Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff, but expressing dissatisfaction with hidden fees, outdated rooms, and poor service. Many guests enjoy the hotel's amenities such as the pool, volleyball area, and breakfast at Shor, but some find the rooms overpriced and smelling like mildew.
- Great location close to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach
- Friendly staff and clean facilities
- Hidden fees such as daily resort fee and parking fee
- Outdated and overpriced rooms with some having a mildew smell

Nice, clean hotel, family relaxing time.

The grounds are beautiful and picturesque. I didn’t leave the property and enjoyed The Weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. Drinks were good. I was ignored by staff on several occasions. The front desk was kind and helpful. The room I got was not the one I requested but because I booked 3rd party they refused to help even though I had a screenshot of the confirmation of the room I booked. It didn’t matter, all the rooms were sold out so I think that’s why they passed me around. Instead I over paid for a single king bed in front of the pool. The music is super loud and even in the morning starts the party at 9 sharp. Service at the bar and when we tried to order was very slow if they even stopped by our table.
- 3/5
Bathroom toiletries could be upgraded. I was told I was getting better room but it was on the ground floor with glass sliders were everyone walked by...absolutely zero privacy, and the cleaning people parked their carts directly outside my room. The food at the coffee bar was inconsistent, the bakery was stale and the croissants were hard and very bready. However, the breakfast burritos were great! Front desk people were excellent, people at the coffee bar were not helpful, they never looked at you when ordering and appeared very rushed. Room was not vacuumed well. Beds were very very comfortable.

My room was way in back in the Lido area. They gave me a handicap room and I’m not handicap. The room is fine. Lots of space but the bed needs to be replaced the mattress sags and I have a backache.

Room was clean and place was nice. Would stay again
- 5/5
The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make things right and took great care of us. We love staying there as there are so many things for kids and adults to experience and enjoy at the resort.

Very peaceful and quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

The amenities felt inexpensive and below what I would consider appropriate for a hotel in this price range. The toiletries appeared low quality, and overall the experience felt more budget-oriented than luxury. Several aspects of the room gave the impression that corners were being cut rather than providing a premium guest experience. For the rates charged, I expected cleaner, more updated accommodations and better attention to detail. The hotel has potential due to its location, but the property itself needs renovation and investment to justify its pricing and brand reputation. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again unless significant updates are made to the rooms, amenities, and overall guest experience.

I’ve stayed here before and I was looking forward to coming back with my family. They have bikes you can check out to take to the beach but unfortunately they were poorly maintained. Also, our AC unit wasn’t working in our room. When maintenance showed up it was after midnight. They couldn’t fix the problem so we were told to switch our rooms in the middle of the night and leave our stuff. The next day we had plans to go to the beach and as we were leaving, with no warning, they made us move all of our stuff to the room we slept in. I assume they couldn’t fix the AC unit. There was zero apology from the front desk. We were offered a free breakfast, but never received it.
- 5/5
Great location and amenities. Nice hotel staff. The property is old and could use some major refreshes. We stayed by the waterslide pool.

The check in time is at 4 which is too late...called in to try to get an earlier check in...even an hour and the guy said "There are several people waiting in the lobby, you can come in and sit and wait". I told this to the checkin person when we did check in and he comped out self parking...which is $40 per day...and they have a LOT of parking....they have it gated off so you HAVE to pay. The grounds looked nice but stunk like barf/baby crap as they'd just put in new mulch....really you used mulch that stinks that bad at a hotel resort? One of the maintenance guys said that was what the smell was from. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable...they have louvered bathroom doors so if you're loud on the john, everyone will hear....there is no separate toilet door so not a good date spot unless you're into that. It's also right by an outdoor concert venue so if you want any rest before that shuts down you'd better be able to sleep with a lot of noise.
- 3/5
Patio room was more expensive but stuck in a back alley corner that looked old and run down. No view at all from patio, which is fine, but don’t charge more. Room smelled like bug spray or some kind of pesticide. We had to spray with room spray constantly. Area all around pool just walking near it smelled like vomit. Weird and very unappealing. Overall, the rooms were underwhelming for the price. Lobby and bar area was really nice.
- 1/5
Terrible check in experience, I arrived almost two hours after check in time (4pm) and the room was available. I was told the room was given to someone else and I may not get the the room type I reserved. I was also told the resort was sold out but when I spoke to the manager, he said that wasn’t true. The room was not what I expected, it was supposed to sleep 3 but it only accommodated two people, the room smelled and was not very clean.

Nothing The noise from the airport. Not disclosed self parking is 40$ until you check out. Plus 50$ of resorts fees on top of final payment in booking.com. When everything done you are paying double of what booking.com payment. Completely ridiculous.

Hyatt Newport is a nice quiet place to stay in OC. Lots of activities on the property. We like staying there. Our room had a couple of things that needed attention but not a big deal we let them know at checkout. Will be back.

Staff are very professional and helpful. They are respectful and very nice smile. Tub with black dirt, drainage is bad, tub easily gets filled with water during shower. Shower not functioning well.
- 2/5
This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The room furniture is old & banged up. Popcorn ceiling. Noisy room from stomping feet above to noise from adjacent rooms. The grounds are expansive & gorgeous. The hotel good location for getting around Newport Beach.

The manager Paul Deutche was top shelf. Really took time and care for anything needed. Jenna was a fantastic waitress. The Valet were so helpful. I’m sorry I can’t recall properly, Jake? , helped me with the Tesla we rented ( first time electric). Ac wedding was going on, conferences being attended, and my wife and I were treated as important as anything else going on that day. Can’t wait to return and have a shot of great Bourbon again! Did I mention they carry premium Bourbon?!
- 5/5
Lots of resort activities included with resort fee- golf, pickle ball, bikes, volleyball, beach rentals.
- 5/5
Great service and overall really nice place to stay and have a good time .
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was amazing and Beverly kindly upgraded us to a room that was a bit quieter. It was a much needed time of rest and relaxation. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Excellent stay and staff was great!
- 3/5
Also, there was no extra blanket in the room, we had to ask for a blanket.
- 1/5
We originally got a room with a bay view but did not have a bay view at all. We had a view of the ceiling with dirty, still water. We called the front desk to ask if any other rooms were available. We ended up paying more for a room in another building. We had to move all our items over ourselves.
- 3/5
A/C did not work and technician did not show up after calling twice. Had to leave the room at 10:00 pm in the middle of the night because it got hot and suffocating. Front desk provided a different room with functional A/C but only upon my insistence. Not the experience I would have expected at a Hyatt property.

- 5/5
We had such a wonderful stay! Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, and traveling with a little one felt easy and enjoyable thanks to their thoughtful service. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everything about our experience was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!
- 5/5
Great location, great breakfast
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Beds are double which is a little small for 2 people in a bed, but I'm sure it said it in the description and I just missed it. There were a lot of amenities offered that we didn't take advantage of but we'll be back for longer next time.
- 5/5
We were there for a concert and impressed with how well it is maintained.
- 4/5
Everything was great, but the shower was not clean. I had to lay a towel down to allow my kids to stand in it. Everything else was good.
- 1/5
The floor by my bed was soaked so I wet my feet for the first few nights that I stayed there getting out of bed, furniture in my room was broken, the toilet looked like it was wiped with toilet paper cause there was BITS of toilet paper stuck to the toilet seat & I asked for shampoo conditioner and body wash and Lotion only for them to bring me USED REFILLED shower supplies that were clearly open and used. The lotion was new but at that point I’m like this is disgusting and disrespectful. I’m disappointed cause I really love using the Hyatt in Pasadena California so I expected better at this location. Another guest I booked at this location also had a similar experience. This is not the experience I expected at all.
- 5/5
Ms Cruz at front desk, just awesome! Very out of the way to accommodate.
- 2/5
The bathroom layout is plain dumb. Nowhere to hang towels. , let alone swimsuits. There is no place to hang a hand towel so it’s damp all the time. We were next to the swimming pool but couldn’t dry our wet swimsuits. The front desk staff were apathetic at best. No offer to help with bags and no elevators for bags. Not sure what the $40 per day resort fee paid for besides towels but seemed a bit excessive for just towels. Awful experience and we couldn’t wait to leave.

Juan M serving breakfast was wonderful, attentive his dining room staff serving breakfast all 5 days was excellent! Thank you for the great mornings to start a day. Tom from Arizona

The hotel is old and the rooms are old. Get a pool view room ! Or u look at the side of a building.
- 3/5
Room was at the end with open halls next to stairwell. Female traveling alone did not feel safe. Then a male staff opened my door with his card while I was in there. Not safe at all. The price of these rooms did not reflect. Check in staff was lack luster. Location was good.
- 4/5
I gave a " Good " rating simply because the room is clean and staffs are friendly. However, the facility is old, the air conditioning / heating unit is quite noisy.

- 2/5
Although the staff was great the hotel is very dated. The rooms are old and musty and the bathrooms are very bare. There is not much closet space. Very disappointing
- 5/5

- 5/5
We always love our stay there , all Staff is always EXCEPTIONAL. Customer Service was and is always so professional. Would rate 10/10 and definitely recommend
- 5/5
Love the resort layout. Room was clean and well laid out. Staff were very friendly. My third stay at this resort and it's always good.
- 2/5
I stayed in the Lido building and the rooms were extremely dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. I have never complained about a hotel bed before but this was tough. There are also 0 blankets in the room. The bed is made with a bedsheet and then some fake top cover that offers nothing.. There were also two hairs in my shower upon arrival that obviously weren’t mine and very obvious to see. The self parking lot is inconvenient and will take 5-8 minutes to walk every time you want to get your car (unless you ask them to pick you up). The rooms were also very stuffy and just felt like the air had not been circulated ever. Will not return.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
- 3/5
Staff was fine. Room, and hotel in general, were a bit dated and could use a refresh.
- 3/5
It’s alright they sell you with the pics! & if you have heavy luggage don’t recommend staying here they don’t help bringing them to the room & you have to go thru lots of stairs up & back to get to your room

Hotel staff always helpful and friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable bar area.. we have not used their pools.. the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Very dog friendly!
- 4/5
Staff is very helpful. Rooms are ok but not well lit. Bathroom is very small.
- 5/5
Was a little noisy: but of course with the holiday season you can expect that
- 1/5
Booked the room and an hour later had to shift my reservation by a day and they still charged me the full rate. They say they have EV charging but it's only for Tesla.
- 2/5
Room smelled musty. Had to keep the door open on night.
- 5/5
I didn’t use the pool.
- 3/5
Rooms were not clean
- 3/5
WORSE - why I won't stay there again and be very suspect of Hyatt is - they did the add on a resort fee on your check out bill, when that never was disclosed in the price while choosing the hotel or checking in. Get that you want more more - but a fraudulent way that shows Hyatt's true caring about their customer - just want your money.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful and very clean.
- 4/5
Upon arrival we were given a room at a building that was older than the two main buildings, Catalina and Balboa. We requested a room change, which they agreed to do for an extra nightly charge. We stayed in the 3rd floor in the Catalina building. The hotel ambience was nice, with beautiful holiday decorations. The food and bar staff were awesome! Also, the room cleaner was wonderful. I was surprised when she called me by my name, addressing me with a "Miss" and my first name. She was friendly and sweet! Given all three amenities and location we would stay again.
- 2/5
Bedding was so bad. Pillows flat and hard, mattress same. Rooms have not been ulgraded in decades. We chose Hyatt because you can rely on a comfy bed and decent room. This was not that at all. However the staff was absolutely amazing.
- 5/5
Beautiful surroundings. Lots of entertainment.

- 3/5
Hotel fees way too high for what you get. Hotel itself looks and feels pretty rundown. It looks like this was a nice high end hotel back in the day. But it has not kept up with time. The hotel really needs a total renovation. And while the rate is competitive, it doesn't feel like you are staying in a nice hotel. So not worth it. Might as well stay in a motel.
- 3/5
Had higher expectations from Hyatt
- 5/5
Excellent and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
one night stay - bar area was very busy - food took longer than usual and they comped my meal and were overly apologetic. Would stay here again for sure!
- 5/5
Very kid friendly!!!
- 5/5
Great place for a short stay for a family visit.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Convenient nice and a bargain.
- 2/5
Hotel needs a massive reno
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay !
- 3/5
The rooms are very outdated and everything seems dirty. The shower was dark and small. The airplanes are so loud and go all day. The had a pool cleaner out af 6:30 am blowing leaves and dirt around the pool and it sounded like they were right in front of our door. Probably because these are motel style doors that you enter from outside and have gaps under them. The pillows, if you can even call them that and the sheets were so rough and terrible. The rooms were not great but the rest of the facilities were pretty, the pool was nice and the fireplaces around the property were great vibes but the room and the noise from planes and water heaters was not worth the price. Nice staff also or I would only do 2 stars.
- 4/5
improvement for heating of the pools they are very cold the only hot tub was warm the other things like service restaurant area and movie night is amazing
- 5/5
$40 to park is ridiculous and I'm staying there at the property desperate attempts to make money off of people!
- 5/5
Friendly Staff
- 3/5
The mini fridge had a bad smell. We ordered food in the bar one night and they "accidentally gave it to someone else." The next night we ordered room service and the "orders got switched" and they delivered it to someone else's room so we had to wait an hour and a half for it. Staff were otherwise nice and acomodating.

The staff was amazing. Front desk, bellman, Valet, Jose gave my granddaughters a stuffed pineapple, Wren in the bar was very nice and attentive, Ally the manager was amazing, Katrina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, Joe gave the girls a treat from a treasure chest, one of the bellman brought out a s’mores kit for the kids while we listened to music and the food was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of our room. It was very musty and damp. All and all it was a great experience.
- 5/5
It's always great and I enjoy staying here
- 4/5
third time here and we will be back.
- 1/5
This property is half renovated and updated, and half gives you the feeling of a motel. We were there on a busy weekend where they were completely booked and they couldn't change our room. Although we pay full price and not a motel room price. They also didn't accommodate us because we booked with Expedia and not direct with them. Even the manager kept saying if you booked with us will be different. So if you book here because the price is more reasonable, you will be given a room at their dirty, motel rooms. Yes dirty because we found spiders crawling in our room and dead one on the towel. Hyatt really disappointed us. I will never stay there again.
- 3/5
The room was small the bathroom was small and no light in the shower, air condition did not work well. cost was a bit high.
- 5/5
Great ambiance - loved it !
- 4/5
Location is excellent, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty decent. The parking situation isn't ideal if you want to self-park. It's expensive and a long walk to your room. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom, which was very dark and outdated.
- 5/5
I stay there regularly and always pleased with the room and service.
- 2/5
Was not happy with our stay. They put us in a handicap room which is not what we chose online. And the accessible room was much cheaper than the original room that we chose for our reservation. The front desk reception lady was rude and did not answer my question that I had asked before charging my credit card. She seemed very put out to help the customer. Our room was NOT as expected with how much we were charged for our room. The smell and cleanliness was extremely lacking especially being a Hyatt Regency hotel.
- 5/5
Such a wonderful place to stay… can’t wait to be back.
- 3/5
This is a very large and conveniently located property that needs a refresh. Dated decor, sidewalks and room furnishings. Our biggest issue was at check in - a rude male attendant that would not make eye contact with my wife who arrived fir our 4 night stay first - he would not check her in or even look at her when saying he could not help her - no solutions or conveniences were offered after she arrived at his station to here this - she had valet parked her car and had all of her luggage with her - no offer to accommodate - water - store her luggage - nothing all while staring at his computer screen. She asked him to speak to me on the phone and he would not take her phone to talk to me - unbelievable- rude and far below the standards I thought Hyatt was about. We have 4 more trips planned to Newport Beach planned before year end and we will not be staying at the Hyatt.
- 5/5
Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room and the grounds are spreadout and peaceful.
- 4/5
Room was fine

- 5/5
Perfect location and amenities.
- 2/5
Stay was very disappointing. The property is old and the section with stayed in (Lido) looked old and rundown. The room had a weird smell, bed was uncomfortable and creaks with each movement, the pillows were very small and flat. The room was noisy. We heard every step of guests upstairs, the outside screams of kids and people by the swimming pool, the car traffic on nearby street, planes overhead with John Wayne Airport being close by. The $40 Parking fee every night was also surprisingly high. We were only Staying 2 nights so we tried to make the best of it. By the time we left drove home, only 1 hour away, we noticed dampness on all clothes with the weird smell. I'll be calling the hotel, this could be mold and we took it home with us. I'd avoid this place. You've been warned.

Needed a family friendly local getaway. Great location. Great kids pool with helpful staff. Rooms and food were average, parking was expensive and not convenient but overall very happy with the stay.
- 5/5
Resort feel and treatment!
- 5/5
Great resort. All amenities were easy to access. Staff was friendly and hotel room was clean. Coffee shop was excellent as well
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
All the employees were amazing but a special shout out to our housekeeper Irene ( she was personable, always smiling & greeted us everyday by name). Also our waiters Jay & Rob!
- 3/5
Hotel was a nice size resort with proximity to so many things around NB area. The room was clean for the most part and spacious. The bed was not very comfortable and we were left feeling sore in the morning but since it was a short stay, it wasn’t a big deal. I would stay again if ever in the Newport Beach area!
- 5/5
My family and I stayed at this property and loved the three pools, the service at each and the comfy rooms. Walking distance to Balboa Island and across the street from Newport Dunes.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Nice property. The hidden parking fee of $40 per day is annoying. Just make that part of the cost. Over all it’s a nice place and we’d come back, we just don’t like hidden things.
- 4/5
We usually love staying here but we ended up in a room next to an engine room of some kind. It was a roaring hum that never turned off. Very difficult to sleep and very annoying.
- 3/5
The grounds are pretty but our room was odd, it was a converted conference room. The rooms need updating
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
In addition to a great location in proximity of Newport Beach, the property itself had many amenities, excellent staff and excellent food options from grab and go to fine dining. It was great fun to see families playing chess and friends around the fire pits at night. I’ll stay again on business or pleasure.
- 5/5
The bed was terrific. My husband - who sometimes has difficulty sleeping in hotels - commented how wonderful the bed was at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach.
- 4/5
The wait staff by the pool on Friday could really learn something from your Saturday team. The Saturday team was AMAZING!
- 3/5
Our first room had a terrible king bed. It sunk in both sides of the bed and caused back pain in the middle of the night. We asked to switch rooms which was thankfully quickly accommodated, but we surprisingly didn’t get a simple apology. The new room was fine, but both double beds were very hard. We’ve stayed at the resort before and this experience was quite disappointing compared to previous stays. The property seems to have gone downhill in the last several years: Jacuzzi jets at main pool we’re not working, broken umbrellas at smaller pool near fitness facility, we found cockroaches by the main pool, the rental bikes were not changing speeds, pool by fitness facility had several plastic cups floating in it, & self parking lot gate almost closed on our car

Staff was friendly but room reserved for a garden patio view and got a horrible HVAC view in the corner.

The swimming pool with a slide is a favorite for the kids. The property is quiet and calm. Rooms need an upgrade.

Love the pool, the food and service

Did a great upgrade

Our stay was amazing. There were plenty activities to do during our stay and the dine in option was an amazing experience. The kids loved the pool and we loved how quiet it was almost seemed we stayed in a private island. Staff were professional and kind overall a great experience. We will definitely come back.

The balboa building had an intense chemical smell as well as the room. The smell was so intense it burned and mad your eyes water. We called the front office and they moved us to different building.

Beautiful property. Clean and safe.

Pathetic hotel…air conditioning so loud we thought a truck keep driving by outside our door/window. Housekeeping so late that we could not have room cleaned. Had to dress for dinner.

The plug is broken, so the light doesn’t work on the bedside stand. You have to plug it into the alarm clock there’s spiderwebs and dust all in the van vents. The fart fan does not work you walk out of my room. It smells like sewage there is crumbs and crackers and dirtiness behind one of the dressers I am very disappointed

The hotel is well located near to Newport Beach and the surrounding area. It’s also close to the freeways so you can get around the greater Los Angeles area. The room was large enough for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay here. The children loved the pools.

Food was truly unedible. Bed was of poor quality.

Convenient.
- 5/5
Great location next to back bay and Newport dunes

The view wasn’t the best as our room fell back in the further building. Also, have an unrecognizable charge on my account but wheb I try to speak with someone, they can’t find my past reservation. Kind of a pain.

After half hour another younger man asked us if we had been help and did bring us the car...

Valet parking is $50 and the resort fee is $42. Combined with the cost of the room and the very loud concert, the cost to stay one night is outrageous.

We stayed in room 432 and overall the room was ok but needs better carpet and for it to be installed with no gaps at the walls below the base board. I say this because I was checking behind the bed's head board & found a big spider I was trying to kill but it keep hiding in the crevice of the carpet and base board. I found some other spider webs behind the head boards so more attention should by placed to those areas. Also, the shower head needs updating and the curtains could provide better privacy. The AC mini split unit is so loud at times and the room door needs updating to prevent a draft from entering the room and allowing outside noise from easily entering the room. Oh yeah, FYI the slide opens at 10a and closes too early at 5p. The pool could be warmer, especially because the property is next to the coast and it can be slightly cool at times even during the summer. Would I stay here again, maybe but definitely in a different building within the property that's hopefully cleaner and nicer.

Stayed for days in preparation for my company Alert the Globe to live broadcast the yearly High Hopes Foundations’ event on July 13. We’ve donated our crew and time to help the foundation. The crew here at Hyatt Newport Beach are simply the best. For 11 years we’ve been doing this for the foundation here and I must say, these people are there for us.

Perfect stay!

We liked the water slide, we liked the rooms. Everything looked a little run down. The pool food was not very good for how expensive it was. The staff was moderately helpful, but didn't speak very kindly at times.

Property is very spread out. It is a great place for families. Low rise, only a few floors, several pools, nice common areas. Not super fancy but not subpar.

Staff was great! Bar, food and room service were all fabulous. Only thing holding me from a five star would be the room. AC would not cool down the room, shower pressure was so light that I couldn’t wash my hair.

I reserved a refurbished room with a bay view, but we were givdn an ancient room on a third floor with a broken elevator. Not nice. Construntion noise, and just old. One customer service agent was able to do more than his job, and return my belongings to me after it was stolen from your establishment. Like awful.

Great location! However, this property is on the downhill. It's old and tired. This would be fine if it were priced accordingly. We had several issues during our stay and all but one were eventually taken care of at some point during our 5 night stay. We usually love staying at a Hyatt Hotel but, I would pass on this one.

The room was very clean and spacious. The property was beautiful. The kids loved the pool.

Beautiful location.

I wish there was a video tour of the hotel before staying. Depending on the location of your room you will b using many stairs and walking quite a bit to get to your room. After the first day I realized I should have asked for a different room because bringing kids in and out of the hotel to

wonderful staff and beautiful property

Every one of the staff is awesome: efficient at their job and very friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are fresh. Towels are of “utility” grade and I wish I had brought mine from home. Building is very old, so you can clearly hear footsteps and vacuum from upstairs, or water use from adjacent room. Hallway is dingy: carpet is old, baseboards are very dirty, wallpaper peeling is visible at various location. Finish on doors are rough due to many, many coats of paint. The resort fee is $40 and self-park costs another $40. I booked the room for $290 on Expedia. For the price, there must be a better hotel in that neighborhood.
- 5/5
Very nice pool And amenities
- 4/5
Be prepared to accumulate another $90-100 in fees per night on top of what you pay Expedia (read the fine print). You will be charged a $40 resort fee taxes and $40-50 for parking, per night.

Husband And I came for a wedding at the resort with our 5 month old puppy. She stayed in her nice cool room and was fine.Bed was very comfortable staff all friendly from valet to front desk to bell service

Great hotel for service. Works for corporate events, girls weekend, golf while also really fun for the kids. It has it all!

This is an old property which desperately needs an upgrade.
- 3/5
The staff are very good, but the property is old and tired. The rooms are very outdated and have a musty smell that you would think you would get in a low end motel. Spend some money and update your hotel or at least get rid of the carpet and smell.
