It was decent for the price. The shower head fell off when I turned the shower on. The breakfast options were very slim.

My room had a phone plugged in the wall but didn't work, I wasn't able to contact front desk to get extra towels. There was also a junebug in my room.

I explained to the manager that in the bathroom for handicap there needs to have handicap bar by the toilet and a higher toilet for safety. Everything else was good.

The property was dirty the first I had, had to be changed, the new one wasn’t that much better, the linen needs to be changed, the hallway is dirty. The hotel needs a serious cleaning and upgraded. The breakfast was horrible no variety. This was a very disappointing hotel. The tv was messed up hotel rooms need repairs. If I could have got my money back I would have requested that .

I stayed at comfort suites instead. Not the cleanest there but no asma attack from mold.

This hotel was Filthy!!! Blankets had yellow stains everywhere on them floor still had trash on it front desk did NOTHING!!!!! No apologies, didn’t want to give me new bed sets!!!

If your looking for something right now and quick short stay yeah it's Manageable but just bring some Clorox wipes the cleaning staff just does a quick spray down they don't sweep under anything so as long as you don't look under stuff your fine the beds wasn't dirty but they didn't make ours or clean our room on our weekend stay or give us replacement towels and they left old soap in shower and signs of hair like I said they do a quick spray down the halls to the room are hot and smelly and you will have to pay a $50 security fee when you check in on top of your booking and there's no water pressure in the shower so like I said it'll do for a couple nights but pick up a $4 thing of Clorox wipes so you feel better they do not do deep cleaning on weekends as far as I know maybe week days are different

I tried three different rooms and the beds were dirty and the last room that they showed me had a dead roach and roach eggs in it

Location was perfect! Staff was nice. Has a nice pool. And a nice little fitness center. First toilet would not flush, ended up having to turn the water on the tank. In order to change channels for tv you had to point remote to a box behind tv, so you couldn’t relax and change the channels.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby and pool looked clean and nice, but unfortunately our room was pretty dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor when I walked, hairs in the shower and floors, no soap in the bathroom, shampoo was completely out, and when I undid the fold out couch there was a line of dirt and hair in the creases. We folded it back up and just all shared one bed. It also smelled like smoke, even the bed, although the room was nonsmoking. It appeared the room wasn’t cleaned at all.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Noisy guests. Rowdy during my stay. Pool seemed dirty and lacking maintenance, so didn't enjoy the pool. Limited hot water forced me to take a cold shower in the morning.

They tried to charge over $60 in fees. The room was like they pulled the sheets up and called it clean. Toilet stuff floating that looked like poop. There was what appeared to be vomit on the walls in the bathroom. Food chunks on the pull out bed and several spots on the floor. Something sticky all over floor next to bed. No sheets on pull out bed or anywhere in room. 4 of six pillows looked used with food stains and makeup rubbed on them. King bed had stuff all over comforter. Overall cleanliness of faculty like halls and elevator was gross. We had to wash our hands as soon as we got to the room every time. The bed had a metal base and was broken any movement even adjusting the pillows before getting on the bed created a metal on metal noise. Once on the bed even rolling over became a noisy experience. Multiple people in the lobby the4 times I went to the front desk were complaining about the same problems. Extra fees. Changing reservation information. Dirty rooms. Missing basic items like sheets and towels. How rude the staff was.

You get what you pay for. The room was dirty and all around needs to be updated. They advertise 100% no smoking but yet my sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The floor was sticky, the shower drain was clogged. The towels were stained yellow and the bathroom sink was glued together. Looked like it was about to fall apart. Also, the guy at the front desk gave my daughter and her 2 friends a hard time about using the pool. Demanding they pay $20 per person to swim. They declined so they went back to the room and the guy followed them back to the room to tell them to leave. I get it, they’re not registered guests and they were waiting for me to come back from the store. But they were my guests who weren’t spending the night. Just three young adults that weren’t causing any issues, visiting me for a hour and wanting to swim. But the guy acted like I wasn’t allowed to have visitors. I’m completely baffled by this place! The only reason why I’m not giving 1 star is because the location is really good and safe and the breakfast is okay.

We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again.

My stay wasn’t long at all. I was out in 3 different rooms because they were all dirty. I pointed out all the areas that were visibly dirty and was told it was normal. I did not feel comfortable so I left after 30 minutes of checking in with no refund.

The room was not cleaned, there was blood spots on the comforter & the tub of the bathroom had dark spots around the tub. I asked for extra face towels where I saw brown marks.

Was close to the things we were doing while staying in VA The bathtub could’ve been cleaned better and it really backed up when you showered. We couldn’t change the channel on the TV or the volume. Property says No Smoking, but smelled very strong of marijuana.

Location was convenient. Room smelled of strong of marijuana. Baseboards and corners in bathroom and around toilet were thick with gunk. Bedside stands had sticky residue and floor had hair and dirt. Bath towels and comforter had obvious stains. Front lobby was so cold staff wore coats. Guest WiFi was odd and didn’t work. Tv cable box just hanging. Had to rig it so the remote would work. Tv had no internet, so couldn’t stream. Shower curtain stained and water pressure subpar. Only stayed two nights and room was located on first floor, but every time I passed the elevator, it was either closed with out of order sign or the doors were standing ajar and elevator was off. The noise was terrible. The doors need oiled and we could hear everything above and beside and outside of our room. Nobody was rowdy, there just didn’t seem to be any insulation between rooms and floors. I’m accustomed to and perfectly fine with a basic hotel room. But a room lacking cleanliness and bad odors are a big deal to me. I probably would have shrugged off the other complaints if the room had been clean and without odors.

The location was good for me, and the bed was pretty comfortable. I liked that they put six pillows in the king room. The front door wasn’t working properly, the front desk agent was a little rude at check in (snatching my card from my hand), I asked to be placed on a floor away from a party that had a lot of children because I knew they would be making a lot of noise throughout the night- I’m pretty sure he put me directly under them as we heard a lot of loud thumping all night. I don’t know if they have cameras in the halls but children were running up and down the hallway all night being very loud- even banging on my door at 1:30 am. The elevator was out of order, so you’re forced to use the stairs. Inside the room the phone was not plugged in so that didn’t work, and someone had stolen the HDMI cord for the television so I had to ask for help- which took over 30 mins to get someone to my room. Once the rep came to the room he was friendly from that point & we had no more issues. Breakfast wasn’t actually a breakfast. As far as I could tell there was only waffles, cereal and yogurt available. The juice machine had out of order juices as well. Overall, there are clearly a lot of things that needs to be fixed in this hotel. To have paid $100 for a night, I definitely didn’t get my moneys worth between the experience and different facilities being broken and the lack of “complimentary breakfast”.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The front door was not operating so you had to use the side door. The elevator also was out of commission so you had to use the stairs. The breakfast was only cereal and waffles. The remote for the tv was malfunctioning so you could only get to a few channels before the tv cuts off by itself.

Went to the pool. All the doors and windows were open making it freezing inside. Got in the pool and looked around and there were no towels. My wife went to the desk for ask for towels for the 3 of us. We were given 2 after 20 minutes of shivering. Thought maybe he just didn’t know about the kid but then proceeded to give a father with 2 kids 2 towels for them as well. Then swat raided a room as we were leaving, and to top it off there were roaches in the bathroom at 2am. TV also barely worked. Had to stand right next to it to change any channels. If you’d like to give me some sort of refund on this stay maybe I can bump up the stars but this just wasn’t it. And there’s a random $12 service charge when you arrive that isn’t refunded and I’ve never seen that before. Beds were comfy is about all the good I’ve got for it.

Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The lobby and other areas were clean as well! "Breakfast", if you want to call it that was hardly a breakfast! Waffles, cold cereal, 2 of 3 juices from the machine and a few apples. The next day, NO fruit!!! I was told there was an upcharge for a handicap room {maybe I missed that when booking} and they asked for a $50 deposit, when we had already booked with a credit card!!!

Nothing Couldn't check in until about 4 o'clock, staff was rude, didn't have towels for pool until asked. Staff had a attitude and rude worst experience with my kids will not be coming back plus had to pay extra last minute with arriving on time but check in was the time it said it was. Couldn't get no extra nothing WORST EXPERIENCE!

We had 7 kids enjoying the heck out of the pool. The staff made sure we had towels to use in the pool area. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was clean but it needed to be restocked with plates and forks and we couldn't find anyone to get any. We had 3 rooms and people in other rooms were a problem which I know is not the hotels fault. I wish people were a little respectful of others. The kids were exposed to a very loud "sexual" act that could be heard in the hallway. One of the kids thought a woman was being beaten until the mom figured out what it was..Also people next door had kids knocking on the door and scaring my great grandkids. I told management and he did apologize for it. Didn't blame but people need to respect their surroundings better.

I was on a business trip for 2 weeks and pre paid for the hotel and so I was stuck staying there. The best thing was the price. Minimal everything, service of room, breakfast LOL, workout room with broken equipment and Television. Shame on me for trying to save some business expense, you get what you pay for.

Hotel policy is non refundable no exceptions so we just chose to suck it up but we will never be returning to this hotel.

It was hot and clammy and smelled musty. The check in process was so, however, the staff was friendly. Our room was filthy. I wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot. It didn't seem as if the floors were even vacuumed as we found spider carcasses around. The towels were stained and stiff and when we asked for fresh towels on our second day, we were told no because they had none cleaned. The comforter smelled of old, musty laundry that had been left in an old washing machine. Ot was a disappointing stay, and we only stayed because of the convenient location and that the property was *just* barely clean enough to stay and avoid having to find another hotel and lose out on money. Based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend for a family. Plan to stay here if you need a mediocre place to sleep.

Concierge was often passive aggressive and/or not reasonably accommadating to simple request like changing a blown lamp light bulb or non working power strip. Please improve personal attitude with customers. Also the "continental breakfast" items were limited and not fresh.

I could not call the front desk since the telephone in the room had no dial tone, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for the missing items. Also, there was no toilet brush, no towel racks, and no hook on the bathroom door that in usually standard for hotels rooms. There were no plastic cups or coffee cups in the room. The breakfast had cereal, a waffle maker, a few yogurts, and apples. It lacked many items such as a toaster, bread, bagels, and muffins. The only fruit was the apples both days I stayed and the Orange juice dispenser had a broken sign on it both days I stayed. This was the most disappointing breakfast available in any hotel where breakfast was offerred. There was nobody available at checkout that could discuss these issues, as there was only a sign when a phone number for emergencies. I had the impression that the staff was trying to cut costs especially with the breakfast, Even though I paid for the hotel in advance through Expedia, the hotel collected an $18 charge when I checked in. No sure was that was for. I have enjoyed staying many times in Quality Inn brands of hotels, I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel for the reasons mentioned and the lack of customer service with the staff.

When I checked in, the Orbitz price information was different than the hotel. We forgot our toiletries. The tiny pack of toothpaste wasn’t useable since the front desk was out of tooth paste. The deodorant looked like small chapstick. The bathroom was out of conditioner and low on shampoo. There were two dirty towels. The pool was too cold to enjoy. The toiled flooded. The employee took a quick look. He suggested that I come downstairs to get a plunger to take care of the toilet since he was busy. I suggested he put me on the payroll. He got the plunger. He told us we were switching rooms at 10:50pm. The new room had a door that stuck. I didn’t want to leave a review. It was the only way to share feedback.

The deodorant looked like small chapstick. The bathroom was out of conditioner and low on shampoo. There were two dirty towels. The pool was too cold to enjoy. The toiled flooded. The employee took a quick look. He suggested that I come downstairs to get a plunger to take care of the toilet since he was busy. I suggested he put me on the payroll. He got the plunger. He told us we were switching rooms at 10:50pm. The new room had a door that stuck. I didn’t want to leave a review. It was the only way to share feedback.

There were drunk people in the elevator, and the entire place smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes, even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free zone. There was no toilet paper, the phone didn’t work, and I was asked to switch rooms. The hallways were noisy, with people leaving their doors open. Definitely not a comfortable or safe environment.

I’m very upset about the experienced me and. G family had at this place they had bedbugs and mold all over the room we was in the bathroom door didn’t closed properly it was the worse experience. Our cleaned clothes they were itching us . I came home and washed all our stuff we had brought in that room ! I have a son with escena and he got worst

VERY misleading. This hotel states that they have luxury bedding, down comforters, Egyptian cotton sheets, and a pillow menu. NONE of these are offered. BEWARE if you get a king suite with sofa bed, the sofa bed DOES NOT include ANY BLANKETS OR PILLOWS, only a sheet. My children traveled with us and were cold the entire night. We were told to speak with Josh the manager and he stated “there are no blankets available or offered for the pull out beds”. We had to go to Walmart to purchase blankets, pillows, and tooth brushes/tooth paste (because we forgot these) even though the website states that these are available upon request. The pool was foamy and tiles are extremely slippery or lifted near the lounge chairs, be very careful. Also NO BUFFET BREAKFAST! Continental at best. Waffle maker with no batter. You had to choose between 3 apples or stale cereal. No buffet as advertised online. In addition to all of this, EVERY SINGLE LINEN was dirty or stained, towels, rags, pillow cases, etc. and we found dried up roach/bug body parts on 3 linens (we rented two rooms). Each time they “replaced” the sheets, there were bug/roach exoskeleton on the sheets. They just throw the bedding on the concrete floors in the laundry rooms and the floors are gross in there. I contacted the hotel and Orbitz to at least return the money that was spent at Walmart to supply our own bedding, hygiene products, and breakfast since all of these were supposed to be available through this hotel. Disappointed

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly, however the noise level was high. The walls are thin and it was difficult to sleep. I suggest getting a room in the top floor.

Two people using the same (3) damp bath towels and only 2 hand towels 4 days in a row- was not sufficient. Would prefer to have more towels or have them changed out during the stay. We noticed some people put bags of trash outside the door of their room (as if their is some magic trash fairy). Return 6-8 hours later... trash still sitting there. Hallways and elevator are stuffy and stink like cigarettes and weed. Otherwise, the grounds were clean, we found parking every time we arrived. The area is conveniently located close to downtown areas, quick hwy access and close to the places we needed to go.

All of the negative reviews you see in other sites for this hotel are STILL issues going on. They do not care about fixing the property. Every negative review was true (rooms smelling like smoke, toilets not working, no hot water, etc.)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that could have been a little better was the breakfast they only offered waffles, cereal and yogurt. Even with that being said Id definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised that we had a great experience. Clean room, comfortable bed and iron/ironing board. The toilet was lower than a standard, but it did the job. Definitely would stay and recommend!

The hotel was older but had been painted and remodeled. The bed was clean shower curtain was a little dirty at bottom. Breakfcould use some improvement. Nothing really pancakes and dry cerals.

The pool didn’t look clean. The towels and wash cloths were dingy. The covers and sheets were stained. It took an hour to get help with the tv. The location worked for me but I wouldn’t book again.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. We wouldn't even walk around our room with out shoes on. Made a walk way out of towels to avoid stepping on the floor. When we picked the towels up, they were black from where we stepped. The counter in the bathroom was slanted down so nothing stayed on the counter without rolling off. Oh, and the pool!! They're was a film on the top of it with patches like you would see on a pond!! I though i was going to get an ear or skin infection just by stepping into the room, so i viewed it from the window. I arrived a little early and was told that I could check in because my room was ready. Then I was told that I needed to pay an early check-in fee which I declined so I left and came back later. I checked into my room got everything out of my bags, went to get into bed and noticed that the sheets were completely stained and disgusting. I then had to walk downstairs because the phone in the room did not work. They changed my room and when I got to my new room, the towels were stained and dirty. Each day that I was there my room key was deactivated and I had to keep going downstairs to have it reactivated. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

The man at the front desk seemed to get frustrated with me when we couldn’t understand each other and when I asked about marking yes or no thanks to signing up for Choice rewards (when I already have a member number) I wasn’t given an answer. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and my room had a strong food odor, but not in a good way. I couldn’t get the tv to work, so the front desk man came to check it out and told me that I had to point it at the black box, when that’s what I had been doing and watched him reset it. The bed creaked with any small movement and sounded like a loud rusty spring echoing in an empty warehouse. There was a stain on the bathroom floor that looked like a poo streak, but I wasn’t about to find out. And, I didn’t use it, but walking past the pool it was stagnant and looked like it needed to be skimmed

My stay was alright, I didn't like that the pool didn't stay open til midnight like one of its fellow sites, and the pool had so much pollen in it...i didn't feel like it was cleaned. The breakfast was pretty avg only waffles and cereal, they should of offered granola bars, fruit. The bathroom water didn't stay hot at all..we used luke warm to cold water, even in the morning time it wasn't hot ( disappointed) the bed was very very comfortable, but i did have to go to the lobby for sheets for the pull out bed. The hall ways had a slight odor and could probably use some shampooing or cleaning...smelled wet and old... but for the price i guess the hotel was alright

This was a very clean and affordable stay. I was near everything anf the staff was nice. The only downside was that the heat of the water varied and i had to time it so i can have a hot shower

Breakfast was waffles which we don't eat due to allergies. Bed was comfortable and location was quiet. Plenty of parking available.

Check in was a breeze. The gentleman that checked me in was kind and informative. The pool was warm. The room was exactly as the photos. Clean, quiet facility. I would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival to the hotel, I sar and waited for an hour before anyone came out to check the deal. I finally called the hotel number to access someone to come for check in at 3. The hotel was dirty, towels were dirty, bathroom drain continuously clogged. No housekeeping during our stay. Crushed potatoe chips in the hallway for two days before some swept the carpet. Also, the floor we were staying on smelled like marijuana the whole time.

The place is kept clean. Not in the best area. Do not count on a real breakfast. Breakfast is open until 9am. I arrived at 830am to make your own waffle and a sugar cereal but no milk. The walls are thin. Awakened and kept awake by yelling, domestic disputes, loud obnoxious people. Not my kind of crowd.

Cleanest of the room good. However, there was only one clean luggage cart. The other two were dirty and molded.

The pool room and pool was ice cold. You couldn't even stand to be in the pool area. There were strange cars coming around the hotel through the night, making circles around the hotel then parking next to a car and leaving quick. The breakfast was the saddest breakfast I have ever seen. The shower water didn't get hot. The heat made a terrible noise. There were hardly any workers in the building. Very poor experience.

We were disappointed that the heater on the indoor pool was broken! We specifically wanted a heated pool. Also Fyi breakfast was very minimal. Other than that we we're satisfied.

The room was clean and acceptable, morning special. They had a metal base on the bed though that was annoyingly loud when you bumped it with your feet. Breakfast was sub par 2 cereals, waffles, apples, and yogurt were all that was available.

I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites and had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing experience. The hotel is nestled in a secluded area, which made for a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The deluxe room with the pullout couch was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to move around and unwind. The hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the space, making it even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was a great start to the day, offering your choice of coffee, a variety of teas cereal of your choice yogurt waffles made the order and your pic of apple juice, orange juice, or cranberry juice. The only downside was that the elevators were not working during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure from the shower was horrible. Additionally, there is a metal bed skirt around the metal frame of the bed. There also appeared to be metal "planks" under the mattress that didn't seem to be tightly fastened. This caused every movement on the bed to create a metal to metal clanking and vibration sound, which was quite disturbing.

Stayed here before a bit disappointed with condition. Bed was comfortable and clean but bathroom needs to have the fixtures updated. Small staff.No one was at front desk when i arrived. It was early for check-in. Had to wait 20 minutes or so until someone showed up. It is an easy location for access to 64 E/W.

Our first night we had to request new bed sheets and comforter. The front desk said they would send someone right over, after a little over an hour we went down and retrieve the sheets ourselves. There was no comforters to give so we adjusted the temp to sleep with a flat sheet. Once we started changing the sheets we noticed just how dirty the bedding we were removing (makeup stains, red stains, also clear white sticky substance on the side,use your imagination) it was SO nasty. I have never seen anything like this. That was just the start, there are more concerns with this property of course but let's just say we will NOT be returning.
