The property is located on the 3rd Street - it's quiet and clean. No frills or fancy views, a family run business. Each room comes with comfortable queens size beds, table and chairs and smell of soap - a little too much for me, yet comfortable and safe. Loved the filter coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. if on a budget, it's the perfect place to get a few days supplies and warm or chill them as needed. Soap smell was overpowering but nothing wrong with that, it shows the owners were making an effort.

The passport in is the worst I have ever stayed at. There were dirty towels in the tub, the paint was peeling from the walls and ceiling and it was not even clean. They sprayed disinfectant spray over the whole room and it was burning my eyes. Would not recommend staying here ever!!!

Very poorly maintained property . Had to book this as had very limited choice near the falls due to weekends.

The big advantage staying at this property is the very short distance to walk to the falls. The Casino and other attractions are very close by as well. The amenities can be much better and I hope they pay attention to it.

Hotelier was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, had a comfortable bed, great heater and extra blanket, which I really appreciated. The motel is located a very short distance from the Falls and it was easy to walk there in a short time. Excellent value !

There was cigarette smell near one of the two beds close to the AC vent . I used the other bed and there was no smell there . Apart from that the room was clean and the location is great .

The only thing good about the property was the location to attractions. It was not clean at all, there were scenes in hair on the sheets. I had to have the staff come in with new sheets and it took them two hours to even do that I could not take a shower because it had absolutely zero water pressure. There was a funky smell in the bird as well.

Starting off, it was a last minute and the price is right not soon after we got there. We realized it was a sketchy part of town once arriving and checking into the room. It looked fine at a glance but once we were there for five minutes, we realized how absolutely disgusting it was. The carpets were sticky and nasty, and you couldn’t walk on them in your bare feet without worrying about contracting some third world disease if I was able to give zero stars, I would I do not recommend this place and if you do decide to stay there, don’t take off your shoes

My experience was pleasant. The hotel is well located near the waterfalls. It has parking included, since that is very important. I clarify that it does not have breakfast included, but it is fine for a short stay.

The property is decent for the price. We had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this especially for those looking for decent hotel and short stay.

Everything was fine, the staff was attentive, everything was clean, it was a very simple place, but the bed was comfortable and it was close to transportation and places of interest. I liked it, I recommend it.

We were greeted by a nice front desk staff. The best thing about this property is that’s close to the falls and you have a number of food options. The bad part about this property is our room was dirty. The rug was so dirty

The hotel is old and not kept up. The man at the front desk was very friendly, seems he had to do everything hisself. I never saw anyone else working there. We stayed three nights, room was never serviced but if we asked for towels, coffee etc. he promptly got them for us.

We chose this hotel for the price and distance from the falls. Although the weather made us decide not to walk it was an easy possibility. It was a little sketchy looking but nothing bad happened. We almost didn’t stay because of the reviews. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early which means a lot. Hotel is definitely dated and the bedding was clean but with previous stains. Bed was not very soft or comfortable. HOWEVER, after spending all day at the falls and being tired none of that was really noticed as we hopped in and went right to bed. The bathtub initially gave me yuck vibes but once again, by the end of the night I was soaking and ready to sleep and start a new day. I would stay again but I would also check out other options first. It wouldn’t be my first pick but for the price and location I would do it again. Oh and the smell - it was an old outdated smell. And the floor was a little weak in one area. But again, hardly noticed after a long day.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I ever stayed in. The floor was so dirty, I had to wipe my feet every time I place them on the carpet. Never again. I booked a 3 night, I only stayed one night and I’m never going back.

Wasn’t the cleanest and the key card stoped working

The room had a foul odor and keeping the door open was impossible and unsafe. The rug was disgustingly grimy. I had to wash my sandals before packing and made my daughter throw out her socks because they got so gross from walking on the carpet. The bathroom had mold everywhere. I felt stranded and nowhere else to stay within my budget. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered. I have to disinfect all my clothes when I get home. Everything about this place felt dirty and unhygienic.

This was a budget stay on our road trip. We thought its location on 3rd was perfect for us. We have a toddler so about 1m walk to Niagara Falls but amongst the few shops and eateries we found. Basic but comfortable. Room had fridge and coffee maker and microwave and two beds with shower over bath so it worked for us and the little one. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Thin walls. Can hear others doing stuff. This place is just plain old worn out. Not very clean. Dried vomit stain on carpet. Bad neighborhood this is in the ghetto of Niagara Falls.

It’s not the most plush place nor it is luxurious. But it was very clean and it was perfect for a place to sleep which was all we needed

There was a small amount of mold in the bathroom (no smell) and it could get somewhat noisy at night (but we could still sleep). The staff were very receptive and around to provide extra towels and blankets when we needed them.

This being said, it has the basics. Each private room comes with the standard Towels, soap, clean bedroom and bathroom. Don't expect laundry services or breakfast

This place is really run down, needs a lot of updating. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

The linens and towels were stained and do not look to be washed well. The tub was peeling, the bathroom was not clean, the lock on the front door was junky and the Wi-Fi was bad.

Room is terrible and smell like public toilets. Bed sheets are dirty. Toilet door handle doesn't work. Only good thing about property is that it is close to Niagara falls park.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except the carpet was damp and dirty. We booked last minute as we had to extend our trip and the hotel that we were staying at was sold out and couldn’t accommodate us for another night. The Passport Inn is what you’d expect from a motel but the owners were so nice that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That is until I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling on my arm. Spent the rest of the night with my phone light on making sure I didn’t see any others come back out. Luckily I had a 5am flight and didn’t have to stay much longer.

The price was right! We literally planned our trip to the falls last minute, we were basically only in the room to sleep. It was very basic, but comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was, and the air conditioner was really cold. It was in walking distance of everything. And the man who ran it was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
