personally by letter her know.

We didn't use any of the amenities at the hotel, but this is the same hotel we stay at whenever we come to the areas to visit with our friends. It is an excellent location, super clean and everyone is always friendly with reasonable rates.

It was a nice room. Clean. Liked that the toilet was in separate room so I can brush my teeth and use the sink while others did their business. There was a cute heart-shaped tub. It was an overall pleasant stay. Close to everything!

The room was what I expected from Days Inn. We were on the top floor and it was fairly quiet. I hoped the breakfast was better. We chose the location and we able to walk to all the attractions which was our main reason for staying here. The price was the best for this location 5943 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3L8

The property is walking distance from tourist attractions but it is still quiet at night when you are taking your rest. A lot of dining options as well as activities.

They sent a very pleasant repair person who offered to replace phone and thought he had repaired tv Service, however after I waited for tv to download it still provided only about Five poor American cable channels. . I like staying at Days Inn Wyndham hotels, but this particular hotel has a very limited menu for breakfast... I stayed here with my family for 4 days, imagine us eating just pancakes and waffles, no meat, not even bacon is served. This is the reason why I am not very satisfied staying here. Other than this, everything else is great.

Beds are okay, a bit stiff. The showerhead wasn't working well, and the body wash jar was empty.

It lacked security, there were people probably drunk knocking at our door at 2:20 in the morning, and made a lot of ruckus on the 3rd floor. It was scary, that anyone can just walk in and create chaos. It went on for about 15 mins. Scary nevertheless.

Hotel was great. Nice upgrade to a king bed instead of (2) queens. But rooms need to have mini fridges in them….. small investment but great for keeping medicine or drinks cold while staying there.. had to use ice in a bucket…

Air condition works well, room very clean, breakfast good and staff very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. It was very kind of them to allow us to check out a little later than 11 am.

There was no shower in the room, only a jacuzzi which was inconvenient. There were very limited options for breakfast and there were not many grab and go options. Everything you had to make or toast which caused A LOT of traffic and frustration because you were standing in line for a good 30-45 minutes waiting. beds were comfy. area was good.

This property was perfect for our trip, the location was great, Niagara falls very close, you can go by walking, many dinning, shopping and entertainment options around. Simply you don’t really need a car, you just walk everywhere. Hotel very clean. Staff incredible friendly, helpful and very nice. I will definitely recommend this place. I will come back again. Breakfast was poor.

One elevator that has seen better days and is tired from the constant traffic. Prepare to wait in the hallway for a few minutes every time. The beds are tired and you can feel the springs.

Toilet paper and Kleenex like sandpaper and no fridge or microwave . Also they charged me 1.40 to pre book my reservation without telling me and it is nowhere on their website . Breakfast was a disaster…warm orange juice and milk and an absolute zoo. I will not stay there again !

Staff was great. Location is perfect. Breakfast is standard but area is way to small for guest to be able to navigate. Not enough seating. Air conditioning smelled musty with a foul urine odour when turned on so we left it off. Otherwise room was clean and very comfortable. Pillows are lumpy and the smallest things we ever saw.

Room was really clean, the hotel was super quiet inside and the staff lovely. However the breakfast area is small, the options for food are extremely limited and the sound from outside was sometimes unbearable. Don’t think that can be blamed on the hotel it self but be wary when booking a room that’s facing the Main Street, you’ll be kept awake for hours from the noise of tourists and cars.

I'm not happy about the extra $24 parking fee that was not mentioned in the order until I checked in. There were a lot of 5$ parking lots around the building during this season.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful! Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ideal for sleeping—it faced the main area, and the curtain rod didn’t fully cover the window, so I didn’t get much rest.

We went to this hotel expecting only good stuff. We were disappointed in a few things. The water in the hotub was dirty and brown old dirt was floating around. The breakfast in the morning also was not complete. There was only bread, waffles and items like that. As compared to standard breakfast it should include portions of protein like eggs, sausages, or even potatoes. None was provided. And lastly, one of the single elevator in front of our room was not working properly. We tried to go downstairs but the doors were not closing.

Room had no shower, just a heart shaped tub with a shower head. the topper is the shower head didnt work...AND there was no cold water, so showering was not an option nor was using the tub. was also told i would get a refund on my parking and it never happened.. i am still charged $26

staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out were fast and smooth. Breakfast area is too small, but the staff are patience and keep refreshing the food. The air conditioning unit are very noisy and gave non stop "ticking" noise when the set temperature is reached. It was disturbing my sleep, and i had to turn off the unit to get some peace and quiet. It was too late at night, so i never complained to the front desk until i checked out. And they came right away to replace the whole unit. I wish he noise had happened during the daytime when i checked in, and perhaps i could have had better sleep. The pillows are obviously well used and should be replaced. Overall the stay was present and i would come back again.

Hotel was quiet and cean, I found some tricks in posting hotels availabilty in expedia because I did not expect extra charge for parking which it was 18.5 dollers per day , when I checked expedia it was saying parking is available which my expectation was hotel lets us to park in its parking for free , then with another click it was showing there is charge for oarking . please correct your advertisment and explain it at the first place that parking is available with 18.5 dollers pay per day because we usually dont check fine prints or extra clicking.

The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was an issue. The toilet lookedlike it was made for a toddler, it was low and small, The toilet paper was on the wall opposite the toilet. You had to literally get up and step across the room to get it.

Location is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities are a bit old, toilets are starting to have mineral build up inside so it didn’t appear clean. But overall, nice hotel.

The only positive about this hotel is its location. The breakfast area is too small and crowded with no protein options. At least an egg defines good breakfast. All they had was carbs and sugar.

Broke down motel that’s filled with mold. The room smell really bad. The staff pressure you to keep the air conditioning on low to prevent the room from smelling like feces.

The only thing I was complain is the washroom, the ventilation was not working. I’ll call the front desk she said that all the room in that hotel was no ventilation that is a lie answer I went in a few hotel in Niagara that’s the only reception who answer me a lie answer. I’ll ask some people in the hotel they said there is a ventilation in their washroom and they told me why you didn’t complain I said I did but no response. The couple told me you pay too much money for the room and then they answer you like that. I said I know. So can I address this complain to the manager of the hotel or the owner to pay attention with that matter.

Arrived 1 hour early, the rude desk person could not give us room..not ready, meanwhile people were flowing through, getting their rooms with the adjacent receptionist. Ok, then she charges me 20$ for parking...never heard of nor stated on booking. Clerk said if you can prove this on your booking, we will reimbourse you. Trust me, I won't waste my time. Btw, down the street one can park for 5$ or 10$. In fact on booking parking was included. 3:30 afternoon, our room was ready...well...we get a room with a jacuzzi...i never asked for this. Couldn't even shower and not very clean. Following morning breakfast...omg, couldnt move around how the space is designed. Orange juice was hot. Coffee was terrible. Elevator is so slow, one might consider taking the stairwell. Anyways, I definately dont recommend this place. One thing for sure....won't see me again.
