Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

Our family stayed for overnight only but it was a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good selections. Great amenities and walking distance to the falls. Parking was across the street in a building and they validate but since we had a big van (12 sitter van), the person in the front desk was very kind and courteous for letting us park the car within the facility.

to the horseshoe falls. Excellent location with gift shops and plenty of small food places within 2 blocks. We stayed two nights early June 2026. Be sure to sign up for the over the falls tour. It is fantastic if you're visiting this area.

Our room was clean, parking was across the street but was free. Hotel was one block from the entrance to the Niagara Falls park and within walking distance to the falls. Great view of the nightly fireworks from the 6th floor terrace.

Room was great, staff excellent, breakfast was great, however I was almost sure it was supposed to be included with the room rental. Thought the price for breakfast was a little steep. Since I am disabled, they were very accommodating so I parked on premises. Thank you.

The location of this hotel to the falls was the best part of our stay. We were well within walking distance to almost everything we did on our trip. The air conditioning unit didn’t get below 75 despite being set to 70. I called the front desk to notify them on both evenings we were there and was told someone would be up yet no one came. I had to ask for additional towels on Saturday night because our room was not serviced during the day and towels refreshed.

I like the aesthetic and comfort of the rooms/bathrooms. The location from the Niagara Falls Park was a plus and the breakfast was good too. I didn't like that the room was cleaned every 2 days. I stayed for 2 days and the bedas and room wasn't clean. I think it'll be good to have a choice of daily housekeeping if the stays are short.

Never seen hotel charging to keep bags for a bit of extra time. Never seen it in other Hyatt hotels. 11 dollars for breakfast and it’s terrible. Only 3 items.not Hyatt standards. Over priced. Location good. Close to falls.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly, and the location was excellent. The shampoo in the room ran out. Since it was late at night, it was difficult to get it restocked, so I wish they had restocked it beforehand.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The real highlight, however, is the hotel's location. Being so close to the falls means you can visit multiple times at your leisure, catching the views at different times of day without the hassle of a long journey. A great base for anyone looking to make the most of the area.

Great location, good breakfast, clean, quiet, couple minute walk Niagara Falls and walkable to shops and restaurants in Niagara Falls. Watched fired works from rooftop which was really nice! Would definitely stay here again!

I was a little surprised there was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby for our use. Also note that breakfast is not complimentary; it is $11.00 per person and is charged to your room. It looked like it was worth the money, although we did not take advantage of that.

The coffee maker in the room was dirty, so my husband went down to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area and he said it was an ordeal to walk away with a cup. For $500 a night, they should have brought us coffee! The parking is offsite in a parking garage on the 3rd floor. They validated the parking, but wow, glad my husband and myself were together. Sketchy late at night, definitely would not want to be alone wandering in that area.

Will add one positive: it’s right across the state park and the location is very good- probably why they’ve been able to get away with the poor conditions of the hotel.

Loved this hotel. Very clean and very friendly employees. The only downside is having to pay for breakfast. I would stay here again!

wayyyy to over priced. You have. to park in a lot across from hotel and the room is meh. The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable. It is super close to the National Park and breakfast was good but. that's about it.

Had to get ticket validated each time to get out of parking. One time, we got it validated but something must not have worked and we were stuck at the exit. We had to go back and redo the validation. The women at the desk acted like it was our fault for not getting it validated. She was not pleasant.

Also would of been nice if there was an actually restaurant.

The rooftop bar was the best view of the evening fireworks, too!

There was no food in the small market, only drinks and maybe 3 packages of small salads. The complementary water containers were empty, they don't give you complimentary water in the room like other hotels and they charge you to hold your luggage!

Breakfast started at 6:30. The options were good. There was no early bird breakfast options, so when we had to catch an early morning flight, there was no food option.

The only thing is that breakfast Should be extended at least 30 minutes or an hour more.

Room bedsheets had black stains. It wasn’t clean and dusty. Belfast didn’t have enough options. Don’t give complimentary water. Overall was just poor. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean room. Friendly staff--cannot say enough about how well we were treated from the moment we walked through the door. Excellent breakfast.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, I felt, could've been better for the cost. There are 4 hot items each day (what they are varies) and then fruit, cereal, coffee, juice...etc. Overall if I go back to Niagara Falls, I'd try a different location just to experience something different BUT I have no qualms and really had a great time!

Room was very clean and organized, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for future visitors being aware that the parking is a parking garage across the street and is an additional $10 a day fee for it. We did not eat breakfast as it was an additional $11 per person.

Only complaint was no free coffee in the lobby, expensive breakfast, and fox news playing in the lobby

The Staff were absolutely amazing! Day and night, there wasn't any one time we weren't greeted by friendly and professional staff from front desk to housekeeping. It made our trip so much better. We will be visiting again!

Ample parking in the nearby parking lot that had a designated area for the hyatt tenants, the breakfast buffet was nice, the fresh and chilled juices were a nice variety. But the best part was the amazingly nice and helpful staff!! Shout out to my man warren!

Hotel was great and the staff was EXCELLENT!! The parking garage across the street was safe; however, was a bit run-down--cracking concrete with exposed rebar. Stairway smelled of urine.

I was told on the phone there was a bathtub in the room, and when i arrived there wasn't. Also, the pool should have life jackets for my kids to swim with safety.

I didn't eat, parking look kind a sketchy but it was ok.

They both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area when we asked for recommendations for food. We would stay here without question if we are ever in the area again. The room was great with plenty of room and pool was nice and relaxing. This hotel is within walking distance for everything and really was the perfect choice for our stay!

BEST location for a hotel in Niagara Falls, NY; it is the closest to the American falls and to the Rainbow Bridge to cross to Canda. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very decent in size and the breakfast is really good. You can’t go wrong with this hotel, I recommend it!!!

We reached hotel early and asked for early check in. One staff member confirmed room is ready and can be given. But the other staff member interrupted and said we will let you know when room is ready. They kept us saying it will be ready in 5 mins, and did not let us check in before 3 pm. If they could have said that 3 pm is checkin time and we do not have room until 3, we could have used our time better and could have visit few attractions. But they choose to kept us waiting at reception with kids. Not coming to this hotel again. Big names with small heart.

Fantastic customer service! I just completed my 2nd stay and I booked here specifically because I was treated well and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, too!

The front desk staff member went above and beyond upgrading our room to a King suite after our room at the Wyngate was given to another customer.

Im sure the view of the Falls would be nicer but it was foggy for us...we loved the room...2 beds n very spacious.

For the area it is ok. We went in off season for a event for our children. There isn't alot to do in off season. If you need to be here for a event it is ok. If there is no immediate need i would stay somewhere else.

Bathroom door was broken. Wall almost fell on my wife. Parking was a literal nightmare. A garage with gun shots, graffitti, boarded up windows and doors.

This was a really nice place at the Hyatt, I recommend this stay and Tom who helped us at the Front Desk was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved the Location of The Hotel. As Hotel was located so close to Niagara Falls Even After the Snow I was able to go and see the falls Else the trip would have been a fiasco. Really loved the location and Rooms were bigger and very comfortable.

The location is close to Niagara Falls Park, which is convenient, though the area around the hotel didn’t feel very safe and most nearby stores were closed

Warren and the other staff members were amazing and very helpful. The best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. People were always cleaning. Liked that it had a bar and some choices for bar food. Wish the area around the hotel was kept up better, but that is not the hotels responsibility. 7 minute walk to Niagara Falls.

They had to give us a different room after we unpacked because when we opened the sofa bed there was trash in the corner and a towel with blood on it. The room apparently hadn’t been cleaned. It kind of ruined our entire stay wondering if the linens and rooms were actually clean. Will not be staying with Hyatt again. The phone in the room didn’t work and I had to go downstairs to tell them the issue. I asked for more pillows and I was told they would “try” but didn’t know if they had any extra. The bed comforter was old and itchy.

Warren on the front desk was awesome, he knows his job. The King room was awesome, Falls facing, fireworks, laser lights, etc. 6th floor viewing lounge was a super bonus. $11.00 Breakfast was average & good. Parking was across the street in a parking deck and it was free, not the greatest parking deck but free is free. The area around the State Park is less than nice, very dirty and just lots of odd food choices and souvenirs shops. Best restaurant was The Red Coach Inn & Restaurant. Niagara State Park itself was awesome.

Roof top bar was not open until late and consists of a lady (very nice) serving beers from a bucket. Used condom wrapper down the side of our bed was the real highlight.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were great, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give the person at the front desk 10 stars if I could. They gave great recommendations for pizza delivery and were very accommodating of my dog.

Área around The hotel was dirty, desperately in need of maintenance, to the point of being and scary. For the Indian Food lovers, this is your dreamed place. We decided to cross the brother and do all of our dinning and tours on the Canada side.

I was given check in time at 3 while booking but when I got there for check in at 3, I was told unit wasn’t ready and made wait 1 hour. I checked in at 4. It caused me huge inconvenience as I was travelling with my family with kids.

The property is dated, our bed was not comfortable, and the room was not what was advertised. We asked for a high floor and only got 3rd floor of 6. The only plus of this hotel is the excellent service we received from the staff. The property needs to be upgraded in the rooms. Also, add the possibility to connect to Netflix, etc in room TVs.

Pool and workout room were clean and well-equipped. Excellent location for an overnight visit to Niagara. Walking distance to park, restaurants, shops. Indoor parking deck is nearby but not attached. Breakfast was a little disappointing (bacon cold and rubbery) but they do offer it. Easy enough to skip that part though and grab a bite elsewhere! Overall, great place, would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls! We never moved the car from the parking garage. We walked everywhere. Walkable, very convenient to Niagara Falls , food, shopping. The major drawback parking opposite building not great and it was more public parking didnot feel safe and clean. The biggest drawback outside parking instay room service. They completely lacked empathy and didnot meet standards. We were charged $11 per person for the “free breakfast” as part of reservation. When I asked about it at checkout the staff was rude and told me I had an attitude because I questioned why I was charged when it was advertised as free. I’ve never had a staff member be so out of the way rude. The room was dusty and overall it was not worth the money that I spent.

This hotel is just a quick walk to Niagara Falls. The main point of our stay. You can see the fireworks from the 6th floor patio. Also shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly.

This property is fantastic, it is close to everything you would want to do in Niagara Falls. They have a really nice breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel does not have views from the rooms, but they have a roof top where you can see the nightly fireworks that are on the Canada. you can go up there and relax. More than makes up for the lack of room views. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Great place to stay if you want to see the falls. Quick walk to the niagara falls. Convenient restaurants nearby. Breakfast is also goodfor the price.

Good thing it is that it is close to Niagara Falls park. Inside the rooms can be a little better. Not a major problem as such, but the rooms are a little old.

I was excited to stay at a Hyatt. The location warranted the high cost. However, parking was a pain, the staff liked each other, but not yhe guests, there was s dog in the next room who howled thru the fireworks display (heartbreaking ), the walls were paper thin and I can tell you the conversations that the next room was having. Breakfast was not good- and we didn't realize we were paying $11 each for it. The bathroom sliding door didn't slide- and we even tried ti fix it but couldn't. We were only there 2 nights and our room was never refreshed or cleaned. If I return to Niagara Falls, I will stay at another property.

Ps. They have a patio where you can watch fireworks in the night. We appreciated that.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk clerks, especially Angelo, for taking care of us despite the problem with our reservation. He waved his magic wand and fixed it so that we could rest after a 13-hour journey. We are very grateful for the 5-star hospitality and would recommend this place to family and friends. The location was perfect for us because it was walking distance to the Niagara Falls State Park. The icing on the cake? We had a great view from our room of the fireworks that happen every night at 10 pm.

The hotel is clean and full of friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The bar has great drinks and appetizers that hold you over between meals. Warren and Angelo were kind, helpful, and had me laughing and smiling throughout our stay. The hotel is pet friendly, too!

Very convenient location, just a few meters from entrance to Niagara Falls state Park. Good size rooms. Negatives are that they took too much time to allow you to check in despite you reaching well in time for check in. Also, the staff at check in counter/front desk don't behave in a friendly manner.

This is a solid accommodation for a 1-2 night stay right at the falls. This is the closest hotel on the NY side which is super convenient. Just a short walk to trails, the river, the falls, and tour boats. The rooms are decent and the staff is very good. Validated parking in garage across the street. We had a good view of the mist from the falls and the nightly fireworks (10pm) from our 4th floor room. Overall, a solid bet for a quick trip. The immediate area is very touristy and the town of Niagara Falls is pretty run down so there is no need to stay for long. Highly recommend making the short trip across the bridge (by foot or car) to get the best view of the falls from the Canada side (bring passports).

The room ha a smell!! I guess it is from the carpet. The carpet is too old. I asked for express room cleaning but they did not showed up!

The front desk women staff were so rude and not diversified. They were allowed for early check in for some peoples and not even notified us when the room was ready. The room was good but i wouldn't prefer with these staffs behavior.

We spent one night here to go see Niagra Falls- it was perfect- we were able to walk to every where right from the hotel- the room was clean- everything was perfect- but honestly my favorite part was meeting Warren at check in! What a wonderful person! From the second we met Warren he was all smiles, friendly and so very helpful! My whole family was disappointed we didn’t see him more during our short stay! In a day where customer service is lacking- the Hyatt Place and Warren are a 10 out of 10

Location was perfect only 5 minute walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Casino was about 7 minute walk. The falls was 5 minute walk and everything for food and shopping was all 5 minute was or less.

Parking was in a very outdated, somewhat worry-some looking parking garage. Carpet felt extremely dirty in the room, some crumbs and old stains left on couch. Hotel staff was very friendly. Pool room was very muggy. I felt like the price was too much for the quality of stay. Location was definitely what sold us.

Upon arrival I learned they were sold out and my room with two queen beds that I booked was unavailable. I was given a king bed with a nasty pull out couch for my children . The first room smelled HORRIBLE and the second room they magically had has bugs and blood on the floor. It’s 4am and I haven’t slept a wink I’m highly upset.

Pro: location is close to the Niagara Falls. If you are assigned a high floor room, you can catch the firework display. Con: hotel is old, very bare and don’t expect any amenities, not even drinking water.

4 stars because they don't clean the room daily and I didn't like the way the towels were placed inside the shower.

Location and service is great. Just the breakfast options could be little different everyday. Also, parking is not free.

Amia and Warren were awesome, nice, so helpful amd professional. Excellent locations to visit the NiagaraFalls and to cross the border. Close to restaurants, shops, ice cream truck and even to the most beautiful St Mary of the Cataract Catholic church. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I couldn't get enough of the quiche and bacon. Room and bathroom were nice and roomy and nice towels and bedding. Only con was they allow dogs and dog wouldn't stop barking.

The hotel is only a couple minutes walk from the Niagara Falls State Park. We love how convenient it was to walk back to the hotel and change/rest especially after getting wet from the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds attractions. The bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner they serve at the hotel are pretty good! The hotel is also walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The gym has everything we needed to workout. We even saw the nightly fireworks from the hotel! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Hyatt Place again if we decide to go back to Niagara Falls.
