The breakfast was wonderful

Other than being able to hear every footstep and every movement from the halls, crying children, some strange grinding noises outside, this facility is excellent. It’s a shame really because the staff are great, our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the location is great. They just need some thicker walls and floors.

I was very pleased with the staff (especially the breakfast staff) and the facility. It was clean and comfortable. It was less expensive than other Hampton Inn facilities and quite a bit better.

The staff was great. Stephanie at the front desk rendered exceptional customer service and professionalism all while being very personable. I thank her and appreciate her!

The 2, female breakfast staff had the kitchen door open and were playing, singing and dancing to loud hispanic music. Not appropriate whatsoever!

Great location near shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to the falls Room had a horrible smell. We went to the front desk to complain and they told us that they were full and had nowhere to put us. Upon arrival home, I had numerous bites when seeking medical attention. It was thought to be bedbugs. I will never be back to this property.

No casino and breakfast staff was rude

Great breakfast, im handicap and the lady working the breakfast buffet offered to make my plate Great service!! Had a 10 minute wait for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Others were also waiting it was just ridiculous.

Breakfast was fresh and very good. The beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Floor in the pool room was a hazard. There was water everywhere and it was very slippery. There were not any towels available and we had to go ask for more. The phones in our two rooms did not work.

We had no towels in our room. WE had to go to the front desk to get some instead of staff member bringing them up. We had no conditioner, ran out of tissues (2 left in box) and there was a ball of hair on the bathroom floor. Yuck

Actually quite disappointed in our stay , the room wasnt cleaned as we were only there for 2 days. The front carpets seemed a bit dirty , And I walked by the front desk several times , with no one at the desk

Hotel was decent, and reasonably priced. Convenient to food (walking distance) and shopping (outlet stores 1.4 miles) and a short drive to the falls. Comfortable beds. Good for the price.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely renovated and the breakfast was very decent. The staff at the front desk were friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room got a little stuffy at night but we forgot to turn the air conditioning on. The location is convenient and near lots of shopping and casual restaurants. For the price paid, this is very good value.

The location was perfect. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. They were very accommodating. It was clean and decorated nicely for Christmas. Plenty of room to sit for breakfast. I wouldn't rule out staying there again, but I also like trying new places. I expected to use the pool. We packed bathing suits and had a lot of down time to enjoy the pool. When we got there, we found out it was closed for maintenance. There was a sign. It didn't open the entire week we were there. The staff told us that it was posted on their website. I checked and it was, but I booked it through booking.com, and they had nothing on that website about it being closed. I honestly would have booked somewhere else. We ended up filling in the extra time, but it was disappointing.

Our trip was amazing. Staff was great. Food was good. The rooms were excellent.

Don’t allow dogs at breakfast. We had an unfortunate situation happen. I think not allowing them would help this situation. Thanks. Other than that. It was awesome.

Also what they don’t tell you is that housekeeping is just more towels and taking out the trash. They didn’t make the beds or clean the bathroom. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out or replenished either I gave this feedback to the front desk and they said you have to tell them that if you want full housekeeping (I did) Location is convenient and it’s very basic

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast and pool. Room and washroom were clean. Only issue was the sound. There was a young family next room and we could hear the baby crying the whole night. Would have been excellent if there was some sort of sound proofing in between rooms.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is excellent, and it's very well located, but the cleaning service isn't very good. They don't change the towels daily, nor do they collect the trash, and that's not right.

The staff was courteous. The pool was NOT working.

Clean and friendly

The pool was shut down. So was the gym. Worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a Hampton. Ever. But the bed was comfortable, the room (which formerly had a jacuzzi in it) was huge and clean, and the shower had good water pressure, so it was good enough for what we needed.

There was 2 younger teenage girls with 2 good size dogs, they went up in elevator before us, so we waited on next elevator, when we got on there was 2 areas of dog piss on the floor . I really didn't think we should have to deal with that at your hotel! Makes me think there could be dog piss in our rooms!!!

The staff members at the desk were great. The lady working in the breakfast area this morning Monday, was VERY RUDE AND ANGRY ABOUT DURING HER JOB. Bringing HOT FOOD ITEMS, I was attempting to get some scrambled eggs, she came up behind me to add additional hot scrambled eggs, She didn’t say excuse ME . I hurriedly got back. Her actions were ANGRY MOVEMENTS. The lady on Sunday, the day before was very nice she said good morning. She smiled. She was courteous while bringing out additional food items.

There are no soundproofing.

My husband and I are really disappointed, we were going to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and from the entrance they have a choice of receptionists, terribly none of them greet us, they treated us with despotism and even very ugly racism later, they did not clean our room, they did not allow us to use the pool and they did not even apologize for it. There was no bath soap in the room. The only good thing about the hotel was the girl who is in the kitchen who keeps everything clean, greets and respects

If the transportation to the Niagara Falls is better, that will be appreciated.

was very upset to find out that the pool was closed and she said to me that it was on the website and there’s no way written on the website. That’s the hotels ongoing renovations.

Good value as a place to sleep with breakfast included and shuttle to main area attraction. However, hall carpets are aging and stained. On second night, with room on 3rd floor, folks above were walking quite heavily and noisy with little change upon 3 requests to front desk to request they contact 4th floor room to request they quiet down. Went on until 11 pm.

The Room was nice and big very clean the breakfast was delicious.

No lighting or appliances were plugged in lamps needed light bulbs after attempting to call the front desk to tell them we discovered the phone did not work staff was friendly however once voicing my concerns I was brushed off and told oh that happens sometimes.

We had an enjoyable stay.

Took several photos of our room due to the terrible condition. Floors were incredibly dirty, hair and dust all over the bathroom, TP on the floor, grime all in the bathroom floor corners etc.. beds were clean and comfy surprisingly and the breakfast was good. However I would not stay again with the room condition like that for all three rooms i reserved.

We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anybody we know. The bright spot of the entire stay was the front desk clerk, Samantha when we checked in. She had a great smile was polite and very friendly.

Very overpriced for an old hotel with minimum renovation to rooms. The Comfort Inn a few blocks away and the Holiday Inn over the bridge on Grand Island are by far superior places where we have stayed over the last 10 years.

Breakfast options were great, easy access to Niagara Falls blvd attractions.

The hotel night seemed expensive compared to what it can offer, small, with little staff to help you, the pool water was cold, when I wanted to check in there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait, 6 miles from town, for being so far the hotel night should be cheaper, they didn't clean the room terribly

Great hotel staff, clean rooms and facilities, and good breakfast. Exterior grounds could use some R&R and location/area wasn’t ideal (about 12 minutes from Niagara Falls and streets/businesses were rundown).

My granddaughters and just spent a brief overnight but found everything to be comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff very helpful.

Hair in the bathtub and dirt in the corners... Bathtub rusted through and leaks water... Bed was completely wore down on one side... chair loose and falling apart.. 1 floor is under construction which was not mentioned.... The is absolute trash for the price

Very helpful staff - only stayed one night but was able to check in early and got a noon checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was great, breakfast was really great. Check-in was a breeze. Overall a great time.

Our stay was great. Concierge was warm and welcoming. The room was ready and clean for us. Smooth check-in, delicious breakfast, overall great vibe!

The checking staff was very friendly and sweet. The surrounding area is seedy. My biggest issue was that we essentially were there just to sleep and I had a very poor sleep there. It didn’t feel very clean. The linens on the bed were odd, essentially a sheet with a thin comforter and around this thin comforter was a semi-duvet, which only went around the edges and kept falling off to reveal and comforter that had some stains on it. The bathroom had hair around the sink, one of the towels had stains. I ended up pulling the comforter off the bed completely and slept with just the sheet pulled up on me. We weren’t there long enough to complain, but that was my experience.

Hotel in a business district not the falls 15 minutes away from the falls. You need to make sure you book at the rainbow hampton no the niagara falls balavard hampton or you will have to drive to the falls,casino, more .

Got to the room. Body hair all over the bed. Tons of short thick hairs. Under the conforter ontop of the sheet. Small dried blood spots on the sheets too. Called front. They only brought new sheets. Not even a new bed set or different room. Same type of hair on the bathroom floors. And on carpet. Someone definitely didnt clean. Mattress cover(plastic) had rips and holes. I would never stay here again.

Too much noise coming from Rm above us each night. Fri breakfast was excellent except the loud obnoxious music playing but Sat breakfast had squishy potatoes and distasteful cheesy omelet and apple juice was watered down Pkg lot was full of ice for walking.

The hotel was great there was some remodeling going on at the end of our floor hallway. The construction made the hallway downright freezing. Other than that everything was great.

The sound proofing isn't the best, so we could hear noise from other rooms which disturbed our sleep.

Staff is very nice hot breakfast served and on time room is very clean and large in size make sure to request the type of room your looking for iron n ironing board in the room

The walls are super thin and some disrespectful people were parting next door and also upstairs. We called the reception multiple times but nothing changed.

we were placed where we can see lights from the highway and worse could hear it well. if only the cars passing by were like counting sheep in my sleep then we would rate our stay better. The noise didnt help woth my child with special needs. The room was not cleaned. you can tell by the corners of the room were very dusty. Thankfully we brought our slippers. we asked for extra pillow to see if it will help but we were given one. sadly this stay was disappointing as this is usually our go to hotel when we are in town.

There was a paint job going on the 2nd floor with a strong smell. I was not informed and was given the rooms. I complained the front desk. The heating system in the room was old not so good. Washroom toilets was not working properly. There was no exhaust for the shower.

It was great due to its location, close to highway, included breakfast, and free parking!

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable making it difficult to sleep.

We weren't there for very long, but the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed only 1 night but the hotel was great. It was near the outmall mall area. We had free breakfast n free parking. Enjoyed our stay.

The floor we were in half of it was under renovation. The whole floor was very chilly in the fall.c and we couldn’t regulate the temp in our room. By the time we figured it out that it wasn’t working properly, it was the day of checkout
