Location is close to most stuff As I checked in, the front desk attendant had a nasty attitude, there were methheads outside my window ALL NIGHT until I ran them off. The owner yelled at me blaming dirt on the steps from my dog(was not from us).

Nothing but the beds were comfortable The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. The toilet was broken.

For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience, this hotel not so much.

The rooms were dirty and smelled horribly. The staff advertises 24 hr service at the front yet refused to check me out till 11am. I told them I was unable to wait till 11 as I had a plane to catch. They said they would keep my deposit.

I booked online, the room I booked was no smoking and I was ok with going outside to smoke. The woman would not let us stay because we were smokers. Then they tried charging me a no show fee.

I would like if the Workers who check you in to be A Bit more Friendly And There Laundry Service for the room is not Clean The Towels and wash clothes and mats for the floor are Dingy supposed to be White But they are A dingy Grey and I reclined my own room And when I was done the Rags I used were Black the floor was dirty because I was just checking in it was no reason for me to see crumbs and paper and the odor in the room was not pleasant after I was done cleaning I had to clean the air conditioning filters they wet full of dirt I wiped the walls down where you see dirty prints and the lamps and tv were dusty Now I’m Comfortable I have Sanitized the room and I put my own linen on the bed the pillows were dingy white and the headboard was dusty The Hotel Would Be Beautiful if they Had people who honor there work and put more effort but the Ownerw Don’t Allow Them To Spend Much Time Cleaning therefore the Rooms Can’t Be Cleaned As well as They Need to Be because They Are Rushing them and that causes them not to care about There Name being stamped on the rooms they clean I take pride in what I do And I have over 25 years of experience with cleaning And I Take pride in my work I can’t say that I ever had Complaints About my work I take Pride in what I do And it Doesn’t Take Long You Just Have to Create your Own Routine For House keeping do your Best And Take Pride in whatever I Do I Just Love when theVGuest are pleased and happy with my work

Well I had such a bad problem checking in they said they had sold my rooms so the found two rooms for me and they were very bad the towels looked so bad. We had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes and something to make sure tub was disinfectanted. Was very bad never want to stay there again.

Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed. So the guy at the desk moved our room Had to put a $50 smoking deposit for the room When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room. Most things were good, room was nice. Just a rude lady at the desk.

They made me pay extra to get into my room. The tv didnt work and there were bugs on the floor. They wouldn't answer the door when I tried to come ask for another room so I just left and didn't get a refund.

It’s a safe place to lay your head if you can tolerate the wife if she’s working the desk. She is beyond rude and it’s something much more than a bad day. The rooms are okay and I am a local that will stay twice a month and be sure to bring an extra towel because the shower curtains do not keep water from getting the floor wet.

When I called about the towels and the remote , I also asked for extra pillows. No extra pillows unless I pay a $5 fee. The towels and the tv remote were brought quickly to the room. And the stocking I pointed out was removed. I understand that the room was very reasonably priced, but standards, not so great.

Booked the room for a King Bed Smoking. They didnt have one available then they upcharged me to a Double Room Smoking. The room they gave me had been broken into and the door didnt work properly. There was broken tile in the bathroom area. The family that runs and lives in the hotel was very rude.

The room was dirty. The hair drier was broken. The TV did not work. The microwave was rusty and never cleaned. The towels were stained and greasy. I asked for clean towels and my request wasn't just denied. It was rudely denied! The staff was horrible!

First check-in went quickly and easily. They do require a small deposit for non-smoking rooms - honestly people, quit lighting up in them or get a smoking room, or go outside; these might not be required if you did. The clerk was pleasant and explained everything clearly and well. The room itself was on the second floor, up a narrow flight of metal stairs. When my wife and i entered we noticed it had a pleasant aroma, was spacious, and clean. No complaints there. The bed was comfortable and clean, although the comforter and decorative throw had a couple of burn marks, probably from being used in a smoking room, but was otherwise ready for a good night's sleep. The bathroom area was small, but the shower water was hot, and had good pressure. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. The fridge was super cold by the way, so bonus! All in all fornan inexpensive weekend getaway this motel is perfect. Just dont expect premium amenities.

It was horrible, there were cigarette burns in the blankets, stains on the pillows walls and doors, and no hot water in the shower. The other rooms in the hotel were loud at all hours of the night.

I like how the staff was warm and welcoming. My room was extremely clean and the amenities are great.

The people at the front desk cannot assist we towels or anything housekeeping I found that weird. It’s clearly family owned, however they do not check behind their staff or just don’t care but the mattress were filthy period. Check for Bed Bugs please and report.

First - The hotel has a horrible smell when you walk in your room. If has many roaches and needs caulking. The door frame was detaching from the door. The internet does not work properly. When it does work it is dial up speeds. Highly recommend you don't stay here. I won't ever again.

I didn’t like how I couldn’t get a refund,after mistakenly booking a room for one night.I didn’t even show up and check in I was so disappointed in the customer service and waisted almost 100 dollars.No refund policy sounds like steeling to me

The personnel was rude and reluctant to offer customer service. They did not have housekeeping when I arrived at 7:30 pm. Two of the three pillows in the bed were very dirty and they refuse to give more pillows even though the place was bearly occupied. I asked them to change them for some in another room and they refused. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said they would not refund the money. My wife and I ended up at Walmart buying pillows that night to be able to sleep. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The family that runs this place is absolute scum. They are rude and unprofessional. The service was absolutely terrible. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was not turned down my entire stay. No change of towels was provided. Housekeeping is absent. Would not recommend.

The bed was good, but it was an old hotel and front desk staff was sitting on a sofa outside, she didn't look like she had a home, and she smoking.She wouldn't even give me and my husband some plastic cups, we had to drive down to wawa and get a big cup of ice for free, she said she could give us some more in the morning, well we was definitely leaving by morning.

Fixtures are old and molding. Need caulking. Wouldnt stay even for a quick romp in the bed. I didnt stay. I just paid again for another hotel. Must leave a deposit for the key. The outside was tidy. Plenty of parking.

The wash cloths and towels were stained the bed sheets were stained and had cigarette burns on them the springs were poking out the mattress and the room smelled like an ash tray i did ask for a smoking room but it’s not suppose to smell like an ashtray the bathroom door had a big hole in it they patched up one side of it overall this was not a good place to stay

Had to take a smoking room and the room, while appearing newly renovated, was very dirty - I wouldn’t allow my crew to even take their socks off (just doing a quick sleepover). Mirror was filthy and the sink had a quarter sized hole it in where water was falling through to the area under the sink - we wouldn’t even try the tub. Very disappointing and we definitely won’t be back.

I wanted to bring my family to the area to visit and couldn't have picked a worse place. The management was rude and unkind, the grounds were unkempt, and the room smelled like a trash can. Do yourself a favor and try to find at least a 3-star hotel in the area for you and your children.
