Great location and overall it’s clean. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Fridge was big. Large size ironing board and iron. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was not good. We found some trash under a bed when we first arrived. We had to ask for towels as they didn’t change them out (even seeing them on the floor).

Room was clean, pillows provided were both soft and firm, bed was amazing. I slept better than I have in a month. Also, the staff that gets breakfast ready was amazing!! I could not rave about her enough. Super friendly and helpful.

Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast.

The toilet would not flush because it was not set to send enough water into the bowl. The front desk offered a plunger, but that was not the problem.

Dai at the front desk was an awesome problem solver. The woman working the breakfast room (my apologies for not learning her name) was great, too.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately evidently the hot tub is not working. It was the main reason I spent a little extra and drove a little farther than Woodburn. I guess next time I will need to call and check hotels that have hot tubs to make sure they are working. Other than that that the hotel was very nice

Clean room and good hospitality

Don’t stay here! The lamp in our room was smashed and there was black mold in the bathroom. The hotel wouldn’t refund us, then charged a $50 fee!

The tv really sucked it kept glitching and couldn't understand what people where saying at all.

I specifically requested this room because it had a hot tub. Hot tub was closed our entire stay

Breakfast is always great and I appreciated staff's support in changing rooms. My initial room had a door that did not lock and could be easily pushed open and as a woman traveling alone this left me feeling afraid for the rest of the stay. I did get to change rooms but struggled to sleep as I was concerned about safety.

Dog potty area was overflowing with poop bags and the smell was awful. Three days and no one changed the bag or cleaned the area.

The hotel was close to the venue where the competition was, making it a quick morning drive. The breakfast was decent for continental offerings (at least for the kids- adults who were vegetarian or diabetic were both pretty limited to not great eggs). Room was clean and shower pressure was great. I used the gym and that was a great area. Pool was closed, but small inside hot tub my daughter liked. There was no way to control the temperature. A fan just randomly kicked on and off, and that made it a pretty uncomfortable couple of days to try and sleep. Lots of noise between hearing the hall, and the window facing into a neighborhood.

Front desk people so nice and helpful. We some days needed coffee and bar soap, later hand lotion and they were able to provide everything in abundance. Dai I knew by name but really everyone was wonderful. Thanks so much. All five days were great. The bedding, bed and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Kudos to holiday inn.

Our room had used towel in the bathroom and the beds looked like had been jumped on. The staff was very accommodating and found us another room immediately.

Great room - clean, comfortable bed, bathroom sink separate from commode and shower area, Keurig coffee machine, fridge, black-out blinds. Just great in every way. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed here several times before. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The jacuzzi was nice and hot! The refrigerator and the TV were inoperable. The TV service in general is very poor, it takes 4-8 seconds to change the channel and display an image.

Room was pretty small and beds and pillows not as comfortable as other IHG properties. Staff was excellent though and friendly.

I booked a 2 bed Queen. When we checked in, there was only 1 Queen bed. I think the other option was a fold out couch but that wasn’t clearly stated at all. Overall it was clean and close to interstate and retail options.

Very convenient to wineries and great place to stay to visit with family

I’ve stayed here several times while visiting family in the Newberg area. While not a luxury hotel I still rate 5 stars. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable with an in room refrigerator. The staff is friendly, breakfast is great for on the go and location is 5 minutes from downtown. I will stay again!

I paid for a king bed and they said they sold out and only had 2 queen bed rooms available. I lookes at their website and see that they still have one on their website and also have 2 king suite rooms available for tonight. Not happy.

Great Location if visiting the Willamette Valley Wine Region! Rooms are very spacious, Easy Parking and access to one of the Main Roads to explore the region.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. Any interaction I had with staff was friendly. The only negative was a slow draining tub while using the shower. If the need ever arises we will definitely stay there again.

our first night we heard a dinging noise coming from the wall we asked to move and was moved to the other side of the dinging wall. upon further investigation it was coming from their computer room next to the elevator. we had to settle for a lesser room as to not hear the noise. so we actually moved 3 times before we settled in once we did that the rest of the stay was fine

The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice shower head for a great shower.

Check in was easy. Was on 2nd floor and as soon as we stepped out of the elevator we were hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Bed in our room was horrible. Room looked like it could use some updating. Shower had a horrible high pitch sound when it was on. So price seemed a bit high for the quality of room.

The gym was fantastic. Definitely the best thing about the place. Everything else was just a little bit grimy for a newer hotel. I would not consider this a three star hotel we kept our shoes on in the room 😢. Everyone was nice. Food was ok.

Terrible!!! DO NOT STAY THERE! Dirty, the electrical outlets in our room didn’t work, the elevator has exposed electrical wires, the front desk wasn’t able to get me a blanket because the linens are locked up after the housekeepers go home, the staff was rude, and the breakfast was awful! I requested to check out five days early!!!

Breakfast was very good. Area was clean, organized. Food was fresh and hot.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The walls are paper thin. I heard the people above me go to bed and wake up. I could hear them cough! Which caused zero sleep. I am a hard sleeper- so for these to wake me up, says something. Other than that it was good. Breakfast was delicious.

Wouldn't stay here again. The room clearly wasn't cleaned well - dirt and dust gathered behind the main door of the room. There were ants in several places.

We stayed as a family of 5 overnight. Every person on staff that we encountered was great. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was good enough for us to get started. This stay really allowed us to do what we wanted and not worry about any of the little things.

This property is okay. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express properties where the amenities, and location are much nicer.

Sink in original room was plugged when we checked in late at night, so we waited until the next morning to let staff know. Morning staff said it would be no problem but when we returned in the evening it was not unclogged. Evening staff informed us that no maintenance staff was available and had a very bad attitude. His statement was "well what do you want me to do about it". He eventually swapped us to a different room, but it was after more attitude was delivered.

They were able to check me in at 1am and offered a 12pm checkout. The front desk gave me a snack. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything was great except check-in. I would have given 5 stars, but when we checked in I wasn’t asked if I needed more than one key, I had to ask how to get to my room (where the elevator is), wasn’t informed about breakfast (location or time), etc. He took my money and gave me one key.

A descent hotel for the money. Nothing special, but gets the job done, with no big issues. The staff guy at night wasn’t particularly friendly, and seemed put out that we interrupted whatever he was doing hiding in the office when we checked in. He gave us no info about the hotel, and when I asked he directed me to look at my key card because anything I need to know is on there.

Booked on Expedia a few days in advance and check in was a breeze. I gave a less than perfect review because the door exiting the end of the hall, which was right by my room, was broken and anyone could just walk in. Looked like it has been broken for awhile.

Convenient location. Advised that Expedia would have my receipt, Expedia states the hotel will have my receipt.

I booked 2 queen beds as my adult son was with me . Special Olympics had an event and also booked 11 rooms so I understand the hotel was booked, Howe if I pick 2 queens on your site that’s what i should get. The hotel said they get to pick my room ! Not happy it was more expensive than I wanted to pay 235.00 however I wanted to be close to my disabled son. Next time I’ll skip Expedia and call the hotel
