Relax by the river in our outdoor seating and/or eating at our restaurant patio. The Falls are 4.6 miles/7.4 K away. $10 + tax daily parking fee applies. Guests of the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls NY-Riverside will find a flat-screen cable TV, mini-refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker in all guest rooms. Daily housekeeping on request, see desk. Free WiFi is offered. A $100 security deposit will be held per room to allow guest to use our full service restaurant & bar; available breakfast, lunch, and dinner and on site mini store. These items may be paid directly or billed to your room or paid to cashier. We welcome Dogs to our hotel. The fee is $75 + tax per stay.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the river and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are not consistently clean, and there are issues with the amenities such as broken elevators, non-working plugs, and a lack of microwaves. Additionally, guests are required to pay for parking and there are hidden fees such as a $100 deposit.

    Our stay was great ! They were remodeling so it was a lot of construction but overall I loved the room the tub and shower just wish they had a bigger tv it wasn’t a smart tv at all just basic cable

    Very clean room with good sized toiletries and plenty of towels. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I did wish we could open the window, even a crack. The room got stuffy pretty quick even with the AC cycling. The patio area is lovely! Would love to see some umbrellas on the lower level for some shade Wifi was a little slow, especially when we would try to watch youtube videos via HDMI on the TV. Food in the restaurant is good, but not worth the price to eat in there everyday. I did inform the front desk of this, but one of the elevators does not come up even with the 7th floor which is an accessibility concern and a general safety concern for clumsy folk or people not paying attention when getting in and out of the elevator

    Amazing staff and people around the area. The restaurant is very cute, and the food is great. Easy to move around the Niagara Falls. We travel with our service dog, and they were very attentive, which is a plus for me.

    The view and area of the hotel are not bad. We ate at Jacos across the street the first night and it was great! The beds were HORRIBLE! Felt every spring. They made so much noise just rolling over at night, it would wake us up. We were there for work/pleasure but would not use this hotel again. Staff was friendly but hotel needs maintenance to come through. It was not worth the money we spent.

    I had a wonderful stay and experience here!!! I booked the suite facing the river and it was awesome!!! It was a little small, like similar size to a studio, but it was comfortable. I loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice. Shahrika, Brittani, and Steve were all very professional and accommodating. The restaurant (Bella Vista) was wonderful. Jackie was our server and she was very hardworking, kind and attentive. I appreciate her serving us on Easter Sunday. Overall, it was a phenomenal stay. I definitely plan on coming back again!!!

    Hotel was awesome, very friendly staff. My favorite part was the jacuzzi in the room, it was amazing. The only thing that I was disappointed over was the fact that the room where the pool is located has a lot of windows and it was freezing, also the pool was very cloudy and dirty looking so we didn’t get in.

    Stay was ok... Our room was pretty worn with rips in carpet, stained counters and rips in the bed frame . It was nice to look out at the river. I wasn’t happy with them holding 100.00 for “ incidentals “ and paying 10.00 a day to park in their parking lot. Location was good for what we were visiting for.

    The hot tub in our room was great, but got cold fast. I didnt want to keep running hot water to warm it back up. Very pet friendly, but the pet fee is pretty high for just one night, especially for an 11lb dog that doesnt shed. I made more of a mess than our dog did. The restaurant prices were great and the eggplant parmesan and caprese salad were fantastic. They made two meals for two people.

    It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the falls or the nearest wal mart (in different directions) making it a fantastic experience overall. The beds in our room were a bit lumpy, but overall not horrible. Would definitely stay here again.

    We only stayed over night, but were really happy with the hotel itself. The restaurant was a different story. First, we were seated by a very nice maintenance man who went into the kitchen to find our server. We asked the waitress what would be the best things to order because we had limited time to eat due to a scheduled tour. We ordered her suggestions and the eggs came different than what was ordered. The toast was cold and the servers were nowhere to be found again. We were the only ones in the restauraunt. Stay at the hotel, but go elsewhere for breakfast.

    My son had recently suffered an injury and was on crutches. They gave us an accessible room on the first floor and provided ice for him. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant seems nice as is the waterfront venue. Although we were told service would be severely delayed because of a private event. That was inconvenient because we chose the hotel because of the restaurant. That being said we found an amazing restaurant named griffon gastro pub. So we probably ended up better off.

    The room wasn’t what I was expecting, it was on the first floor not a nice corner, and the smell was a strong old carpeting ,it seam that wasn’t have a good cleaning. Food was not good , hamburger was with a very dry and thinner peace of meet and and old peace of lettuce,french fries good. The room was not made for the day.

    Our room and view were as described at time of booking. Room and hotel were clean which is always a plus. Location of the hotel is great between Buffalo and Niagara. Building only had one small elevator which I really think they should have disclosed at the time of booking. Especial when we booked a premium room. Time waiting for the elevator around check out was extreme and frustrating many guest.

    This hotel was like Crown Plaza’s forgotten step-child. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, stains on the window shades, and an overall musty smell coming from the rug in the bedroom. The shower pressure stung. There were patches on the walls near the top of the windows, clearly fixed in a shotty, quick way rather than the right way. So disappointing. This hotel is also not for people who are hoping to walk to Niagara Falls spots- only drivable. Not in the best area either. The only plus to this hotel was the friendly staff at the front desk. For the price I would have expected more. To the Crown Plaza corporate office: put more of an effort in this hotel, it needs a complete overhaul.

    The hotel was clean, the view was great. The restaurant had great food and LIVE MUSIC! The mattress was a bit old and springy, but far from the worst. And one of the elevators was out of service which made going up and down to the 6th floor take a while. Short drive to the Maid of the Mist. Overall great stay.

    It was great. People were friendly. Only 2 things that were a downer was we waited for almost an hr after ordering breakfast and finally left the dining area. We did get $6 back of a $50 breakfast, and a to go breakfast to take to our room, but it only half half of our order. Also one working SMALL elevator on an 8 story hotel IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You guys had a lot of very unhappy customers and wait time for an elevator was over 15 minutes most of time. As I have metal in my ankle, going up five flight of steps was not an option.

    The bathroom had a smell of dirty gym clothes or sweat. It was a bit irritating when using the shower. That was my only issue. Everything else was great. I dont expect a bathroom to smell that way and it seemed the exhaust fan wasn't working

    view and location (close to everything) was great, checkin was below average. I had to wait till the receptionist finish his chit chat over the phone, with this much price per night no complimentary breakfast. Woke up twice by fire alarm within 2 hours on the same day due to careless kitchen crews.

    Property has a nice location. Receptionts - all three of them - were nice. One ofe the two elevators was broken and every trip downstairs took 10 minutes at least. Whoever was in the hallway with their radios talking all the time didn't add to relaxing atmosphere. Pool gate lock didn't work. Also, their restaurant was nice, but every single time there was a confusion that made me unwelcome - always something along the lines of "do you have a reservation?" and if you don't you can come in but you'll have to wait or you can't take a nice table etc. I had nice tables every single time and no one showed up to claim them, it was half-empty all the time, which makes me think that staff were trying to save these tables for some potential reservations (I've been told that couple of times). I don't give a damn about that and I don't think it's a smart move - I paid decent amount of money for this hotel (triple the price of what it should cost tbh, first night was close to $300 and it's not NYC). Anyhow, the stay was ok - they just could really do better.

    We liked the location, housekeeping was wonderful, kept our room clean every single day. Staff was all very friendly. Downfall, they only have 2 elevators. One was broke the entire week and they said it had been broke for weeks before. Made for horribly long waits. We paid $1,800 to stay there (2 rooms) and had to pay $10 a day to use their parking lot, that makes no sense. Other than those things, it was ok.

    The bed was comfy but all of the outlets next to the bed and at the desk were not working. Had to charge our phones on the bathroom. Luckily they were able to charge with the plugs barely holding on to falling off the outlet. Only one elevator was working which caused us to wait for the fourth elevator before getting on because each time the elevator arrived at our floor, it was full.

    Check in was okay. Elevator took forever. Room needed repair. Beds were comfortable. Tub wouldn't drain. Restaurant service was very slow. One person taking orders, drinks and making drinks. Employees complaining. One was a housekeeper in the Elevator and one was the waiter. Front desk forgot to send someone up to fix drain. Short staff. Grumpy staff. I felt sorry for them but they shouldn't use that as an excuse and share their frustrations. It was awkward

    The hotel only had 1 elevator in operation for all those guests, had to wait a long time for one. I booked my 2 days at $189.00 per night and was charged 322.00 for the first night and 173.00 for the 2nd night, my total bill was a shock to me due to it being over 600.00 dollars. This was a rip off. Never again

    The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive, unfortunately the rooms and facilities have been completely neglected. Beds felt like we were sleeping on springs, room was old, outlets had burn marks, carpet was torn, and bathroom was rusty. One of two elevators was out of service for my entire stay. Staff and guests were sharing an elevator, making it nearly impossible to get on it during peak times. It’s really unfortunate because you can tell the staff were really trying, but clearly management doesn’t care about upkeep of the property. It’s long overdue for a renovation.

    Room was great, quite we reserved a suite don't know about standard rooms,close to the Niagara Falls, 10 minute drive, other restaurants, and stores 10 minute drive plenty of parking dont understand the charge for parking thou $10 a night we stayed 3 nights,restaurant on site alittle steep on prices example $8 for small loaf of bread ,big deck in the back very nice inclosed pool located alongside the Niagara River all in all very pleasant stay ,oh one other thing alot of busses came in the middle of the night alot of people checking out in the morning we were on the 8th floor only one elevator was working to aleast 20 minutes waiting to get to the lobby because elevator was stopping at other floors need to check in to that it was a very nice stay we there because it was my wife & i 50th wedding anniversary THANK YOU FOR ARE COMFORT staff was excellent.

    Our first stay on the American side of the Falls and, while this hotel isn’t in the center of the tourist area, it provided peace and quiet with a view of the river, just what we wanted. The facility is well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the onsite restaurant for dinner one night and, again, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food, especially their pizza, was very good and reasonably priced. We plan to stay here again while visiting family in the area.

    Hotel is nice and convenient off of the 190. Nice view of the river and I'm sure in the summertime it is awesome. Two things left a bad taste regarding this hotel. There was what appeared to be a hockey tournament in town and the hotel was full. Kids playing hide and seek running down the halls/stairwells on all floors at night. My wife and I had to yell at kids on separate occasions because we couldn't hear the tv at times. We're not old and disgruntled - I am 38. (not the kids' fault - poor / inconsiderate parenting really). Second issue was my wife couldn't use the jacuzzi bathtub in the morning because there wasn't enough hot water. We stayed an extra hour until the hot water replenished. Got a 3-minute shower before the water went cold again.
