1 wash cloth 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Broken coffee pot. No bar soap or shampoo. Shower didnt work so we had to change rooms 1 hr. before our tour of Niagara Falls. The so called breakfast was very skimpy . No coffee pot in new room. We had to take the one from our other room. The day we left went to get coffee at 8:30 and both pots were empty. No fruit. Very unsatisfied.

Breakfast was packed, line for everything, seems like it was 1 huge family. If you want breakfast in the hotel maybe find another one or go to Denny's right down the road. Great hotel but what a shame for breakfast.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Karam at the desk was very nice and helped a lot with useful information. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and good for access to niagara falls area. Using own car is useful. Breakfast choice limited and could be better.

Paid for a jacuzzi suite, the jacuzzi was broken and the telephone in the room was broken.

Horrible experience I have

Room clean but cold took a long time to heat up. The floors never got warm

Missing towels - but fulfilled with a request. TV not working. Phone not working.

Room and staff were great. My only complaint would be that there was no elevator my room was on 2nd floor i have bad knee foot & ankle. But staff offered to move me to ground floor but i said i was fine. Which i was thank for offering

Outside doors were unlocked so anyone could enter through the back entrance. Told the front desk but nothing was done about it.

A good trip. Hotel was Ok. Location good. Desk associate very helpful with information. Surrounding areas were a bit outdated. Could use updating on outside of hotel. Not much of a breakfast selection, but worked Ok for us. No microwave, which wasn't a problem with us only staying one night, with a longer stay a microwave would be nice. There was a mini fridge, so that was good.All in all, considering the area, it was a good overnight stay. I'll consider staying there if we decide a return trip to Niagara Falls.

Staff eere not available on check in. Key cards had to be rebooted almost every time used. Rooms need updated. No charging ports at all.

Only dislike was the smell when we first walked in. It smelled like old smoke fumes. Suppose to be non smoking but you can tell someone did in the room.

Probably one of the most affordable options for staying in the area. Hotel was fine for the price. Very busy.

We were staying one night. The hotel served its purpose. Came in around 10pm. It took a while to get someone at the desk to check in. We had to park in a lot behind the hotel. Seems there were people sleeping in their vehicles in the lot. The room seemed fairly clean but had a very musty odor- especially the sheets. No proteins involved with breakfast.

It was nice quiet. People are friendly.

Check in was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ok. No real issues except the toilet that has to be flushed a few times before the tissue went down. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room was not like it looked online. The refrigerator was nasty. The bathroom was nasty. The room had a funny smell. It was an experience and I can say I will not book there again.

Economy wise, Facilities and services, it is a worthy property to stay in Niagara Falls NY. Thanks to the property staff, they are really good.

Will never take a room on the ground, we can’t sleep because the room above us are loud and walking all night. Otherwise the hotel and the staff are friendly specially John, a good recommendation where to eat.

The rooms were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. One of the towels in the bathroom was damaged.

For the price the stay was adequate. Very limited front parking, but there is parking in the back. It’s kind of creepy parking in the back lot, I wouldn’t want to be back there alone. Our room was good and clean, but the tub stopper didn’t work so the water constantly drained out of the tub making showers the only option. The rooms have fridges, but there is only one microwave and it is in the hotel lobby for everyone to use. Breakfast is cold continental with limited options. The pearl of the stay was the night time staff. She was absolutely sweet but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She deserves a raise though. She’s great!! Hotel could use some updating, but I would stay here again as it convenient to food and shopping.

This property is not a nice place to stay at

The disinfectant smell was quite prominent and showed that cleanliness was a clear priority at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modernised and very comfortable. There was a fridge, ironing board, small table and extra pillows in the room. All great additions. There was also coffee making facilities but unfortunately no stir sticks were provided to stir the hot coffee. We would have given a 5 star rating apart from the fact that we were constantly woken by our telephone which kept ringing throughout the night. When we complained at checkout, we were told that there was an issue with the phone system on the second floor and as a result, they couldn't rent out any rooms on that floor. Clearly, this isn't only a problem on the second floor. We didn't get much sleep at all, missed breakfast because we were so tired, it ruined our day the next day and we weren't even offered a discount for having no sleep or food. Such a pity.

Nice location and clean

Our room was right beside the breakfast kitchen it was so loud when staff started setting up opening & slamming the cupboards. The rat of our morning was less noisy when guests used the kitchen

Hey stay was great, however to replace the mattresses to more of a comfort pillow top would be great for guests, especially the older guests and those with back problems, as those mattresses are painful to sleep on and feels like cement. However other than that, everything was great.

This property was absolutely filthy. Bathroom had mold everywhere and shower head was held up with a washcloth covered in mold. Walls around sink and toilet had awful stains and smelled very bad.

I’m going to make super 8 my go to hotel. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast.

Didn’t expected this property to be above my expectations. It cannot match 5 star hotels, however it actually exceeded what i anticipated before coming.

It was ok. Nothing fancy and more than I would have liked to pay. It was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was very limited. It is a tourist area so expect to pay more, unfortunately.

It served the purpose of a layover destination for our family.

I came and stayed for one night with my girlfriend, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really spacious and clean, and when John checked us in, he was so full of life! There areany shops in the area, dpeneding on the need. As far as toiletries, you're given soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but no toothpaste, which was a minor inconvenience for us.

Easy parking and quite neighborhood. However, they need to clean the pool more often, it looks green just by looking at the water.

The front desk staff was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. The front staff was very accommodating. The room was musty, had mold and the beds were worn down to the springs. I have traveled too many places and stayed in many different motels and hotels and never had to pay so much for such a worn down room. Very disappointed in the rooms. Very thankful we had wonderful staff.

Kids playing in hallways all hours. Had to ask desk clerk at 12:15am to remind people above us they had other guests under them to stop bouncing on the floor- he didnt care. Breakfast area was so dirty- had to leave to get food. Back door wasnt locked, bathroom had dirt streaks on the floor and counter- spit on mirror. Beds had HUGE divot in middle had to sleep on edges. Noise level was UN REAL loud with. slamming doors and conversations could be heard from hall and rooms away at all hours, desk clerk was too busy playing on his phone- will NEVER stay there again, and tell others to avoid.

The motel was mostly clean. One issue we had was that a bed bug was found on our sheets on the last night of our stay. We were offered to use a substitute room that evening which was appreciated. The issue was that the substitute room had a smell of cigarettes. The manager the next moring was helpful and agreed to make it right which was greatly appreciated. We are waiting for expedia to follow through in offering us compensation.

The door did not shut properly without pushing it shut. The bathroom door scraped the floor and stuck partially open, no hand towels, not enough soap for a shower, floors were filthy, no handicap commode or handicap grab bars, no comfortable chair only a table with hardback chairs, did not have hot breakfast even though stated a full breakfast, just generally a rundown hotel. Definitely one of the worst hotels we stayed in. Would not recommend.

Desk attendant very pleasant and helpful

It was an old room and ok to stay for a couple of days. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work. If you are staying more than 2 days, you would want something more comfortable.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was super friendly and very helpful when it came to leading us to fun activities and good food. The neighborhood is nice with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. We will be staying again.

I had stayed in other Super 8 and it was a good experience so I hoped it will be a good one again and it didn't disappoint. Pool was great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed several nights but they didn't come in and make the beds or add clean towels. Staff was amazing. Check in and out was quick and easy. Would definitely return.
