Reviews
The hotel has a good location with easy access to shopping and dining. However, cleanliness is a major concern as many guests have reported dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The staff's professionalism and service are also inconsistent.
- Good location
- Value for money
- Poor cleanliness
- Inconsistent staff service and professionalism

The smell of the hotel was horrible and the hallway was super hot the room seemed a little out dated the balcony was scary

very bad room, unclean floor, there were any pet hair on the floor and the table. insects were crawling on the walls. very very unclean hotel, never booking this hotel again literally there were insects crawling on the walls, the most unclean hotel i have ever visited
- 5/5
The only issue is the cleanliness, which is very poor—completely unacceptable, especially the bathroom.

The front.staff The room was dirty with trash under the bed there where hand prints on the headboard some type of food melted in the draw and scum around the tub
- 2.5/5
The location The dirty floors. Cleaning rags left on rr counter. The bed was absolutely horrible, felt ever spring and made lots of noise when rolling over. The walls need a good cleaning. 1 trash can, like really no one in the restroom also.
- 4/5
All good. The toilet smells.

Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign. She told him it’ll have to wait until morning because she doesn’t know where they keep the stuff. Then when I checked i walked down the hall to my room. There was dog poop in the hallway. I entered my room and was taken back. The floors were sticky and dirty. The walls had dark marks on them. The head board of one of the beds had white stuff on them. The sheets on both beds had dog hair on them. The only good thing was the water in the shower was hot and the microwave was clean. I will not ever being staying at another red roof in. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- 2/5
The beds are crap, old bathrooms, a/c dirty and with bad odor
- 4/5
Unable to open or go to balcony. Its good if it is possible

Nothing this place was disgusting. Prostitutes and drug dealers in the parking lot. Trash cans overflowing and garbage blowing around everything. We couldn't believe that such a place was even advertised on booking.com. we tried to cancel our booking but the guy at the front desk was so rude and just didn't care about the condition of the facility or safety of the guest. Tried to cancel online and was told I missed the 2pm cut off time( it was 2:11 when I got on the site) Needless to say we did not stay and did not get a refund. This is the first time I haven't bought the extra insurance. Lessons Learned... The FACT that Booking.com would list such a place on their site.

Good location and a clean room. Fair price. This 8lis a good budget-minded place to sray if you just need a clean place sleep. No frills, but quite clean.rooms are larger than most.

If whoever reads this was every on active duty regular component military service or lived in a college dorm will understand why I refuse to crap talk the Red Roof Inn Company. Given my current circumstance's and situation, very fortunate to have shelter instead of paying a "homeless 'shelter'." The LLC that owns the specific Red Roof Inn Franchise I stayed at should get the parent company to SECURE FINANCING AND GOOD DEBT(S)' FOR REMODILING AND SECURED COLLATERALIZED CASH FLOW.

The door locks lol The covers did not look clean, like make up was on it... There were burns in the covers. Our bathroom sink was clogged.. tissues on the floor under the bed. We weren't to get snacks from the vending machine and there were like 3 things, I'm sure all expired lol

It was very clean, there was a balcony. Parking and finding the place was very easy. You also can mirror your phone from the TV if you have an app. The lady at the front desk seemed kind of rude. There were a couple of stains on the top comforter. But then that clean.

Price was cheaper than most but NO VALUE for money, being dirty and smoke-ridden. Location quiet. Shower had good water pressure. Checking in, I had to look at 5 rooms before they could give me one that was clean and the refrigerator worked. The room window opened only with great force and despite no smoking signs everywhere, there was a disgusting amount of weed and cigarette smoke odor. Hallway was noisy with people talking and smoking late into the night. I have traveled around a lot and am used to all kinds of accommodations and have never complained. Awful experience.

AC was good
- 2/5
The room was very clean, however, the furniture was very hard and uncomfortable and we could hear everything from the rooms upstairs, to our sides and in the hallway.
- 1/5
The sheets had stains on them. Mood by the bottom of fridge & fridge did not work! Don’t even stay in room 30 min. Left and went to another hotel!
- 1/5
It wasn’t very clean. Looked way better in pics online than in person. Didn’t feel very secure.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and tidy no complaints
- 4/5
The room was a bit cold because but everythong wàs fine.
- 5/5
Room was fine thanks
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
not very clean
- 5/5
Rooms were very accommodating, clean, and the staff was terrific.
- 4/5
My room allotted was not cleaned but the staff gave me a fresh room but with no apologies on the wrong allocation. Parking space and dining options are great.
- 2/5
Cobwebs all over the room. Shower wouldn’t drain. Outlets wouldn’t work. Had a musty smell.
- 4/5
Vending machines were mostly out of stock
- 5/5
Needs some repairs and upgraded Also valet carts would be very helpful too.
- 5/5
Except someone parked in a handicapped spot who wasn't handicapped. I questioned her about it, and she said it was okay because she was an employee. She had several small children with her and what a horrible example she was setting for them. Totally lazy and inconsiderate. if I owned the hotel, she would no longer be an employee, if in fact she truly was.
- 4/5
Very convenient for the price, room was huge and clean.
- 2/5
The bathroom toilet had feces left in the toilet the tub had a razor and shaving cream from the previous people in it. There were flies in the room. When we checked in the person at the front desk was not pleasant. The hallways smelled like dirty mop water. Overall the worst experience I have ever had .
- 5/5
The staff were really friendly and kind. The room was clean, and I especially liked that the bathroom had plenty of extra towels in different sizes. All the room amenities worked perfectly. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return for another affordable holiday!
- 1/5
For $300/night this is a nightmare. No breakfast, indoor pool, no lotion, uncleaned bathroom, no sofa, felt like motel instead of hotel.
- 1/5
This is the most dirty hotel I have ever been to. The was very very dirty, bed was from previous guests, towels were literally dirty to the level when someone washed the floor with them. Dust and dust everywhere in the corridors, in the rooms and outside. We insisted on room change, new room was a bit better but for example toilet and bathtub were yellow (no one ever washes them !!!!!!). I understand it is not expensive hotel but in such condition it should be illegal to operate as a hotel/motel for the owners. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER staying here!!!
- 1/5
Terrible did not recommend.
- 1/5
Exposed outlet by the bed! (Fire hazard) Safety? Think again. The side doors were unlocked no keycard requred or even installed and theyre not watched so anyone can enter the property. And the room lock on the door, barely attached, screws were all stripped on the door and the latch was cracked. A simple kick would nock the door down. Never staying again. Expectations were already low for a red roof inn but this one is deplorable.
- 5/5
It was exactly and the stuff was great
- 5/5
👍
- 2/5
In the bathroom And a female staff that greeted us had no social skills.
- 1/5
Very rude and nasty service.
- 4/5
Internet access not so great but overall experience better than the last time I stayed at this Red Roof Inn.
- 5/5
Everything is fine
- 4/5
Red roof inn has become my standard to compare others. But this one fell a little short with their posted signs and what really happens. They post that house keeping will be done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but the room must be empty, great. Checked in on Tuesday, made sure I was out of the room early on Wednesday, came back around 10 pm, no house keeping was done. Friday rolls around and once again, I made it a point to be out early for house keeping, returned about 5 pm to get ready for my reunion, no house keeping again, went to the front desk and asked if house keeping could get my room in an hour. Went back to the room and jumped in the shower, house keeping came and opened the door to the safety latch, I stepped out and let them know they were an hour early and continued to get ready. Opened the bathroom door and to my surprise, they left the door open. So I had to close it before I was able to even walk into the room. Very poor communication with house keeping, and very poor work ethics by house keeping. No aside from house keepings lacking, the rest of the stay was great, no smell of smoke in the room, the room was clean, and over all it was quiet. Everything I needed to get to was close and easy access. The location was perfect as it should be, being that this was a Howard Johnson's for almost 50 years.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay on a budget close to everything
- 5/5
The room was clean and cozy enough for us. No complaints at all.
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
Tired building.
- 1/5
The staff refused to provide towels, bedding, and a working television remote. I was told by the woman at the desk that she went into the laundry room once and that if we didn’t get everything needed then that was it due to her not being able to get into the laundry room because the door was broken or she was not able to work the lock, key, or handle. It was something to do with the mechanics. To be told that after spending all that money, that is ridiculous!!
- 4/5
Good one pls go for it .
- 1/5
Poor service, place smelled like cigarette smoke. And was loud threw out rhe evening
- 1/5
It should have been clear upon arrhval that this was going to be a bad stay. Utterly disheveled property. Got into the room after going through dirty carpeted hallway and stairs to a room that was sloppy and dated. We checked the beds for bugs but didn't see them right away. Opted to sleep on top of the bedding. Still, woke up to at least 4 bed bugs in one of the beds. It was 4 a.m. and we got the hell out. Told the front desk and asked for a refund, told no manager on site. We are traveling across the country to bring my daughter to school in California amd were so excited to see Niagra Falls. Never again will we stay at a Red Roof Inn.
- 2/5
This is a very old hotel. You hear every single door slam and every single thing going on outside. If you want a good night's sleep you better bring earplugs for sure. Cleanliness is not very good either. There was no coffee in the lobby to get and there is no breakfast at this place.
- 4/5
It’s good
- 5/5
All good . Great service. Thank you.
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious and great for my two dogs. Even though the property was older…it was very clean and the grounds well kept. I really enjoyed having close dining options and easy access to the highway and shopping! I’ve stayed here a few times now and I would recommend it to anyone traveling with pets!
- 1/5
Bathroom was dirty, shower leaked into bedroom area, staff never cared, just asked if we wanted another room. Awful experience will never go back and certainly will never recommend!
- 2/5
Rooms are like very old, patchy walls, Broken switchboards and bathroom tiles. Bathrooms not have proper vantaion.
- 3/5
It was less expensive but ended up being budget and cheap.
- 3/5
Location was good, however when we arrived after dinner, we discovered our room was not air conditioned prior to our arrival, so was hot, humid, and smelled. Once we got the AC on, room was OK after 30 minutes. Bed is hard, linen average at best. we paid $200 CAD, so was disappointing.
- 1/5
It was absolutely filthy. I would bet the sheets hadn’t been changed . One of the nastiest hotels I have ever been in
- 4/5
location and pool
- 2/5
Hotel is very well located. Closed to Niagara Falls. Facility is old; pool was dirty; no remote control for tv. Only 2 towels for 4 people in the room. Could not sleep because people park at night with loud music and there was a big argument going on outside of the hotel’s parking lot.
- 4/5
Nice comfortable stay.
- 2/5
Not so good.
- 4/5
Glass Sliding door was unable to lock.
- 4/5
This hotel was clean and fair price. Close to lots of places to eat and shop. Short drive to Niagara Falls. Pet friendly and a plus for us.
- 3/5
Water not going in wash room’s properly. But it is not too good. Just okay to stay in short time for break / take rest few hours then booking is advisable(not suggestible for many days)
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Reasonably priced with an excellent location—truly a place anyone would love in terms of convenience. However, the management really needs to address a few things. The balcony was dirty, with broken locks, which was disappointing. The room lighting was extremely dim, making the space feel gloomy. Basic amenities like hand wash and decent soap were missing, which is surprising because they’re not costly to provide. Also, the TV in the room felt like it was from the 90s—upgrading to a smart TV would definitely improve the guest experience. Also they should keep pool water clean but it’s not that clean. On the positive side, their check-in and check-out process was very flexible, which I really appreciated.
- 1/5
It was the most worst stay . The property was very bad. The rooms were dirty. The bathroom were so bad. I coukd see moukd at many places. The waals are paper thin. There was only coffee in the name of free breakfast. The towels were dirty. The crowd living here were very shady. I had a 1 year old with me abd was scared the whole night due to the noises coming from neighboring rooms and outsode. I wouod never refer this hotel to anyone.
- 3/5
Easy check in/check out. The room and the bathroom floor Could have used a better cleaning/deodorizing. Great for the price. Stayed with the dogs. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Front doors are loosly attached to logs, Patio sliding door is not completly locked. Housekeeping service is good.
- 3/5
Hallways could be cleaner. Room scent can be fresher.
- 3/5
There was hair in the bathroom Floor was dirty
- 3/5
the price to high the services was ok thank you.
- 3/5
Loved the 3 beds in one room
- 1/5
I booked two deluxe rooms for one night and was very disappointed with the overall experience. One of the rooms had a clogged basin, while the other had a non-functional fridge and microwave. Cleanliness was a major issue—there were visible stains on the comforter, and the bathroom tissue holder fell off when I tried to use it. The open area had an unpleasant odor, and although the swimming pool was advertised as open, we were told it wasn’t working. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided in the rooms; only after asking did we receive two. I paid $193 for both rooms, but the quality of service and amenities was far below expectations. Not satisfied at all.
- 3/5
Average
- 4/5
The price is convincing enough to justify the quality of the room
- 1/5
Hotel itself is very nice. Internet was not great.
- 1/5
I’ve stayed in a trap house in better condition than this hotel.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 1/5
I’d just like to start by saying that when we first entered the room, it looked great… until we settled in. There are two water bottles beside the microwave that have obviously been opened and someone has drank out of them.. they are still there as I don’t touch them because that’s disgusting. The mirrors and the windows have handprints on them that have never been cleaned clearly and the wall behind the toilet has some sort of dried blood stain as well as the curtains. Not to mention that all the towels have black curly hair attached to them and they’re full of yellow stains and when you try to dry yourself they come off on you… the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and honestly if it weren’t for us having to stay tonight, I would never ever sleep in the bed because god only knows when the last time it was washed
- 3/5
My room smelt like dog pee and the floors were filthy…
- 5/5
Everything
- 1/5
This was the same quality you would expect at a homeless shelter. Everything wasfalling apart. Nothing was comfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The phone was missing the cable and the room wasnt stocked.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean and we felt safe. It is very close to restaurants and shopping
- 3/5
Having easy parking was a plus. Close to Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, our bathrooms were super dirty, the bathtub had a piece of tape holding together the soap dispenser that was about to fall. We didn’t feel safe taking a shower because of how dirty the bathtub and walls were.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was prompt to attend to this issue.
- 5/5
This place is disgusting. It smells like mold. The tub has no plug but you don't have to worry about that because the bathtub doesn't drain. There's exposed electrical cords going from one room to another room down the hall where I tripped it just is just disgusting!
- 3/5
A hotel needs a lot of work
- 2/5
Room was ok. Not cleaned the best, used shampoo bottle left in shower and medication from previous occupant found on the floor.
- 5/5
We would stay again
- 1/5
clean staff need improvement .. front desk .no one there you call no one answer
- 1/5
There were roaches and service was horrible. Not worth the money
- 5/5
Affordable and convent for Niagara. Not luxury but clean and it gets the job done.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
I had a horrible experience. We checked in late at night, and my wife found a cockroach in the room; we didn't have an option to vacate the hotel and reported it to the front desk. The front desk person changed the room, but it was no use; we found another cockroach after waking up in the morning. This place is very old, and we felt a weed smell all over the place. The ambiance of the hotel is very old, and the rooms and bathrooms do not even look like a 2-star hotel. While checking out, I discussed the same thing with the front desk lady; she was pretending not to report the cockroach issue earlier. She lied to me straight on my face. As per the description, they don't provide BF, but they provide coffee, and I don't see it available. I am not sure, why this hotel is not rated properly on Hotels.com and Expedia.com.
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean and the staff treated us well! The room did have cigarette smell in it, but besides that it was great. I was able to spray some perfume and couldn’t really smell the smoke after that! I would stay again if I was in the area. Nice to have the shopping areas near by.
- 5/5
They accommodated me for a last min stay
- 2/5
The room is okay roomy. But it’s dusty. And the bathroom no good is filthy.
- 1/5
Room was run down and dirty.
- 2/5
They did not come for cleanup. Trash was full.
- 3/5
There was no iron and everything looks out dated
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay there. Very quiet and clean
- 1/5
Not happy with Expedia but on top of that our room smelled so gross. At 1130 at night adults and a small child were loud in the hall for several minutes. The shower was walk in and horribly made and leaked on the floor into the living area. The gentleman at the counter seemed nice but everything else was horrible for the 300 some oddfollars I oaid.
- 1/5
The only good thing about the property is the proximity to Target plaza. Terrible experience
- 3/5
I got what I paid for. The sheets were stained and the spigot was rusty. It wasn’t the worst. The facilities in that area are older, but it was only 5 minutes from my destination.
- 4/5
I wish I would have requested an accessible room the stairs were a bit much with my luggage and bad knees elevator would take this place to the next level pun intended
- 5/5
Staff
- 1/5
Super dark, very dirty! The bed cover has stains on it. The bathroom has molds. I'm very disappointed!
- 2/5
You get what you pay for…right away there was a large bug crawling on the bathroom wall. I inspected the room for any more bugs but didn’t find any. There were 3 of us staying and only 2 towels so had to ask for more. There were 2 less than half rolls of TP in the bathroom and no extra rolls in the room. The shower water did not get warm until almost 5 minutes and then went from slightly room temp to scalding hot and took several adjustments to get to warm. You could also hear the next doors toilet flush through the wall. For an 8 hr stay we made it work but for $200 we would not stay again.
- 3/5
Very basic
- 3/5
You can tell that the hotel was trying to renovate the rooms. They are trying to make them better but they still have some work to do. The room they assigned us first smelled like smoke and was grunge so we asked for a different one. The front desk person was nice enough to assign us a different one. The second was better. The rooms were big and you didn’t feel like you were on top of the other people in your room. I guess pets are welcome and the people next to us had a dog that would not stop barking. Breakfast was not included even though it said it was.
- 1/5
Awful experience, staff is rude , neighborhood kids were allowed to use outside pool , they were cussing and ruining property . We couldn’t figure out all the bite marks on us including my 3 year old , BED BUGS that’s why , I asked for refund and was told no ,,, awful place do not stay here !!!!!
- 3/5
Not worth $300/night by any stretch of the imagination.
- 3/5
Very dirty, floors, bathroom in general, no coffee machine, windows dirty. No chairs to sit. Phone didn't work. The reception person was nice. Thank God was only one night i paid for
- 3/5
Good location, close for everything shopping, restaurants, etc..
- 4/5
When we entered the room, it seemed clean at first and then I found a dirty empty coffee cup near the sofa chair. The room had all the necessary amenities you could ask for in a night's stay. The bed is soft and not as firm we would have liked. My wife was concerned about bed bugs but there were none. This place is by far a major improvement from the America's Best Value Inn it had replaced.
- 3/5
Not clean, dust everywhere, lots of hair on the bed sheets and towels, carpet not vacuumed, staff was fine
- 5/5
Nice room. Family sized room with 3 beds.
- 1/5
Furthermore, the rooms depicted in the photos during the reservation process looked significantly different from what I found upon arrival. The discrepancy between the expectations created and the reality of the facilities is notable and disappointing. I expect immediate action to rectify these issues and provide me with a suitable solution. I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution
- 4/5
Great location for exploring the area, but not in an ideal area, nor was the cleanliness up to par. Covering stains doesnt mean guests wont see them. Just saying, new pillows and clean bedding would go a long way. Lastly, the overwhelming scent of febreeze just gives us a headache, if it stinks, clean it, dont cover it up.
- 5/5
It was very clean all around, but one thing I have to say is that the patio door should be cleaned. It’s always nice to look out a clean window. Otherwise I would give it all a five star.
- 5/5
Exelente
- 3/5
Par for the course next to a landfill. Clean enough, but nothing fancy.
- 4/5
Room was nice, decent price, pet friendly.
- 2/5
The room smelled like smoke, it looked dirty and unkept. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
The washrooms was horrible with blockage and looks like they never cleaned the washrooms after the previous guest leave the room
- 4/5
Need to mordernize the facility.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
Good basic accommodations staff by very helpful employees. This is a very basic, no frills hotel but at a reasonable price.
- 5/5
This is nice. Wall clock is recommended . TV with WiFi is recommended
- 3/5
The whole hall was very dirty, in the room dirt on the floor ,paint peeling off walls ,back patio was to hard to open ,the pillows really sucked ,wouldn't be staying there again
- 1/5
Not what we were excepting. Bathroom tub didn’t look like it was clean. Very old hotel. place smelled like smoke. Would not go back.
- 2/5
Kind of old hotel. AC old , bathroom fixtures old. Our tub was clogging. Staff was very responsive and location is very good, have many things at walking distance. Niagra falls was only 15 mins drive. Overall dont expect too much its just a budget hotel.
- 2/5
Toilet top was down and when I raised Surprise!!! Full of 💩💩💩💩💩💩 What???? I was too tired to move, flush it, grave my gloves(alway carry them, work in healthcare) soap and small towels AND CLEAN IT!!! I’m not placing a picture is that! Also, didn’t feel safe in the area! People smocking mariguana outside the hotel. I have cameras on my car, was checking through the night.
- 3/5
Floor is dirty
- 1/5
My room was dirty coming out the hotel there was a dead rat
- 4/5
the location is good!
- 2/5
It’s value for money, just that fix the lights in the room, toiletries need to be checked if it’s available and the corridors are very noisy that too extremely late at nighy
- 3/5
There is no elevator in the hotel and it was relatively badly repaired. Almost every room had something wrong with it.
- 4/5
It was a good experience here stayed two nights would recommend.
- 3/5
very noisy
- 4/5
A typical corporate chain motel with a clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower with shampoo and soap. The night manager was not on the desk when I checked in but came promptly after I called. The heating unit is old and noisy. The rate was competitive and attractive.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and the property was older but clean. We had 2 rooms and both were comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We will be back in the summer to use the pool!
- 4/5
Great people! Poor cleanliness of the room
- 1/5
When given the key to room after checking I entered the room which had not been cleaned bathroom a mess unflushed toilet disgusting Bed unmade towels tossed around . Returned to front desk no one there called again and was given a clean room with no apologies given!
- 5/5
One night stay in this Red Roof - and very pleased. Clean, newly renovated, comfortable and very affordable!
- 2/5

The area is accessible to shopping outlet and so many restaurants around the area.

It looked like the surfaces in the room had not been cleaned. The bathtub had hair in it. The windows to outside haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We found a used, dirty t-shirt in behind the bed mattress. We had to get toilet paper from the front desk, there were less than a 1/4 roll left for us.

My wife and little dog was in the area to see the falls. Hotel was very clean. It is greatly located in a community where walking our dog was very convenient. Also right next to Bob Evans restaurant where we were able to walk over and eat breakfast & dinner. Would stay again when traveling with pets

The only concern I had was the fact that, while laminate flooring is easier to clean, the whole hotel was very echo-y. We could hear kids from the other hallway in there room while we were in ours, and in order to not disturb other guests, the tv had to be so low we couldn't hear it ourselves. This does not make for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

The room was nice but the bathroom was dirty. It didn’t seem clean nor did the shower look clean

it was a terrible experience . the bed sheets was dirty and the mattress cover too . there is no privacy you can hear people flushing the toilette all night long . there was no hairdryer no iron no water heater to make coffee or tea . we will never book with red roof inn again

It was terrible. The whole complex smells like cigarette smoke. The room was dirty, the bed linen was dirty, spiders everywhere on the ceiling corners and last but not least bugs without end. We moved out immediately. I can only advise anyone not to stay there.

It advertised as having a pool which they do but it looks like it hasn't been open since last year. When we open the shower a lot of brown stuff came out before clean water. Would not recommend it for the money I paid

is no other option for you to stay in the area. It was the cleanest hotel, could us some attention to the carpet and the lighting in the parking lot and hall ways.

The room was good for the age of the property. Staff were very friendly, the only comment I could make was doors to the outside were left open

Everything was good except the bath room door could not be locked. Also the door was very tight to open or close.

This is my second time. I have no complaints.

No coffee, no elevators, didn't get our room cleaned one of the days. Will probably never stay at another Red Roof Inn again, this franchise use to be much better ...

Room was very dated and building did not feel like it was safe or in a safe area of the town. Sheet were stained and didn’t seem clean.

No glasses in the room, sink didn't drain, no kleenex, tub drained slow. Tv didn't work very well. Didn't clean out room on the 3rd day. Had to go ask for towels to shower. No place to hang your your towels in the restroom.

Checkin: Just give them your name sign a paper get your keycard and that’s it, they don’t ask for ID or anything to verify is you. Room 234; was just dirty, I walked with my white socks and they turned black. Underneath the bed it was visible dirt. The cover sheet was dirty the sheet seems clean between the mattress it was dirty. I took a wet white towel to clean the desk inside the room dirty! Balcony: Extremely dirty don’t step out. Bathroom: The tub had hair and the toilet had yellow stains, the towel was dirty and stained, very cheap towel too by the way. They offer free breakfast but how can you take advantage of breakfast if the rooms are dirty? You have free self-parking. In the area, you have Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks within walking distance. Checkout: just drop your key card.

It could’ve been better for the price. But we understand that we visited an expensive area.
