The staff was excellent! So kind and helpful! We were there for almost a week and they met all our requests promptly. The breakfast was good and items always refilled quickly. It was very clean! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was after 11pm when we arrived, check in went smoothly. We had an issue with the toilet in our room, and Johnathon was very nice, efficient, accommodating and had us moved in minutes. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

The bathroom has a smaller sink space than most, but has a mirror next to the TV by desk. Exceptionally clean, with a well maintained property and exceptionally maintained building. Was such an exceptional experience, that we added a 3rd night. The breakfast is standard, but the list of restaurants and fast food was 10/10 optionally excellent. If every hotel could be like this, would never have a bad experience. Has a laundry $3/wash & $3/dry.

I was very loud could hear everything in the rooms beside you above you and in the hallways. If you’re planning on being awake past 11:30 PM, it’s good for you but not if you’re planning on working or need to be up early in the morning. Breakfast was all right, but no variety of healthy options, fruit only had apples.

For the price, this hotel offers incredible value. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and very satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has ample parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in its price range. Clean rooms, excellent service, comfortable beds, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations at an affordable price.

Having breakfast available is important to us, and this one included pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage in addition to the basic muffins, yogurt and cereals. Plus, the person in charge of the food was superb...kept items stocked, helped us navigate the displays, friendly, most helpful. We gave her a tip in appreciation.

Breakfast didnt had any variety, tea/coffee were through a machine and people had to queue up. Only banana was there in the fruits which was taken away the moment it was put.

Staff was hepful. Initially did not get good room. Room was changed upon request swiftly. so can not complain. A water bottle needs to be placed. Otherwise room amenities was good. Lighting can be better inside the room to have a better vibes.

Had a very good stay! Stay was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. The staff kept it well stocked as it was a busy breakfast rush when we ate. Will definitely be choosing this hotel in the future trips.

A very basic property that is clean. It offers a simple breakfast and is well located for shopping in the area. Only issue for us was we asked to use a corkscrew and they did not have one.

My bathroom was dirty. Still had shavings on the sink from the previous person that stayed in the room . When I brought it to the housekeeper’s attention, she tried to tell me that it was from one of the other housekeepers that has really long hair. It was definitely the drippings from a man shaving at the sink. Well, I understand that the housekeeping staff has to use carts to clean the rooms. They wheeled up and down the hallway excessively all morning , on my floor and the floor above me.The noise was so disturbing. I finally packed my clothes and left.

Good Hotel, clean, with parking and offer light breakfast. Just walking distance to several places to eat. Manager was really nice and let us checked in earlier. Hotel is only about 10 minutes from the Niagara Falls airport, so it was convenient for our trip. Also close to the Outlets mall.

Loved the stay here, though initially given room was not clean they immediately changed our room when contacted front office and they were very courteous. Breakfast was decent. Happy with our stay.

I like that it has a microwave and a mini fridge, it was clean , the staff was friendly, breakfast items can be improved

We’ve stayed here numerous times. The last few times were loud. Slamming doors, banging on walls, shaking me in my bed loud! Parking and breakfast are included which are great, but I think we’ll be staying elsewhere to sleep.

Problems with keys not working right when I got there. I was carrying a heavy load, both keys failed to work. Had to come back and get two more. Also didn't work. Moved to a new room. Problem with all their rooms is there is no ceiling light in the room. Just a few low-level hazy wall lights. It felt more like a drug den than a hotel, and the room had a strange mouldy smell. Not a good place for children or anyone with visual challenges, because you can easily bang into something and fall and hit your head. Also, the free computer in the business room required help to get online and kept going offline. Hotel room wifi also unreliable, and required lots of time to get it going again. That aside, Kevin (office) was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for some afternoon love, but not for serious hotelgoers.

clean, quiet and comfortable! had everything we would need in a room, breakfast was good (warm and cold options) and the service was nice as well. Just wish the rooms were a tiny bit bigger for walking space/baggage space but otherwise great.

The room was clean the staff supportive and helpful with a socially pleasing atmosphere created by the cleanliness the staff and the accommodations(such as convenience and Parking). Would definitely stay again and recommend to others as well. I brought my granddaughter so also very accommodating for toddlers as well.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had to change my room at one point, due to how loud the people above me were. Rooms were both very clean. The only complaint was that the doors all slammed really loud - so loud that it shook the the walls.

I prepaid for this stay with my Expedia for TD points and now I see I have a posted not pending charge by Hotel which I assume was the $100US deposit which is $140.34CAD. Now in TD app I cant message property directly and when they refund I will lose money with exchange. Was going to give 5 stars before this. I will correct this post if remedied with no additional charges. There is no way there are any damages. We were respectful guests. Please fix.

Pictures on the website showed eggs as part of the breakfast. No eggs we served for breakfast. When I asked why no eggs the front desk clerk said they only served them on weekends. What a rip. Pancakes were horrible. Rooms were nice and staff very friendly but the breakfast was underwhelming. Not even a waffle maker.

Room was good and clean. We requested a queen room but we def got a double bed. Shampoo and conditioner was empty in shower.

I recently stayed at this property. I was coming to Niagara Falls for an event at the venue next door. Because, it was a quick last minute stay I feel that it was overpriced. The rooms are small which was fine due to the limited amount of travelers. The breakfast was not great and the amenities are minimal. Didn’t have any issues during my stay. However, I did find a large spider in the room and immediately after check out I began to break out in hives. I believe it was a result of something in the room but I can’t say for sure because I was the only one who had a reaction.

The suite that we had was spacious. The couch was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was lacking . Pancakes and eggs and muffins were not readily replenished. Ran out of coffee creamer for those of us that came to breakfast toward the end. Not sure why they offered advanced chem-in when I had to go through everything again when I got there.

Room was fairly standard for a Microtel, except this one had the smallest bathroom of any I stayed at. Small bathtub with only one grabbar and low light made for an uneasy, unsteady shower. The print on the bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers was to light and small. Couldnt easily read the labels.

There were several outlets in the room, but most were loose and our items didn’t stay plugged in well. The breakfast was good for hotel breakfast, and satisfied us enough to get us on the road again. Convenient enough to Niagara Falls.

Arrived in the late evening. The guy with Indian original at the front desk is very rude. Instead of explaining the need of deposit upfront, he ordered me to read the rules they printed rudely. Also the deposit is very high at $250 compared with other similar places. Will not stay there anymore.

Not sure what is wrong with facilities that is franchised but advertise under IHG. Their standards are no where what used to be. Around the world I travel, US has now the lowest standards of hotels I have seen

Manager charged fees for an extra guest after our stay. Did not mention in cost up front the previous day. Room smelled terrible, and AC barely worked. Not worth even 50 bucks for a night let alone 150.

It seemed like the hotel was tired and worned. Have stayed in other Microtels and always found them highly satisfying so disappointed this one was not. The vanity cabinet in our bathroom was damaged, no place to hang towels, no coffee or tea in the room, & carpet in hallways & in room were close to needing replacement.

Located in a poorly kept area. Staff was friendly however, room walls were very dirty.

All the bedding and towels stunk like when you wash and forget to dry them. This made both of the rooms that we had reserved stink.

The room was "clean" but, the sheets and towels had a mild damp mildewy odor. The staff quickly replaced them with "fresher" ones.

The customer service from last night. The friendly welcome.The guy who was multi tasking this morning with a very positive and motivated attitude making breakfast and checking out the clients. He even help out if we need it .

The staff were great. The location could be better but it was ~18 min drive to niagara without being ridiculously expensive, so can’t complain. The room did feel a little small compared to other hotels with similar price. It was clean though.

We stayed for one night. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The room we booked was unavailable due to an issue but the staff tried their best to accommodate our needs. Overall a great place to stay with kids.

The room was adequate but not great. The “breakfast” was very limited… basically cereal and yogurt.

Overall clean room, however this hotel carries noise too much. Each time a door is closed it booms and shakes the walls. The same goes for any loud cars or motorcycles coming through the parking lot. You're better off taking the stairs since the elevator is the slowest I have ever used. Not the best breakfast options, but there are plenty of nearby places to eat.
