Reviews
The hotel is generally perceived as outdated and in need of renovation, but it is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. The free parking and breakfast are also frequently mentioned as positives. However, the quality of the breakfast and the lack of certain amenities, such as a microwave and mini-fridge, are common complaints.
- Convenient location
- Friendly staff
- Outdated facilities
- Limited breakfast options

The location The hotel was run down under construction and really messy, there was no hot water and front desk did nothing about it. The free breakfast was garbage cold food not a lot of variety have seen way better. The walls were peeling the carpet was bubbling up the showhead had electric tape wrapped around it. The air conditioning blew hot air and the beds were rough.
- 3/5
Good location. Comfortable beds. The property is quite shabby. Our room had been renovated, although it was quite austere. The remainder of the property was badly worn and scuffed, and apparently not worthy of running a sweeper over? Walls were paper thin and kids in adjoining rooms kept us awake.
- 5/5
Close to Clifton Hill Couldn’t stay in the lobby past 10pm
- 5/5
I love the staff. Always happy and willing to answer questions. Great amenities. This is the only place I go in Niagara Falls. Nothing. Everything was amazing
- 3.5/5
Eggs, sausage, toast, English muffins, cereal, and beverages good. Appreciate the carafe of coffee and hot water available during breakfast. Would be a bonus to have a carafe of hot water available throughout day or just evening when people return from a day of adventures. Location within walking distance to falls, parking included in stay. Messy due to renovations which we didn’t know about prior to arriving. We managed while others may not appreciate the extra dust if allergic to dust.
- 3.5/5
Good staff Seemed old and need an upgrade
- 5/5
Awesome amenities I.... was truly impressed! Lovely stay! Nothing!
- 3/5
Location Under renovations. Floors were not vacuumed in the hall and drywall all over. Room was run down
- 3/5
Breakfast and location Property in need of updates to furnishings and public areas
- 4.5/5
We got one of their new updated room . The floors looked great , the bathrooms nice and over the room was very clean . Some more options with breakfast .
- 4.5/5
It is located around the corner from all the activities on Clifton Hill. Just far enough away that the lights and noise from Clifton Hill doesn’t keep you awake all night. They have a breakfast buffet and pool with sauna. Staff is very friendly. The back hallway where our rooms were needs repairs to the walls and a general sprucing up.
- 3/5
Great location for breakfast but the breakfast was very poor. One of the mattresses was in very poor shape. The heater in the room was extremely noisy and woke us up each time it started up. There could be some healthy choices at breakfast like fruit and yogurt.
- 3/5
Someone stole my bag from vehicle and staff don’t even look at cameras.

Location Cleanliness

We stay here multiple times a year and love it it’s cozy and the beds are so comfy I wish when we request late checkout when booking it’s approved right away instead of having to ask the morning of ( it makes it not possible the morning of leaving to sleep in if you wanted to because you have to get up to ask for late checkout out , our wasn’t approved and we were disappointed
- 2/5
While the location of the hotel was very convenient and close to everything, we experienced several problems during our stay. There were multiple periods with no water, specifically on April 1 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on April 2 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, while most of the staff were helpful and accommodating, we had an unpleasant experience with one receptionist who came across as somewhat rude. The hotel mentioned that they would provide a discount or compensation due to the inconvenience. I have already reached out but have not received a response yet. I kindly request your assistance in following up on this matter and ensuring that the promised compensation is provided.
- 1.5/5
It was close to everything Milk for breakfast was expired. Green mold in the washroom on the mirrors. Huge garbage bag in front of the room for hrs until I advised front desk
- 5/5
It was very close to everything. The breakfast was abundant, and the staff was very friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. We will be returning. Everything was great

- 2/5

- 1/5
Absolutely horrible washroom toilet bowl get clocged Window cartin was very dirty i try to open dust came out of it my family get bad experience about this place I hope expedia should return our money for this
- 4/5
The hotel was filled with families for New Year's Eve & week end. The breakfast area was packed, long line ups due to the numbers, not due to slow service & the staff were incredible ensuring the buffet was continually stocked
- 3/5
Clean room, very noisy. Parking good
- 3/5
Property is close in proximity to Clifton Hill and Niagara Casino. Room was a junior king suite with casino vouchers. The room itself was humid when we got in. There was mould around the tub and wallpaper was peeling on every wall. Breakfast was busy and difficult to navigate at times. There are only two elevators located at the back of the building which were long waits. On the way to check out, a large leak appeared on the ceiling above the jetted tub. Overall price not consistent with the cleanliness or care the hotel needs to offer. I likely would not return to this establishment.
- 4/5
the room was ,clean ,but the carpet and chairs are od and dirty..this place needs some updating .So happy with the view ,fridge is great and the bed was very comfortable .Very friendly staff, been many times ,and will return in winter months.
- 1/5
No effort to accommodate. Old run down hotel and the pool is the size of a jacuzzi
- 4/5
Seul hic : la moquette dans la chambre et on a pas pu benificier du petit déjeuner inclus car il y avait bcp trop de monde Je recommande 👍👍
- 4/5
Great staff. Room was not clean - loose hairs everywhere. Breakfast was excellent.

Room and breakfast
- 3/5
The room needs a fresh coat of paint or some wallpaper. You can totally see the water damage on the walls. The room itself was clean and tidy, though. The couch could use some love and care or new cushions. We really enjoyed the hot tub, that's why we booked, the pool was super busy. Breakfast was pretty basic, just toast, eggs, and cereal. The coffee was just okay.
- 5/5
This time we felt like it definitely needs some upgrades. Around the shower was rusty and mouldy. Almost didn’t want to shower because it just felt gross. The carpet in our room had bumps in it and we kept tripping on one area. Missing light bulbs in 2 light fixtures and the ceiling light at the door. It was very busy and they couldn’t do an early check in which was fine and we understand. Parking was easy and safe. Quiet from 10pm-7am. Will go back but definitely needs some upgrades.
- 3/5
room was just ok. everything in this hotel needs to be updated. they were painting the pool and the area around it, and the smell was so bad! we should have been given a bit of a refund because of the inconvience!
- 2/5
2Smelly old carpet. 3Long line up to get food. 4not enough chairs for all guest. 5rooms are not cleaned.
- 4/5
Breakfast tasted good but variety could have been better. There was no fruit or yogurts. We had to go to breakfast right at opening otherwise there was a huge line waiting for food and no where to sit. Staff was good at constantly refilling food though and it was always hot and lots available. The hotel is so convenient in location to everything. Staff was all nice at the front desk and cleaners. Hotel is a bit run down but was very quiet. We enjoyed it over all.
- 1/5
Breakfast area was very crowded. No space to sit, and breakfast menu was very basic and limited! There were only 2 lifts with long waiting. There’s no water in the hotel to drink (not even for sale)
- 3/5
cleanroom and friendly staff, poor complimentry breakfast. Could be bettet..
- 3/5
The room was not clean the breakfast was good but a long lineup
- 2/5
The price is very cheap and includes breakfast, parking, and access to the water park. However, the hotel’s overall facilities are very outdated. Taking a shower was a nightmare! The water temperature was extremely unstable, switching between freezing cold and scalding hot. We didn’t even eat the included breakfast; the line was very long and the selection was very limited. There was no microwave in the room, and the entire hotel had only one microwave area. We had to wait about 20 minutes just to heat up food.
- 2/5
Disappointing as I have experience with hotel services in prior jobs . I will not go back
- 3/5
The layout of the family room was excellent but the decor is very very old and in dire need of refreshing. The rugs are torn and loose and the curtains are stained but the room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Clifton Victoria Inn. The highlights were the location, it is accessible to the Fallsview Waterpark albeit a short walk outside to cross the street. I loved they give Complimentary free parking, and a full continental breakfast and an indoor pool. btrbreakfast.bTamenitiwwre

- 5/5
The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers great value by offering free parking and breakfast, convenient location, as well as clean room.
- 3/5
They definitely tried to keep a clean hotel. The swimming pool/ water was clean. Hotel has character. Honestly i wont complain for $100 a night midweek in Niagara. Are there better options, I'm sure. But location is great to walk everywhere.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Excellent place for a family friendly getaway on a budget. Location is excellent with a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The hotel is in need of an update to it's look, but for the price and what you get, it's definitely worth it.

Room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel location is close to all attractions, the room is clean, old style but clean. The staff is very nice and kind. I really recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Cheap place to stay. Good for the money. Free breakfast was adequate. Older location. Staff were great and friendly. Clean but dated. Can’t beat the value for the money.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. A bit outdated but great stay.
- 5/5
I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient and great. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — definitely worth recommending!
- 2/5
My first room I was giving was sure not like the pictures. After asking for another room it was a bit better, garbage in bathroom had not been emptied. The air freshener used in the room very strong and didnt smell nice very commercial smell. Rooms need major upgrades. Bed not very comfortable It is close to all attractions and free parking is a bonus would of like to see some fruit at breakfast. Staff very friendly
- 5/5
Good nice and clean
- 5/5
Great all around service from Front Desk staff to Cleaning and Dining staff.

Room and bathroom need an upgrade. Pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Oh yes
- 2/5
There was a problem with the water in the jetted tub. I've tried to speak with the manager and it is taking some time. Bit of a hassle for me to feel like I'm hounding down the manager to justify there wrong doing. Would have appreciated better service
- 5/5
Quick check in
- 4/5
The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean hotel, great staff, comfy rooms.
- 4/5
It would be nice to include yogurt and fruits to the breakfast menu. It has lot of sugary options. Nothing gluten free.
- 3/5
The beds seems very old and not confortable , breakfast was good though
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful, affordable stay that met our needs and great to have the parking & breakfast included extra surprise was the room mini fridge. Nice to see all the freshening up that was taking place in the main core, expect they will continue with the inner halls & rooms too. Very convenient to all we wanted to do in Niagara. Would stay again. Thank you.
- 4/5
Family oriented. Clean, some renovation needed. Good location. Steps away from main tourism attractions

- 4/5
The room was nice, the breakfast was great and it was overall pretty quiet.
- 1/5
Was very run down and dirty water stains and stains on bed sheets and curtains. And smelled bad.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, I just recommend getting new rugs.
- 4/5
I booked the junior suite, which was a corner unit with a nice view. However, the listing showed a fireplace, and our suite did not have one. The hotel really needs to update its photos and be clearer in its communication so guests know exactly what they’re getting. The breakfast area and pool were cozy, and the atmosphere was pleasant overall. Still, the hotel could use some care and updates. The hallway carpets are worn, some wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The king bed, however, was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t outstanding, but it was adequate. Staff were generally polite, and for the price and convenience, the stay was reasonable for a three-star hotel.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Breakfast was fresh and plenty of food. Unfortunately someone got into a car and rummaged through belongings so a police report was necessary
- 4/5
This hotel always gives a good breakfast included with stay. Rooms now have a fridge. Rooms are clean.
- 4/5
A new toaster would be nice. TV didn’t work and room was very dated. Staff was fantastic and helpful.
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay at Victoria Clifton Inn! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. My room on the 5th floor had the best view of the falls! 🏞️ Great value for only $95 per night, plus free breakfast and parking. Highly recommend for families and travelers looking for comfort and convenience. 💯
- 5/5
Room was very clean, free parking a bonus in Niagara Falls, walking distance to many attractions, friendly service
- 5/5
The hotel is a little older looking but I liked my stay. It was clean and quiet. It is very close to main strip of Niagara Falls, everything is within walking distance. It's a safe area. The breakfast was basic but included in price and the price is great for the location.
- 5/5
Free parking and breakfast. Great location. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff
- 3/5
Needs some updating for sure and needs to include more detailed descriptions as far as the difference in rooms
- 5/5
Very good Staff check in girl was very nice 👍
- 5/5
Basic room , but clean and tidy , good breakfast and free parking and wifi …it’s our go to place to stay
- 5/5
We have stayed at this hotel a couple times now and will use it again, when we find ourselves staying in Niagara.

Room was Beautiful, and clean ,wonderful staff. Goid breakfast. Close walk to falls!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Excellent location. Breakfast included , was good.
- 5/5
The breakfast area was kept clean and every food item always promptly restocked which was a pleasant change from other hotels we have stayed.
- 3/5
The room was fine for the price, pretty much what I expected. But there were no fruits at breakfast, which was a little disappointing.
- 5/5
It is interesting setup for common area. Free parking and walking distance to the fall. Close to restaurants in Clifton Hill. Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the stay.
- 1/5
The whirlpool tub was too old looking to even get into. The water in the shower went from cold to scalding, back to cold and back to scalding again.
- 4/5
Updated rooms would be nice
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
We used to come to this hotel at least 2 times a year when the kid was little up until Covid. So 8 years, now after coming back after so long we were disappointed. The waffle machines are gone ( my kid loved the waffles ) there was no fruit of any kind, no yogurt and no muffins. There was egg, pork sausages, 3 cereals, bread, bagel and English muffin and the usual juice, coffee and hot water for tea. One of the highlights was the breakfast back before Covid.
- 5/5
Cons: long wait in lines for breakfast, outdated TVs and room furniture, absurd $60 tax/night. Overall 5 stars.
- 4/5
We found the hotel to have an older interior, but it was nice. It was clean, but the carpeting needs to be replaced. It was bunched up in several areas. We would stay again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and staff are very acomodating.
- 5/5
A really nice place to stay.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean
- 5/5
Great variety in breakfast food Great parking accomodations, walking distance to Falls and shops etc. Been coming to Niagara falls for years. Clifton Victoria Falls hotel is the place I always stay. . .

- 4/5
Great location. Liked the free parking. Breakfast good. Indoor pool was nice.
- 4/5
The property is a bit run down. Not like the picture. The staff were really good and very helpful. Good location.
- 5/5
All hood need badly hottub
- 4/5
Overall is good , but broke fridge , broken outlet
- 4/5
The hotel experience was good overall the only thing I would say is for the breakfast they did not have a lot of variety.
- 3/5
Its good experience
- 3/5
Smelled and cleaning tools where left in the room when checked in
- 2/5
The location is close to main attractions in the area. However, the bed was hard so my back hurt the next morning. There was hair and a bug in our tub but we wiped it out. Other families seemed to be enjoying their stay so our experience could have been atypical.
- 5/5
We had a fun time at Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Smooth checking in and always prompt when helping you with something. Rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is good and plenty. Overall, we had a good time.
- 4/5
Breakfast wasn't good quality specially bread was rutted
- 4/5
Close to everything. Park and walk to all things fun to see in the falls Simple but nice and comfortable
- 2/5
carpets were torn, curtains were dirty overall not properly maintained. good location though closer to the amenities and downtown. would not stay there again.
- 2/5
Good location for visiting Clifton Hill. Free parking and WiFi welcomed.
- 3/5
The room was very old and hadn’t been updated in what seemed like decades. It was also not very clean. There were dirty needles in the parking lot. The pool was okay, but didn’t open until 10am and the shower area you’re supposed to use before swimming was quite moldy. I seriously regret forgetting to pack indoor shoes for this hotel.
- 3/5
Close to Clifton Hill. Parking included is really nice and the breakfast was good. The staff I talked to was good to work with and they had my room ready 2 hours before the proposed check in time which was nice. But the building has a lot of wear and the indoor pool makes the buildings hallways feel muggy. But didn’t affect the rooms. The room we stayed in had good air conditioning and was big but some of the wall paper had some damage. We had no bedbugs in our room but other reviews state they have seen some. Overall not great but would stay here again if I’m on a budget.
- 5/5
Great time!
- 5/5
All was what expected great experience
- 4/5
The hotel is great for what you pay for. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi in the room was a good size. The location was great and had lots of parking. We would stay again.
- 5/5
Good place for a couple of days and fairly affordable price, with the free breakfast.
- 5/5
very nice hotel in a good location. would definitely stay again
- 4/5
An old hotel, however, was clean, quiet and had excellent service. Breakfast was good as well. A good place to go with family.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, staff so kind and helpful.
- 2/5
Only room available was a room on the main floor which was actually partly underground like a half basement ! Why , because it was thanksgiving day and no rooms were being cleaned , so take it or leave it ! Also air conditioner didn’t really cool at all ! Location and parking were great but total experience not satisfactory
- 4/5
Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very convenient location.
- 3/5
Not bad for the money. Excellent location, close to everything but quiet, free parking including departure day (till 3pm), breakfast not that great but honestly, it is rarely better elsewhere in North America. The property is old and renovation is overdue but for one or two nights totally worth it

Great property and convenient located. Nice rooms and very clean with good breakfast. Very close to attractions but not in the middle of the noise. Fully recomended!
- 5/5
All the staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful
- 5/5
It was clean and nice
- 3/5
Good location. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Free parking. The hotel is tired and needs refurbished. The included breakfast is very basic
- 4/5
Great hotel
- 1/5
Didnt stay, this hotel is disgusting. And no response from management on a refund or partial refund.
- 3/5
Clean room but needs some renovation. Steps to the casino. Close to shops and restaurants. Free parking.
- 4/5
Had king suite with jacuzzi. Very big room. Got to see the fireworks from the couch. Couch and chair are outdated. Very comfortable bed. Good price and walking distance to a lot of attractions.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Staff was good. Helpful and polite. The location was good... walking distance to everything. Hotel needs new carpet. On first seeing the carpet and other cosmetic wear, we thought it was a mistake to be there. However, the beds prooved to be comfortable. Slept well. The cleaning staff did a good job making the second night just as good. So overall, we enjoyed the stay there. And the included breakfast and free parking makes this hotel good overall .
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
This is not a premium hotel; so don’t have too much expectations. I have stayed here before, but this time things were not good. Very filthy carpet , toilets not flushing properly , bath tub not clean. Not a good experience this time .
- 4/5
We were very pleased with the breakfast and the friendly staff. Another great thing was that the hotel was just a short distance from the falls and the city center.
- 3/5
Good
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
The room was ok. Location is great.
- 5/5
Very accessible and the place is so quite.I will definitely recommend to my friends.
- 4/5
Aside from the carpet in the room, the room was clean. The air conditioner did a good job. The pool hours were kind of a bummer. The pool (very small) doesn't open each day until 10am. My kids are up and ready to swim long before that! The location of the hotel is a manageable walk to the falls. We had an awesome view of the evening fireworks from outside our hotel window. The staff was pleasant. The morning breakfast was okay-- toast, bagels, three options of cereal, reheated frozen egg circles, round sausage patties, juice (apple, orange, or cranberry), coffee, and tea. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Everything great. We love the free breakfast!!! We stay here because it's right across the street from the casino Niagara. Love the free parking too
- 5/5
Love the room clean hotel staff are great and breakfast was delicious

Yes.
- 4/5
Overall stay was good. Rooms were spacious. Front office guy who checked us in could have been more friendly. Location was good and convenient.
- 4/5
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay but the room needed an upgrade and the carpet was in a bad state. Good location though
- 5/5
Shops nearby, friendly staff, tasty breakfast
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
The room was ok if you will just go to take a shower and sleep. The building needs renovation is old and the carpet on the hallway stinks. When you go to check in it smells like chlorine the pool is on the same floor also need to have better breakfast options. I stayed 2 nights. Checked in left my luggage and walked to the Clifton and it was like 5 minutes from falls so it was good location.
- 5/5
What a great location for everything we wanted to do! the staff was fantastic, and wwe had a very comfortable stay. Yummy breakfast selections!
- 4/5
Nice place that needs a little updating. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great time!
- 4/5
Unique and nice
- 5/5
The rooms are very nice. Beds are so comfy. Free breakfast, which was very good. So close to everything. So quiet at night. We loved our stay, and will be booking again
- 4/5
Very close to the Casino, Restaurants, Attractions and the Falls.. Everything within a short walk. Rooms wete very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good but perhaps offer muffins
- 5/5
Free breakfast is a bonus. Our toilet clogged many times ans they swtiched our rooms no problem.

All good, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

- 3/5
Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was fine for a quick weekend away, but the hotel is very dated and definitely needs some cosmetic attention. It was conveniently located. It would've been nice if the continental breakfast included yogurt and fruit.
- 4/5
close to the falls ,15 min walk
- 5/5
It’s our second time staying at the hotel. The first time it was great and the second time it was ok. It needs some more maintaining. They could do better.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Room were adequately clean, floors were a little sticky. Breakfast options are limited. Overall great convenient location, walkable and family friendly.
- 4/5
Having a personal balcony was fun and comfortable.
- 3/5
Location is convenient to Clifton hill and parking and continental breakfast is included with your room so that’s a plus. Overall great for families with small kids but, I would definitely stay away from places with rooms facing pool next time.
- 3/5
rooms are not that neat and clean, Wi-fi is ok
- 4/5
Short distance walk to the falls.
- 3/5
This hotel was a good value. Definitely dated and the carpets, curtains were stained. It was fine for one night.

Very convenient location. Generous breakfast. Bit of a problem with tv, but staff came to help immediately.
- 3/5
Rooms are musty but all in all it was fine for a night out on a budget
- 5/5
That staff were great 👍
- 3/5
The hotel is conveniently located within the tourist district. Free parking and breakfast included is a real plus.
- 4/5
Great little convienance store next door. Close to walk to Clifton Hill, so saved some money on parking. Nice ground floor rooms and walk out to pool area. As well continental breakfast . All in all good experience.
- 4/5
Elavators and the carpet of the room.
- 4/5
I really like the pool and sauna the location was great
- 5/5
Very satisfaction
- 4/5
The only thing one of the bed frame sticking out and covered with the linen and one of us run into it and hit her leg and happened 3x.
- 2/5
This hotel definitely needs a makeover and a call to the elevator service company to resolve a temperamental operating panel. Will acknowledge the staff were very friendly and polite but the hotel's condition overweighs my rating.
- 4/5
The employees were nice and the building was fairly clean. My room was clean but the carpet was really stained. The hallway carpet was really ragged and wore, the walls were destroyed due to the suitcase dolly. The breakfast was not the best, very limited.
- 3/5
The hotel needs a make over, carpets were worn and shredded. Mold in grout and beds were creaky and wobbly.
- 4/5
Checking in and out was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Dated hotel.smell in the room. Breakfast was very average.
- 4/5
Well located, breakfast isn’t bad but could be better.
- 5/5
Good location close to everything, good service
- 5/5
everything was great. The price is reasonable and affordable. Although the property is old but our room was clean and comfortable to stay.
- 2/5
Staff was pleasant. Breakfast and parking convenient.
- 2/5
However.. Property was VERY old with wallpaper coming off, carpet stain and very worn. Needs remodeled!
- 4/5
Hallways were very hot
- 5/5
Overall the hotel was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright could have used a few extra options like some kind of potato, oatmeal and some yogurt. The Berrymore had awesome smoothies. It was super close to where the action is absolutely would stay here again.
- 4/5
It was OK.
- 5/5
Very nice room
- 3/5
If you want to charge your phone you can choose to disconnect the lamp or the clock as no available electric outlets not being used, or you can charge in the bathroom. When entering the room there is no switch to turn on lights you stumble in the dark until you figure out how to turn on the scone. The door is lose and feels the lock could be easily jimmied. Bed ok, not uncomfortable. Water in sink would not get hot or even warm. Water is shower got warm but had to fiddle to find the sweet spot. Pool had a sign that you must shower with soap before entering but no showers by pool. You need to shower in your room and possibly drip your way to the pool. All things considered, even though I’m complaining like a Karen. I would stay here again. Price is good as is location.

It was the best hotel with very close proximity to Clifton hill with breakfast and parking included! We enjoyed the jet tub in the room and had a very comfortable king bed. Only downside was not having blackout curtains that went all the way across the window to block out light from the tourist attractions at night
- 5/5
Very quite. Thank you. This was our 63rd anniversary
- 4/5
I liked that this property had free parking and that you could park there before check in and after check out. It is very close to Clifton Hill. The free breakfast was also nice.
- 3/5
Conveniently located. Large rooms with plenty of space but dated and in need of some upgrades. For the price, it was acceptable.
- 2/5
Free parking
- 5/5
Close to Clifton Hill & the Falls
- 2/5
Have to wait quite a while in order to get hot water coming when shower or turned on the tap.
- 2/5
Great location, but the property needs updating and a deep clean.
- 3/5
Good location but my ac did not work properly and they never fixed it, no microwave in the room, not enough outlets and outdated
- 4/5
The elevators & like room floors smelt bad.
- 5/5
The attractions
- 3/5
Easy parking and great great location but not super clean. Entire room was full of dust. There was also hair on a “clean” towel. Bathroom floor was terribly dirty as well as room carpet. Air conditioning was very loud and barely worked. Room window was filthy inside and out. The worst of it all, the hallway on floor 4; smelt absolutely rancid. This hotel is just okay for the location and included parking but needs to be heavily updated and DEEP DEEP cleaned.

Very outdated. Issue with plumbing in our room. Toilet clogged 3 times within 2 days. A/C unit very loud and also not working well. Pretty disappointed considering it’s not much less then other hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Was very good for the price, and close to everything. Will visit again soon
- 3/5
Wallpaper peeling in room. Breakfast was good. Parking included a bonus. Walkable to Clifton Hill & Falls another bonus.
- 3/5
It was okay for what we needed. The back parking area was not well lit at night and entrance doors etc looked old.
- 3/5
The bathroom was clean but old tiles, tub etc. The cable signal kept cutting out so it was challenging to watch TV. The wifi signal was terrible. But for the price, and the excellent location it was a fine place to have a sleep for one night. Breakfast was fine. The usual free breakfast that you get at a mediocre hotel. I don’t think I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Was close to all amenities, the hotel used to have 24 hour coffee and tea but they don't anymore because of the street people. The elevator had a stench in it .the falls are a 5minute walk away down hill but a good 30 minutes back because of the hills. The breakfast was lacking any type of fruit or yogurt and there were no pastries of any type. We will probably stay at a different hotel next time.
- 5/5
Convenience and good stay
- 2/5
Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, dust on night table next to bed and vent heating and cooling very dirty😬
- 3/5
Great having parking included. Breakfast was included but was the same thing every day. Convenient location. Was okay for the price and we would stay there again.
- 3/5
The room had a musty smell
- 4/5
A great option with free parking and good breakfast. Bit tired but big room and walking distance to everything so would stay again
- 4/5
There was a very odd smell in the 5th floor hallway but we spent most of the days out so it wasn’t a huge issue. Staff were courteous and kept everything clean. It isn’t the top of the line hotel but we have definitely stayed at worse. We would stay again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times. Often we stayed on an Expedia deal where we received casino credits and other coupons. In the past, I have always given a three* rating, which I felt was fair. Our latest stay, however, left me reconsidering that, and I feel I have to drop to a two* rating. This hotel definitely needs a refresh! The carpeting in the hallways and room is old and looks dirty, wallpaper is peeling, furniture in the room was old and some was needing upholstery repair. I don’t think we will be returning to this hotel even with the temptation of credits. Sad to say, because it is in a great location with free parking, internet and breakfast and the staff is always pleasant. There are too many other hotel choices in Niagara Falls to settle for this one.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but it does have that old hotel room smell, it’s not the greatest but for a two night stay it was good. The hotel staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, that was included with our stay, was really good, not a lot to choose from but what they had was good. Very close to Niagara Falls views, a 6 minute walk, loved the sunrise!
- 4/5
Overall it was ok, room was spacious, breakfast was very busy (line ups), the cleaningness for the room and specially the washroom can be improved.
- 2/5
The position of the hotel and the parking was the only advantage.
- 3/5
Good for one night stay and walkable to visit everything
- 5/5
Included free parking and breakfast
- 4/5
The included breakfast was surprisingly impressive that we enjoyed. The only improvement point was when arriving, the room was heavily sprayed with a room freshener that couldn't dissipate since windows couldn't be opened. For an overnight near Clifton Falls it was a pretty decent experience.
- 3/5
Great location, same breakfast every day with no fruit.
- 5/5
Great property

it is very unsafe place to stay as we almost burned with hot water from the shower. The water tem changes depending on who is taking shower on the same floor. it shifts from cool to hot while at shower. The shower knobs in the bathroom and the pool doesnt work it turns around and we cannot now what temerature it is . Have to wait long time for te hot water to come.
