    It was a fine room. The pull out couch had used sheets folded up in it, and the spare pillow had hair and makeup all over it, but the staff traded us out. It was very busy with lots of tourists snd only 1 person working the desk, so it took around 40 minutes to get the clean bedding. The price was cheaper than many other hotels in this area.

    Property has good location and seems new, but it wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was over by 9, so we missed it due to a late night. It was fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

    The only issue we had was related to pet allergies. My son is allergic to pets, and he slept on the sofa bed in our room. We suspect previous guests may have had pets on it, and it may not have been cleaned or disinfected thoroughly. The blankets also may not have been cleaned properly. By morning, my son woke up with his face covered in an allergic reaction. Thankfully, I always carry allergy medication because we have a pet at home. We moved him to the regular bed the next night, and he was completely fine. Overall, the stay was okay, but I would recommend better cleaning of sofa beds and pet-related areas, especially for guests with allergies.

    The room was clean. And the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The bathroom sink had body wash & lotion. The breakfast was nice. I even enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Pet friendly. I have to bring my service dog. But we saw other dogs too. Overall it was nice location too. About 10 minutes drive to the border of Canada, by the rainbow bridge, near Niagara Falls. Keep up the fine work! We appreciate all your efforts!

    The hotel was just fine for our needs- arriving for only two days with our young children for our oldest's graduation last weekend. The property appeared clean, but in the rooms there were some sheets with marks on them, lots of dust in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was fine, and my 7 year-old enjoyed the pool- it was smaller, which is great for kids to play safely. They were very conservative with the towels, the lotion was empty, and there were only two kleenex tissues. The woman at the desk was very short (I don't require personality), but there was absolutely no warmth whatsoever for our evening check-in after a long drive. Other than those things, we liked the location, amenities, and it was basic and standard for a short stay!

    Worst stay in many years. Check in clerk was busy with other employee giving her cash and ignoring us. After over 5 minutes I asked him if we should go and return later. Just finished 10 hour drive. We travel here several times a year to visit family. Just thought would try a different hotel. Entire wing of hotel smelled like weed every day. Room smelled like cigarettes. Dog in next room would be howling and barking every morning from 7-8. Last night here the room across hallway playing LOUD music and had several guests the would frequently be in hallway making noise and music playing until after 3am. Called front desk and she didn’t want to do anything until I explained that my next call would be police. She was reluctant to help. Guess we will go back to other hotels used previously.

    To start off, it wasn’t very welcoming when we came in. Our hotel room in the middle of winter was set at 64° which was not nice to walk into. We found a weird bug on the pillow. Which the front desk called a stink bug. When we had breakfast the next morning, everything was cold no hot coffee. The waffles was very sour. And there wasn’t much else to choose from but cold cereals. Nothing was edible. Would not recommend.

    The hotel was filthy throughout. Empty beer case in the entry of the hotel. I had to ask for a room change 3 times due to various dysfunctions in each room. I was laying in bed a man hotel staff used his pass key and walked in without knocking on the door or identifying himself. Couldn't stay the last 2 days because they were epoxying the pool without proper ventilation the smell made it hard to breathe. The hotel staff was made aware of each complaint their responce was "I'll tell the Mansger" i took pictures of the beer case at the entry way and , the cabinet door in room 414 that housed the refrigerator it wouldn't stay closed causing me to run into this door in the middle of the night causing bruising to my leg. I had to break a coffee stir stick into 3 and, shoving it into the crack to keep the door closed. I also have the pic of the stir sticks holding the door shut and, a video of the foor opening without the sticks were removed. The staff was made aware that l was going to dispute the money l paid for the stay. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

    One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely filthy the place looks likes its never been properly cleaned. The carpets where so stained and disgusting we where afraid to even take off our shoes. The furniture in the room was stained with who knows what. We put a do not disturb sign on the door but the staff either could not read or pay attention because the man doing room cleaning would come into the room on their own with out knocking and being let in. They scared my wife several times. The staff would just stare at us any time we went to eat breakfast which the breakfast was horrible cooked eggs and sausage that was swimming in oil. We where on the fourth floor and there was buckets set up all to catch water leaking from the roof. We think members of the ownership and or staff lives there because they would come in and out of the rooms at all times of the night letting the doors slam behind them waking us up. At one point the staff had a party in one of the rooms and where very loud into the early morning. The entire establishment looks like it hasn't been maintenance since the hotel was built. With broke tiles dirty and scratched up walls and an elevator that sounds like it Will break at any moment. I will be making sure no one is know will ever stay at this location ever.

    I got up 4 times during night to manually switch unit ON/OFF because the thermostat was broken. As a result I got hurt/scratched my leg by the centre of the frame which was out. I brought this matter to the notice in the morning at the front desk. The remote to the TV was down.

    We booked this hotel after staying in many La Quintas. This one is not up to the standards. The from desk area smells as soon as you come in, like dirty and milldew. The carpets and elevator area are stained and dirty. Dirt caked into all the corner. Carpet is bubbled in the hallways. Walked into our room, and the same thing dirty stained carpets, long hairs in the shower, there was a large booger right over the bathroom light switch. Old toothpaste spit down the front of the bathroom sink. Crusty stains on the bedding. Cobwebs across the bathroom ceiling. Unfortunately we did not see the state of the room. Till late at night, when we returned to our room after dropping our bags off. We slept on our clothes on top of the sheets, and were gone early in the morning. We tried to request a refund theough expedia but were denied. Even with many pictures showing the state of the hotel and room.

    During my recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls (09/25–09/27/2025, Booking Ref: 89404EE044681), I was injured by a protruding iron rod from the cot frame in our room. We immediately reported this to the hotel staff, but no corrective action was taken, nor were we offered a safer room. Traveling with a toddler and elderly parents, this was extremely unsafe and distressing. At checkout, the hotel advised us to contact your company for resolution.     When I say filthy, I do mean filthy: coffee pots had mold, wall paint was peeling and cigarette nicotine was running down walls (non-smoking rooms), stained carpets and stained sheets, burnt out light bulbs, damaged light fixtures and a leaking fridge.

    Our bedsheets had spotting carpet had spotting. Dogs were peeing next to elevator on the carpet right in front of us.. there was one person at the front desk at night and he could not manage all the things that had to be taken care of. Our sofa didn’t have any sheets. There were no sheets in the room. We had to wait an hour until they brought sheets to us.. Would never recommend for anyone to say that hotel. It looks nothing like on the pictures. Motel looks better than this.

    Conveniently located near the falls. We arrived after a 7 hour drive on a Friday afternoon and all the kids wanted to do was go swimming. Pool was closed UNTIL 330 pm Saturday. Then I reported that the spare blanket in the closet was dirty and no one made any move to replace it. We were out of our room for 7 hours Saturday and returned to a room that was not serviced. When I reported everything nothing was done to correct it except an apology. The breakfast, though layed out poorly for crowds, was good and met our needs.

    Funky smell inside the room once we entered our room. We didn’t checked the bed sheets and linen but that’s a learning lesson moving forward. We paid $25 a day for pet fee and you would think that we would come in with clean sheets and linen but it’s dirty with dry blood spots and urine on the comforter. It’s disgusting we were sleeping on them touching our skin. They hid it well lower on the mattress and it’s deliberate because we discovered it days after our stay. Great lesson moving forward to always check the mattress upon checking in. The hotel lobby has an 8.3 rating and I followed that misleading hotel rating.

    Would not recommend, looks nice on the outside. Not super clean, elevator sounded like it was going to break any minute so we used the stairs. They didn’t bother to make our beds when asked, they said they would send someone up right away, never showed. One of the reasons I like a hotel. I make my bed every morning and when spending $400 a night they could at least make the bed. Won’t stay there again.

    It was fixed before we had to take the stairs 3 flights up w luggage, so that was good. The remote & phone didn't work. The carpet in our room had something sticky & gross, so I put one of their plastic info cards over it. One bed was made inside out, the other had something on the side of it that looked like dried poop. Gross!! Very basic breakfast. ( I brought my own food) My husband ate it. Said it was ok. Over all I give it a 3. Easy enough to get to the attractions Parking was free , the indoor pool was less than desirable. No safe in room I kept putting up the do not disturb on door. 3 x in a wk it went missing Glad they only emptied a garbage pale before I'd come back.     We stayed here for 2 nights. Room seemed clean and comfortable. The room smelled fine. Breakfast was good. The bed mattresses wound up being older. It would have been nice to have better mattresses. The old mattresses did affect our sleep. The hallway was dirty all 3 days we were there. It desperately needed vacuuming. I tried to wash a load of clothes in the laundry area and after trying to dry them discovered that the dryer was broken. The lady at the front desk did allow me to use a housekeeping dryer to get them dried. The elevator smelled and could have used a cleaning. The pool area had a strong odor, and resembled an overcrowded bathtub. We opted not to use it.

    Our stay was ok. The breakfast was pretty standard. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was filled in. We were hoping to sit in the hot tub while the kids swam. The kids did like the pool and the temperature of the water and pool room were great. But it was difficult to see the falls and still have enough time for the kids to swim since the pool closed at 8p and check in was at 4p. We were surprised there was no bar soap for the shower or sink but guess you’re supposed to use the body wash instead? Unfortunately as we were packing up we found a squished jellybean in one of the beds, and we didnt bring any jellybeans with us.
