Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Within walking distance of the Falls. Clean facilities. Easy and fast check-in. A/C was not cold enough even at the coldest setting. TV had limited channel selection.

The room was very spacious and the location was excellent. Having both a indoor and outdoor pool as also nice. There was a issue with my reservation and the first person I talked to was less than helpful. This caused some stress on a much overdue vacation. The next day a second employee promptly took care of it.

Spacious rooms with both a indoor and outdoor pool within walking distance to so much. Some of the front desk staff is less than friendly. I felt like I was a unwanted guest when talking to them. One in particular was not trained very well and had no knowledge or care to assist us. Luckily, other staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful.

The room is pretty clean and spacious, location is good, no regrets at all The doors are closed and you need a key-card to get in, so when you arrive be ready to bump into the door and call the front desk. At the same time the staff at the front desk is not very helpful or friendly.

The location worked well for me, knowing I wouldn’t have a view. The price was right for the high season and I had pleasant interactions with staff except one. My room was spacious, with a bath, large tv screen and adequately sized desk. When I asked for extra coffee it was delivered generously. The keg, was great the first night but the second night was not good so I hope they will do some quality control for those prices. Although pleasant interactions over all, I didn’t have a good interaction with one staff member which caused much time lost and eventually frustration. I did speak to a duty manager as more training is needed for something very simple.

Close to everything was able to walk everywhere Huge wet spot upon check in at 11pm - employee put his hand in it and smelled it and said it’s only water I can get a towel - concerned what the wet spot was with a red stain in the middle No fitted sheet - so gross having to sleep on the mattress protector Cleaning lady knocked on the door on our departure date to see if we were gone yet. Woke us up so we left feeling like we had too The night manager was good and refunded our money but it was our little getaway after our wedding. Wasn’t very happy with it

I booked a new year eve's stay at the hotel with a 2-queen beds room for my family. I was glad to be given a free upgrade to a bigger room King bed, sofa bed and extra roll-away bed. The hotel was clean, well maintained and well located. The air conditioning was set to perfect temperature for Canadian winter. The room was ready when I arrived. Hotel is pretty close to Niagara falls via the stairs going down to Queen Victoria Park from the Skylon Tower parking. Clifton Hill is a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants are nearby.

They had a few problems with the elevator. None of the staff appeared happy. The room's coffee machine was very basic and no coffee elsewhere before 8h30 at the Starbuck where I was pointed to. The parking was good, most attraction were within easy walking distance and the room was a good size.

Everything was wonderful, except there was only 1 elevator working.

Hotel was very clean, good amenities. Had a little issue with the AC but the hotel was gracious and beought us a fan to use for out stay.

It’s truly a very good hotel, especially Mr. Seyed, who is the manager. I usually arrive at the hotel at night, and he always welcomes me with a smile. He is very helpful. The hotel staff are also very good and professional, and I am completely satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no hot water we called in the evening they said it takes a bit to let it run- when we try it in morning there was no hot water.

Room was either always too hot or too cold no matter what we did with thermostat. Parking was more expensive to park in our hotel lot then if we got a day spot in one of the other lots, $20 a day to park at a hotel we booked, but was $5 across the street at Denny’s. Felt like a burden to any staff member if we had questions. no staff member ever smiled as we walked by or said hello to. Was a really weird vibe from the staff here.

Very comfortable bed

This property is immaculate. The rooms are big, bright and sleek. The cleanliness is on point. Bathrooms are brand new and we like the fact the toilet and shower are separate so it makes it easy if you are staying with multiple people. Will definitely return.

Our stay was great. This is the only hotel I will stay at at th Falls. It’s convenient, and clean. Staff is very helpful.

The stay was great! We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. The room was clean. The only downside was the elevator wasn’t working so there was long wait times to go between floors, so hopefully that’s resolved quickly.

The staff gave us our room early as we arrived by Via Rail before noon. So nice to be able to get things inside our room before our 130 tour started. Used the whirlpool after doing the boat cruise and were wet. Towels at the pool. Clean amd comfortable. Right in the center of all the attractions for kids at night and dining. Will do this again and stay here. Excellent staff.

Nice clean room, small issue addressed very quickly by front desk and maintenance staff. One thing is that there is no room safe, not a big deal for our stay, but could be for other guests. Would not stop me from booking here again.

Stayed 08/31 to 09/01 $366 for a one night stay, booked the King bed with the Jetted tub. Several amenities didn’t work as intended, first the fridge was broken could not change the temperature. The main purpose of booking the room was the jetted tub which despite us trying to make it turn on for several minutes it did not, no clear instructions were provided who to turn it on and then when explaining to the front desk that we couldn’t they did not believe us. Finally walls are super thin in Room 721 can hear doors being closed and people talking which woke up me and girlfriend. Voiced all these concerns upon Check to the front desk said they would look into it but did not offer any apology will still charged full price, which was extremely disappointing…..

Very clean, spacious, affordable. Well maintained room. It looks so new and smells good. Very near the clifton Hill just 5-10mins walk. We didn’t expect that this hotel is soooo good. It’s beyond our expectation. We had a very nice view, Clifton Hill view. Staff members are approchable and friendly. We tried breakfast buffet for only 20$, which is reasonable and just below the hotel (The Keg). Crew members were so friendly and accomodating, specially the frontdesk and servers. If I will go back to Niagra, I will definitely book Courtyard by Marriot again.

However, I'm un-sure why there is this sound the whole night coming from the duct or the fridge, so couldn't sleep well during the night. Kids had no problem, though. And they haven't refund the $75 CAD charged during our check-in, as the staff explain that was incase if there is any damage to the room during the stay.

This hotel has it all. Pool indoor and outdoor, hot tub, on site restaurant is amazing. Walking distance to Skylon, Clifton Hill, shopping, restaurants and of course the falls.

Clean and comfortable room, easy parking situation. Just a little farther of a walk to the falls compared to some of the other hotels the area, but the trade off is that this is cleaner and newer.

The hotel is easily accessible to all places around Niagara Falls especially Clifton Hill . I booked an accessible room . The room was really accessible and bed height is just perfect for wheelchair users .
