The location is convenient, It has essential things to stay the night. Everything is in walkable distance including Niagara falls No untensils, toothbrush, plates, and bedside tables

Staff was courteous and efficient, room was exactly as advertised, and the price was excellent

Room was ice cold and the heater barely worked. I asked for another room and they refused.

The staff was fine,.. and the room was clean, but the problem was a party going on in one of the rooms. When I asked the staff to deal with it, they did and things quieted down.

Thank you for the most amazing staffs , I love this place , highly recommended

Property was good but no drinking water in room .

́A lot of noise, people exercising, alcohol and drugs, a lot of noise near my room, otherwise everything is fine

I stayed at the persopolis inn last Saturday until Sunday and I brought home bed bugs! I'm never going cheap on a motel again. This place is shameful

My stay wasn't pleasant at all,everything looks old,the AC's filter was not cleaned for ages,the bathroom is not updated ,the bathtub was chipped, etc

We found blood stains in the bed. It's far from the downtown area, in a not so nice area. The staff was nice enough though.

It was a short family trip to Niagara Falls area. The motel has basic services, but cleanliness was good and appliances were functional. The gentleman (Nitish) at front desk was very helpful.

They gave us the worst room on the property, even though there were other rooms vacant. Front door didn’t open or close properly… Air conditioning wasn’t efficient because door leaked air in which caused it to make a lot of noise throughout the night. Worst part was bathroom fan didn’t work so when someone went to the bathroom, it stank up the room. Or if someone showered it made the room feel very humid.

Personnel sympathique. Hôtel vieillissant. Chambre propre, mais elles ont besoin de rénovation. Ayez des attentes réalistes. À environ 20 minutes à pieds des chutes et Clifton Hill.

Great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls.

AC was noisy.. Building is old, and needs refurbishing.

An average place to book a stay for

I stayed here during my first time in Canada and it was great place to stay. The bed and couch were comfortable. It was a very nice room.

hottub worked but no instructions as to how to work and where to turn on. Ac-heat unit did not control well.

It was a one night stay went with a family of 8 we took 2 room with a door in betwen it was all good and conveniently located.

Out dated rooms although they were pretty clean. Rooms had a weird smell. Trash sitting outside of one room the 2 days we were there. No coffee pot in room which is not a deal breaker but also no ice maker that we could find. It’s an ok place for a short visit but wouldn’t stay again.

Upon arrival, we were only given one towel for a double occupancy stay, but the staff gave another one when we asked. Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit dirty and there were bugs in the toilet. The power went out overnight, and we couldn’t get hot water until 15 minutes before checkout.

For a motel it was very clean. The double bed room was spacious. Rooms included a microwave and minifridge which were very useful. Despite being on the main road, it was relatively quiet.

The young man at checkin was helpful. It was in a bit of disrepair, but the bed was very comfortable.

We had a great stay! Room was perfect for sleeping in between sight-seeing trips. Only thing I would change would be to have coffer pot for morning...but Tim Hortons is not far away!! 😃

Our room was excellent. We arrived in the evening and the manager met us at the door. He was polite and offered to assist us carry our baggage up the stairs. Check-in was easy since we reserved our room. The room was basic, but comfortable and clean. We appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioning. Parking was very nice.

The hotel sits at one of the better spots close to the falls. Very short driving distance from Clifton Hills or a 20 min walk whichever you prefer. Pretty close to Lots of places to eat and have a drink. Spoke with the Manager at checkout, whom is a very nice man. For a nice place for a couple to stay it provided us with everything we needed. Not only would I stay here again. I would recommend it. Thank you!

I like friendly and welcome staff. But there is no house keeping service . I don't like the bed specially the pillows are not comfortable . Need coffee maker to serve coffee inside.

Tv remote didn’t have batteries. There wasn’t a drinking cup in the washroom.

They were asking for extra money for late check in after 10 PM.

There was no breakfast but the staff came in and adjusted the TV because we couldn't get the station. The TV wasn't working which was probably because the new management had just installed a new set and it wasn't fully set up yet.

Enough towels and soap supplies. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room was icy cold on arrival, 54F. Fortunately just dropped off luggage, turned on heater and went about my business in town. Warm enough throughout stay. No cups of any kind or morning beverage supplies. Could use more than one channel on TV. Although 7 were registered only one worked. Should not have to hookup to wifi and my phone to get basic entertainment.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was great - close enough to Niagara Falls, but far enough to escape the noise and the crowds. The front desk closes at 10pm. We didn't get in until almost midnight. This was inconvenient - for an extra charge the staff allowed us to check in late. The first night we slept in the lumpiest most uncomfortable bed. The room was also not that clean. I saw mysterious brown splatters under the sink and on the walls in the bathroom. We told the staff and we were moved to a different room where the bed was much more comfortable and the room was cleaner in general.

Quiet, simple place to rest. Free parking.

Mattress terrible way too hard

location was right next to the falls Property was trashed broken furniture and appliances filling gazebo, crushed cans and trash all over the ground, shower curtains were moldy, room full of bug, sheets didn't fit mattresses, mattress had gigantic blood like stain on it, none of my party trusted the bed, we slept fully clothed on top of the sheets. Lastly, not the fault of the motel but the area was full of drug addicts and homeless people, one of them approached me on seeing me park and said they'd stolen 3000 worth of meat product and wanted me to buy some.

nothing no plastic glasses or cups, no coffee in room or Lobby, they are at Niagara falls and no litature or pamphlets in the room, no phone in room. dead batteries in the TV remote , I found the buttons on the side to turn it on. carpeting was badly stained and had burned holes in it

Close to things Was stated queen delux room. In no way was the bed a queen

The room was roomy, nice and clean. The shower was good, The TV was fine and the fridge kept my drinks cold. The only problem I had was the button to lower the temperature in the room was broken. The setting was at 86 F and it was pretty warm for sleeping.
