I liked the location and the fact that the room was cleaned. The bed was super hard. No table, one chair. No soap holder.

I had a wonderful stay, great location in the busiest part of the town, just a 30-minute walk to the falls. spacious room with a comfortable bed. Above all, everywhere was clean. Nice staff.

loved how clean and modern the rooms were, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short walk from the main attractions. Nothing , I had great stay there

We had 2 rooms. The first room was renovated and clean. The room was ok but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Our room was a disaster. It needs to be renovated. There was 1 sheet and a thin blanket on the bed only, at temperatures of -10. There was a whole in the wall, the bathroom light zapped us. The heater looked like it could cause a fire and was very small.

Hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets, dirty washroom, room was very strongly smelling of smoke, sketchy patrons. Left within an hour of checking in.

Cleanest and flexible check out time. No tissue box.

On arrival I was told that Expedia cancel my reservation which was show to me then I had to wait to see if I could get a room finally did could not even get a shower due to the time I had leave 10 minutes to get to and event four minutes away from there came back at 1am sleep didn't even use nothing the room check out at 9 am would not go back it also said it provided breakfast that's not so on asking

First room I checked into stank like cigarettes and the smoke detector was unplugged. Switched rooms, but had issues with water pressure (barely anything), heating was so bad (all rooms had a tiny portable heater that wasn’t strong enough but fused the power in my room twice), there was a window without a curtain which is a privacy issue, mattresses was hard. However the staff were nice and helpful.

this is the first time Im giving bad reviews, normally when I dont really like the place I let it slide but this time I guess people from the management should know the room was terrible super dirty, the washroom was dirty too and the water was leaking everywhere I will not recommend this place

Good parking available. Lots nearby for dinning, shopping, grocery, etc. Around 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Small fridge in room. Tap made a loud noise. Friendly service.

1 ropm was missing the fridge, tv not working, 1 lamp. At time ofcheck in, we were upgraded to this room. The 2nd room no toilet paper holder, toillet seat not attached and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Both rooms, the mattresses were extremely hard. Very poor experience. I will never stay there again.

While the hotel was clean, we were still asleep when the employee tried to barge into the room while we were sleeping to inform us that it was time to check out. We weren't dressed and this was a serious breach of privacy. And the room was described as having a whirlpool tub, no such accommodation. Bare electrical fixtures, and bare minimum accommodation. Will go anywhere else instead.

After 1am TOO NOISY!!!!! Bed too hard No night lights? Missing night table Not many towels Neighbors and people outside causing excessive noise after 1am. Pot smoking

We never used the dresser and there was no other furniture besides what was mentioned, along with a mini fridge and two average beds. There is no closet and a few hooks on the wall. The bedroom and bathroom had squished bugs on the ceiling. If you are planning to travel out all day and be in the room to only sleep at night for a day or two, that would be the best benefit. Unless you get one of the rooms up top like my brother in law did (which were so much better in quality and well worth the money, plus had nice furniture, a modern TV, working bathroom, and overall felt like a hotel room). Girl at counter is sweet and parking spaces are nice, but man did she give us a sub par room lol. If you want places to visit, you have many fast food and local business to eat at. There is Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls in walking distance as well. Just be prepared to walk a lot and park your car at one of those private parking lots for around $30 CAD. It’s impossible to find parking in Niagara Falls lots.

Air condition Bowring hot air, no remote for the television. Room hot and nasty. Will not recommend this place for my pig, looks like all refugees end up there.

Mattress rock hard, no cups (had to drink out of an electric tea kettle). No cleaning for 4 days (had to run out at night to buy toilet paper) because of limited office hours. Trash not emptied during entire time. Was not able to confirm that my deposit was returned (not at all sure why you had to put one down) because my check out was outside of office hours. You also have to make sure that you check in during their office hours, even though you technically paid for the room the night before. Checked out early. But no bed bugs and excellent location! No real safety concerns and pretty quiet. But very inconvenient to stay in and lacking in services that I felt I paid for.

The door had been kicked off and the sill was repaired with multiple screws drilled through the trim, instead of fixing it properly. Carpet was wet from AC condensation. Dirty carpet really showed up when taking a shower as a walk from the bedroom to the shower showed up with black footprints contrasting against the white shower floor.

The motel was perfect for what I needed. A clean decent room for the weekend close to everything.

Our room looked liked it had not been cleaned in months. Bed mattress was so thin, might as well slept on the floor. Bedding was stained. Towels seemed clean but we didn't want to use it. Bathroom door had masking tape on the handle and didn't even lock. Mouldy ceiling and shower area. Filthy. I get that this is a motel and expectations should be low, but wow. We didn't sleep because air was so dusty and beds so uncomfortable. Only positive was the girl at check in/out was very nice.

Their profile also says transportation to the falls is easy however unless you would like to pay over $10 each way for an Uber or walk over 30 minutes to a bus stop that will get you directly to the falls, transportation is very limited. I assume at one point it would have been easy however they have removed this bus line and it has not veen updated. Overall was cheap and okay for the few nights we stayed but would probably not stay again.

The hotel room was clean, neat, and quiet with close access to restaurants & casino shows. Parking was also easy-right in front of our room. The staff was friendly and able to meet our needs for both a microwave & fridge with a separate clean, neat & organized breakfast room for the microwave & fridge in our room. We loved our stay their & will be back!

Property was not in a good condition and rooms were not ready at the check in time. The rooms we got were dirty and there was a smoking smell in one of the room!

Staff are nice specially the receptionist but the room was not, its old and not clean, ac is very old and its stop cooling. Our room is not cold we still feel the heat 37degrees outside during our stay. I got disappointed when i saw my friend room which is nicer, looks newly renovated compare to our room thats looks old, not clean. The looks of the room where i will not stay again in the future.

Check in was fine, we liked the room but my bf noticed the tv had no remote, so they moved us to another room no issues- we were moved from downstairs to upstairs which came with a balcony. We dropped our stuff without really looking around aside from him checking the TV and struggling to lock the balcony door as it didn't line up properly and locking it was a huge struggle, and we came back later at night after the fireworks around 11 or 1130pm. We noticed then that it wasn't that clean. There was a partially cleaned mess in the mini fridge, a brown stain-that I'm still hoping was glue- by the light switch in the bathroom, and when I walked barefoot around the room for a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. We also didn't have water when we arrived back and called the front desk who said it would be turned back on in 10-15 minutes(which it was). There was also heat blasting in the hallway and stairwell of the motel. It was already hot out (early July). Luckily we didn't need the table and chairs as one of the chairs was broken. We did not complain because we had been traveling all day and then fireworks, we were tired, the beds looked clean and we were only there for the night and we had already swapped rooms to get a TV we could turn on. I'm sure they would have moved us again if we had of complained as the staff were friendly, but who wants to be that person, and the room should not have been like that to begin with.

There were few choices when we decided to book, but the reviews were reasonably good for this motel. Not sure exactly why. The hot water went out for the entire unit for the evening of the 4th of July...pretty inconvenient since the entire family had spent most of the day outside in the 80+ degree weather. It was repaired sometime the next morning but the motel didn't offer an explanation, discount, or apology. The chairs on the outside "porches" were cracked and in disrepair. The bathtub in both rooms we reserved were simply gross. The window air conditioner in one of the two rooms we booked sounded like a freight train. The other a/c worked okay and was much quieter. But the bottom line is if there is any other place available, book it.

The room was with bad smell to septic wells and a lot of flies flying inside and outside the rooms. The refrigerator was out of service and it was notified on the front desk and they didn't fix it. They didn't change the trash bags and they didn't clean the towels the next day. The hotel have free parking and is close to the highway and to the Niagara Falls. The employee on the front desk was very kind.

We checked in the AC didn’t work in one room and no remote for the tv in the other. Asked about both items being fixed was told they would be. Went out came back nothing was resolved. Asked again but no help as it was too late. Went to get help the next morning. Was given a remote from another room told the AC would be fixed. Went out came back still wasn’t fixed complained again they ended up bringing a fan to the room. Checked out the next morning they gave me my security deposit back then after I left they charged the deposit again. Fought with them for two day and threatened legal action to get them to return the security deposit.

The pictures are much prettier they don’t have a pool our bathroom toilet wouldn’t work, in my kids room their bathroom had black mold in it and when u look under the beds it’s disgusting and when we came back last night one of our rooms smelted like cigarette smoke and my girls don’t smoke nor do we and the blankets have burn holes through them worst hotel ever in my life don’t recommend it to anyone

I will not stay at this location again. The outside was run down. The room was interesting. The bathtub was dirty, full of footprints. The floors were dirty. The bottom mattresses which were not covered were filthy around all sides, disgusting! The electrical would never pass code. wires run out of existing outlets to another location and an outlet box put there. Outlet covers were broken.. Could not watch tv or use wifi as it would keep shutting off. 1:00 am people yelling and slamming doors making all kinds of noise. I would rate this at most a 1 out of 100

The original room we were given was under renovation and between 2 permanent residents living at the hotel with pets and smoking right outside the door. We were moved to a different room that was a bit more updated but still not the cleanest. I wouldn't walk on the floors with barefeet. The mattress was extremely hard and there wasnt great sound-proofing between the rooms. The toilet was loose and was very tight with your knees almost hitting the wall in front of you.

Super friendly and helpful manager and staff. Property was close to all amenities within walking distance.

I will say 0, i booked this property and after i regret because they show different pictures but the property was totally different so i suggest to everyone please save theirs money don’t book this property, they took $100 from me as a security deposit and they deduct $50 from it . So its for all my friends please dont book this property

Heat never worked properly. They brought me a heating fan, which never did nothing. Jacuzzi had no pressure all cold water the most terrible stayI will never return back there ever again called them multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone worst stay I had would never recommend anyone to stay there very disappointed

Worst experience in my life we were put in one room freezing found out heat dont work in that room put in another cool worked a bit said it was fine we go out for dinner come back all are bags gone they told us they didnt know people where in there well hello we had a key and are bags where there so they handed us back are stuff we went back to are room after that heat stopped working room was freezing cold and the shower water was to roof was also colapsing in the bathroom wall have water damage and huge bubbles and cracks from the water damage tv super super old dont even work worst ever experience in my life oh and to top it off we moved are pillow to find blood on the bed sheets!!

The staff are good. The exterior is a little run down. The room was not really nice. But a clean bed, clean towels and washroom. A TV and a fridge. For the price it was adequate

The mattress was a bit hard so it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been, but we still managed to get a good sleep and room cleanliness was fine, all staff we encountered were very nice.

They charge for dirty towels

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and it was quiet. They are in the process of upgrades and renovations, but there was no noise or inconvenience. Not really in the tourist area so there was no night life noise. Close to stores and restaurants and about a half hour walk to Clifton Hills. We didnt stay in a renovated room so i dont want to comment too much on that, just a basic room. Air conditioner in our room worked awsome. They provide coffee in the mornings, but we didnt take advantage of that as there is a tim hortons across the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My partner were given an upgraded room on account our TV wasn’t working. We would definitely stay again.

The property is just under new ownership. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room we stayed in was clean and on par for the price. The hotel, even in the short time of new ownership (2 weeks) was starting to make positive changes. Good amount of other clients when we were there. I wish them success in their new business.

The pictures were absolutely beautiful on their site we pulled in we were the only ones there got to the room m there was bllod kn the ceiling food in the fridge electronic socket wires showing pool had mattresses in it weeds growing inside. It was absolutely disgusting. We left

Only complaint...black mold has previously formed and is forming again in bathroom..a dangerous condition requiring professional removal. A bathroom vent fan seriously required Owners are renovating as seen by dumpster outside so improvements happening. Professionals required to bring this convienent location back to its glory.

Friendly and accomodating manager & staff, cheaper rate compared to other inns so expect to get what you paid for. Hoping for better services and condition since renovation is ongoing.
