Falls Motel

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The owner/manager was excellent. She was very helpful. She brought extra coffee to our room. Came to the room for our checkout and to give our deposit back.

Clean room, friendly staff

This motel lacks cleanliness. There were hair of previous users in bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. Bed sheets were not tidy

The room was very clean and confortable. It was in the perfect location, the service and stuff were excelent and very good.

Not real clean. Door to room didn't look too secure. Staff was pleasant. Ok for an overnight stay.

we had do deposit 100$ for the room despite the fact that the room was already paid for. The indian lady inspected the room after I returned the key . After this she returned the deposit minus 8% for the Credit Card charges

Room was dirty. Not vacuumed prior to guest check-in. Found body hair on the bedsheets, all over the bathroom floor. The blinds does not cover the left and bottom of the window so privacy is a concern.

Will not come again

Just have 100$ cash for security deposit or use Zelle and do not forget to mention your name in the transaction. Owner is good and helpful.

Owner is rude and specifically said she has a preference towards a certain ethnic group of people only and gives them discounts no one else. Does not hear out customers, had to call them repeatedly to get them to open their office. Their dog will try to get into your room and touch your stuff plus you. No room service unless you’re present inside the motel which is never clarified.

Room was very small including the bathroom. Alot of safety issues. There was a power strip between the microwave and " refrigerator". After opening the refrigerator to put drinks in I went to remove the tray in it. Water went all over the dresser. Fast thinking i move the power strip. The outlet by the bed the cover fell off. Not secured and the outlet itself wasn't secured either. Fire safety issue for sure on an outside wall. This photo is the outlet Im talking about. Blow it up as you can see it's not lined up with the opening that was cut for the outlet to go in. The lady was very nice but very hard to understand. If you go on the website looking at pictures 4-7 was the way our room was.

Right on road not great for toddler kids- but was clean. Older motel we got what was expected and advertised.

The room is not clean and bad smell and I was required to deposit $100, credit card will be supercharged 7% for refund. No cash is accepted. The office will only open at 9 am for returning room key. I have no way to drop off the key earlier until 9 am for check out.

It was a convenient place for my family during our travel to CA.

We check out the 3rd night early and stayed at the motel around 1am before we dropped off our car at the airport. We didn’t know that our car got scratched on the passenger side. We kept wondering why our car got scratches. The places that we visited were safety spot. Also, two nights before we aren’t aware that the car got scratched until 3rd night. We parked in the same spot where there was empty space between next car. The driver side was empty place to the street.

This place was run down. The bed was very uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk demanded $100 deposit. The room was very old. The TV barely worked. Would not recommend this place.

Disgusting place to stay. We tried to leave.. property manager said I couldn’t get a refund. I have videos and pictures for proof. And she went in to try to clean after.

Tv didnt work and by the time we got back to our room, the lady said the guy was drunk and couldnt come out to fix it

TEARABLE SERVICE!!!! We were driving in and unable to get there before check in time ended at 9:30 pm. I called several times, wasn’t even sure if I had the right number even though it was from from the web sight, mailbox full. After contacting Expedia for help ( which took and hour to fix after being disconnected after being on hold for 30 min) I was accommodated and key deft in the room with the room open, with conditions that I finish checking on in the morning. The office is always locked, they never answer the phone, literally have to find her walking around the property before I could check in. By this time I’m hungry and want my coffee. The complimentary coffee in the room was the worst! The sugar and creamer packets were stuck together due to being wet then drying out. At this point I’m scared to use it because what was on it? I didn’t really care that the rooms are dated, beds are pillows are worn and uncomfortable, rooms are too small to have two people up at the same time, because after all they are cheap and all we are doing is sleeping there. But just pissed that it is so difficult to get a hold of some one to speak with! Even checking out was ridiculous. I went to office… locked… phone no answer… says to drop key in box below, no box! Left key in room had to call several times after I left before they answered to make sure they knew we left the key in the room. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Room was compact, clean, all the basics covered. Got it cuz it was the cheapest option around. What else can you say? It’s a room, it’s clean, no fuss or hassle.

It was lovely. But they didn't give us bed sheets.

The AC stop working in the middle of the night the room was so tiny two people couldn't walk by any thing at one time it sucks to stay in the falls motel it is the last time we will stay here

The $100 deposit is odd and adds several minutes to the check-in process.. It took a couple of calls to finally get it back 5 days later. This is probably the cheapest place listed here in the Niagara Falls area. Do yourself a favor and pay $5 more per night for a decent room.

The Hotel said it was open until 10. The door was locked when we got there. The room had a musty smell to it. The bathroom was the size of a closet. Your knees were up against the tub when using the toilet. Our sheets were still wet / damp from being washed and the carpet was wet beside the bed. The room was so small, you could barely walk around the bed. To receive our deposit back, the owner made us wait while he went and checked for damages. We were there about 10 hours total to sleep on our way back home. This hotel needs to have a 1-star rating if any at all. Worse booking through Hotels.com since using the app. Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were comfortable. The check in was simple. The breakfast was simple, delivered in a basket to our room. The blankets and pillows were good, room was warm enough. The bathroom needed updating. But for the price it was okay for our short stay.

We checked in and checked out immediatly ,being a frequent traveler have always checked for cleanliness in doing so found BED BUGS immediatly owner was more concerned about smoking in the rooms and charging us extra money …. telling is it cost $600 to clean the room of smoke … should worry about fumigated for bed bugs … we ended up getting another hotel and it was perfect … please always check ur mattresses at hotels and motels

I had a great overnight stay. Staff were helpful. Close to Niagara Falls State Park. After a long drive, the venue had what I needed.

the place is a quaint but clean motel operated by a retired air force veteran who basically takes care of the motel's operations by himself. if you want a quiet, affordable place with all the necessities, this is it.

It was awful. They wouldn’t clean the room, wouldn’t change the sheets even when asked. They come into your room at night for the grab and go breakfast which consists of bananas and muffins and they don’t even take the trash. The parking is awful. There isn’t any ice machine. Everything on this website they advertise is a lie. They will find a reason to keep the deposit. I’ll be honest I started my period and they wouldn’t change the sheets and they kept my deposit as a result. Don’t go here. It looks cute in front but not inside. Nope.

The owner was very kind and comprehensible. I will really recommend this place for any tourist. Do not expect a 5 start motel, but it is worth it!!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel was very beautiful! The customer service was spectacular and the room was very reasonably priced! Will be staying there again next time we take a trip to Niagara Falls!
