Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. We enjoyed the facilities and found the hotel to be a good value for money. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It would be nice if there is an onsite restaurant.

Had a lovely breakfast in the IHOP Couldn't get the TV to come on - but it was late - and based on the channels available I didn't think there was anythin that I would have wanted to watch.

The front desk staff were fantastic. Very helpful and kind. They offered tips for our stay and were very pleasant to deal with. The AC was not working that great in the main lobby area. But it was working great in the actual rooms.

This property is very close to the work I come to town for. I have been staying here every other week for almost a year. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower. The cost is very favourable. I will continue to stay at this hotel as long as I am working in Niagra Falls. There is a IHOP restaurant attached to the hotel which is not open when I leave for work and closed when I get back to my room. This is a minor inconvenience.

Didn’t get to see much of it. My grandson did comment the first night that he didn’t feel the pool was as clean as it could be I didn’t like that there was no breakfast included And the IHOP restaurant attached was absolutely ridiculously expensive. We will certainly never return to IHOP

The accommodations met expectations for a 'budget' hotel as price was a consideration. Key entry somewhat tricky and we needed to get help as well as I noted some others as well. We were advised keys a little old, so maybe and upgrade is in order there.

Nice staff. Room clean Mattress on beds were very old. Very thin. No cushioning. In my room when you turn on the light in the bathroom a fan comes on that sounds like a helicopter. Very outdated coffee station.

Good location for event we were attending. The bed was HARD and the mattress had a section in the centre that caused you to roll into the middle of the mattress.

I realize that it’s hard to control however there seemed to be a hockey tournament going on and the kids were very loud late into the night

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. My daughter and I went there for Thanksgiving. We did have to drive however to go down to the Falls, but parking at the hotel was included in our stay which most other hotels it was not it was very quiet. There was not a lot of people there and they had a nice pool and Hot Tub. It was small but it was a good size. I would definitely go back again.

The room was dark and dingy. the lights between the bed did not have a knob to turn them on and the lamp shades were old, cracked and dirty. the only other light that worked was a lamp in the corner. The shade was the same, old and dirty. The beds were horrible. the bedding looked like it was 50 years old along with the pillows. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok as it was clean. This place looked good from the outside and the lobby looked nice as well but the rooms need a major update!!!! For the price that hotels charge per night this was disgusting!!! Will not return to this Hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were small but that is just not my preference. It was quiet even though on a main road. IHOP is attached to the restaurant for breakfast but closes early in the day - not open for dinner. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive to the falls and Skylon. Very easy to get around town.

The hotel looks older but the lobby is well kept. The room was another story. The shades on the lamps were really gross, stained and what looked like mold. Also, the tub wouldn’t drain. Not a hotel I would stay in again.

Friendly staff. Dark rooms, not enough lights, broken existing lamps. There were 2 people outside the front of the building that stayed there for two days while we were there.

Truly a great experience. Hotel was clean and smelled great (not covered up like many). Showers and faucets provided actual volume of water and actual hot water. Staff was friendly and prompt for the most part. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! They have amazing staff, nice and clean rooms, good size bathroom, swimming pool and whirpool and also a great IHOP restaurant for breakfast downstairs.

We left a coat on the bed, I’m pretty sure I put the coat on the bed before I checked out. I planned to wear it out, but I forgot. However, in the evening of the day we checked out, I think of it and called back. The hotel said there was nothing in the room. I am doubt about their honesty.

I didn’t like the fact that I had booked well in advance, and arriving at the location I was told that they were over booked and we got moved to the back of the property to a retro drive up motel that wasn’t very clean. DISAPPOINTED.

Place was outdated, grungy and the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Fridge leaked, rooms are small with old bedding. Left with a sore back. Definitely won't be back.

Everything was good , however I think it is time for a mattress and linen replacement. The hotel it’s self is clean and very well kept.

Average hotel with average room. Conveniently located on Lundy's Lane. Nothing exciting but a good value. Front desk staff are hard working and friendly.

I was really surprised to see that parking was included with purchasing your room because a lot of places in Niagara Falls. They charge extra for having your car with you. Don’t ask me why…. The only thing I can think is they need more disabled parking. They only have one spot.!

Good value for money however very dated bedding, room decor and dark hallway lighting.

It is right beside the outlet mall and close to downtown Niagara. Highway is also close by. Microwave and fridge comes in handy.

Fair for the price

I didnt like how its attached to the ihop ,yet they have no breakfast deals with them. Also, i was told i couldnt extend checkout as they had a "bus" coming the next day. I also asked about the pool and was told the hot tub would be refilled during the day at an busy, inconvenient time. But i coild still use the pool. When we arrived, i was put in a room right beside where the cleaners were working . It was very loud and i almost asked for another room. Not too impressed, i have no reason to return.

Overall 4/5. The room was very clean. The only cleanliness issue (small) was that it looked like there was mold inside the bathroom tub knob. The beds were very comfortable. Good A/C and heat. Great proximity to Niagara Falls. Slept well for the few nights we were there. I would book this hotel again if we were to revisit Niagara.

I was wakened up in the morning from the continuous knocking on the door even though I had the Do Not Disturb tag outside my door.

The place needed to be update a lot of old furniture and beds. There was no USB ports for chagring electronical equipment. Overall, I did sleep good and it was conveniently close to things.

Was an excellent stay but the hot tub had a smell to it.

The next evening we went to the pool and no one was in there so we were happy that we’d get a swim in. That thought changed quickly when a group of kids all piled into the pool area. It was a different group, however, just as loud. This group, with adults supervising, were jumping off the sides into the pool right where the hot tub was. Then they decided they would get into the hot tub and jump from there into the pool. Someone is seriously going to get injured. We decided we’d seen enough and again, cut our swim short. We mentioned what was happening to the two ladies at the front desk, but neither seemed too concerned and we didn’t see either one go in and investigate. Staff should be doing rounds and removing the ones that are not following the rules, it’s dangerous for everyone.

My room key didn't work. Went back down & then up again with my luggage. Key worked the second time but there was someone in the room. It was already occupied. The pool was unbelievable cold but clean. No fridge but clean. Free parking was the bonus.

Asked for a quiet room and was put on a floor with a basketball team that was constantly slamming doors and yelling in the halls. Called front desk and they said sorry it’s a basketball team and asked if we wanted to change rooms which we couldn’t do with our child already asleep. Woken up again at 2am due to the kids yelling in the halls. Called front desk and was told sorry the team just finished up in the pool. Why were these kids allowed in the pool until 2am is beyond me but is not acceptable that’s on hotel management for allowing that. Next morning was switched to the 3rd floor which was much better as the team was on the 2nd floor. Why would you ever put a person on the floor in the middle of a team is beyond me when you have other options in the first place. Hotel is dated and shows lots of signs where replacement is needed. Lamp shades are dirty and have spills and burn marks on them. Beds are hard and lumpy. If staying make sure you ask about teams as management gives them the run of the hotel even if other paying guests are there.

We booked a king bed room but am unhappy with the bed itself. It was a hard bed. I stayed here a couple of months ago with two queen beds and they were great but not this king. An upgraded mattress is needed.

This was a very nice and well kept hotel. The pool area was beautiful! The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was not included, but there is a restaurant attached and they had 24 hour coffee available at the desk.

The room is a bit dated and need better lighting. The bed covers and sheets were not to our liking and don't seem to be clean. However, the hotel location is very convenient to the outlet mall and nearby restaurant. I think the rating is a bit low because the room is a bit dated.

Property and lobby is nicely upgraded however the rooms need upgrading too. The beds/mattresses are horrible. A camping blowup mattress is more comfortable. Otherwise the property is clean and free parking is good perk too.

Liked: Easy check-in/out. Got extra washroom consumables upon request without a hassle. Inside pool. Included parking. Needs improvement: Linen is clearly old. Tub could need a more deep cleaning. Common touching surfaces could need a more carefull cleaning (knobs, light switches, fridge door, microwave keypad, tv controller). Overall, a good and quiet stay. I would say good value for the price.

Liked it was close to Hwy great location to restaurants staff were very nice. Dislike was they need more handicapped rooms only 1 and is double bed.

I liked everything. Receptionists ladies was very nice and helpful . Cleaning lady did a good job , the place and the room was very clean.

Overall was good but the lighting in the room was insufficient for reading. The light over the easy chair was not bright enough to read and could be better.

This place is better served as an hourly rate motel than an actual over priced lodging.

Right on the Red Line for WEGO bus. No hot water for a shower at 8:00 pm.

Overall experience was good. Nothing to complaint. The water and coffee at the reception area is a nice offering to customers. It is appreciated. The only request I have when checking out is if no staff is around at the reception, it may be convenient for customers to have a drop box for key cards. Yesterday, although there was a note saying the staff will come back after 15 minutes, it took more than 20 minutes before someone comes in and there were 4 of us already waiting and all that the staff had to do was to drop them into something (I guess it was a box since I don't see it). Thanks

The smart tv would not connect to the wifi and I could not use any of the online features. The staff was amazing for check in and check out.

Nice place and reasonably priced and pretty close to attractions- 10-12 min drive.
