Reviews
The Cadence hotel receives mixed reviews, with guests appreciating the friendly staff and close proximity to Niagara Falls. However, concerns about cleanliness, room size, and breakfast quality are frequently mentioned.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Close proximity to Niagara Falls
- Cleanliness issues in some rooms
- Small room size

The staff here was fantastic. They very helpful , friendly, and very welcoming.
- 3/5
Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Parking available. There were cobwebs in the room over the windows. The shower needed a good scrub around the edges of the tub was pink. Beds were well made and comfortable. Limited options for breakfast. No pool. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls and 3mins walk to the Casino. It was an okay stay.
- 2/5

Good place to stay closer to the falls
- 2/5
Thin walls. Could hear our neighbor argue all night till 3am. Think they got kicked out. Could hear every toilet flush. Doors loud when shut. Kids running down the halls. Sounded like someone was also trying to check if our door was locked 3 or 4 times. Around 3am. Won't be staying at this chain of hotel again. Spend the extra 20-30 dollars a night for somewhere nicer.
- 4/5
The location was excellent. It was very near the Niagara State Park. We could literally just walk back and forth from the hotel to the Niagara falls.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. We travelled with elderly parents. Staff made every thing possible to make our stay comfortable Very good location - just a few minutes walk to everything
- 5/5
Everything Nothing

Close to everything No where to eat. Only breakfast

Stay was very nice,, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate. Parking is not plentiful, that’s the only negative I saw. Very easy walking distance to the Falls, casino, etc.
- 4/5
Staff are friendly. Room is okay,. Breakfaster is not good. Only eggg and yogurt with cereal. We stay two days, the 2nd day even no eggs and cereal is not cooked instead of just soaking in the water.

- 5/5
Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Under 10 mins walk to the Niagara Falls park, plenty of wine and dine area. 10mins walk to casino. Breakfast was reasonable.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Many restaurants nearby and a casino right behind as well.
- 4/5
The staff are fabulous. The room was clean but small. The biggest issue was noise. The walls are paper thin. We had a balcony room with city view. You can hear every car that goes past. It can make sleeping in a strange lace very problematic. The “breakfast” is very basic. Bagels waffle cereal and oatmeal. The second morning they were missing almost everything. No cold hard boiled eggs, no cream cheese for bagels, no plates, and no coffee. I think it was a staffing issue but still disappointing. It was not enough to deal with packing up and change places, but we would not return.
- 5/5
Great location near the Niagara Falls. Tastefully renovated. The young man at the counter was super helpful with providing ahe use about food places nearby, etc.
- 4/5
The property was well decorated but pretty dirty in the halls and room. The same trash was in the halls the whole stay. The staff late at night was not friendly. The staff during the day were more friendly but incredibly stressed. There was a lot of parking but the entrance to the lot was difficult to find the first time.
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location near the falls and other local attractions. The lack of parking was the only downfall but the hotel tries to make it as accommodating as possible.
- 4/5
But the staff was amazing the lady that works 3-11 was amazing love her vibes
- 3/5
The cleanliness could have been a lot better, we had some fruit flies in our room and some of the high touch areas did not seem to be properly wiped down in addition to hair in the shower when we checked in. The rooms are much smaller than they look online which is okay but it would have been nice if the desk did not face the bed. If I was working while my partner was sleeping the light from my screen directly faced the bed. There is also almost no noise dampening from the hallway, we could stand on the opposite side of the room from the door and have a clear conversation through the door. This did not impact us since the hotel was mostly empty and we were in the corner but I can imagine this would be hard for those with young children or light sleepers. The restaurant was closed since we were there on the off season (late April) but this was noted on the IHG website. The complimentary breakfast was your typical waffles, oatmeal, bread, dry cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. I wish the items were labeled with allergens/dietary restrictions as we are both vegan and were unsure of the ingredients so we were limited to plain oatmeal and fruit. The location was convenient to get to the US side of Niagara Falls and was centrally located enough that we were able to walk most places.
- 5/5
Great location for the falls!
- 5/5
The receptionists are friendly, room was clean and bed was actually comfy.
- 5/5
First time visiting Niagara Falls, the Cadence was a great hotel, comfy bed, very clean and kept up to date. The shower itself was a 10/10. Great pressure, heat & spacious. Would def come back, and recommend. Short walk to the falls ~10 mins, ~ 3 mins casino & food.
- 4/5
Had a lovely balcony, clean room, comfortable bed. The parking isn't ideal but workable. A bell hop and hot breakfast would have made this a 5/5.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and inviting. I wish it hadn’t been raining but really beautiful property and smells lovely in there. Really enjoyed ourselves.
- 5/5
Staff super kind. Upgraded because room we booked wasn't ready. Gave us free parking. Dining room was pretty. Fine continental breakfast even though off season.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel! Rooms were perfect with king sized beds and comfy pillows. The bathroom was spacious and came with soaps/lotions. The area felt safe and was quiet. It was within walking distance of so many attractions and dining options! The staff were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back!
- 5/5
Parking was easy, the staff were super friendly.
- 5/5
Super friendly community
- 5/5
Clean rooms, Updated, Service was excellent
- 2/5
It was the off-season. But just older, ran down, small, little order. Guessing the room hadn’t been rented in a while as the sheets seemed stale
- 5/5
Always a nice place to stay. Yall meed a hot tub though! Breakfast could have had eggs and meat not just breads. Would stay again however
- 5/5
Fantastic stay!
- 4/5
Clean room and a great staff!
- 3/5
Room 115 was right next to a door where people were coming in and out all night long. Door bangs hard also. The bathroom had a sliding door with glass and not much privacy. Pillows bundled up like a ball. Not worth the extra money for a five star hotel.
- 5/5
Close to the falls. Clean Restaurant was good Parking was just a few spots. Niagara Falls parking has meter system that is horrible. Got a ticket day one.
- 5/5
Price and distance from the national park Parking
- 4.5/5
Very well kept hotel. Cleanest hotel we have been to so far. Hade a large tv which was great for watching the penn state game and the rooms furniture and bathroom were all up to date and very clean. Very happy with our stay Great hotel inside and out but there parking isn’t very good but they do validate your parking when using the lot behind the hotel.
- 5/5
Rooms were beautiful
- 3/5
clean room towels and bed sheets are clear white the receptionist not that warm there is no toothbrush toothpaste and the dirty empty bottle of water is still in the room ..incomplete orientation for first timer like us
- 5/5
Staff friendly. Great location. I’ve stayed there several times.
- 5/5
Great location and great staff
- 5/5
Everything was close by
- 5/5
At check-in, the front desk attendant noticed I was visiting from Canada and asked what brought me over. When I mentioned it was my birthday, Sophie or Sofie at the front desk immediately wished me a happy birthday and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I was indecisive between my two options, she kindly offered both as a birthday gesture. She also allowed me to park for free in their Diamond parking spot and took the time to recommend nearby places to grab a drink or a bite to eat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience feel warm and personal rather than transactional. While it being my birthday certainly helped set the tone, the level of hospitality stood out regardless. The thoughtful gestures turned what could have been a standard check-in into a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again.
- 5/5
The property and room were clean and attractive, the only drawback was that we couldn't adjust the temperature in our room making it very warm at night. Nothing that cracking open the balcony door couldn't fix, but it would have been nice to not have had to do that. The bar/restaurant area looked very nice, but apparently was closed for the season. The hotel was an easy walk to the Falls and all the tourist activities around there. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Although we parked right at the door. I feel like we got lucky. Parking could be more available
- 5/5
Brandon went above setting the room up. Enjoyed my stay and was happy with the services
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff Close to Niagara Plenty of food places around N/A
- 1/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Though somehow 2 rooms were booked when I only booked one, and the original room we booked was unavailable due to the tub being broken. We got bumped down from a suite to a standard room and only got $10 taken off of our total
- 3/5
Door to room had a 2” gap on the bottom. We also had a balcony from that the outside door had the same large gap. We had three people staying but only two towels in the room. The bathtub also didn’t drain well and family members had to shower in standing water. The parking was not easily accessible. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Dining and bar was closed. No notice of that on website.
- 2/5
Location Staff
- 3.5/5
Close to the Amtrak station. Had to sort out our own taxi. Reception was not overly helpful.
- 5/5
Nice rooms, long walk to get to them
- 2/5
No restaurant small room you can hear everything located in great area but definitely misleading tried to refuse my deposit due to it being a bank card which I was told was ok then proceeded to tell me it will take over 30 days for it to be back in account that’s insane if you can take it right out you should be able to put it right back! Not a good place to stay especially for the price I paid for a king premium only to have a view of a roof definitely better places in the area to stay with less hassle not worth the price oh and no parking on top of it.
- 4/5
Location is great for the falls. Hotel is nice, Staff were friendly and rooms were nice. but the daily house keeping is kind of all over the place, one day we got towels the next toilet roll but no coffee, one day they just emptied the bin… very strange. The restaurant wasn’t open either and the selection at the small shop was minimal. We got caught in the rain a couple of times and there were no options for just grabbing something to eat in the room. Breakfast was fine but limited options.
- 1/5
I definitely would not recommend or stay there again. Room was dirty bed was about 12” off of the ground.
- 2/5
Location Have to pay for parking at hotel and staff came in room when do not disturb sign was up
- 5/5
This was a lovely hotel to stay at. My husband and I stayed her for our one year anniversary. We stayed in the king room with the jets tub. It was very comfortable and clean. The tub was delightful, it is not a jacuzzi tub, just makes bubbles but it’s huge and relaxing. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Niagara Falls again in the future!
- 3/5
The property was small and cozy.
- 0.5/5
I requested a room for two beds when I made the reservation because I was traveling with my brother. I did not want to share a bed with my brother. The hotel staff informed us that there were no rooms with two beds available so my brother had to sleep on the floor. Also , according to the listing, there was a restaurant at the hotel. Upon arrival we were informed that the restaurant is closed for the season. All of the advertisements for that hotel showed rooms with balconies and or a window; my room had no window. It was like being in a prison cell .The television had no signal. When I informed the front desk, they said they didn’t know what to do about it that I would have to wait until housekeeping came around and ask them the next day. along with not having any hangers to hang up my clothes, there was no iron to get the wrinkles out from stuffing them in the drawer, which was under the bed. I CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY.!! I am still waiting to get my refund for the two days in which I did not stay at the hotel.
- 5/5
I love a boutique hotel and loved everything only exception wished the beds mattress was a little firmer clean room staff easily accessible and communication was very good well lit hallways love the idea of complimentary breakfast wished the restaurant had a chef on staff in the morning for other options of breakfast getting around was very easy literally a 10min walk to National Park and Niagara Casino
- 4/5
Clean
- 2/5
The price was right, but you had to pay $16 to park
- 4/5
Decent stay
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Very attentive and helpful. We would have like the restaurant/bar to be open
- 5/5
Nice room. Loved the balcony and view.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, nice room, close walking to everything. The room had a very odd smell was only complaint.
- 3/5
Convenient location. Cleanliness is an issue. Food was in the fridge so they arent being methodical. I had a body towel not much bigger than a hand towel. I was told we were given the wrongbroom and asked to relocate a few hours later. Room was smaller with no patio and worse view. Right next to elevator. Should have not been my problem/inconvenience to bear.
- 5/5
The staff there was excellent!!!
- 3/5
Room had a bad order. Not enough towels. Bath towel not large enough to wrap around the body
- 4/5
The breakfast needs improvement! There needs to be some meat and eggs added. The breakfast!
- 3/5
Amenities were not as described on website. The restaurant was closed and the fitness room was not accessible.
- 4/5
Restaurant wasn't open. Staff recommended Hard Rock cafe to 2 people clearly over 60. Breakfast was disappointing - no waffle maker!
- 2/5
The room smelled horrible. People were rude. View was of a wall and equipment.
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional, rate, staff and location ease to find! Nothing, except the advertisement in booking site told balcony overlooked the falls. Our room didn’t have balcony.
- 2/5
If you just want a clean bed with nothing else it might be your place to crash. But for the cost I expected more, like living up to the website hype.
- 4/5
Good place to stay.
- 4/5
Great spot near Niagara Falls. Walkable and convenient. Rooms are lovely. Clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
Better check in process. We never did get checked in. We waited until 4 and still couldn't get checked in because our room was not ready. The desk clerk was also rude and would not wait on us.
- 2/5
The check in process was a nightmare. So many guest were told to come back because rooms were not ready we had to come back twice after original check in time. It’s too bad because the rooms are actually decent
- 3/5
Staff was good parking a little distance
- 4/5
Walkable to casino. Limited parking on property but pay lot across the street.
- 3/5
The property was walking distance to Niagara Falls. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, and there is no access to ice, even though there was an ice bucket in the room. The first day, a kind employee gave us ice, but the second day we were told they couldn't give us ice again, even though all the ice machines were broken. As a traveler from seven hours away, we had to keep the cooler cold and had to seek out a 7 11 to purchase a bag of ice.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Jacob at the desk was very friendly.
- 3/5
Close to the Falls Park. First tiny dungeon like room smelled horribly of smoke. Rm 2 was a bit larger with a large bathroom, large tub and shower. There was old food left by door for 2 days. The front desk staff were nice but the restaurant breakfast and staff were not and did not even acknowledge us. Parking is limited unless you use public pay parking close by. It is sad this whole area is in shambles and deteriorating. We had to drive out of the city to find good restaurants.
- 1.5/5
Proximity to Niagara Falls - 5 min walking distance to Maid of the Mist Overpromised under-delivred, false advertising via photos, staff was too rude, facilities sucked, unclean and flat out broken, e.g. faucet was broken
- 5/5
Great location! Balcony was private and perfect for relaxation. Hotel was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful! Will def go back!
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Water pressure in showers was a little weak.
- 4/5
The room did not have an ironing board or iron to use. The door to the restroom slides into the vanity area making it hard to use the vanity space when someone is entering or exiting the restroom. There was a random fire alarm at 3.45 AM, thanks to some guest smoking in the room.
- 3/5
Reception is great. HOWEVER, our 1st room on the top/third floor was fine EXCEPT there was no/a broken lock on the door. Our second room was on the first floor and the HVAC did not work and the room was quite warm. On our 3rd room, everything worked but there was a stale smell that wasn’t in the 1st 2 rooms. We made do! The reception staff was great and friendly. Our issues were someone else’s responsibility.
- 5/5
I loved the shower and the bath
- 5/5
The room was very nice but it needs a closet or something other than pegs on the walls to hang clothes. Also, the room needs a luggage rack. Room was very clean.
- 2/5
Anything front desk related takes way more time than it should. I don’t know if it’s computer related, new staff or inadequate staffing. The room had a bottle that was tagged stating the water was complimentary but there was no water in it. Staff told me that I had to get water for the bottle. Weird! The bar restaurant was closed while I was there except for a $20/buffet breakfast. The room didn’t get serviced the second day. I definitely am not going back.
- 5/5
The bar is clean and pretty, breakfast for 20 dollars is self service. Staff in particular lady on front desk are very helpful. Close work to the Falls. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Good hotel very close to Niagra falls, but almost like every other hotel in USA the cleaning staff don’t bother to clean the rooms. Hotel is renovated and have food amenities in rooms
- 5/5
Grest stay enj
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean, the restaurant menu is very limited, the breakfast is very basic, I recommend visiting Spot Cafe for breakfast very close by, excellent location, super professional employees at the hotel, everything was very close by
- 2/5
This hotel was incredibly overpriced, over $330/night and that was with $25 off. Our room was musty-stale smoke with fragrance to try and cover it up. It had huge cobwebs on the ceiling, filthy windows and just felt damp. There were only about 8-10 spots of ‘onsite parking’ and the rest was either a paid lot behind the hotel for $30/day or 2 hour on street parking. There is a dilapidated hotel nearby that is graffitied with broken windows. The only real bonus was its location. It is within walking distance to the falls and local ‘downtown’ area.
- 4/5
Great location for exploring the Niagara Falls area by walking.
- 3/5
The hold fee on credit card for potential damages in this hotel is outrageous and is on hold for 5 days. Would never agree to this if I knew beforehand. Also validated parking pass did not work and had to pay 20$ just to leave lot.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. I loved the room, and facilities. I loved the outside seating area and the closeness to all main attractions. I had a great time exploring Niagara Falls and surrounding area. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and gave great recommendatiins for eating options. However, parking is a horrible situation and should be improved. Also the carts for loading luggage did not work properly. It was hard to move around and the tires were flat. The buttons on the in room hot tub were damaged and illegible.
- 3/5
It was a nice place but my room wasn't ready and most rooms allow a 3 o'clock check in, this wasn't until 4. My room wasn't ready until 5.
- 2/5
I liked the location. Very convenient. Staff was not nice and didn’t communicate well. Parking lot showed “FULL” so I ended up parking quarter mile away from property. The front desk person said I could have entered anyway, due to designated spots. He never told me that at the initial time he told me about the parking lot when I tried to check in at 3:30. Walked back with my suitcase at 4, which was when I was to check in, and the room wasn’t ready. Waited 30 minutes for the room to be ready at which point I had to ask a couple of times for status update. I should not have had to check back with room update, I was ignored and disregarded and felt they were bothered by my questions, and there was little emotion or empathy, apology from the staff. There was much indifference and lack of politeness. I will NOT be returning to this hotel. I asked for a copy of the contract I signed regarding possible charges to a credit card I placed on file for room incidentals, and the front desk person (Brayden?) said the night audit person shredded everything, so there are no copies. He then gave me a piece of paper that had no charges, just the reservation number, and the date. He said this was proof no charges would be put on the card on hold. I have never had such poor mismanagement in any hotel stays I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. Very shady stuff, and very poor customer service. Also, the bed covers were stained, did not smell clean, and had someone else’s hair on the sheets.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Everything was great! They were able to allow me to check in early.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel
- 3/5
Old hotel that was renovated. Room was as expected for the area. Very noisy area. The HVAC in the room was very noisy.
- 3/5
Please change the air freshener scent of hotel! Not sure what it is but it is not pleasant. Awesome location for attractions you can walk to all of them. You have to pay for parking.
- 1/5
we booked for 2 queen bed room and Manager at the property gave us standard single queen bed room. After showing him the evidence of our booking, he finally gave another room, but another room was smoking room with lot of bed smell, no towels, no toiletries, unchanged bedsheet. We did not have a choice but to spend the night, as it was really late in the evening and there was nothing else available
- 3/5
Room wasn't cleaned well. Bathroom had tons of hair, rug was dirty, garage bins weren't emptied after room service was performed. I've stayed here for many trips and the service is landsliding.
- 3/5
reasonable price, close to Goat Island & falls, rooms are clean.
- 5/5
The staff was very professional and nice.
- 3/5
The desk clerk was friendly. Within walking distance to Goat Island and Niagra Falls.
- 3/5
room was clean & very small. would stay elsewhere next time.
- 1/5
Poor services
- 4/5
Very nice clean modern room. Very close to the Falls.
- 1/5
Worst experience with this hotel. I came from canada to stay here.. first of all we need to check in early we requested them 3/4 times they didn't give us and secondly on expedia it shows we have netflix access but when we were in the room there is no netflix and then when i ask to the ask member ( guy) he said I can't help you ask housekkeper to help you ...he said we can't do anything he was so rude ... this is the worst experience ever...
- 5/5
The staff was great both shifts friendly and welcoming .Its walking distance to the falls Everything was clean and didn't smell bad like the other places around I have stayed in before .I will stay here every time I visit .The only issue was the parking .The rest was just perfect .Thank you for everything
- 3/5
The hotel itself was a 3 star hotel, no valet, only 8 parking spaces available, and the luggage cart was less than desirable. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were all very friendly.
- 5/5
The attached Restaurant was very good. Room was great, bed was comfortable
- 3/5
The way we got around is we ate at Mami house and they validated our parking. Making it free! The room that they gave us has a window towards the back of the restaurant. Restaurant staff smoking there gets into the room. Don't stay there .
- 4/5
Everything was very good. To my surprise the hotel only had a few parking spots which were being used so had to park at a coty parking lot and pay.
- 1/5
So now we need to sort out this issue with expedia. Hope this helps.
- 3/5
STAY.
- 5/5
Beautiful modern design, very clean, comfortable, inviting and cozy place. We had a room with balcony featuring a table and bar stools for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Just 10 minutes walk to the falls. The only thing to improve is very scarce parking that leaves you to a pure luck of catching a spot on the street or the side patio or opt for a paid city parking lot. And one more thing that left us puzzled: a bottle with a couple of glasses and a tag saying “with our complements, please enjoy this bottle while you are staying with us”. EMPTY bottle. What’s to enjoy, I wonder. The view of an empty bottle?
- 2/5
There was very bad smell in the two rooms we had on second floor. After keeping balcony door open and spraying room spray the smell didn’t go. Had to put up with that smell which was not all bearable. The water refill station was not working at all on this floor had to go down all the time to fill water. The bath shower water pressure was very low as well. Everything was not as expected.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The only thing I did not like was, that they only had 12 spaces to park and it was full so we had to pay to park in the city lot next door. We were told the city had canceled their agreement for validated parking. The manager of the hotel was not sure why. We were able to Park right next door but it made it inconvenient. If we had taken the car out and then come back we would have had to pay twice. We were not comfortable parking on the street which we could have done for free. We had to walk everywhere and at 85 years old, that made it difficult however the hotel itself was great. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Everything was good except for no parking and could have a better selection of breakfast menu that you didnt have to pay extra for.
- 3/5
The room itself was nice. However, to have a restaurant and a hotel with NO parking for guests is very inconvenient. Also, being charged $250 incidental fee before even entering our room was surprising. However, the location to the state park was ideal and walker friendly.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff were very nice. A few little things like the room not being ready until quite a bit after check-in time started and only having two sets of towels when four of us were staying in the room. My major complaint is room design: the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that has gaps and zero sound-proofing. Additionally, the walls are rather thin. The toilets flush VERY loud. We could hear when our neighbors went to the bathroom. A decent place but needs a few modifications.
- 4/5
Room was clean and as advertised. Paid parking $30/24 hrs. Shampoo/conditioner bottles were nearly empty but a quick mention to the front desk and they sent up new bottles. Don't eat at the restaurant, Seva--- it's horrible. Good location; easy walk to the Falls.
- 5/5
…
- 5/5
NO FREE PARKING.
- 4/5
Great hotel in a good location near the Niagra Falls State Park. The park id outstanding and a must see. Room 203 had an awesome view of the nighty Firework show.
- 2/5
No gym which was a bummer. Easy walking distance to the falls tho which was convenient. The room was dirty unfortunately and trash was on ground when we got there
- 4/5
The Voco was incredibly close to the entrance to Niagara Falls, about a 5 minute walk. The rooms were attractive with cozy linens. We arrived hours early and were told check in was precisely at 4 pm. We kept busy and came back at 4. There was 1 check in person and several customers in line. It took
- 4/5
I Paid for a room with Balcony and Two Queen beds 5 months in advance. Arrived 3:30 Pm room was not ready and too early for check in came back at 7:00 Pm. My room is not available due to remodeling and i am not a Diamond class member. I was charged for the upgrade for 3 and was given a $20. food coupon. Come on two double beds downgrade and not even 3 breakfast vouchers . Have some business sense. Don't charge people for the room in advance and then said not available. I will let Expedia know about the service. Hopefully they will credit me better.
- 5/5
Location, helpful staff members and the seva restaurant made it a great stay

Everything was great. Restaurant was really good. The casino is right across the parking lot.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and was able to check in early (that’s always a plus when traveling) Room was clean, bathroom was clean No complaints Will be back to this hotel

Everything would have been great l, comfortable but my bed was on a slant. I didn’t reach out to the hotel due to not sleeping for 24hrs, being on the go, forgetting the bed was like that until I woke up.

Fabulous room with balcony. Clean. Comfortable and new. Perfect except no parking is an issue. They should allow parking across street at other IHG property rather than a $30 Lot. Ugh. Otherwise excellent hotel.

This was my first stay and it was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar at the restaurant is beautiful. Rooms were spotless. It was a quick walk through the parking lot to get to the casino.

Enjoyed visiting with Debbie at check-in and check-out. She was very friendly and fun to visit with.

This Hotel is just OK at best $15 for parking, $15 option for breakfast would not recommend pay separately if you choose to eat there. Clean but would advise look around many hotels in same area.

Just a place to sleep for the night. Quiet area during the off season, walking distance to the falls. Lots of cobwebs with a couple spiders

Property was very clean and in a convenient location from Niagara Falls. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Area is very quiet. Not sure if it depends on time of year. We visited end of March.

I booked this hotel using my chime card that they do not allow use of at this hotel they kindly told me after we had arrived had to go to another hotel not even an I'm sorry for the inconvenience.to too it off they held 178 for the room I couldn't have and still have not given me a refund .an Expedia didn't help either so all in all they took my money still have it and they could care less to be honest .I'm looking into legal action 178$ three weeks later isn't going to cut it the inconvenience fee I charge is 50$ a day since the day of booking from both companies smh

Pricing was a little bit high but expected for a hotel

Great location for walking to Niagara Falls State Park and the surrounding area. Hotel was convenient. I would’ve given it 4stars, but the hotel plays music all night long outside the lobby, and our room was right above the lobby, so we could hear the music all night long. Also, parts of our hallway smelled like someone was smoking weed. Yuck!

Lovely hotel.

Amazing experience! Super friendly staff. Very clean, well appointed room. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

Small room. Large jet tub but water filling was very slow. Also, water was luke warm at best making shower and tub experience not worth while. Other than casino and state park, this area has nothing to offer.

They remodeled an old hotel and did a good job. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was small, but clean (although we did find an random earring in our bed on our 3rd night). The bathroom is very close to the bed and only has a sliding door so there is very little privacy in that aspect. If you’re traveling with someone you’re not so close to, I suggest separate room’s. The shower had a double shower head but only one worked. The bar was beautiful and the bartender was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and offered a lot of suggestions while we were there. She closed down the bar Friday night so we were shocked to see her Saturday morning for breakfast. She was great, yet again. She had hotel guests as well as a large group of children and adults and she handled it all professionally and never once looked stressed. They had filtered water machines on floor 2 and 3 and each room had a glass carafe. It was definitely a small but super helpful detail. Parking is not great, just given their small property space. Because it wasn’t very busy, we were able to park in a small parking lot next to the restaurant but otherwise you’d have to drive a few buildings down and park in the municipal lot and have your parking reimbursed at the hotel. One thing that wasn’t clear, and I didn’t remember to ask, was that we were booked with “breakfast”. We ended up paying out of pocket our first morning.
