    Our room had a disgusting cigar smell to it. We repoted it and asked for another room. The only thing they would do for us was to heavily spray it with lysol which didn't work except for a second. It was so disgusting it ruined out while trip. Location was great, bar was good, price was OK but would never stay here again because all the good was ruined by the cigar smoke smell in this "non smoking" hotel.

    “Parking included” means when available. Once the lot is full you have to pay to park in the public garage down the street. Room was ok, never saw a maid but there was an unlocked maid’s closet with supplies.

    The hotel is centrally located close to the falls. It's extremely popular with certain foreign visitors. Cleanliness seems to be a chronic issue, for example, chicken bones were left on the corridor floor for the two nights we spent. The free breakfast is okay, but the cafe floor is not kept clean. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. The value for the price is good.

    Good for a budget stay where your just sleeping and showering. Price was fair and a good value but dont have high expectations. The location is absolutely petfect, just a block from the main entrance to state park (the star of the area). The surrounding area outside of the park was meh, old school touristy eateries/Souvenirs, nothing great. The room was clean but small. No signs of bugs. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet for the most part. The elevators worked fine, but it wasn't crowded when we were there. The building itself seems to have some deferred maintenance areas due to age of the building. The breakfast is as described, but the eating area, bar and restuarant area are not so great. They kept the breakfast well stocked but were running out of certain items. Breakfast still a decent bonus to not have to buy breakfast elsewhere. The bar was never open the whole time we were there for 5 days (??). Most staff were friendly. They need more luggage carts for sure. For us it worked fine as a cheap budget option since we were not in the room very much.

    It was our wedding anniversary, and I did not receive the room that I booked through Booking.com. I reserved a room with a king-size bed for my wife and me, and a separate room for the children with two beds. When we arrived, the room provided was not what I had booked. I made a complaint to Booking.com because the booking was not honored. This situation caused stress and disappointment on a very special occasion for my family.     The hotel room was very good sized!! Clean & so close to Niagara Falls! The price was amazing!!!! The desk staff when we checked in on June 2nd was so helpful and kind!! Very very welcoming. The check out staff on June 3rd was also so sweet & everything went so smooth! Definitely going to be our go to hotel!!

    The rooms are not upkeep. Doors do not close/seal properly. Carpet needs cleaning. Maintenance is needed for the sink, shower, and toilet. You get what you pay for, I guess.

    We stayed two nights the first week of June 2026 and lived the location. It is within walking distance of Niagara Falls and many different dining options. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy, but the attention to detail was very lacking. Our room was clean and the lobby area looked great, but the remainder of the property was dirty. There was food all over the floors in the dining area and the breakfast was can overload—just breads, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. It was good enough for the two nights, but for a major tourist location I was surprised to see the property so unkempt.

    The service at this hotel was hurtful. We were not welcomed, they did not wanted to talk to us to give the parking space and key room. They said we dont have a booking and when they found out we did, no one apologized for the mistake they made. After that, they said there is no free parking for us due to limited parking spaces and we have to park out of pocket to park at a garage. Then they had just immediate customer for who they went out and look for parking , and as they saw it full they said them there is another parking of the hotel which has an opening for them. When we talked about our parking they said first come basis and what they did after was so racist. I and my family has never felt like this before at a hotel. We then went to checkout and talked about this and no one apologized for the behaviour, they gave me a manager name and hotel number to contact as they were unavailable on weekend. I called them and they said I can only contact the hotel through booking .com and will not be able to talk to their manager about my concerns directly.

    I liked how close it was to the American falls and the Canadian border me and my wife spent almost every day in Canada The room was tinnier the expected and had an off smell to especially if you turned on the ac or heat The parking situation is ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL and hotel staff didn’t seem to be enforcing the towing rule as every night there were cars in spots ment for guests that did not have a car tag on them And staffs only suggestion was to go pay and park at a nearby lot with no remedy or reimbursement for paying for said parking Lastly the bed felt like I was sleeping on a stone slab it was actually so bad my wife and I elected to use the pull out couch bed because it was softer needless to say when we come back to Niagara Falls we will be staying in Canada they have way nicer hotels and venues for us

    Nothing This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The description online along with the pictures were completely false advertising. The hotel stunk when you first walked in. Everything was dark and gloomy. When we got to our room we immediately called and asked them to come and at least vacuum as that hadn’t been done. There were loose ceiling tiles, sauce on the door and curtains, mismatched bed sheets that I did not even feel comfortable sleeping on, dirty shower, dead bugs on the ac unit, dresser drawers that wouldn’t close, no hand soap, the list goes on and on. I looked for other lodging right away and was unable to find anything so we opted to stay the night after speaking to the staff and being assured the room would be cleaned the next day. One of the reasoned we picked this hotel was the 3 restaurants on site (Legends bar and grille, Starbucks and papa John’s) the only thing open was the papa John’s. The next day we went down for breakfast which consisted of a bagel and some yogurt. The coffee machine and juice machines were inoperable. We left the hotel for the day and upon arrival the room still wasn’t cleaned. It was at this point I made another complaint and was told “they’ll for sure be there to clean tomorrow and if not then you can complain”. I had enough and we checked out but not without being charged another night because we “didn’t check out before 11”. I am highly disappointed and will be leaving reviews on every platform I can find and include all the pictures I took of the disgraceful room!

    This hotel was very clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to pretty much everything. All employees we encountered were polite and professional. Only thing hard was the parking as the lots are quite small. I would recommend and stay here again.

    The property description on Expedia claimed that they have elevator. But there are many room with numbers in the range 1xx that do not have elevator access. Imagine the plight of the people with disabilities and/or with lot of luggage to reach these rooms!

    I had to check out early due to family emergencies and the staff told me to contact the company I booked with for a refund then denied the fact that I did indeed checked out early, even after I submitted proof that I did. This hotel is desperate for money. Do not book.

    This hotel is in a great location, close to everything. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Gabriel who was super helpful. We crossed back and forth to Canada and were surprised by how convenient everything was, especially for the price. Also, the housekeepers here must take pride in their work because the sheets, towels, and pillowcases were all super clean and soft. They do clean your room daily, but you have to request it. Honestly, since COVID, this has become the norm almost everywhere—you must ask for housekeeping service. We are a family of four and had no issues staying here.

    It was a terrible experience in this hotel "Quality" Inn, the blanket was dirty and stained, the sink was covered, the towels had a bad smell and the pool was with cloudy water, it smelled of urine, mine room was on the 3rd floor, when you got out of the elevator it had a smell of marihuana and smoke, it was a very bad experience, I never go back and the breakfast was terrible 🚫🚫🚫😡☹️

    Parking was another major issue. There was no available parking, and we did not receive the promised discount, even though the hotel email stated: “We have two parking lots available for your convenience. Two directly by the hotel and one City ramp if those two are full (Please bring your ticket for validation for unlimited in and out privileges for the same low price). Please note that all hotels in Niagara Falls are required by law to charge a parking fee, but are authorized to give you 50% off.” Despite this, the front desk outright refused to provide any discount. The breakfast hall was dirty, and honestly, I question how it passes health inspections, if there are any. The thermostat controls on the HVAC unit also did not work and were stuck at 68 degrees the entire stay. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

I was the victim of a theft ( a large amount of money) by front desk employee whom I identified (I caught him leaving my room). He ran away and didn't finished his shift. He took advantage of the fact that I went downstairs to get coffee at the reception because the coffee machine in my room was inusable. Neither the hotel manager nor Expedia responded appropriately to this terrible incident, which occured less than two hours after my arrival. The manager despite being informed did not even bother coming to the hotel to assess the situation or asking to speak with me by phone. Avoid this hotel ; I strongly advise foreign tourists against stayong here. I had to file a case report at Niagara Falls police department.

    The room was clean other than some white construction dust/debris along the edges of the floor. The bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, and I heard everything, and I mean everything, going on in the room next to mine. They were not overly loud, just the transmission of sound carried. It is possible this was an issue only with this one adjoining wall. The included breakfast was good and the coffee superb. There is a small pool and a hot tub which, if you happen to get there at the right time, are quite relaxing. Unfortunately, this is the one area of the hotel that needs serious attention. I did not see any staff go in there other than to stock towels once. Though there is proper large signage of common sense rules, that is in no way sufficient in this day and age to ensure a safe environment. There were adults diving into the pool (depth less than 5 feet), toddlers in the hot tub, children running around, all of which are dangerous. If this is representative of how it is year-round, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Parking is extremely limited. I got lucky and found a spot but others not so fortunate will need to seek out other places to put their vehicle on their own dime as the hotel does not validate for the full cost of off site parking.

    Place was very weathered. Windows were fogged with a permanent cloudiness that made it hard to see out of. There was stiff randomly scattered in bar area and other places around the lobby and entrance areas. Like they didn’t have enough storage. Staff was very friendly. But overall it was like staying in a 50 year old hotel that was on its way out because no one was doing up keep.

    Our room was large, well appointed and clean. The beds are new, though some of the fixtures could use updating. The front desk staff upon check in was very kind, welcoming and warm. He even remembered me by name when I went down later on to retrieve my Doordash order. Very affordable, and would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Niagara Falls.

    Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was in the middle of the night, we heard a bunch of water (we thought) right outside our window. In the morning when we got up, we saw that the whole window bay was soaked and roof above it was leaking. It didn't affect our stay as we were leaving anyway.

    The rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean but coolish, hot tub nice. Parking was free and didn't have any issue with getting in. We had some issue with the key cards and were offered a change of room, but the staff were willing to let us in whenever we needed it and we declined the change. Minimal hot breakfast but was fresh.     The staff was great but the halls were dim and just felt uneasy. The bathroom was so small you could have probably been sitting on the toilet while showering your legs. Also we were looking forward to the pool and it was open, well we thought then get down there to a letter saying it's getting cleaned after I called asking about the pool, where they didn't feel the need to share that info. Other then that's it's a good location pizza shop is on the bottom floor, there was a really nice scenic walking area, stores, close to the falls and you can see the casino lights which were really pretty.

    The room was good, not excellent. Nice frig, microwave, iron and ironing board. Beautiful furniture. Our room did not seem visited by any cleaning person during our 4 day 3 night stay. The pool area was much louder than I expected with a loud fan high on a wall near the roof. The hot tub was slightly cloudy with a tint of green but hot. The pool was warm, clean, clear, and well heated. Breakfast was better than I expected with scrambled eggs, two different types of sausages, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, all kinds of breads, raisin toast, bagels, fruit, and juices. So a mix of average to good.

    Room was in good condition, floor had a very strong smell of cigarettes. There were certain times were I would smell the cigarettes in my room. This just made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

    The amenities reflected a bar. This was not the case. There was an appearance of what would be a bar but it was not operating. This was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. If you don’t offer it don’t advertise it.

    Our 1st room was dirty, bed had dirt all in the sheets, fridge was hot and smelled and key didnt work l, housekeeping had to let us in. 2nd room was ok but extremely dated. Left at 7am for an event and asked the front desk to refresh with new towels, came back and keys didnt work again, had to go down to front desk to get new keys. Got into room and no one had been there to refresh towels as we asked. We tried the breakfast on day 1, there right at 7am and the eggs were cold, sausage was rubbery and all breads were hard and drinks were not filled. Very disappointing stay for sure!

    My boyfriend and I stayed at Quality Inn at the Falls in Buffalo, NY from December 28 to December 30, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The main reason we booked this hotel was the pool and hot tub, which were advertised on their page. Neither of them worked the entire stay. When we asked the front desk when they would be available, the staff had no idea and simply said the heater was broken. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. The breakfast was a joke. Choices were limited to old-looking bread/cereal and apples — that’s it. One day there was waffle mix, but when we asked for it the next morning (well within breakfast hours), we were told it was gone by 8 am, even though breakfast is advertised from 7 am to 10 am. The entire hotel smelled like weed, including the hallways. On top of that, our windows were leaking during the night, making the room cold and uncomfortable. The overall experience was so bad that we checked out early because we couldn’t tolerate it anymore. This hotel is poorly maintained, misleading in its advertising, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Not a bad experience, stayed one night. Booked a single queen and they put us in a double queen but they felt like double beds. The front desk guy, Gabe was SOOOO nice and did an amazing job. Definitely was the highlight of the stay. The hotel overall was much nicer outside the room but we for stay in the pet Devon which might be why. Very close top the falls. Would stay again.

    Room was dirty, no housekeeping, no one available at check in, breakfast was lousy-unappetizing conditions, all mirrors were cloudy, garbage on the floor from prior guests in the room. Went to use the Starbucks coupons provided at check in only to find the store was closed at 10AM, coffee caddy in the room was empty, no soap bars or cups in the room, public amenities were out of order- it was warmer outside at 22degrees, I could nit use the fitness area because they would not allow my 10 year old child to enter the facility with me, overall, LOUSY!

    Fridays contental breakfast was poor to say the least. Just muffans,beagles, and stuff to make waffles. The juice supply was very low. Then saturday complete 180. Bacon, eggs, sassage, pankakes, plenty of juice avail. Saturday morningnwas what i call a true contental breakfast. Also when pool is closed due to maintenance it needs to be listed as such across all booking places. Other than that great place to stay. Quiet and clean.

    The pool was not open due to maintenance. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the walls were very thin my next door neighbor had a kid that kept coming in and out of the room and slamming their door. We called the front desk and asked them if they could ask them to just not slam the door. Which did not happen. The only edible food they had at their breakfast was the waffles the eggs were dripping with water and the sausages were cold. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Staff was courteous. I didn't get the guys name but he worked the night shift that Saturday i stayed. They gave me room for the 1st floor when they saw i had a dog which was great cuz my mom was also with me but she was in a wheel chair. Weirdly the only way to get up there was a 8 flight step. They got working saw this and gave us room on the 2nd floor. Glad they had a extra room available. And thank you to the guy that helped.

    Terrible hotel experience. Selected this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Only after booking I was told I had to pay $20 per night to park. At check-in find out the pool was not functioning. This really sucked as it was the reason I booked this hotel & convinced my 10 year old to take the 7 1/2 hour 1-way drive for my business trip. The ice machine didn’t work all 3 days. The bathroom design was ridiculous—someone added a glass shower door that opens on the wrong side, so you can’t turn on the water without stepping in and getting soaked with cold water. The towels are next to the glass over the toilet, with no hooks near the shower opening. Late on the 2nd night there was no available parking. They didn't tell me I had to park 2 blocks away... and when I brought the ticket to get validated the machine that does that was broken. I was woken by a loud drip drip drip on the ceiling tiles near the window. Woke up and water poured in to the bay window. Went to the desk in the morning to get my parking ticket validated so I could get my car out, and it still wasn't working. Told to press intercom, but nobody answered, finally backed out to a different gate where I finally got out and ended this nightmare visit. Things break... I get it. But this hotel is in such total disrepair, & no way I believe that the pool pump had just gone down... making the whole thing false advertising and ruining my trip. I have traveled a lot, and no hotel has ever angered me more than this one.

    I booked and paid for a King Suite. Site said pet friendly-pay $30 per fee at the hotel. When I went to check in I was told I could only have a regular Queen room because they don’t allow pets in the suites or King rooms.     Stayed 2 nights. First night it poured with rain and window leaked badly all over window sill and air con unit. Also loo roll holder was falling off the wall and wasbasin tap handle was loose. Maintenance staff came in quickly.We asked to change rooms and staff were excellent about that. Second room was in good state of maintenance but sound proofing needs improving. Could hear other rooms TVs. Everything clean, heating/air con all worked and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was basic.

    Arrived originally around 3:00. No parking available. Girl at the desk directed me to a structure a ways away. I asked if I could check in to save having to drag my luggage from the structure.     Every single time I saw him, he was busy working, helping guests and keeping busy! He really made an impression on me! Very nice and helpful! It was obvious he loves his job! The location is great to the US Falls and park. The main downside is their parking. They have 1 small lot that is close, but always full, another one is somewhat close but small also, so if those are full, you have to use a public parking garage, down the street~ not good for a solo, older woman traveler. Breakfast was 'ok' during the week, cereal, waffles, toast..but MUCH better on weekend~scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes , fruit etc. They worked hard to keep it clean and stocked. Lots of places nearby to get something to eat or look at shops. Nice little sitting area outside, across from The Culinary Institute of Niagara Falls. All in all, I was happy with my stay. The main downside is the parking.

    Our stay was okay and was fine for our quick one night stay. Our room looked great at first however after we pulled our blanket’s back to get in bed we found several long dark black hairs on one of the beds. Our bathtub was kinda nasty looking so much so we all decided to just wait to shower at home and the toilet paper holder was so close to the toilet even my thin little daughter felt like she was going to sit on it. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the hot tub due to it being full all day and then closing at 10pm. Closing at 10pm is fine but you then have to choose between watching the fireworks at the falls or relaxing in the hot tub. The breakfast was great, many choices and was pretty tasty. The location of the hotel was great, loved that it was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. This is a really good thing because the parking situation is TERRIBLE and despite charging an arm and a leg for the not so special room they still charged you $20 per night to park. The worst part is you have to lug your items down the street , the parking garage does not have an elevator.

    We had an accessible room. The door into the room was extremely difficult to open. The floor was very sticky. The handicapped parking was not used properly.     Laundry room did not have change or soap machines. Had to ask for baby crib 4 times before getting it the 2nd day. 0 housekeeping visits for 6 night stay.     Our room was on the small end but had everything we needed. It was a cozy room for the 4 of us and we had a great time. The only downfall was the parking. What a pain but they made it as easy as they can. The parking garage on the other hand. We also did not enjoy the burger place downstairs. Very over priced and not clean. The hotel breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub were GREAT! It was so nice to rest our bodies after walking all over. The food truck outside, F Bites- YUM! The energy was amazing.

    Room was not very clean, there was a hole in the ceiling in the room we stayed at. The room had a weird smell to it. The carpet had two stains on the carpet. The staff were not very friendly and did not look professional with their clothing. The breakfast buffet was not good at all the food was cold and hard as a rock. People were grabbing things with their hands and not using the tongs. Because the hotel is connected to the outside world there was homeless people coming in and taking all the food and placing it into bags it was so disgusting. Not a hotel I would stay at again for sure!!

    Room was very very dirty! I didn't even want to shower it was covered I mildew and mold. Carpet was filthy! Check in was a absolute nightmare. And we had to park 2 blocks away.

    I loved everything, when I entered the hotel I felt a bad smell, and the bathroom downstairs was not very clean, I think that if they used a central or stronger aroma if they already have it. I would like them to put soap in the room. I loved the breakfast. With these details it would be the perfect hotel for me. I enjoyed it and recommended it to my family and friends

    It was a good place to stay for the convenience of how close it was to the falls and the shopping area. The hotel is not the best kept but it was okay for one night. Our air conditioner did not work properly in our room either

    It was dirty behind our bed.. found a pair of women's underwear behind bed and asked front desk to come get them and they never showed...had to grab them myself and throw them in the hall...other than that stay was pretty good...loved the bartender...and got my parking for free which was nice cause I believe there was something wrong on there end

    The breakfast in the bar area was great, bar menu for dinner was good. As far as the rooms, my daughter's room had the toilet paper holder hanging by 1 screw and in my room the door stop was broke off and just laying there with 2 very sharp screws sticking out that my 2 year old Great Grandson found. They can clean the bar area a little better around the windows but other than that, it was okay

    The bathrooms smelled terrible, and the free breakfast was awful. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s close proximity to Niagara Falls. All other amenities were poor, and the front desk staff were unfriendly, making it feel as though we were staying at their mercy.

    It's got so much potential to be a nice affordable option for families and other budget conscious travelers. However, where this property missed the mark was in the details. At a minimum, it needs a deep clean. The check in desk area was cluttered and dirty and it didn't get better - all of the public areas could have used a good cleaning or upgrade. I can't speak to all rooms but my room could have been cleaned with more attention to detail - there was dust, shower grime/mold, the sheets were so wrinkled and one of my beds had clearly not been changed. I was also not a fan of the 'in your face', bright posters advertising all the amenities. It gave an air of cheesiness that doesn't speak to the Choice chain of properties.

    Overall not satisfied, service at reception was callous and extremely disappointed with breakfast service , this seemed very much mismanaged . Property looks old. Only good part is that Niagara state park entrance is only 4 minutes walk

    It was an okay room, no sight of the falls. You can not see the falls from any of the rooms here. The property was pretty dirty, the images made it appear more clean. Although, it had a pretty great atmosphere and perfect walking distance for the best price.

    I had a service animal with me and they still charged a pet fee, at checkout no invoice was shown as there printer was broken . I have emailed the manager , the guest services and spoken to front desk to resolve this and no one has gotten back to me 4 days later

    My visit didn’t start great. The room was a bit shabby, the toilet was not attached correctly and moved and then the sink leaked. Fortunately they moved me to a different room. The hotel is obviously older but it looks like they have done some renovations. The walls are very thin so expect to hear guests in their rooms and hallways. It’s not terrible but on great either.

    Parking costs $20 per night and it’s very difficult to find a spot. The worst part was finding body fluids on the bathroom wall. I reported it twice at the front desk, but no one ever came to clean it. I emaioed twice the manager and I didnt get any response. Hotel facilities overall were not clean. I was traveling alone with my two daughters, and this experience was unacceptable. I won’t stay there again.

    We got charged more then everyone else on expedia for the same room. There was no hot breakfast on the day we went which was a long weekend Monday. Only carbs even though it said breakfast included. Hotel manager did nothing when we complained. They said weekends only but it was a Monday on a long weekend and no where was that stated in the hotel info. No where to park in their parking lot even tho they charged us 19 dollars to park...

    2. I got early check in at 2 but one of the lady didn’t even let me in at 145!!!! She made me wait until the dot! 3. Some housekeeping / cleaning staff was loud, laughing and talking too much! 4. The next room to us was loud as hell! Around 8-11 pm. Called front desk and he said quiet hours starts at 11 so he couldn’t do anything !!! 5. Hotel smelled like marijuana and clean at the same time

    Likewise, breakfast service, including the breakfast offering, can do with a lot of improvement if management intends to attract customers. The breakfast line was always long and quite disorganized. Please pay special attention, too, to the cleanliness of your hotel premises: lobby, swimming pool, dining area. The hotel crew were helpful to us during our 3-day stay at the hotel, which we truly appreciate. However, except for a couple of employees, most appeared tired and showed lack of energy to extend service to guests, especially those assigned in the breakfast service.
