    Hotel was clean but a little awkward with the entry and up stairs to the next floor. Also breakfast are was small and cramped and breakfast was lacking. Only bread, cereal or yogurt and the times we went for breakfast either low quantities of items or out completely. No outside entrance from the back side of the building you have to walk to the front or the one side. Other side by the pool/non operating restaurant is locked

    We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was extremely limited. The only options available were waffles, bread, cereal, and yogurt. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and food ran out quickly. During our visit, there was no bread available, and it was not being replenished. We spoke with the front desk employee, who explained that he was the only staff member working at the time and could not leave the desk to restock the breakfast area. Unfortunately, this left guests without assistance and unable to enjoy the breakfast that was included in the price of the stay. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, the lack of staff, poor breakfast service, and uncomfortable environment made this a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

    El servicio al cliente es pésimo, cuando llegamos nos atendió un hombre y no de muy buena manera llegamos a las 2 pm y q el check in lo podíamos hacer hasta las 3 pm y eso lo entiendo pero le digimos si nos podía guardar las maletas y eran 2 maletas pequeñas y dijo que nos cobraba $20 dolares x guardarlas hasta las 3 pm es el primer hotel donde me cobran x guardar las maletas y x una hora, cuando regresamos a las 3 pm ya habían cambiado el turno y era una señora la que había ahora y tampoco nos trató bien y se supone q el desayuno estaba incluido y nisiquiera nos dijo a qué horas el desayuno ni donde daban el desayuno a duras penas nos dio la llave de la habitación xq no explicaba nada y tenía muy mala actitud.     The location of the place is very close to the falls. Overall building looks pretty well maintained. The room that we were staying in was smelling like cigarettes and also there are no elevators so we would have to carry our luggage on stairs.

    Room was clean upon arrival. No coffee pot in rooms but I knew that so brought my own. We did have to request more towels/toiletries because they don’t clean your room daily. We stayed 3 days and overall was a good value.

    nothing We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool. On Booking.com it clearly stated that the pool was open Even on the hotel’s own website it says that the pool is open year-round, and there is absolutely no information saying that it is closed or out of service. After we arrived, I asked a female receptionist about the pool and she told us it was closed. There was no apology at all. Her attitude was very rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I requested a full refund because the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. After that, I contacted Booking.com and they told me the issue was on the hotel’s side and they should give us full refund (they never did) Booking.com also said the hotel refused to answer their calls and even hung up on them. Overall, this level of customer service was unacceptable. Someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service. Extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

    Very close to the casino, very close to the falls and goat island, only complaint was there is a 100 dollar security deposit that was never mentioned till on site of hotel i would have loved to have known before hand but hotel had it back to me promptly about 45min after i checked out over all beds were comfortable clean and the stay was quiet will definitely stay again.

    It eas clean. Cheap. And the location was great Staff were super rude and had a preconcieved mentality that every guests are of low standard and it doesnt matter how you behave. This is a service industry. Front staff are supposed to have a bit of people skills. I cant really complain cus the price was cheap, but the breakfast was supposed to be complimentary and till 9 am. At 845, all food was gone and only coffee and plain sliced bread remained. I was shocked.

    Descent beds. Terrible receptionist (whoever was there on the 15th of may at around 6:30pm) who welcomed us tried to scam us saying the booking doesn't show up and that theres no booking even though we paid before checking in. We only got the room after we threatened to call booking.com and escalate the issue. They basically tried to ask for more money for the room that we had already booked and paid for. The rooms are very congested and small, and theres no microwave or kettle for coffee or tea. It's literally just a room with beds and a TV, definitely not worth the price.

    Me and my boyfriend had stayed at this hotel once before the most recent time and it was a good experience our room was clean the staff was NICE and nobody was awkwardly watching us the entire time. The room name was under my boyfriend’s name so my name wasn’t technically on the room but i had spent days there with him. He had left i lost the key to the room and had asked for help getting another key the absolutely disgustingly rude lady at the front desk did not calmly tell me that she couldn’t give me one she in return yelled it’s illegal when i asked why and asked if she could just call my boyfriend and confirm that i stay with him so i didn’t have to sit in a car for hours but she continued to be rude. She then would alert the other staff that i tried to get another key? The next morning i go to go into MY HOTEL ROOM after running to the car for clothes and the other worker asked me which room i was staying in (which isn’t typical) i tell him and he calls the room. This whole entire stay was ruined for both me and my boyfriend because everytime we stepped out of our room there was the female worker by our room being nosey and watching us, outside workers would walk past our car if we were smoking, the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful and UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Parking was great on site,no restaurant on site it wasn't open, roads were terrible,hotel had two roaches we killed, one ant. No elevator they need an elevator for handicapped it was close to everything we needed n found other restaurants n fast food within driving distance.     Room was nice. There is no coffee. Took 10 minutes for warm water to shower. Hot isn’t open during. Winter. Price was ok. Needed rest from long day of driving. That part was great. No coffee to get day started was a bummer. Thought hot tub would relax after Long day. When booked all that was supposed to be there.

    The location The attention of the staff was terrible, he said that the hotel offered breakfast and only offered coffee and bagel. I have stayed in other hotels that offer breakfast and it is totally different, and good service, this hotel does not offer any of that. They only ask you for the cleaning tip without even checking out. I don’t recommend it, I wouldn’t go back with them.

    I was disappointed with my stay at Kalika Hotel in Niagara Falls. I had requested room cleaning, but my room was never cleaned. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the third floor yourself, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel is not very close to Niagara Falls compared to most other nearby hotels, making it less convenient for sightseeing. Overall, I expected better service and location for the price.

    Pool was closed but their website said nothing about that. They should be very clear about their amenities, what they are and when they are available. This is obviously an older hotel and it shows its age, but there’s nothing really filthy or disgusting about it. Shower is new and the water pressure was great! The bed was also very comfortable. Continental breakfast was less than average with very limited selections. Best thing about this place? The Italian restaurant!

    2. Says check in is at 3pm but reserved room wasn’t ready until 345 then Tried to give a smaller bed though we paid for a king size bed but we refused 3. Parking lot was dirty and not enough parking for everyone with rooms 4. Have to walk up to 3rd floor to use microwaves. 5. Showers only. The pull up lever is glued up so you can’t take a bath 6. Pee or spilled stains on sheets 7. Extended breakfast hours for certain individuals only 8. Juice machine didn’t work for the first 4 days we stayed there. 9. Found two cockroaches in the room which I have pictures of 10. Dirt all over inside of the pool on the bottom 11. Squished up used cigar on pool area floor where you would walk 12. Room keys kept not working so you had to go back to desk to get it reset 13. Hair dryer did not work 14. The fridge froze everything even tho it was set on low.

    I was appalled by the staff person during check in. The level of unprofessionalism and unfriendliness was shocking and ruined my stay. I couldn't wait to get out the next morning and NEVER NEVER see that person again. The room itself was as expected for the cheap price. It was clean and thats all i wanted.     BEWARE: This hotel was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. We opted to go somewhere else when we found bed bugs in the beds. The rooms reeked of smoke and Marijuana as well. There were some homeless smoking right in the parking lot. The pictures make it look ok BUT it is horrendous. The worst thing was, the front desk clerk went down to the room, came back and acknowledged the bugs but said "those aren't bed bugs so you should be fine. Either way we can't give you a refund". Go somewhere else.

    Dion (I think that's how you say his name) at the front desk was a gem. Such a personable young man. Our room was clean and the location was perfect (quick walk to the falls and casino) There is no elevator so if you have walking issues this can be a problem. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was shut down for the season (we'd never encountered an indoor pool shut down in colder months before) and the complimentary breakfast was desperately lacking.     I rented 2 rooms for my mother and aunt when they arrived at the hotel their rooms weren’t clean, staff put them into new rooms and my mother’s room had blood on the comforter the toilet had urine on the side of it. Staff told them they would have someone come to clean the rooms in the morning and they never came.

    Nothing fancy, felt like hotel needs some feminine touch. Breakfast was average, cleanliness average, hospitality average. Just think they need a good woman to push the men to do better. I would stay there again for the price, but if that price went up, i would look for something else.

    There were holes in the walls in the room. The bathroom door lock did not work. There was mold on the shower curtain. The toilet ran constantly. There was no parking spots at night and employee told me he can’t help me or tell me where to park. Key cards didn’t work, had to disturb family. After I complained daytime employee told me he would contact me, to offer a discount and never heard from him. Would not stay there again.

    Limited tight parking, litter across property, super simple breakfast, housekeeper asked for a tip while there was hair in bathroom sink and toilet,persons checked us in were stoned to the point of struggling to check us in. Had to have key redone for second day of room. House keeper standing around hallway while enough trash accross front of hotel to fill several trash bags. Toleratd for 2 nights as the most budgetfriendlyfor a familyof 5 to see the falls. Would chose a differenthotel if back in the area..

    Simple hotel with adequate accommodations. Rooms are a little dated but not in bad shape. The best part is the location; you can leave your car parked at the hotel then walk to Niagara Falls Park easily.

    Room floor mat was dirty , no amenities inside the room, small fridge, they have common microwave on floor where for small thing you have to go outside and wait for microwave if someone already using it, breakfast which is supposed to be intercontinental was terrible , juice and coffe machine was not working.

    I used to like this hotel but hadn't stayed in a long time but this time they were rude and abusive, harassed me and basically made fun of my disabilities and stole $40 off my debit card they tried to trick me into saying there's no dispute and I agreed with the charge which they know I did not. They claim it was for damage, there was no damage to the room or property at all. They claim the towels being really dirty after a shower was damage to them. That is A ridiculous scam and there thieves. I want a refund now. The hotel was overpriced enough

    U used to think this hotel was great but now staying after I hadn't in awhile the staff is abusive and rude ,making fun of my disabilities while pretending their not, making up excuses to charge me extra and try to force me to say I don't dispute the charge. Making up excuses to knock on the door every 10 minutes and more. I feel unsafe here and will not stay here anymore.

    There is no parking. Police pulling people over in front. Filthy, smelled like urine and cigarettes.no staff available at check in. Fire alarms going off at 1am -1-:15 am. No one notified us at all .Staff speaks minimal english. Do Not Stay, We Could Not stay, 5 hours felt like the worst time imaginable.trying to be reimbursed both them and Expedia terrible customer service. Bought insurance, waste of money. Every review posted is a lie. My entire weekend destroyed disrupted. Cost outrageous. $250 + after Expedia fees. Multiple attempts to get remainder of stay money back, joke. It said no cancelation fee. Plan on multiple calls excuses and wasted time. I assure You, this review will not go up, But it should.

    I call to cancel my reservation the reception said he would do the cancelation but never did I was still chargered.     Its poorly maintained i would say the room cleanliness is not great saw some debris all over the room and the bathroom and asked to get towels replaced multiple times and never got them. And the only good thing i would say is the Italian restaurant nearby has a great food.

    We were staying in the room 110, I don’t now what was upstairs above us but up there was SO noisy at late night and in middle of the night 🙄 You could heard people walking around and doing something. Breakfast was decent: loaf bread, beagles, mini muffins, waffles, cream cheese, jelly, nutella, apple, oranges, coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, and probably something else I’m forgetting. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, they didn’t provide room service during those days.

    I liked the receptionist, he checked us in a little earlier than expected, this gave us the opportunity to leave our things and go for a walk, very caring attitude and understanding towards us after 10 hours on the road. Good free parking. Breakfasts are modest, but everything was good. A good hotel for the night for its price.

    This a low key but very nice hotel. It has 3 floors but no elevator. It seems kinda new as the paint and wallpaper was fresh. We had a king room and it was large. It had a fridge and there was a microwave next to the ice machine. There was breakfast and a breakfast room. It’s about a 20 min walk to Niagara Falls Park.

    Best fit for the budget. Niagara State Park is within walking distance—took us about 20 minutes. Since parking is limited near the park, we decided to walk. Breakfast options at the hotel are limited but good enough to start the day. With plenty of restaurants nearby, finding food was not difficult.

    There is no sitting area for the guests to wait at all in case of flight delays etc. You are stranded with your luggage in case of flight delays as they have no arrangement to keep your luggage in storage. So overall very poorly managed. Sorry to state this.

    Only thing to like about this property is excellent front desk (at least my experience was great). But when you are paying around 300 USD for a room, at least you expect good breakfast (only had bread and bread and bread). Not even proper sitting area for eating breakfast. Tiny area where everyone lined up. This hotel shouldn’t be more than 100 USD a night. So for 284 USD, it’s disappointing. Again staff was great!!

    The two individuals at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We stayed in room 110 which was the handicapped access and everything was brand new :the air conditioning, the new mattress. The bathroom was large and well appointed and clean..the towels were big white and fluffy. this room was half the price of many of the other rooms last night in the city of Buffalo and we were very very pleased with our choice. We left early to get on the road, so we did not stay for the free breakfast. It is a 15 minute walk to the park or a very short drive. I would absolutely recommend this as a budget option and would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff.
