STAFF WAS SO NICE AND HELPING. ALL GOOD.

The staff were very friendly. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable. The "continental breakfast" consisted of one boiled egg, two pieces of toast and coffee/tea. The tub needed a good cleaning, with a visible ring of dirt present. When all the taxes were added, it was over $180 per night, but neither room service or parking were included in these charges.

Very good location. Very run down and minimal facilities. Shower head was broken so it didn't spray correctly and the towels, sheets, etc. we're very thin and worn.

Had a very good experience with this hotel! It's my second time coming here and I will again. The owners are nice, and showed us everything. This hotel is very reliable and clean, with all accomodations (fridge, microwave), the beds are comfortable, and it's a quick walk from there to the falls. Highly recommended!

I like that it was quiet and the manager and wife were very friendly and kind. I loved the location and especially loved the hot tub in my room. The only like I didn't like was I saw a chair sitting in the pool. Also there should be more of a selection for the free breakfast.

We are thrilled - room is soo spacious and love that I can see my car from my room with just a short walk to the falls …. Staff was really friendly too

My only suggestions would be, is that since the rooms are outside, a floor mat of some type right inside the door would've been nice rather than making the rooms wet with melting snow. And maybe an ice machine closer to the back of building where we were. I would be happy to stay again 😊

Clean room

No hot tub in my room however the amenities were fine and the location was quiet outside as well. I was warned by friends in Niagara Falls to be careful of the people around me as it was often used by those that use drugs however I did not see any of that. It is in the seedier part of the town however I had no complaints. Breakfast was just adequate and that was what was expected.

Clean room. Upgraded to 3 beds. Nice lady call me before and receive us warmth.

You can see spiders and spiders net around the room when you need anything, you have to go another building yourself to take that. We didn’t find any trashcan inside the room when we ask, they give us a garbage bag. What I will say about the breakfast, a small muffin or a egg one Indian small vegetable samosa and a small bagel with back of butter or marmalade with juice or coffee and no refill

The room was very unclean. There were dead insects on the floor. The mosquitoes were all flying around. Furniture were full of stains. There were no hooks to hang the towels. The air conditioner was too noisy. We had a baby and we could not even take her a bath, as the bath tub was unclean. We had a two night reservation but we checked out in the first morning. The good part is that the receptionist accepted and apologized for the inconvenience and they said that they’re going to investigate! Hope they’ll do so!

First the lock didn’t work. It took half hour to get it work. The room wasn’t even cleaned. The sheets weren’t even changed. The owners weren’t even friendly. They didn’t even apologize. They took deposits. And I still didn’t get reimbursed it back. I don’t know how long it takes to refund the deposit back. This place is not even worth 1. If there was 0 I would have given 0 I hope they will reimburse my deposit back.

We really enjoyed the pool. The motel is a dated, but clean. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking, considering it’s a motel designed for travellers arriving by car. Breakfast is basic but fine. The samosas are a nice touch, reflecting the Indian culture in the area.

property is really dated, but room is clean only smells old. breakfast is not considered continental, it should be labeled to-go...only 1 piece bagel, somosa hard boiled egg(or small muffin)and a choice of coffee or juice. for the price it's not worth it. owners are nice but understaff. long line just for having breakfast. parking should be free considering their rates. no unlimited coffee and dining area is far from your room. dangerous specially during winter.

Motel is old and needs repairs. Room inside was better quality than the exterior of the property. Staff was good.

Overall good and closer to the Falls

Large spacious & clean rooms, walkable distance to major activities, the customer service was very warm, just enough breakfast to take you to your lunchtime; I stayed 4 nights & I enjoyed every minute of it.

I stayed at this place from August 1st to August 5th 2024. Upon arrival the front desk was nice, the owner are both nice and warm, what I like about this place there was microwave and refrigerator which if you have left over from eating out you can bring back and refrigerate then heat your food which is very convenient. The only thing I do not like this place was so dirty, when we arrived there was dirty towels still in the bathroom hanging, the sink was not clean, the pillow cases smells punky, we end up using our T-shirt to use as pillow cases. I hope they can improve their cleanliness because they already have a nice place to begin with. With refrigerator and microwave and if you can add the cleanliness to the list, this place will be perfect. It says in the map 16mins walking distance to Clifton hill or main vicinity but it was actually close and only took us 7mins to walk to Clifton hill.

The washroom is old and towels are small. Have to pay if you want your room to clean. The only good is the pool and can do bbq. But bbq is old and a bit broken.

Mostly clean but very dated hotel. Owner and staff are kind. Within walking distance of the falls. We were able to park our vehicle and small camper on their property for $10 without a problem.

Room was quiet from outside noise and it was great to have onsite parking. Despite having a reservation, having made payment and a computer record, the staff spent unreasonable amount of time searching paper records, making us wait, without an explanation. The common area for the breakfast was not clean or inviting. Tables were smeared and appliances dirty. The areas around the pool had chairs that were broken or unuseable There was a lot of tools and equipment around the grounds that made it look uninviting. Rooms had a fridge and microwave. They were reasonably sized and surface clean. Bathroom cleanliness was mildly acceptable. Air conditioner/fan was noisy. There were no additional amenities. It met our needs but we wouldn't recommend it or return.

Soft Comfortable bed, although it was a small room it still had a couch and a chair. Didn’t care for….a large deposit, parking fee, and bathroom light switch outside of the bathroom.

Upon arrival, the following issues were immediately apparent: 1. Misleading Photos: The photos used on Expedia’s website showed clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations. However, the actual room was in a dirty and unsanitary state. 2. Missing Amenities: The listing specifically included a TV in the room, but there was no television at all. 3. Unacceptable Conditions: The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below what any guest should reasonably expect. My stay took place on July 19/20, 2025.

I was unable to do the check in and I couldn’t get help changing my stay date. David, the front desk employee told me he had not way to help me since I booked through Expedia

We enjoyed the swimming pool, the beds were good, but the bathroom was dated. Breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, samosas and coffee. The attention to cleanliness could be improved.

I stayed there three days, after two days I called them to do a room service, nobody ever came to do that. Even after I called them and the received said okay. Not happy at all.

Very nice place, close to the tourist attractions and amazing staff. Felt very welcome, comfortable and clean here. Will definitely come back.

Clean enough for the money, although bathroom is outdated and has signs of chipping. The mattress was rather indented in the middle, which wasn’t comfortable for the back.

It was a great time. Very affordable and the staff was very nice. They answered questions and gave suggestions that were helpful.

Property staffs are well mannered and polite. They even allowed us to checkin 3 hrs before without any additional fare. Coming to property, its overall very good for a budget hotel, well maintained and clean.

The price was great and it was so close to the main strip. The one staff member, I believe he was maintenance, was great for giving us ideas of things to see and giving info about the area. My only complaint and it’s not really a complaint would be the one parking lot was very tight for a truck to fit in, but the other side parking was a better fit for a truck. We had a great stay. We were there for 3 nights for a basketball tournament and it was perfect.

The owner also was accommodating, we requested an early check in at 6am with a minimal fee. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this place.

I like their staffs, they were friendly. The room was not totally cleaned because you can see some dusts, but it’s still okay to stay.

The staff made check in super easy and quick. Very friendly and very helpful. Was even given some great food locations. The room is nice and clean. The jacuzzi tub was the perfect end to a very busy day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Nicely located

I stayed 7 times in this hotel as it has good quality and convenient location. No luxury but fair service for the price. They just added a basic included breakfast on Saturday and Sundays: Toast, Bagels, butter, peanut butter and jelly jam. Coffee, tea and milk. Nothing fancy but better than not offering breakfast

Very rude the onwer when i complained about the room very cold. Stayed 2hrs in the room, my kids couldn't take there jacket cause how cold the room. When i asked to come and check the heating, he said if u don't like the room go to another hotel with yelling. This is the experience. We left and went to another hotel.

Loved our room, very easy access to Clifton hill. There wasn’t any cleaning when we were there but we had a short stay so easy to keep up with room cleanliness ourselves.

The couple running front desk at 7 nights stay were the friendliest and most loveable folks I’ve met in their position. The room was very clean, and surprisingly quiet, hot tub worked great and brought back a lot of nostalgia! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and comfy night stay in Niagara Falls.

We had stained chairs and pillow cases. The beds were terrible the pillows I have had better from the free inflight pillows on airplanes. The bathroom was disgusting and there were zero toiletries at all. They advertise breakfast included and it’s only between 7-9am so no sleeping in allowed and then we get there and it’s 3 day old croissants and one complete with its own mold farm. These property owners simply don’t care and they obviously live like pigs based on what we saw.

Needed a room kiss to for a 1 night pit stop on a road trip and this place was perfect for that! Super clean room (especially for the price) and the property manager/front desk assistant was SO nice and welcoming.

I had really good stay there. The owner is so nice. Friendly and very helpful. I been stayed in other motels too but this 7nights is so comfortable. Rooms are big and very clean. I will come back again. And I highly recommend to everyone. This location is very close to falls. And everything is on walking distance. Good thing is parking is free and they have pool
