Overall, the room was spacious pretty clean. But the whole hotel needs maintenance, and there was a lot of cracks and broken areas in the room. The TV have issues not a lot of channels. Options All of the cracks and the floor in the bathroom, broken towels.We first got there, he was washing tail.So we didn't have any towels in our room

The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean, very big. The refrigerator was nice and cold ! I had called a couple of days prior to my arrival about trying to get some kind of disability accommodations but was told I would be charged a penalty fee so I told them to forget it, but when I got to my room it did have disability accommodations so that was great ! My only real concern was that we went out to dinner and came back and I had to use the restroom so I get out my room key and the bathroom was trashed ! This was the bathroom in the lobby. There was no toilet paper and someone had shoved brown paper towels down the toilet in the handicap stall. I just happened to have some tissues in my purse. That was my only issue. I didn’t get to stay for breakfast as I was having a procedure done at the hospital at 6:00am. I would definitely stay here again.

The laundry room wasn't cleaned at all and we were there for almost a week the outside hallways were never vacuumed we asked for more towels they ran out our bathroom sink and the shower were both leaky

I have severe COPD my son went up to review the room and said the room was full of the smell of smoke. Dirty carpet and furniture he went down and told the clerk he wanted to cancel the stay and wanted a full refund.

The bathtub didn’t drain and the water pressure was horribly low. The ice machine was drenched in mold and mildew all across the bottom of the ice spout and The stench was horrible until breakfast when all you could smell was waffles from downstairs. The staff was not pleasant with the exception of the gentleman who checked me in and for the price of $137.00/ night you would have thought it would have been a decent room.

We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom. Went to have breakfast, there was the waffle maker, a few baby muffins no orange juice and when standing by the coffee the trash can that appeared empty but with only stir sticks and sugar packet trash it smelled like rotten tomatoes and mold. We didn’t eat the food, we only got coffee and hot water for my tea. And when checking out, no one asked how our stay was or anything, they just took the keys and said , I was all set. Horrible experience,

The “white” wash cloths and towels were so stained we couldn’t use them. The bathroom soap was broken and no tissues in the tissue box. The hot breakfast was eggs and flavorless coffee.

Maybe with the new name the property over time will be better. However, I stayed here with my family about 4-5 years ago and it was a different name then. The care of the overall facility has not changed much over time. The carpets in the rooms still need to be removed and replaced with new carpet or vinyl hardwoods. The beds weren’t bad and the new shower heads were the best part of my stay. The breakfast could also use an upgrade.

The man at the desk was very nice. The cleaning lady was so rude . People walk in and out that hotel in the morning they should mop the floor late at night or about 4 in the morning . Everyone someone walk bye when she was moping she get mad. Then I have kids that stayed above me and was running around all night and morning

Everyone was friendly, nice atmosphere. Most all lights and tv was unplugged when I got in the room and when I turned them on they flickered bad. The tv remote in king room didn’t work so had to watch TV in the living room area.

The room was so stinky and smelled horrible until it made your stomach hurt. I found a maid who tried to spray but that made it worst. Carpet was filthy and had candy stuck to the floor. Only one wash cloth in the bathroom. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned out it had built up ice so bad you could barely put a drink in it. I will never stay here and want a full refund. I booked reservation from the 26 to the 1st. Then switched to the 27th through the 1st. So they canceled my reservation for no reason. The charged me almost double for getting a room. I will let people know about this place on every social media possible.

I liked that there was free breakfast. And the decor in the lobby was decent. The staff was pleasant but almost all except the front desk did not speak English but did supply linens and towels when asked. There was no hot water. We had to call several times for a few days asking that they come check in out. We were traveling with little ones and so they needed hot water as adults we could bite the bullet but not the little ones. We also did not have adequate towels. When we entered the room there was only one. Also the pool and gym which were a plus but wasn't maintained well. The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.

college admitted weekend and if it wasn't for the great staff and hotel at Comfort Inn it would have been ruined they had a room I told them about our experience and the helped and gave us a discount rate for all we had been threw that night. I want a refund 9n this room or some of my money back this was unacceptable in all ways if I can not get my money back or a refund then I will need to cancel my other 2 booking with you because that means yoir company is untrustworthy.!!!!!! Our room was changed and the second room was better but the idea that they would even assign someone a room in that condition was very off putting.

I'm still waiting for the refund I was told I was getting for NOT staying and instead I'm continuing to get these emails asking "how was my stay?" Once again, I DID NOT STAY. Blood and possible dried vomit on the mattress. Staff was no help at all when asking for clean sheets and a clean mattress cover. Showed me another room that had a dirty foot print on top of the bed. RM# 102 and 101.

Waffle batter made my husband and me sick. The breakfast options were extremely small. Checking in took us at least almost 20mins, because the guy didnt have anything prepared and he was tripping over his words. The toilet seat was so small as well, leaking faucets a lot not a little, internet was absolutely horrible. Something was wrong with the bed im not sure if the box spring or frame was broke but you'd automatically roll to the middle of the bed. So, needless to say we didnt sleep well at all. But something was bad but we are both sick and we both had the waffles.

Checking in took us at least almost 20mins, because the guy didnt have anything prepared and he was tripping over his words. The toilet seat was so small as well, leaking faucets a lot not a little, internet was absolutely horrible. Something was wrong with the bed im not sure if the box spring or frame was broke but you'd automatically roll to the middle of the bed. So, needless to say we didnt sleep well at all. But something was bad but we are both sick and we both had the waffles.

The cleaning woman was very sweet and nice but the owners just don't seem to care. They did not have enough towels for all the guest as we didnt even have enough for everyone in our room to have 1 towel. You needed a key card to get through any doors; including the restroom by the front desk which seems very strange to me. I would never stay here again. The only nice thing about this stay was that it was close to what we needed.

I loved the staff they were friendly snd outgoing slwsys willing to help. The breakfast was good and well stocked but lacked variety. We stayed for 6 days and only thibg that was switched out was sausage gravy ( which was very good) for link sausage. We selected hotel because it had a pool and a fitness area. Both were broken, pool heater and all cardio pieces were inoperable. We traveled with a small child who was very disappointed the she couldn't go swimming. To end on a positive note the shower temperature and water pressure was propably the bedt I have every experienced in a hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have NEVER written a review. But had to because my experience was soooo horrible! As soon as we walked into the room I noticed it was not vaccuumed. And looked like it hadn't been in a very long time. There were stains on the carpet of various sizes and colors. The furniture had large round stains as if someone urinated on them. One of the beds had a stain on the bed skirt. The tub was dirty or stained.....I could not tell. I opened the sofa bed and the mattress had a big dark blood stain - at least 6 inches around. Not a few drops. The television did not have a remote. The desk attendant brought one up, but the cable was not hooked up. So no service. If that wasnt enough, one of the people staying in the room put her hand beneath a bed and found a pair of dirty underwear!!!! The place was gross. I also got stuck in the elevator (which was also not vaccuumed). I was only stuck for 5 minutes, I had to push the first and second floor buttons several times to make it work again. Comfort Inns are independently owned. This owner should be reprimanded. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We had a nice stay. The bathtub had rust and was chipped so we did not feel comfortable about being in the shower long. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. I would come back. If they had a shower mat it would help.

A little disappointed. The room was a handycap which fortunately, we didn't need but wow, what a difference in the lack of conveniences compared to the other rooms! No counter space in the bathroom. No hooks or place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom. The bathtub didn't have a hand held sprayer. As for the room itself, only one comfortable chair and a desk chair. No clock, frig didn't work well either. The bed was a king and very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Would have liked a heavier blanket though. My daughter got a regular room and it was awesome! A couch, plenty of counter to put your suitcase in the room, a comfortable chair and desk chair. Also had a king bed. This room was in great need of paint cleaning remodeling and fixing. The far corner near the widow was just a big open area. The floor underneath was squishy but not wet. It felt as if it would give way as I walked on it. Base boards in the same area had plywood tacked along the border. The outlet cover was not screwed into the drywall. The windows were so filthy. The second floor view was of a moldy storage area. The closet door was broken and was not attached to its track. The paint on the door to the room had a lot of scratches showing that ugly paint underneath. Several of the doors on our floor had similar scratches and a few looked like someone had taken a crowbar to the latches. There was some dust on the headboard and this area would not have passed the white glove test. Ok bathroom. Ugh. The toilet and shower curtain was clean. On the floor underneath the toilet was a palm sized rust stain. The sink was fine and they provided hand soap and shampoo. The tub/shower was disgusting to where I didn’t use it. There was a nonslip liner on the tub floor that had seen better days. It was half bleached and scraped off. The shower walls had a ton of soap scum and dirt/grime that it looked black. This was the worst case of build up that I seen in a very long time. For the labor costs alone they should just get a bath-fitters

The 2 workers were exceptional thus was my second time coming to stay there from Saint Louis Missouri I came back the second time because those two men where friendly and willing to make sure that my stay was GREAT. I will always use this facility because of Them

Only spent the night but great rest and really clean rooms, only thing was elevator smelt like urine. Check in was smooth a 55 dollar deposit and breakfast had hot waffles, eggs and biscuits and gravy. We were satisfied with the price and the experience.

Could be improved: bathroom tub caulking, bathroom door doesn't close. Overall: fine if you just need an overnight place.

The carpet was stained with animal feces and the halls wherecovered with cheap hardwood flooring. The phones didnt work. The bathroom showers appeared to be atease 40 years old. It felt like the Bates motel. The outside was a inactive construction site.

It wasn't what I expected from the Country Inn & suites that I have stayed in before. This property is run down. The hallway carpet is dirty and smells. My room has stained carpet, the bathtub is chipped, the bathtub granite backsplash has strange stains, the cabinet that houses the microwave and fridge has warped and the wood has separated that even paint cannot hide. The door frame has large chips that need to be painted. The free breakfast is unappealing. The fruits are small and looks really cheap. We noticed the washing machine was broke the whole time we were there not that I wanted to use it, it looked dirty. I booked for 5 nights but I only stayed for 3. The 4th night I stayed at another hotel and the next day took our luggage and forfeited the 5th night stay. Horrible experience. I thought that it was going to be like the other Country Inn & suites I stayed before and I didn't look at the other comments. I wasn't alone. Other's have expressed what I wrote down. I have pictures in case anyone wants proof.

I have stayed at Comfort inns all around . This was by far the worst. Peeling molding food in the fridge at check in . Towels and washcloths looked cheap. It’s not what I had come to expect of Comfort inn

I had to get extra bedding and towels from the front desk and staff was nice. We got to breakfast late, and staff was kind enough to ask us if we needed anything before they began to shut down breakfast. I recommend if you need a place to sleep for a fair price.

Sounds fishy right? Yeah she was trying to rob me but my credit card company is on it. Now the hotel. We had to change rooms because of mold smell and wet carpets. The bathroom sink didn't drain in any of rooms and the pool pumps were off. The ice machine is empty and the laundry room on 3rd floor is trash. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one...

The walls in the bedroom had gross stuff smeared on them. The carpet made my young childrens feet black on the bottom. The TV screen was crack in 3 places. The tub was dirty. I told the front desk guy about the wall and he just said ew. DONT NOT STAY HERE. There no reason I would recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel was extremely dirty with a bad odor.. the room had a Mildew smell the bathroom door was broken didn’t close and the shower stopped up every time we showered.. My children was scratching all night long and very uncomfortable turns out this hotel has a flea and tick problem.. Most of the things in the room were broken, The carpet was dirty Throughout the whole hotel.. I Book this phone online, which is the only reason I had to stay there, But it was a horrible terrifying experience for me and my family.. They were strange people hanging around our cars in the parking lot all night long, Which made it hard for me to sleep.. And there were bugs in our room and spiders… Honestly, this hotel needs to be shut down and remodels. It is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to and I will never book here again.

He was doing a great job but I felt bad for him because he was running between both jobs. We could smell marijuana through the vents in our room and our toilet seat was broken in our room. The AC worked in our room.

The oveall condition of this property is pretty bad. Need significant renovations. The quality of breakfast is poor. The conditions of thr gym, pool and rlevator is pathetic. The overall service was ok.

I felt like housekeeping was subpar in the bathroom, areas were obviously overlooked. The remote didn't work to the tv, front desk just advised us to "reprogram it". Little to no concern shown. For the short time I was there, it was ok but I wouldn't book it again.

The room floors were really dirty…room next door had fighting guess…the charge me a pet fee but I was told the next day that it was not pet friendly….day shift staff not very pleasant….the gentleman on evening shift was very nice and helpful great personality he was the best part of the stay

The staff and service are excellent! It's not easy running a hotel, but the owners are hard working people and they try hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For all the negative comments out there, you know in advance that you're not booking a 5-star hotel. The property is old, so it appears dirty, but the bed and sheets are clean and the mattress is not bad. There are no evidence of bed bugs. We needed more towels during our stay and they were happy to give us more. The free breakfast is the standard one that is offered at the other hotels.

One of the male staff members walked into my room without knocking or announcing himself. He had no cleaning supplies with him and we didn't request any towels or room service. When I told the front desk they only apologized but couldn't explain WHY he even attempted to enter the room.
