The bad smell in the hallways. The sliding windows has no secure lock. There was a lock but kids can easily turn them. We were in the 7th floor so it was scary for me.

Location was good. Close to the falls. One girl at reception (Miriam) helped us right away when we complained about our room beds. She automatically and quickly changed our room to make us more comfortable Breakfast was mediocre. Had to walk from outside to go to reception to have our breakfast. Hallways were extremely hot.

Breakfast menu was fresh and staff kept the dining area clean and kept. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and our room accommodation’s were adequate and reasonably priced for the area. Good walking distance to the falls with the tram and parking at the hotel was convenient and didn’t cost extra. Pool area was clean although we did see some ants near the hot area. Overall was pleased with the accommodations for a family of 6.

Not worth for the price. additionally I paid 25$ extra for parking per night. Breakfast was okay, no channels in TV. A/C and heating is loud.

Breakfast had a line, Limited parking, and I didn't know there was a $30 per day fee for parking.

Overall the our stay was good except the front desk lied about us getting a connecting room with our friend,even though the guy that check us in put a note about it (since we came in a day before). The person that checked in our friend did not bother instead put them across our room.

Hotel was pretty alright and was good for our 1 night stay. Staff checking in weren’t really talkative or informative. Hotel its self was pretty basic. Breakfast was alright but busy. Having to pay $30 for parking was a joke. If you’re staying at a hotel chances are you got there with a vehicle (not like it was covered or valet parking) I know other hotels in the area do the same but it should be included if you’re staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was the same eggs, toast, sausages, juice, tea, coffee. Regular breakfast always. Staff was a bit grumpy at times and there’s 20-minutes limit for breakfast which I think is nonsense. Customer service needs to be better overall. For the price it was ok and relaxing for me and my son.

Hotel is in walking distance to all attractions and steps away from the falls and fallsview casino. Property very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub. I recommend this hotel.

The hot tub was lukewarm. You have to walk outside and around and then down a flight of stairs to get the scarce breakfast. The 20 minute time limit per table was less than welcoming. $30 for parking as a guest on an icy lot was a stretch. The only plus side was that the staff was friendly.

Room was good, the tv would not connect to any streaming apps even though it was a smart Tv, breakfast was way too crowded, it was a 20 minute wait to get in and you don’t even get a table to yourself, too small a place to seat the amount of people there.

The manager of the hotel took my partner to three different vacant guest rooms before they found one that had some hot water, so he could take a shower. The hot water ran out immediately after he rinsed his hair. I did not use the breakfast facilities, but my partner did and if you go in the later available breakfast hours, the hot food isn’t fresh and there isn’t much left. Staff also cleared his dishes away too quickly, so he had to use more dishes to finish his breakfast. This hotel is showing its age now and our stay was definitely not as enjoyable as in past years here.

The front desk employees were completely accommodating. I accidentally booked a one bed , bedroom. When I needed 2 beds. The guy at the front desk even though they were fully booked was able to get us transferred to a bigger room almost immediately after a cancellation came in. Staff in kitchen for breakfast were quick, organized, and polite. Will definitely be coming back.

This hotel offers paid parking ($30cad/day). Breakfast was ok as there were not a lot of options. The breakfast space is also small and crowded.

I was born and raised in Niagara Falls so it was good to go back. Must say though lots of changes in the Falls and of course the prices around the Clifton Hill and the Fallsview area are more expensive but I knew that before we went. Overall it was a great trip, and the Comfort Inn Fallsview was good. They have an ok breakfast buffet I didn’t go to it though.

I stayed here in November, the room was small but comfortable, although the coffee area could have been somewhere else in the room and not in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean, water pressure was good and had enough toiletries and towels. The heater in the room was not working good at all!!! It kept blowing cold air and would intermitently blow hot. It was very uncomfortable. There is no microwave in the room so it was hazardous to walk back and forth from the room to the lobby to ask to use the microwave, then go to the breakfast area to heat food and then walk with that hot food back to the room, so that was very hazardous, I wish there was a microwave in the room. The lack of a sauna was very disappoininh but I did know not to expect one going in. Their breakfast was not good at all, no fruits, limited yogurt and the only vegetarian option was eggs and bread and if you don't eat egg, you can only eat bread and cereal or waffles. It was veryyyy disappointing breakfast and the coffee was not good at all and no fresh fruit or fresh juice. It was a very unmemorable breakfast. So if you are paying for breakfast included, don't waste your money. All in all the price I paid because I got a discount, it was worth that money but if you are paying 150cad a night, don't do it. Especially because it's a bit of a walking distance during the winter to anything good to see and do. The staff was accommodating and helpful so I would give them that and the bed was very comfortable.

I decided to return in November with friends for a concert and booked 2 rooms through Expedia. Unfortunately the concert we were going to see was cancelled the same day my reservation cancellation window ended. I tried contacting hotel and spoke with manager who said there is nothing he can do. I asked if we could have at least a credit for another stay or maybe just a $50 charge for cancellation. Very disappointed that they could not be more flexible, especially to 4 seniors who are already on a limited budget. Beware of booking through a third party and especially staying at this hotel. Also called Expedia who were not helpful.

Well, for the continental breakfast, they didn’t have any fresh fruit and the waffles. My husband said they were dry and they locked the door at 9:30 and no one could come in and get coffee or something to take to the room. I didn’t think that was nice. And when I went to check out, they charge me for parking and when I checked in, they said nothing about having to pay for parking and in my reservation it said nothing about having to pay for parking. That was an extra $75 that we didn’t know we had to pay And they wouldn’t take it off our bill.

Our room (120) was right next to the door, so some noise when people come in and out. Decent pricing and exactly what we wanted for our one night stay.

By the time we got into the breakfast there wasn't much available. Muffins weren't eatable. And ended too early for a family hotel.

The staff for breakfast Pearl, Kavita, and Mary. They made it very enjoyable. What I didn't like is that breakfast was the same everyday. I stayed there for a week and I was getting tired of eating on the third day. The front dest at check in gave a coupon for a breakfast Buffett for $12.99. Well they advertise it for $12.99 and also gave us a coupon for the same amount. The rooms needs microwaves. Paying for parking was very rare to me. Niagara Falls is beautiful.

For breakfast, it’s better to be come early since their dining is small, you have to wait for 5-15 minutes to be seated. They only serve classic breakfast only but still good and staff are really kind. Overall, still a good experience.

Although I made the reservation for this place eight months in advance, when we arrived we were put in a 2nd floor room in an old part of the hotel with no elevator. We are in our eighties. Thankfully a staff member helped us get our bags up the stairs. If in Niagara Falls again, we would not stay here.

It was not our first stay at this hotel. Regrettably, this time our stay was not as good as previous times. We were assigned a room with a balcony right above the roof of the connecting building. My Mother could not sleep at night turning and tossing, being afraid that someone was on a roof and could break into our room. In my opinion, this room should not have a balcony at all. For safety reasons.

Overall a nice stay just the elevator was slow and there's only one, so if that brakes down you'll be using the stairs.

A very long check in process and waiting in line for breakfast to eat in a very small room crowded with people, top the just of oddities. 1 comfy bed and 1 rock hard bed were quite the contrast. Cleanliness seemed to be a priority with them Overall it's worth the good rate that we paid and it's 1 block from the incline. Just don't ask the clerk how to get there because they don't have a clue.

Overall a decent stay. However, when requesting two booked rooms to be beside each other, this did not happen as staff said two different types of rooms were booked so they couldn’t be beside each other. This was not true as they were booked together way back in early July. Staff overall were not very friendly with the buffet being way too crowded and having to sign in at the buffet was a bit ridiculous. Signs that say 20 minute time limit does not reflect a warm and inviting feeling.

First floor, back of Hotel, location of build was good for the Falls, but the Hotel itself was not clean and the Hot tub/pool area was disgusting, particles floating in the hot tub and no pressure. We have stayed in this Hotel in the past, but it has really gone down hill, was not at all impressed with our stay.

The room had a very musky smell, like old smoking in a home smell. We booked the room for 2 queen beds and both beds were only full size and very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early and giving up the extra night we paid for. They will also wait until you arrive to tack on a bunch of other charges not shown at the time of booking. We will not stay here again.

Our room was on the Floor 1, we had an adjoining room which posed an issue with noise, we could hear the people in the room next door, talking, opening and closing door, TV etc. Did not get a good nights rest due to the noise.

The location was great as it was a quick walk to the OLG venue, which was where we were going. The hotel is an older hotel so don't expect it to look very modern, but it is clean and the buffet breakfast was nice.

It's not the fanciest place but was clean and bed and breakfast were decent. We lucked out and got a room that faced the falls which was nice to see. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere. It wasn't a warm welcome when we arrived. As soon as we pulled in and started to unload our luggage security came up and was questioning us and telling us we had to have our pass on the dash. We had JUST arrived and hadn't had the opportunity to check in. The staff at the counter were nice and instructed us what to do. It was completely unnecessary for him to approach us like that, although i understand the importance of safety, it was not the way to greet your customer.

It was our first time here. I was a bit disappointed as the building had an old smell scent. When the AC was turned on, a very weird scent came out . You walk close to the pool area, it smelled like garbage. The front staff were okay but could be more welcoming and friendlier. I liked the convenience of things of its surrounding walkable to go to places yes. Affordability, normal range. The room we were given was right in main lobby. I did not like that. You can hear doors slamming and people talking loudly not okay if you want to have peace and quiet.

The room is spacious and all was in working order. I did not like that I had to pay $30 to park in their lot. The breakfast was just ok. We went to the Cult concert at the Fallsview Casino, and the walk to and from was all of 3 minutes. All in all, a good stay for the money.

Everything good but the lady in the breakfast area, she should know people paid for it. If you are not able to manage do not server but don’t show you attitude in early morning.

The room was clean but the fridge didn’t work, Wifi good and the breakfast was good.

Elevator was ridiculous for an 8-floor hotel. Very small! Wheelchair plus 2 people was tight! Breakfast was fine. Pleasant staff. Very efficient! Wheelchair access needs to be reviewed to make it more user friendly.

The staff were friendly and you can’t beat the location. But this hotel has seen better days. It shows its age. So much potential though if they decide to renovate.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, no issues with the room and wifi was good. Staff were all really nice, friendly and accommodating. Buffet was really good, food was hot and delicious, lineup moved fast even though it was busy. Pool was nice and clean and warm, but hot tub could be cleaned more regularly, it was a little dirty in the evening.

Ants located in room in 2 areas. Did not like that everyone had to talk by our room to get to breakfast.

Location is good and convenient. Walkable to the falls, dining, and other activities but if you are coming with a car, your stay doesnt include parking. You need to pay $30 per day on top of your nightly stay which I think is unreasonable. Line up early for breakfast because the hall gets packed super fast. Bring your own body wash because their bathroom only have 2 container of shampoos (who needs this much shampoo?) and a bottle of conditioner. Our room temp fluctuates and doesnt get cold enough even if you turn A/C fan high and cool.

Great area, close to everything in Niagara Falls. Walkable distance, Price is decent. The hotel is outdated and it is not clean to my standards. There was stuff (paper wrappers) under the bed from previous guests that was not cleaned. Also woke up with pink eye the first morning.

Enjoyed dinner at my cousin Vonnie’s using coupon from comfort inn. Nice surprise.

We enjoyed the room. 309, with a sweet balcony overlooking the main road. Copa Cabana next door is the highlight of the trip. Must have for meat Lovers. Staff at hotel was friendly, room was clean, view was sweet. Hotel is older but comfortable and clean. 2 clean pools. Niagara is quaint, safe and fun.

The area was excellent for Niagara Falls. You are close to everything! The only thing I would change is having the front desk staff learn a little PR skills. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, leave! They don’t even look up when you walk past them. A little friendliness wouldn’t hurt.

Very disappointing stay. The pictures online are misleading — either very old or heavily edited, because the reality was nothing like what we saw online. The room and bathroom had a bad smell, the carpet was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Before booking, I confirmed with the hotel that we could check in at 1 PM, but when we arrived after 1, they told us the room wouldn’t be ready until 4 PM unless we paid extra. Overall, a very poor experience. I would never stay at Comfort Inn Fallsview again and I do not recommend it to others.

One night in Niagara Falls at Comforts Inn is the best cheap option. We were at the 1st level tho, I was told there is patio but useless coz the door won'r open :(

Hotel is in a great location, rooms were really clean. The lobby is updated but the rooms are a little dated and could use a facelift, but I was looking for good price, and clean rooms and this hotel gave me that. The breakfast was really good and the ladies working it were great and so efficient. I would definitely stay there again!

I liked the cleanliness even tho we prefer rooms not be carpeted. This carpet seemed very clean. I liked that the room had a couple of chairs to sit and a table for use.

The location was great; lots of dining options around; staff was courteous; room was clean, but a bit on the small side; breakfast area was very busy; breakfast selection was fine; elevator and hallways need refurbishing. I would stay again as we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, just a place to sleep.

I filed with porter airline and it was the worst experience ever….. I was charged 125 dollars for a personal item and they do not even take your item, I had to carry it myself…. Staff extremely rude and awful airplane ….. please please do not fly with them…. Ban this airline

On the map, it looks very close to Table Rock, but in reality it’s about a 20-minute walk unless you take the incline railway, and the route includes a steep hill. For travelers without a car, this can be tiring. It’s also a bit far from downtown Niagara Falls. Room With “Fallsview” in the name, I expected to see the falls at night from my room. Instead, I was placed in a separate building from the front desk, on the ground floor, facing the parking lot and the opposite side of the falls—very disappointing. When I opened the curtains, cars were parked so close that I actually felt unsafe, as if one accidental move forward could hit the window. Both the main building and the annex felt old. The hallway in the annex was dim and unsettling. I wanted to use the laundry facilities, which Expedia listed as available, but there were none in the annex. They may have been in the main building, but since it was some distance away, I didn’t bother to check. The room had a TV, but none of the channels were what you would normally expect at home, and it couldn’t be connected to a computer either. I was also surprised to see a notice stating there would be a fine if towels were missing. Wi-Fi was very weak, and I wasn’t given the password at check-in—I had to go back and ask for it separately.

There r some nice rooms as I have stayed there in the past.The rooms I received this time were gungy,stain marks on ceiling,dirty grout in bathroom, flies,not even in the same building as the hotel .Asked for a balcony did not receive.Staff rude .Would not recommend this place to anyone

Good for the price

It was good but I felt the washroom was small. Rest I enjoyed my stay. We booked two queen bedroom for four people and the beds were spacious enough to sleep well. At first the room keys were not working but staff was very patient with our queries and helped us to sort it out on timely manner.

The customer service service was poor. I called back several days later about an additional charge on my credit card, the man I spoke to was rude and short with me and said it was a security charge that will be reimbursed. At no point at check-in or on the website was there a mention of a $100 credit charge. According to hotel policy, this is the only mention about a possible charge “This property will place an authorization for 1 night room and tax for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.” This would not have applied to our booking anyway since we payed in advance. Do not recommend.

I would look for another hotel the oakes hotel looks good outside and the embassy hotel too but it is a little more expensive. Detail review: The breakfast wasn’t too good, there is very little variety( there is no Fruit) sausage wasn’t good . Another bad thing is that the air doesn’t seem to be good enough for a double bedroom ( I can’t say for sure since the weather was pleasant for us when we were there) and last bad thing is that the room has some small things make sure you don’t miss anything, you don’t want to get charge for something you didn’t do (we barely left it but we should be good as we report that to a manager, they asked me for 100 dollar deposit for 2 nights ) .The location was the best thing since is really close to the incline railway to go to the Falls and there are some other good things close like the Ihop in the Tower .
