Dirty walls overly painted holes in the walls. Dirty baseboards and never received clean towels and linens they always have stains and spots all over them. Currently pursuing a legal suit regarding this property they make you pay extra past the reservation you book especially if you do third party like Expedia etc. They do not give grace period to check out and will HARASS you until you’re gone. Overpriced and extremely dirty and ran through. Do not book here I beg you

There was a bar in the bathroom that was ripped out from the wall and floor, and just placed in the corner. Dirty baseboards, dirty door, and cracks in the wall. The room clearly needed cosmetic maintenance!!! Maintain the rooms!!!

there was a bed and a shower The room was disguising, mold and grime on the baseboards and where the ceiling meets the wall, especially in the bathroom. The walls were thin and i could hear the the people in the room over banging on the wall rhythmically late into the night. I saw two large cockroaches in the room and many many more on the sidewalk right outside of my room. The chain on the door was broken, there was an ice machine and no ice bucket in the room, and when we checked in we had to call because no one was at the front desk.

As soon as you walk in you get this awful smell, smells like a dead rodent or something.. room wasn’t very clean you can tell they do a quick wipe down and just let the next person go in. but unfortunately this was one of the better motels in the area. Nothing The room smelled like cat piss. We checked in Sunday night extended on Monday morning and Tuesday was told we couldn’t extend our stay because maintenance had to be done which they knew when they took my money and instead of moving us to another room we were told we had to leave and come back although there was plenty of vacant rooms. They DO NOT charge the price listed on BOOKING OR GOOGLE and the rates go UP higher during the WEEK and the WEEKENDS they are very rude and inconvenient especially giving that it’s pouring down raining and I have a child with me no one else was moved or told to leave for maintenance someone came in behind me and made a reservation after he told me there were no more available rooms on the opposite side of where I was already staying and I couldn’t be moved although I paid because they were all full but the person who came behind me made and paid for a reservation and we had to leave due to so called maintenance that needed to be done in the rooms that couldn’t be done with us there but they couldn’t accommodate or move us although we paid already.

They have a pet policy that's not posted on the bookings page, and it's a policy that the staff rigidly adhere to

It was clean. All you get is a bed and tv. No hangars, hair dryer, or iron. You did get soap but no shampoo. Our room had a king size bed which took about half the room, nothing in the other half.

It was visibly filthy. You could see big sections of just filthy floor. I spilled water and used the stained towel to wipe it. The towel looked black afterwards and the floor was a different color. I'm not sure if the sheets were clean. There was mascara in several places.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a sign that said back on 30 minutes, I waited 45 and still no clerk. I called the hotel and was then helped and quickly checked in. The room was adequate and the bed was clean and comfy. The place could use a deep clean and freshening up, but served the purpose with a decent shower and quiet nights sleep.

Our first night stay was ok only you couldn't walk barefoot in the room cause your feet got black from the dirty floors. The second night we were awakened at 5am by a couple breaking out the window 2 doors down and screaming at each other like crazy people needless to say I couldn't get back to sleep cause they kept things going for 2.5 hours and check out was at 11am.

What I don't like is people that stay here sometimes. This time a man kept pacing around the stairs and saying he was going to kill his girl friend and the guests. The hotel staff got their quickly and removed the man but it was a difficult way to wake up to screaming. Obviously this is not the fault of the motel but something to consider when booking.

Front desk seemed like they didn't want to be there. The 1st room had bugs flying around the bathroom and the second room had the worst smell ever! The front desk walks back and forth, looking through both occupied and unoccupied rooms. Don't feel welcomed.

I had 2 rooms the shower didn't work in one room and not towels was in the room it was good and trash under the beds.

Even for “motel” standards, the room was the worst I’ve been. A hole in the wall under the sink that was never patched let in mosquitoes and flies all night, toilet was leaking all over the floor and the floor was covered in dirt.

We checked in and dropped our stuff off at the room. We went to Busch Gardens, came back to shower and go to sleep, but noticed the room smelled moldy. The kids started coughing and we were unable to breathe. My husband talked with the owner and he told my husband and I that it was like that because they're close to the beach and it's summertime. He moved us to another room and during the night the a.c. started leaking water onto the floor. We told the owner and he looked at my husband like he had 3 heads. Oh, there was also some kind of food sitting outside a room on a plate that smelled like death warmed over and was never thrown away the 2 days we were there. I hate putting a lot of money into a room when I'm only going to sleep and shower in it, but come on people, if you want the business put a little pride in it.

I reserved a room that is non-smoking room but as soon as we went in it was smelling like someone light a smoke inside the room prior to us getting in the room. Very disappointing

When I first walked in the room looked well until I realized the cleaner did not do a great job. The bed sheets were stained. The shower was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty towel left on hanging on the shower rod. The toilet did not flush. The phone in the room did not work at all - there was no dial tone. I could not watch tv because there was no remote. The sink was leaking all night and the AC took a very long time to work on top of the beds being very uncomfortable.

The owners were very nice people. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and very private.

One has to ask for everything. If we are to clean, we really should have in storage the equipment (floor spongesw/handle, disinfectant, hand sponges/cloths, furniture polish, plastic garbage bags. Don't terribly mind, for an extended stay, cleaning, however, access tothis equipment is nonexistent. I do appreciate your hospitality accepting canines. Thank you!

Lady was nice that checked me in…upon walking into my room I noticed right away the tv was broke looked like someone hit it with their fist, the floor was uneven and coming up, the heater/ac/Fan were broken the room was also not very clean. Again staff was friendly though.
