We love the Waterpark and everyone is just so friendly at the hotel. We are all exhausted from two days of fun! The arcade is a bit pricey and the games always eat the tokens, but the staff is great at fixing the situation.

Room was modern. Liked the Boston pizza on site. Waterpark passes included. Parking close to room. Price was more than value received. Waterpark was dirty. Wave pool was closed for some time. Snack bar slushie machine not working. Price of water expensive.

The only good thing about this resort is the kids waterpark. Staff were not friendly and pleasant. There were no shampoo or body wash in the washrooms. And no other facilities at all in the room. Resort is 10mins away from Niagara Falls.

This was a great family hotel. Comfortable, nice decor, close to amenities, and affordable. The pay for breakfast wasn't to our liking, seemed very over priced for the options and quality of food but that was easily avoided by the freshco just beside the parking lot

It had a very bad smell in the main entrance as well as our room for majority of the evening we checked in. The noise level of kids banging and running around over our room was horrible. It was new years so we understand after midnight but all night constant banging from room above us. Not somewhere I would go back to.

Honestly it was ok the front desk staff were very abrupt and in particular Alex who checked us in wasn't very nice. Stopping the holiday activities on the Saturday instead of Sunday was an interesting choice that made no sense to me. They turned off streaming to the TVs so I couldn't steam shows for my toddler again kind of an add choice. My MIL had ants in her room they put traps down but no real apology or comp for the inconvenience. And the life Guards don't enforce hardly anything so you get children pushing young ones, going down the slide backwards and rushing down hitting others. I was incredibly frustrated that 8 year olds were on the toddler slides and several times my 2 year old was shoved while the life guard sat there on his phone. Next time I'll splurge for great Wolf Lodge it seems like it's more organized

It was a great experience for our kids - the day goes quickly between the water park and arcade. The family activities were a hit with the kids (trivia and story time).

Clean room. Friendly staff. The walls are very thin though. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it sounded like the people above us were bowling at 10:30 at night. We could hear them laughing loudly, talking and running around. The park was perfect for younger kids. My kids enjoyed the free activities in the water park. My husband purchased a bottled soda from the restaurant inside the water park that had expired several months ago (he didn’t know until after he drank half of it). The arcade is kind of small, but they did well with the small space they had for an arcade. Parking is not free, you do have to pay for parking (which we weren’t aware of until we go to the hotel)

This was our first time staying on the second floor, and we did notice more noise traveling through the walls, especially at night. We also experienced an ant issue in our initial room around the kitchenette and pullout couch, which made us uncomfortable staying there overnight. When we contacted the front desk, maintenance responded promptly and was incredibly kind, bringing fresh sheets and helping us manage the situation. The next morning, the staff were very accommodating and moved us to a spotless room on the third floor. The difference was night and day, and we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. We love how safe and welcoming this resort feels for families, and the waterpark and common areas are great for kids. Boston Pizza on-site is also very convenient. Despite the initial hiccup, we would absolutely return and will request a third-floor room in the future.

The staff were all very polite and friendly, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The park itself was good, though it could have been cleaner—especially the floors, as many guests were walking in straight from outside with their boots on. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days with the kids. We also enjoyed the Boston Pizza restaurant on site; both the food and the service were very good. We had a great time and would recommend it to others—and we’ll definitely be returning ourselves.

We had bad stay for Chritmas eve and Chritmas Day. My kids said, they don’t want to go at Americana again. As we used to come at Fallsview Waterpark every holiday to celebrate also my daughter Birthday. We tried to changed the resorts but bad experienced overall.

Rooms were good. One of the duvet was dirty. They couldn't replace with another duvet as it was evening time and housekeeping people were gone. Instead they provided a blanket which worked out fine. The waterpark is fair. Not excellent but not bad either. Arcade was not good.

This behavior was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Even if there had been a billing issue, it is basic hospitality practice to verify charges through the guest’s room—not to publicly accuse and shout at customers. This reflects serious failures in staff training and management oversight. I would strongly caution guests about dining here unless management addresses this behavior.

Spotless clean room. Firm mattress. Welcoming staff. There were many kids running on hallways and at times we could hear crying over the walls, but that’s not the hotel fault. It’s a hotel for families and there will be many children so I would expect those things to happen.

We had a delightful stay at Americana Waterpark Resort and Spa! My boys ages, 5 and 10 had a fun time at the Waterpark. They loved the water slides! We went midweek so there were about 5 small families in total. The rooms were cleaned and the location is very convenient. Freshco is next door so if we forgot anything, we just went there. Niagara Falls is about 10mins and that’s where we went after dinner to see all the winter lights display. Overall, I would recommend coming here with young children.

I tried both my keys upon arrival and both didn't work. A member of the staff noticed immediately and let us into our room. She offered to grab us 2 new keys while we were settling in. She also asked if we wanted bed rails for my 3 year old without me asking. I didn't even know the hotel offered them. My husband asked her name, which was Angie (manager). Highly impressed with her management style. I've been to the Falls many times with different hotels, but I've never had that kind of service. The staff here are amazing. Check in staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got a room at 2pm which I was very happy about. The rooms, waterpark and restaurants are all attached to the waterpark which I loved. We didn't have to walk or drive anywhere. When departing, almost every room service staff member acknowledged us and said to have a great day.

Yes definitely the bed in room 325 was broken i paid $400 to sleep on a broken bed , the bars on the bunk bed were not properly inserted did i call and complain no it was my daughters birthday and i didnt want her to see me in a bad mood

This is a really greaat place for families with young children. My 4 year old and 15 month old had a blast. I also had a blast 😂 we love the waterpark!

Great place for kids! Bathrooms were a little on the gross side but overall the kids had the best time.

We loved the room and property, staff was fantastic at front desk. However the one time we had asked room service to clean the sheets and take garbage out. The cleaning staff went through our personal belongings, made my 10 year old feel uncomfortable because her personal bathroom items were gone through and her clothing and dirty clothing as well. My personal stuff was also messed with. We didn’t appreciate how the housekeeping staff member treated our room and therefore we did make a complaint at check out. Otherwise we were met with high priority treatment and we loved every second!

Front desk agent was amazing, I asked for a quiet floor, and although it was a busy weekend, she did her best and gave us a room on top floor with noone stomping above us. Room was clean and spacious!

Check-in was quick and easy. The kids played in the Waterpark for hours. The family suite was well equipped with microwave, fridge and a table seating four people.

Only 2 minor downsides were the showers at the water park (both in the men's and women's washrooms, 1 shower in each room didn't work correctly) and the other downside was not knowing the arcade only took cash. We intended to pay with a credit card. They had an ATM, but our card was declined, probably because we are from the U.S. and our card was preventing a fraudulent transaction- so no arcade for us. The rest of our stay was excellent! Keep up the great work; we'll be back :)

Would not recommend this hotel. Staff is great. Ty place not so much. Rooms are outdated. Water park is small and the noise is horrible. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the floors above and below. When a place needs security to roam the halls at night there is an issue.

We were there for a hockey tournament and we appreciated that they opened up the rooms in the basement for the kids to play mini sticks and for the adult adults to hang out.

This is a great property for young families and their children. My grandchildren loved the inside waterpark. I would definitely come again with them. It was really packed and noisy with children but who cares the kid’s were having fun.

Hotel needs to work on people who make noise in the hallways around midnight and addess it. Overall it was a great experience but need to take some ownership in assuring quiet hours.

The room and amenities were okay, but the customer service was terrible. There was no electric kettle in the room, and I needed hot water to make baby formula. When I asked the front desk, the lady rudely told me to buy it from the coffee machine. I paid $10 for two small cups of hot water that smelled like coffee and couldn’t even use it for my baby. Her attitude was awful and made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking. Very disappointed with the service.

Love this place for our kids. Come often. Room was ok. Could be a bit cleaner. Also with they would offer hair conditioner in the rooms, I always forget mine and after the water park your hair needs it. Otherwise good experience, kids have a blast.

The room was pretty clean and spacious, kids liked having there own bunk beds in a separate area of the room. When we arrived there were some stains around the toilet that were missed by housekeeping, I called to front desk and someone was there to take care of it within a few minutes. Excellent service!

There was bedbugs in one of my rooms on all beds my family even got bitten by them it was horrible and I am still traumatized by it and instead of refunding me for both nights I only got refunded for 1 night.

Room was renovated and loved the shower. Had a small table which came in handy for eating in room Water park perfect for small children. However, there was a hockey time there that made it impossible for younger children to play in the basketball area

The hotel has potential, but it could definitely improve when it comes to cleanliness and the overall smell of the rooms. The room I stayed in didn’t feel as fresh or clean as I expected, and the odor was noticeable. A bit more attention to cleaning and air quality would make a big difference for future guests.

Our stay was ok. We’ve been coming to this resort for the past 10 years. The staff that we dealt with were very friendly. Waterpark was very clean . The only negative things on this trip was the noise level at 10:30pm . People were very loud and disrespectful. The mattress in room 270 need to be changed. I felt the springs digging into my back and woke up with a terrible back ache. The carpet in that room needs to be washed, it smelled.

The mens washroom shower broken, our room sink was choked and water was no draining.

Rooms are not made up or garbage taken if you are in room watching your stuff. Parking is outrageous in a very inconvenient area which driving is necessary($28 + tx per night!!!!) Parking should be included for 1 vehicle!!! Nice outdoor playground for play! Waterpark is adequate for families with children to 12ish yrs. Most staff friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfy rooms have nice set up for families with small kitchen area and dining area.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our room included water park passes which was a plus. However the water park is smaller than others. Location is convenient and close drive to Niagara Falls. However, our toilet handle broke and no one came to fix.

I love how clean the place is no bugs also the staff were so kind to me and my family the waterpark was so fun me and my kids loved the tube slide and had so much fun this the second time I’ve been here and it was guarantied worth the money I will hopefully come back here.

We had a family trip to Niagara Falls. This hotel surprised us with an additional small room with bunk beds. The kids totally loved it. The room is clean and the water park is wonderful which kids enjoyed so much. There is a small playground at the back of the hotel and a beautiful garden beside the playground. We really recommend this hotel to families visiting Niagara Falls.

The rooms were clean and overall the stay was fine but I'd never stay again. It's a very budget friendly hotel--you get what you pay for here. I assumed we were just getting a deal for the off season but everything about this hotel felt cheap. I'd say it's fine for a cheap weekend trip but I'd upgrade to the water park closer to the Falls if you're looking for a better location and more amenities. They told us if we lost the paper bracelets we wouldn't be let back in to the water park without paying $35!!!! Also, had to pay for water and coffee. The water park was disappointing as they rotate what's open bases on the hotel capacity and the rules are enforced based on what teenagers are in the mood to enforce. They recommended we go elsewhere for a better water park experience. Go in with low expectations and make the best of it.

The water park was excellent the kids loved it. Im rating 3 stars because we werent able to use wifi or t.v in room. We were told the wifi was probably slow because of the amount of people using it. And the tv kept om freezing. So we were not happy with that even though it was supposed to be included in our stay

Kids of all ages (3,9,12,13) enjoyed the water park! The family suites were perfect for our large family! I loved that there were different variations of the layout of the rooms/beds that you could pick that best suited your family configuration. We originally booked one room, and last minute needed a 2nd one and the manager was able to work with us and despite being "full" online, he gave us a great deal on a backup room they had. Even despite all the kids in the hallways when we first arrived, and our room backing onto the parking lot, it was surprisingly very quiet and we had a great night sleep! It was also VERY clean and in great shape. We hope to stay there again! Thanks Americana for a wonderful experience.

This was the worst hotel stay with my son we have ever had in Niagara. The room smelled moldy upon arrival (masked by a perfume smell). No one came to check room despite the three calls I made to front desk. The next morning we woke up to a puddle in our room and I insisted we have a new room assigned to us. They gave me free parking for the inconvenience. I should have received a free stay. When I told the manager I would be emailing him with a formal complaint, The manager said he was looking forward to my email and that he would just delete it.

We expected there to be a lot of children at this family friendly property as that is to whom the hotel caters. We did not expect hours of kids running up and down hallways screaming and banging unsupervised. The pool area was extremely overcrowded with many adults openly drinking alcohol even though there are multiple signs posted stating that is prohibited. Our room was very musty smelling and the bathroom badly needed to be updated. We could clearly hear the familes staying in the room next door and above our room.

We arrived late, checking in around 8 pm. The moment we parked, we were shocked and kind of scared, especially my 7-year-old boy, because some guys were outside loudly talking, laughing, and chasing each other, seems they were addicted and homeless. Then we found the same in the reception, some were already blocking the seating area and lying on the sofa. We didn't know why the staff didn't say anything or if they were guests, but it wasn't a pleasant check-in for us as a family. Another issue was parking; it was very hard to find a spot. Parking costs $25 per night. One night, I had to circle for half an hour to just find a spot. Terrible.

They call it a resort, it at least of free drinking water and free coffee inside the hotel. The coffee machines inside the room don’t work.

It was dirty in the room. Nobody clean the floor before our check in. Especially long black hair on the bathroom floor. My girls all red hair. I feel sorry for the guys working there ( too many rooms and probably minimum wage) but this is the trouth.

My Kids, my friend and her Kid had a great time but our room at 2 tvs and the main one didn't work. I asked for service but no one came. Not a huge deal but it was a slight knock on my final score. There was a bunk bed which was cool and the kids loved.

Paid for parking but no spots were available due to a function at the conference center so that was a waste of money…after an hour of waiting I finally got w spot went in to complain to the front desk and was told if I was to leave again I should take a cab and leave my vehicle parked. Girl was horrible and moody

There was an event at the hotel and the lot was full. We had to leave and asked the front desk about parking for when we returned and was told we should take a cab so we didn’t lose our spot….how do I lose a spot I paid for and others get to park for free? Horrible customer service. Parking should be refunded

Price is good for both water park and accommodation. Water park is small but just nice for my 4 year old child and we will be back again until our child outgrows it. Overall experience is good.

Was hoping for a little larger waterpark. We stayed at the skyline 18 months ago and liked their waterpark. Overall a very nice getaway.

My eight year old loved the water park, I was most impressed with the staff as they went above and beyond and my sister loved the variety of food option in the neighbourhood!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun in the waterpark. I wouldn't call this hotel a resort, but was very happy with the services. The front desk receptionists was very kind and helpful, answering all my questions about the area. I read many reviews about the beds being terrible, I prefer a firm bed and was very happy with the bed.

Rooms were nice and clean

The water park was kind of grungy the hot tub was frothy with brownish bubbles. Not very cleanly that I didn’t go in. Walking into the hotel smelt musty and like cigarettes. Hotel room was clean. Staff were nice just needs an upgrade in their facilities.

Everything about the stay was great as usual, except I noticed this time that the waterpark was allowing people to swim fully dressed in street clothes. This concerns me, as who knows what is being brought into the pool on pants and long sleeve shirts.. when I was a child even a Tshirt was not allowed in the pool, but now you can swim in your leggings or joggers? A lot of dirt and filth can be put in the pools from outside clothes, swimwear should be mandatory.

Granddaughters loved the water park and having it so close was a real bonus.

Fun water park to take the little ones and young kids for the day but I will not go back to the breakfast place.

We stayed labour day weekend to celebrate our daughters 5th birthday! Our room was extremely large which was nice and fairly clean. The hallways smelled a bit like stale cigarettes and the water park is extremely chlorinated to the point where our eyes were burning if we stayed too long. Other than those minor details the hotel was great!

Hotel was okay. Rooms and public areas were clean. Waterpark is extremely small. All towels were very small and rough. Parking was outrageous at $28 per day. Would stay closer to the falls next time.

Love this hotel

We were three families with 3 rooms and had to pay for parking for all three for the nights we were there. They should include the parking because they have available space. Also, if they charge parking don’t charge for every night. It should be a flat rate per customer. Also, no control over the room temp is a drawback especially if you have babies in the room. At times it was extremely cold and we had no access to turn off the AC. Its questionable if I would be back. Also, the water park should be included for every night we stay. Not just one pass for 1 day per person.

The hotel is great, waterpark and arcade are good as well. Downsides were the pillows and beds were terribly uncomfortable, the ac unit was obnoxious and sounded like it was on the verge of breaking and the wifi was terrible to the point I had to hot spot my phone just to get their tv to work.
