The worse place to stay ever!! BUYER Beware,first the Clerk at desk was not professional. Prepare for the room in advance, he tried to say no reservation. Strike 1. Second when I did get a room no security latch on door. He stated alot of rooms were like that Strike 2. The clerk then tried to put on another with carpet coming up and roaches crawling on the wall. Strike 3. I gave him the key and left. I never stayed at the Dump of hotel. Reported them to BBB. Want a full refund or credit from Hotels. Staff was very nice. The rooms were okay but several things were out of place. Heat could have been stronger compared to other hotels I've been to. Microwave didn't work and fridge barely worked. Stain couch and floors and the room reeked of smoked. Wouldn't recommend

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Stains and burns on the covers. Shower curtain was full of mold. My socks was filthy from walking on the floor. The lady that checked me in seem friendly but I was just dissatisfied with the visual and cleanliness of the room. 0/10 in my opinion.

I was here for a work trip, and the hotel was exactly what I needed. Fast WiFi, quiet rooms, and a smooth check-in process. The staff respected my schedule and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended for business stays.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler, and it was a great experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was very polite. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. A perfect place for a short stay.

I didn’t like the fact that the towels were dirty looking, pillows were a disgrace, dead roaches and bugs behind dresser where the tv is. The roomed was a non-smoking but smelled as if it was a smoking room.

The bed comfort was unbearable and the sheets and mattress was dirty and damp, the room smelled of mold and moth balls and the air conditioner was covered in mold and rust I had to use my asthma pump in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend no one to ever stay here it was just so unsanitary and the parking lot was a disaster potholes the size of sewer holes or bigger. The place was filled with drug addicts walking around asking for money. The staff and housekeeping was rude and disrespectful they all live at the property so certain rooms you book are unavailable due to them residing on the property in those rooms.

The housekeeper was very nice. The housekeeper had so many rooms that day she was the only one doing the rooms that day. Check in was at 3pm I checked in at that time I waited 2 more hours for my room to be finished. The lady at the front told me they just had to put bedding and towels in there. I had to end up telling the housekeeper lady I was waiting for the room and she was very nice about it she told me she was very busy. She finished it and the room wasn’t clean the covers wasn’t clean. You get what you pay for literally. I got a refund.

This hotel was horrible! It had bullet holes in the walls, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the heat didn’t work and the floor was filthy!!! My toddler nephew came in with white socks, after five minutes, they were pitch black! The hotel staff was of limited assistance as they refused to change my room! I will never stay in this hotel, or recommend it to anyone ever again!

The guy at check-in was an a**, very rude and acted like he didn’t really want me there. He told me the wrong room and someone had their door open when we walked by, doing drugs. I wouldn’t stay there again and no one should unless you enjoy a ghetto type scene.

This place gets no stars. Not only did the AC not work, there were roaches all over the floor. The overall cleanliness of the hotel I put to you this way the parking lot looks better than the room. You are not allowed to have guests after 8:30 p.m. they also charge $25 for each two sets of guests even though I paid for double beds then was told the cops will be called and we will be kicked out if you didn't pay the extra $25. If you like sleeping with roaches this is the hotel to be.

It was the cheapest hotel around… and so let’s just say you get what you pay for! There was mold on the AC, bathroom was dirty, the deadbolt lock was broken (I actually fixed it within 2 minutes with my own screwdriver), the fire alarm was ripped off the ceiling and laying on the desk, there was stains all over the lounge chair in the room, and I was not feeling so comfy about the area of town it was in. Would not stay again! Ever!!

The front desk was so rude , there wasn’t tissue in the room and the bed spread made me itch very badly . I’m just so upset because I was looking forward to my stay.

I found someone elese ear plug in the bed. Only thing that comes in the room is small bars of soap . No shampoo. Conditioner or coffee on site at all. The person who "cleans" the room during the day killed i think a cockroach on the floor and didnt clean it up. Just left the dea bug on the floor. The ice machine is filthy as well. I paid 100 a night for this dump. Sad they can get away with that. The non smoking room is definitely smoked in . Avoid this place if possible

You were half asleep and forgot to give it to me even after I asked you if there was a checkout procedure.. so then he has the nerve to ask me “well when will you be here? I’m leaving soon, you have about 10 minutes to get here” what? If you weren’t sleeping on the job and been a decent employee we wouldn’t be in this situation.. now you’re timing me? In a place I’ve never been to before? Get real dude. Will never stay here again.

I did not like that there was no shampoo and conditioner. And there wasn’t a stopper in the bathtub. The tv wasn’t able to change the channel. The WiFi was super slow.

The a/c kept cutting off, making clocking noises, mattresses was dirty, lining out dated, furniture stained up, than I had 2 pay extra because they say expedia didnt charge the right amount... It was definitely better than the last hotel I was at especially being spare of the moment booking

I walked in and the room didn’t have a trash can or ash tray asked for new towels, trash can, and ashtray took them more then two hours to bring me those items. I don’t understand why Indians or Arab ppl think it’s cool to always have attitudes with black ppl we are not all the same and that’s how they all treat us. I am not pleased at all and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even stay here cause it’s a trashy hotel

No blankets in room, just thin sheets and the bedspread (older). The Wall fixtures that held up the shower curtain and robe hooks behind the door needed to be anchored properly- they were coming out of the wall.The Staff was polite and accommodating. Parking lot was full-they must have been booked up, located a short distance from Ft.Eustis.

The picture when we first booked it was great, it looked clean and nice but when we got there it was the opposite. It smelled really bad and the sheets were not clean.

The electricity in our room kept shutting off. Then there was a couple fighting right outside for over any hour just screaming at each other and slamming the door to their mini van and pushing each other. This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed.

There was literally a handprint on the back of the bathroom door that seemed to be poop. In hindsight I should have taken a picture so that I could post it. When we were checking out in the morning there was a man pacing in the parking lot, yelling that something had been stolen from him and that if whoever it was didn’t return it he was going to call 911. Probably not booking there again. 😳

I paid for a smoking room through online booking and was given the opposite. My room had been given away. The attendant even said the smoking rooms smelt like smoke(really?!), asked me how often I smoke and told me that I would have to go outside and smoke. I paid for a smoking room. He told me he knew but this was the only room available. So why accept payment???

Place was pretty run down and not much money going back into it. Baseboards were barely on the wall, mold on the shower curtains and pain peelings off the ceiling. Had to check out early cause of an emergency, so if they reduced my rate that would be about the only plus.

The comforter/bedspread was stained on both beds. My husband found a written on note underneath the sheets. The lamps above the bed had a broken switch and could not turn on. The shower had good water pressure but was leaking at the top of the shower head, causing damage to the ceiling. Not a problem for us, but will soon be a big problem for the property or a future guest. The towels were extremely thin and they didn’t have enough in the room for two guests. They did bring us more after we asked two times. We were staying two nights and at 10:30 AM on the first morning the motel staff were knocking on our door to tell us to check out. We weren’t leaving and it wasn’t even checkout time. That was rude, and we were still sleeping after getting in late the night before! The AC was off when we checked in, it was about 90 degrees and took several hours to be comfortable. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were both missing, making it hard to dry our Unsubstantial towels. There was only one roll of toilet paper, thankfully it was enough, and no tissues. Not very happy with this stay.

The shower had good water pressure but was leaking at the top of the shower head, causing damage to the ceiling. Not a problem for us, but will soon be a big problem for the property or a future guest. The towels were extremely thin and they didn’t have enough in the room for two guests. They did bring us more after we asked two times. We were staying two nights and at 10:30 AM on the first morning the motel staff were knocking on our door to tell us to check out. We weren’t leaving and it wasn’t even checkout time. That was rude, and we were still sleeping after getting in late the night before! The AC was off when we checked in, it was about 90 degrees and took several hours to be comfortable. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were both missing, making it hard to dry our Unsubstantial towels. There was only one roll of toilet paper, thankfully it was enough, and no tissues. Not very happy with this stay.

Poor service. Fire alarm was not working. No bath towels. When asked about it received those after 3hours. Bathroom tub water was taking lot of time to clear. No bathroom shampoo.

This was an Economy Inn. I expected a lower class experience in return for low cost. I was expecting only a clean bed, working AC, and relative safety. The Staff, Mike, was extremely rude. The AC did not work, made the room hotter, and it was in piss poor condition (knobs broke, etc). There were rooms Mike could have moved me to but he refused and demanded that I wait for repairman at 11:30PM. Then wait another hour when the room didn't get any cooler! He lied to CheapTickets when I demanded refund, stating the AC worked and room was newly renovated. Other than that, it was an experience you would expect from a low rated Inn - homeless people, couples checking in rooms for an hour or two, dirty outside. The sheets were clean and I did feel 'relatively' safe and would have stayed if the AC worked even if only one setting worked - cool. And I cannot state enough how TERRIBLE (I cannot use the appropriate words here) the staff was.

The mattres was hard tv remote didn't work.I put down that i was going to pay there and they charged my credit card before i got there.for the price i pay it was not worth it $252.00 for two nights is to much

The toilet was loosed from the floor. We were afraid it would tip over. We took a non-smoking room and yet it reeked the smell of strong cigar. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell and woke up with a huge headache. The next morning, I asked them about checking out and cancelling my second night. They refused telling me I had to call Expedia in order to do it. We left regardless and still been charged with 2 days. I am also disappointed at Expedia for not inspecting these premises before putting them on their site. As a customer, we rely on Expedia for quality places since we don't know them. I guess from now on we will not be able to trust Expedia for this matter.

When we arrived at the hotel we were confronted with a very unfriendly check-in manager. We received one entry card and went to the room, to discover that the room was smelling of smoke and the smoke detector was disable hanging from the ceiling on a cable. We went back to check-in manager to request a new room since the original room was not livable. We were told that all rooms were taken and we could not receive a different room. Requested a refund because the manager could not provide a room that someone could sleep in. The manager denied a refund and left the reception area without returning again.

At first driving in thought might be no good!! Room was old beds were semi comfy. Room has old musty smell. Want bad or wasnt great.

The condition of the room was very poor. Ripped shower curtain, filthy bathroom floor, mirror with obvious dirty marks from the use of previous guests, blankets with cigarette's burns...

Air Conditioning not working properly, shower curtain and sheets with holes. Room smell bad. Just two towels in a room for 4. They really needs to work in the hotel condition.

Cockroach were found in the room ....

Not some place I would stay again. Rooms were run down, holes in the wall, baseboard hanging off. Bed was big but uncomfortable and no pillows.

Towel stained, dirty wash cloths, sheets didn't fit the bed, comforter had holes with stuffing coming out, and smoking was allowed in every room. Just bad experience overall!
