There seemed to be people living there. I deemed it a 50% chnace of our car getting broken into. Left as soon as we saw all the tenants hanging out outside their rooms. This is nowhere close to a 6 / 10 rating

There is AC and thankfully no bedbugs, however strong smell, dirty floors, no bathroom hook, old mattress with suspicious corners

The beds were fine and the air conditioning worked well. However, the owner came into the room without knocking to “clean” the air conditioning filter. There were no amenities. The pool was closed and it looked like there were people living in the hotel permanently.

I didn’t like that when I said my key wasn’t working one of the owners walked over to my room to check if the key would be working and he asked if I was traveling alone - none of your business and it was creepy. The children on the first floor spilled water at the entrance of the stairs to the second floor. The TV didn’t work there were fruit flies in the room and surrounding rooms were loud with loud music and children screaming at 11pm.

room was spacious, good for the price as well. Very easy check in and check out. Nothing outstanding as it isn't an upscale hotel or anything but genuinely good for the price. it was clean and I didn't have anything to complain about really. The family who runs the place is very nice. only thing I wish they had was a full mirror but that's just my preference

The hotel showed a pool, but it was closed. There was no breakfast. The room smelled bad, but the bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also noise at night.

I was pleasantly surprised the room was very nice and clean despite the bad reviews. Stayed with kids and seemed to be a safe place. Disappointed there is no breakfast or swimming pool though.

It’s an old hotel, old exterior and stairs; the rooms have been remodeled but there is work to do. You get what you pay for, the most cheap hotel on Expedia, but one with 1 room big enough for 5

I like how no one bothered us That the room wasn't ready and they took to long. The sink didn't work and I huge hole underneath the sink so we put our shirt to cover the hole. The heater didn't work and barely hot water and the room smelled like mold.

A very large and comfortable bed and roomy bathroom, at a price which is good value for money. The room was very small. Not very comfortable for a long stay. But that's something the owner can't change. The included breakfast, however, was very meager. What there was, was of good quality, but there was almost nothing on offer. Just bread, butter, jam, cereal, some fruit, juice, coffee and some cupcakes. A breakfast of pure carbs. Some cheese, hard boiled eggs etc, was very lacking. Maybe you could ask for it, but there was no obvious way of knowing. Quite substandard in comes to other similarly priced hotels.

After checking in, I read the reviews. Many were bad. But that is not our experience. Friendly staff, clean room, the outside of the rooms, the parking lot etc needs upkeep. No problems.

Nothing was good at this location. It was not neat, bathtub and sink were clogged. Power outlets were broken, rusty table lamps, office chair was in bad condition, outside the room was dusty with lot of cigarette buds and was not clean, housefly inside the room..etc etc. As I said lot of issues

We booked a triple room, but the room has an unpleasant odor and is dirty. The bathroom drains very slowly and seems clogged. The amenities in the room only include two bars of soap. This place is not up to hotel standards.

The whole premises, and stairs are dirty. Rooms were not clean and the floor was so greasy not even mopped properly. Hotel staff is rude and non-cooperative. The hotel price doesn't justify the amenities they offer. Not even the basic things are given at a huge price.

I didn't like the smell of the room when I arrived. The comments from previous clients were right. The mattresses were stained. They look like they had been there for a long time. I tell you, it would be a stopover hotel for Yna Oersona and for Famoloa. I don't recommend it.

It is in a convenient location

we went there in winter season and the heater is not warm enough. But the good thing is the staffs gave us a heater. The environment is really good and there’s a lot of shopping areas around.

The hotel isn't being maintained. There was garbage all over the grounds and in bags along the motel. The toilet was clogged and when they came to snake it, they left dirty brown water on the floor. The sheets were dirty and not only was there no breakfast, the food area was dirty with crumbs and chicken wing bones from previous people.

The ad said it included breakfast. There was no breakfast provided. We were told it closed down for the season. Also the smoke detector had no batteries in it

Paid for a king room, got 2 queens. Had to wake the owner up for breakfast and then told me to come back in a 1/2 hr. Left a gallon of milk, stale cereal, 2 loaves of bread, about a dozen tiny donuts and muffins and then must of went back to bed because never saw him again. Whole dining area hadn’t been cleaned up from the last time they fed ppl. Lovely stay.

When we booked it indicated there was a continental breakfast. Front desk told us that they took it from their website but we had booked 6 weeks prior to arrival and it was on the website then. He advised he would have it ready for 8:30-10 am. There was only coffee, no tea and no juice. There was a loaf of bread and a few packets of jam. There was also a package of mini muffins. It was a very dirty area in the breakfast room with spills all over from others. The room had no wash cloths, the sink was clogged and didn’t drain. The ceiling was gross with brown drip marks all over. Needs cleaned!! The parking lot was strewn with garbage and broken glass. Needs to be swept and garbage cleaned up. Will say the beds were comfortable.

Impressed with location and easy to drive Niagara state park.

The hallways were dirty, and the room was not clean well. The reception smell like the flower of marijuana and the breakfast was very poor. Overall, I think was overpriced for what the hotel offers.

The smoke detector in the room was missing. There were no hand towels. The manager said that they were short staffed and didn’t get the laundry done. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast. The pictures in the ad showed a waffle iron, bagels, fruit and more. But, all they served, was white bread, mini muffins, and two types of cold cereal.

Room 202 - Bathroom was dirty and had mold. There were also "bugs" in the room.

Rooms were disgusting. Im not sure the floors have ever been cleaned. Ac smelt moldy. The fridge had food in it that turned out to be housekeepings. Then when we were all in the room a lady opened the door and when to walk in. Stunned to see us there ahe slammed the door. Turns out was the houskeeper looking for her food. Not acceptable. Kids were scared to stay there. Do not waste your time or money here

For the price I was expecting a little more. Lock didn't work, curtains didn't shut completely, very dirty in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the front desk was friendly and nice enough to open up the breakfast room so we could use the microwave. I liked the mini donuts.

Property is quite old, there are small insects n bugs inside the room. No proper lighting. Last checking at 11.30. Dining area was smelling bad when we entered on a Friday morning.

The advertising is absolutely bogus. Everything that they show is not true. The room are Disgusting. I will definitely never go there again.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had a foul smell. so they showed us anothe rooms, before we could finalize one that we could stay, but then gave us a key for different room that we never checked, saying this should be a good room. We went out and actually came back to sleep after 11 pm and found the room smelling. When tried reporting about the smell around 11:30 in the night, no one was available not reachable on the phone to handle and help. We were family of 6 with old parents and 2 kids and had to adjust the night in 1 room. Next day The front desk guy was arguing you can’t expect us to help you after 11:30, they can refund but and how it’s our fault that we turn the AC off, causing the smell and they showing off that they will do the favor by refunding for the unused room. Creating a big shout out and fight next day morning. Very unprofessional !!

It was convenient and close to the interstate.

Overall disappointing in terms of cleanliness! Toilet didn’t flush well and very humid in room with damp carpet and bed sheets.

The property needs to be updated. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioner was very noisy. The management complied very quickly. The bedding and towels were stained. Management was very nice but would of preferred a different property to stay at next time

So this place was good for just staying the night near niagara falls. It was very close to Niagara and had a good location, however, the place itself is not the nicest. This was expected but the sheets were even slightly moist and the deadbolt on the door didn’t fully work. Also, if you are going for the breakfast, it is limited to 7:30-9:30am but when I went at 9am, there were 5 mini muffins and 3 slices of white bread left. There were also more flies than people in the breakfast room. We stayed here because we were 4 college students needing a cheap place to stay so we didn’t expect anything nice but if money isn’t an issue, I wouldn’t go here.

I m thankful the owner/manager of the hotel to call me for the laptop which I forgot. Honest people. Excellent service clean rooms with good smell. Delicious breakfast . 5 star for hotel and staff.

On check out day they were calling about 40 minutes before 11:00 am (check out time) damanding why I havent checked out yet. Go to check out and then they tried to cheatge me an extra $20 for a pet even though it was booked (through a third party website) as a pet reservation. Then the younger gebtleman at the counter tried to argue with me.

1. The room we stayed in had no towels, no ice bucket, no chair, no dresser, no closet, a broken luggage rack and a single hook in the bathroom. When we checked in, there was an ironing board set up in the room - this was the only place to put your clothes or hang your coat. When we asked for towels, we were given two bath towels and a floor mat - no hand towels, no face cloths. 2. The TV didn't work. We were asked to wait for a technician. Later, when a tech wasn't available, we were offered the option of changing rooms, but by then we figured we'd just go out to a movie. 3. Breakfast was horrible. They used to have a waffle maker and offer fruit. This time - it was white bread or those grocery store mini muffins. The juice machine just sprayed water on 3 of the 4 options. One button dispensed watery orange juice if you figured out which of the buttons worked. Coffee, Tea and cereal were available, but they were out of milk. No fruit, no bagels or yoghurt, no peanut butter. 4. Floor/Carpet was dirty. Took my shoes off and walked from the bed to the bathroom and my socks were filthy. 5. hole in bathroom floor, floor soaked after a shower. 6. office is always locked, you feel like you're imposing when you ask for a roll of toilet paper.

Terrible stay. First room smelled like cigarette. We asked to be changed, second room when we go into the toilet, it had poop in it. Not flushed. There was a cockroach and the sheets were dirty. Pretty disgusting. Never stay there please. :(. It is the worst place I have ever stay. If you can avoid it. Please do. Definitely not worth any penny.

The hotel was dirty overall. Stairwell and walkway has not seen a vacuum-ever. Room was not vacuumed, tub and bathroom floor were dirty, dirty walls, and no battery in the smoke alarm. We wore our sandals to take a shower. There were no cups or tissues or even an alarm clock in the room. No coffee maker as stated. Stopped in the breakfast room on the way out and the coffee was a jar of instant Sanka, some stale muffins and a couple pieces of fruit. There was possibly cereal but we did not stay long enough to do much looking around. The pool was dirty and not usable. The pictures shown are definitely NOT a representation of the property. The owner refused to check us out and just said "just give Me your key". He was rude both upon check in and in the breakfast room. Never again!!!!!

The outside was okay the inside had no water pressure and used table tops for box springs for beds very small room not worth $120 I paid

The internet was very slow, noisy, and breakfast is not good.

The property had garbage laying all around, the pool was not well-kept. The shower had fuzzy mold growing on the wall. The room was not clean. We very nicely asked for our money back. As we were leaving, an employee or owner, pulled up in a car, blocking our car from leaving and asked what the problem with the room was. It put us in a very uncomfortable and vulnerable position and we felt somewhat nervous and threatened by him.

Had a good pleasant stay. Property was clean, staff was very polite. Breakfast options could have been better

It is a motel not a hotel.

While a older hotel & in need of remodeling, needs new carpeting badly had a comfortable stay. Spotless!! Especially bathroom. Even grout & corners were clean. Very pleased as I’m a clean bathroom first person. Loud first night, neighbors, but bed comfortable & service was quick & friendly.

++: Comfortable bedding and clean linen. --: The bathroom door lock was not working, we had adjust with it and the toilet paper handle is also broke. The house keeping was terrible, they haven't removed the left over food from the previous stay. The coffee machine was broke, breakfast items were very minimal. Not worth for money.

Great location gor shopping

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Walls are so thin we could understand every conversation in the room next to us until they fell asleep at 5 am. Multiple holes in the wall covered with duct tape and an old towel. But no actual bath towels. We used the friggin bath mat for a towel for 3 people. No answer from the front office to help. Broken toilet paper holder. Terrible shampoo. Thin mattresses. I guess I could say the AC works well. That's about it.

One of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Rooms were not clean, there was no toilet paper ,washroom curtain and even the bed sheets were not cleaned. There should be a strict scrutiny and this hotel should be closed

This place was awful. Dirty. Food and kitchen for food in the morning was dirty, juice and coffee machines didnt work, no remote for TV, no attendant in the office, had to wait in the rain as door was locked, only 1 thin blanket on the beds, parking lot filled with trash.

carpeting was well worn and needs vacuumed. bed was slanted downward towards the headboard. had to sleep with head towards the foot of the bed. door was extremely heavy and would slam if it wasnt closed completely before letting go of the door. breakfast had a bad juice machine, warm milk and sparse offerings. started to talk with hotels.com by the texting in the app and never received a response. unfortunately, my wife and i were so tired we put up with it.

I really liked the location of this place. It’s ideal and sufficient enough to spend a night on a budget. The room was clean. The real disappointment was that I expected breakfast. There was only toast, mini chocolate chip muffins and dry cereal. There was no coffee or juice available and the milk for the cereal wasn’t refrigerated.

Suggestion - put runners

They provided only coffee, bread and muffins for the breakfast and they kept the milk overnight outside for next day usage as there's no fridge in the breakfast room. Regular fountain/sink or drinking water is not available in the breakfast room and everyone not able to drink the hot water directly from the vending machine. Also juice machine was out of order and kids were disappointed. Bathroom lock was not working and they were not ready to fix it. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.

Rooms are very very old and cold. Heating take its own sweet time. No microwave in the room. Squeaky noise when you walk on floor. Smelly. Stale breakfast is served at 8 30am. We couldn't get enough sleep since someone was always walking around starting car etc. Noisy place. We thought of taking rest before continuing our journey but this place was a wrong choice

The place is falling apart! It’s dirty and has holes in the walls. We had a stranger walk into our room @10:30pm with a key card from the front desk! We used the ironing board to secure door from opening again. Very disappointing and upset! This property shouldn’t even be a 1 star. It’s a dump!

Room was dirty from day one. Drafts from a poorly sealed door. Shower stall was uneven and felt very unsafe. Shower head was awful on all settings. Linens were torn. No coffee maker as depicted in room pictures. Towels were tattered.

Check in was fine. Booked a king non smoking, got 2 queens and the room smelled like an ashtray. One bed was partially made, so unknown if someone had been in their previous. Wall unit would not heat room. Price was low, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Toilet rocked, coming off flange. Resulted in having to move rooms. Waited 3 hours for a new room.

The cleanliness seems to go down every time. Are first room the heat was stuck on high and half the lights didnt work t.v. was broken. Very accommodating at giving us another room. This 1 the heat not so good not so clean. They need to do some bettwr cleaning and i would stay again but not now

Cigarette butts on floor inside of room. Carpet dirty not vacuumed. Bathroom floor dirty. No towels in room. Went to office asked for towels and told him about cigarette butts and dirty room. Said he could move us to another room but different price. I declined. Never stay again. Never recommend to anyone

The tables in the breakfast room were dirty both mornings. The choices at breakfast was very limited especially the second morning. I have stayed at this motel before the quality was definitely not the same as before.

The staff were very friendly, unfortunately there was a lack of Kleenex and toilet paper. We bought our own. No phone. The beds were very comfortable, and easy location for shopping.
