Enjoyed that it was easy and quick check in. The people were friendly. The toilet was loose.

Stayed for 2 nights and never could get the tv to work. The guy at the front desk came up and tried to connect it and then restarted the router. It worked for about a half hour and disconnected again. The breakfast didn't look very good so we just went out to eat at a local restaurant. The room served it's purpose but I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I visit

Parking is okay, self park and there are adequate spaces for everyone. The staff were good but I notice that no one is always at the front desk, they usually go and do other duties when there are no guests at the front desk. The free breakfast was good in my opinion for the price of the room. So the hallways have a lingering smell which depends if you are overly sensitive when it comes to smells. The room wasn't that bad. Small, enough for two people to sleep in. The bathroom was adequately cleaned. The showerhead was loose though there wasn't any leaks.

A few of the staff members where not very nice and not very welcoming or accommodating Some of the staff members need to be retrained on customer service also on how to speak to people

I paid $100 for a room, bathroom door doesn’t stay closed, walls were missing baseboards, it makes smell on a room,sheets were smelly, I wouldn’t pay even $10 if I knew

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They are also pet friendly and conveniently located to so many things.

Very friendly staff Dog barking in adjacent rooms at night. Room was in need of repairs. Breakfast was not available one morning as bus tour blocked usage.

I asked the employee working the front desk on Saturday night for some Kleenex, as the box in the room was empty. After much back and forth, because of limited English, he eventually agreed. After an hour, still no Kleenex. I called again. Later, a handful of napkins were delivered. I gave up at that point.

Breakfast was just ok, it wasnt fresh when we went down at 745am, no fruit or yogurt left, coffee was not good,and no hard bouled eggs, i say this cause previous stay all this was good, not this time

Building and room felt a little dated, but we're glad there were microwave and fridge available in our room. Would be nice if there's also a laundry room, and breakfast could have a little more selection besides just eggs, sausage, waffles and toast.

Great place, very friendly staff. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Due to the storm, me and my friend just stayed in the room and watched movies. We had the best time!

The mattress was old and deformed, you can hear the noise from others rooms and the breakfast was awful

The shower curtain needs to longer and made of heavy plastic instead of fabric. Accessible room with no bathtub, so water sprayed onto floor while showering.

There was pure banging in the was unable to sleep. Talk to the manager all she said was sorry. Was one of the worst service would never go back

Staff was friendly. The property was clean. The breakfast was otherwise alright, with the exception of the eggs, they were pretty watery. Everything else was fine.

This property needs an update. In fact, most of the lodgings in Niagara Falls city need updates. If I stay again it will not be in this city.

The overall stay was good. Breakfast was good every morning. The staff was great. Always helpful. We were just kinda surprised on how small the room was. Just was not expecting that. Also we must have had some workers staying above us. Very noisy and up every morning at 5 30 or 6 stomping on the floor. Which is not the hotels fault. Just rude people. Only thing keeping us from giving a 10 out of 10 is the size of the room. But clean hotel and friendly staff..

Very basic room but sheets were stained. Breakfast was limited and didn't appear to have an attendant to keep things stocked and clean. Booked it because we were taking our dog. Next time will pay more for better quality. Bottom line... you get what you pay for.

Great staff

The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. We would stay here again simply for that reason. The bed was very comfortable and nice large screen TV with endless viewing choices. Hotel itself is a little tired looking inside but we would stay here again for all of thd reasons listed above.

Room was dirty, top of shower was full of hair, dust, and dirt. Saw and squished a few German cockroach’s and don’t think they bleach the towels or bedding. Day staff are friendly at the desk, breakfast is below average, and they are not animal friendly at all even for service and Esa.

l was surprised at how small my room was. Just one queen bed. But then it really was fine for just me! I stayed 2 nights. Big tv,fridge,microwave,updated room. Comfortable bed and nice shower! Had trouble operating the tv remote,so i just watched NBC! Typical breakfast whoch was fine. Friendly staff. I would stay there again!

Family friendly ,clean room

Didn't like not really a patio area or a pool but otherwise was clean, quiet inside hotel. 1 hotel key ended up not working but it was fine. Next door on Sat was extremely noisy from a party but thankfully it was done by like 730 pm as everything was vibrating from the noise. Breakfast had nice variety including eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice. Staff was very attentive. Overall very happy with stay

1. Explain when/why sheets and towels are not changed daily. Not an issue for me but some travelers are unaware of this practice. 2. The light/vent fan in room 123 is very, very loud. I did not even turn the light when I woke up in the even because I did not want to wake my companion. Changing fan or a night light in bathroom would help. 3. There are no shades or filtering curtains on windows. It is nice to get natural light, but one cannot open the curtains without compromising their privacy and or without blinding sunlight coming in! Shades or filtering curtains would help! Otherwise, all good!

Not sure why this hotel doesn’t have higher average ratings. I consider it to be the best value of any I’ve stayed in. They have a small army of super friendly and helpful staff and the room very clean and fresh. B’fast was great too. Highly recommend!

The staff was generally good, but the overall quality of the hotel was very low, and apart from being close to Niagara Falls, it had no features that justified the money we paid.

It was a bed and a shower as we were passing through Niagara. We got there late and left early. I will say the space around the beds was very limited. But otherwise, check-in, beds, quiet environment, and staff were all great.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. My room was very clean and they actually came in and made the bed for my second night. Price was super reasonable. There are many restaurants and stores located nearby. There was a good breakfast available.

Initially I had a glitch as there had been no updates in their system about my changed itineraries, but the staff was very polite and helpful to resolve the matter. I liked the hotel's parking lot. It is spacious and convenient for parking. Room was clean and the breakfast was also good to have.

When we came back they only arrange the bed, no towel changed and floor / table not cleaned. Not worth for that price

The full breakfast was steamed eggs and they were green. There were sausage links and waffles and it was early but things ran out people were waiting they opened early for a bus and after they left at 7 am they didn’t refill for all others checking out between 7 and 8.

Bed was fantastic. Queen size with a nice mattress pad. Best night sleep I've had in many months. Going to get details from property so I can purchase one for home. Breakfast was okay. Continental style but also offered sausage eggs and waffles. I'm a cereal and toast person so I was satisfied. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and super comfortable. Everything you need at a great price. Was there with family for a Bills game and even the drive from the hotel to Highmark was a breeze. No gym though. Thought was going be one. No biggie.

Spartan but good. Room was clean, common areas were a bit older but nothing major. I was given an accessible room (not requested but was useful). Breakfast was good and had real drip coffee. Minimal interaction with staff.on account of check in being so quick.

I thought this hotel was perfect for what we needed. This is the second time we’ve stayed in Niagara to shop, usually we stay near Buffalo Airport. This was way more convenient crossing over at Lewiston from Canada than driving all the way down the Buffalo. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t hear a single guest which was very nice. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at you can hear people walking or their TVs. The rooms are all updated. I liked that the floors were not carpet. The TV (looked like a firestick app) was perfect, we even brought our firestick so we could watch our shows without having to sign in on the tv and forget to sign out. The breakfast was ok but it was included so that’s fine. The waffles were good! We will definitely be back to stay.

The hotel was in a safe location and clean. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs were cold and kept getting topped off.

The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

When I visit the U.S. I always come to Sure Stay. Close to all the shopping outlets, very clean, quiet. Never any issues hence I come a few times a year for many years.

This hotel is really dirty, I found hairs in the bath, they cleaned the mirrors like 5 yeas ago it was nasty, I found a yellow mark on my sheets, I will never stay here again

The room was clean but a little small with 2 queen beds. The internet service was slow and it would boot us out and make us log in again. The TV was nice but the way we had to select our channels was not good. During our second night the TV access kicked us out and the front desk had to reset the password. The breakfast was great.

One major irritant was the absence of an electrical outlet on one side of the bed, so only one person could plug in their electrical devices overnight. The rooms were clean but on the smaller side. This is fine for a couple but certaintly not enough space if you have kids in your party. The price was on the higher side.

TV didn't work. Sink leaked. Breakfadt area dirty. Staff not pleasant.

The owner of the property was genuinely nice and accommodating. Gave us suggestions on sightseeing. Breakfast was especially good and abundant. Slept like a baby on the pillows.

website said it was a 12 minute walk to niagara falls. we had to drive because it was over 8 miles away. the room had 2 queen beds but could not walk into the room and put down over luggage. we could not walk between the beds. the door to the bathroom and the outside door keep hitting each other because the doors were too close.

Property location is in nice spot. Needs friendly smile with some local tourist spot knowledge.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of commitment to keeping their rooms clean and sanitary. Shower was not cleaned and had dirty hair and soap suds in it. When we told the hotel staff, we were given a new room. Which was even worse. When getting ready for bed, my family and I noticed women's hair under the comforter on both queen beds, in addition to stains and marks on the bed sheet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read reviews before booking!

It was overall okay. The room service was not good as I had to wait for my towels and toiletries for more than an hour. Wish they had a dustbin at the entrance so we can dispose of my dog’s poop bag more easily. We had to carry it with ourselves because there are no dustbins around the entrance at all.
