Smoke detectors in bedroom flash lights all night right over the beds. Fan stays on in bathroom also. Both of these things impacted my sleep. Everything else was wonderful but that will keep me from staying there again.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and staff is the best. Very nice and helpful. Central air and heat was awesome. Family friendly and in a good neighborhood. Costco right acroas the street. My only complaint was the pool was out of service during my stay 😭 which was such a bummer for my kids. Other than that everything was fine.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for quiet and relaxing accommodations.

There is kitchen in the room I stay, it is like a studio, very nice, there is door between bedroom and living room.. kitchen has utensils and stove. I think this will be great for family to stay. And there are stickers to put outside to say keep quiet or there is pets. Definitely family hotel! Strong recommendation

I opened this place with other coworkers before they even opened so I was there to experience that and to be a part of that so I come back to this place every summer in spring and stay with my family for one month or two months I did not like the fact that before checking out I cleaned the room. I did the dishes so the maid wouldn’t have to do it because I know how hard their job is cause I used to work there and once we checked out at 12 o’clock around five something someone from there tried to charge my car $250 so I called the property and the manager answered and I asked him why was my card trying to be charged for $250 when the room was 264 including that the deposit he goes oh because the room smelled like smoke for one I have my kids there I would never smoke with my kids for secondly I don’t even smoke. I don’t do any type of drugs I recently just had a kidney transplant so I rented this room to get away from the outside world so I could heal and so my kids could swim and just so we could be in a quiet environment. I was really upset and pissed off that he would charge my card without even talking to me so when I asked him, why would he charge my card without following up with me to see what the issue was? He said I am so sorry about this. I am so sorry. The card was declined. It didn’t go through so we’re even we’re OK don’t worry about it. We’re not gonna charge you. I even offered to send in my documents for the kidney transplant like I really don’t understand like I told him I’ve been coming to this hotel for years. I worked there and I’ve never had a problem out of any staff there because they knew me so I’m just still mind blown how he could just take it upon himself and just charge someone’s card $250 without even talking to Them.

Book a room for a few days, I was late one day for my check in and they charged me a “no show” fee and canceled my whole reservation this was after sending them a notification. I had to book a complexly different book on the same day with absolutely crazy rates because I had no choice. At check in I had a filipina lady be super rude and very dismissive. They charged me, and canceled my whole reservation. That’s just crazy. I lost a a lot of money. Absolutely dissatisfied and will never book here again. 0 star rating if I could.

I did enjoy my stay! It was pretty clean aside from the stain in the sofa, other than that it was fantastic for the price. The elevators are a bit old and you will notice lol.

The hotel itself it was very nice and clean. Good prices, good customer service. We really enjoyed our room in one room 2 queen beds and the bathroom the other room had a bed couch a good size TV a desk and a nice kitchen. I would recommend it!

The property was well maintained and clean. The lobby always smelled clean and fresh. The people cleaning the property were always visible cleaning.

I was put on the 2nd floor and my room was dirty, the sheets werent changed and still smelled like the last person. I hate having to change rooms but asked to be moved. The 2nd was only better because the sheets were probably changed. The bathroom was dirty and i didnt even touch the couch once my whole stay. If you have to stay here BRING CLEANING SUPPLIES!!!!!!! Its obvious they redid the outside and lobby area of the property but didnt touch anything else. The lady manager that checked me in is unprofessional (cambodian, dark hair, tanned skin) made me call out my room number across the lobby area when i was buying water from the shop (dont know why, when there was an employee at the desk) All around the management team here needs to be replaced (except for the one in charge of breakfast). Towards the end of my stay they put up notice that the fire department will be doing audits and the staff was scrambling to make the hotel ready to pass inspection so who knows what else is wrong with this hotel. So unfortunate because parking and location is great but will not ever stay again

Arrived after midnight but room was ready. Room neat and roomy. Breakfast was okay. Great coffee but tea water had coffee grounds in it.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was up to date and clean. It did have the necessary utensils, but very limited and no actual sitting/eating are (counter or table). The breakfast was great and with many options. On our day they had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, fruit, oatmeal, 3 different cereals and an assortment of breads. I saw the breakfast schedule in the room and there options vary slightly by day.

The front desk staff member was very friendly. The room was large and clean. Very nice hotel

The room smelled so bad ac was not working they had units on the floor to help but it smelled moldy. They offered to change us rooms but with small kids and a long drive we were too tired to move. We stayed for 2 days but will never co.e back. All three of our kids eneded up getting sick. The breakfast one lady spent over an hr making waffels to take upstairs. People must be living here they were also filling up pitchers to take togo. I felt gross eating at the breakfast.

Every morning, we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which was fresh and well-stocked. We also appreciated the social hour offered Monday through Wednesday, with wine, beer, and snacks—it’s a nice touch that makes the property feel even more inviting. The only issue we encountered was a mildew smell coming from the bathroom sink. A work order was placed but unfortunately slipped through the cracks. However, the hotel immediately made it right by adding extra points to my IHG Rewards account, which I truly appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel handles them makes all the difference—and they handled it well. Overall, this is a well-run property with great amenities and excellent customer service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

book 2 beds for the family travel but they called me on arrival date told me the 2 bed not avaliable and switched me to 1 bed for 6 people stay.

Terrible customer service room that I booked wasn’t available

Staff was unwilling to help after they gave my room to someone else, forcing me to may an additional $68 for an upgraded room I didn’t ask for. My options were take this room and pay the extra or go find another hotel… The cost of their error should have been a loss for the hotel, not the customer. I have had hotels.com reach out for a refund of the $68 and the hotel refuses. I don’t understand how a large corporation thinks this is acceptable. I am extremely disappointed.

When we got into our suite there was goldfish crumbs in the bedroom on the floor, when we pulled out the sofa bed there was crumbs and chip underneath the sofa. The sofa bed is very thin and only fit one person beside that the pool and outside was very clean and the staffs are very kind.

Overall, I would recommend the Staybridge Suites Hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. The breakfast is also good and breakfast met my expectations.

We asked for a roll in shower but didn't get one. Decided not to cause a fuss. We thought the property would have a hot tub but it only has a small pool that goes from 3-5 feet. The kitchenette was nice and I was able to prepare food. However, both the paper towels and toilet paper were really thin/cheap. They have Dove products which are nice but they should have filled the body wash before our stay.

I liked the full kitchen and safety measures for after hour entrance.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Pretty decent breakfast. Had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, several options. The fire pit at night was nice. We had the suite with the kitchen. The bed and pillows were amazing! Even the pull out couch bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, everything you need. The shower had great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed with family for 8 days. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options and free happy hour really hit the spot. We are defintely coming back.

Safe n nice

The stay was nice. Its ridicules you pay for parking but I guess thats normal for the area. What I did not like was when i needed bedding for the pullout bed (which was a dinky bed mattress that was smaller than the frame) i had to call the front desk for linens. There was not enough towels either. I had to call for that as well and the guy was kind of short with me.

My wife and I came to this hotel on a quick weekend getaway. We booked a king bed hotel room and even showed the employee at the desk. What did we get? 2 queen beds instead. Very disappointed about that. It’s like he didn’t care what we booked. After we checked in and settled in we went downstairs to the lobby and they had a wine and small bites of event going on. We don’t drink but they had Mac and cheese and some pulled pork and it was good! There is a Costco right next to the hotel which is awesome! We ended up going there and doing our food shopping for the next two weeks. Pretty convenient! We ended up staying in for the night after that and the beds in the room are very UNCOMFORTABLE!! My wife’s back was hurting the next morning and kept getting worse every night we were there! Let’s move on to breakfast. It’s free yes that it true but it’s horrible! No effort put into it whatsoever! Bland scrambled eggs and bagels and waffles and oatmeal. Biscuits were ok and the gravy they had was even worse than what I had in the military! I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast at all. I have stayed at hotels with way better breakfasts! No bacon to be found and the sausages they had out tasted like they were warmed up from the day before. So overall because of the bed situation mixup and the lack of caring and the pathetic attempt at breakfast and the very uncomfortable beds I would give it a 2.5/5. They could do a lot better that’s for sure!

WE have stayed repeatedly when there for medical treatment. We usually rent a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, for a week or more. Very convenient! One drawback is no kitchen table or serviceable coffee table for eating in, only a high counter with two uncomfortable tall stools,which we could not manage.The reception staff is wonderful.

Weekend family visit. Wish I’d taken photos of the room. We reserved the one bedroom, sleeps 6 room. Very spacious and comfortable. The outside surrounding was absolutely quiet. The location was perfect for our getaway. The hotel sits across from the Costco.

VERY happy with our stay! This will for sure be our go-to when we visit family in NorCal. It is very hard for us to find places: there are 5 of us, and now we often travel with our dog. The price-point was fair - the facilities were fantastic: new and very well maintained; breakfast (included) was solid, better than many; gym was better than many; laundry facilities were better than many; pool looked nice - seemed like some families were using it in December so it must have been heated; no hidden parking fee; no hidden internet fee; property was closest to our family as well.

Exceptional stay for the price. Everything was surprisingly clean and they had a nice business room where I could go get some work done. The complimentary breakfast was another nice perk!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. My room was equipped with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette that included a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary supplies for preparing and enjoying meals. I have stayed here 3 times. Right across from Costco, safe, walk able the pillows suck, but they do in every hotel.

Stayed one night with family. Property is clean and safe. Just a little noisy at night. Never stayed in a room with such thin walls. Could clearly hear conversations next door. Lots of running around made for a loud night. Climate control is loud too. It’s across from Costco gas so there is always some traffic noise going on. Could hear trucks and cars all night since I didn’t sleep. The breakfast buffet was lacking. The worst one I’ve had. No bacon or sausage. Just eggs and rice.

The suite 212 felt like home, an apartment, and I loved that feeling. It suited my needs perfectly! Will want to stay in it again if I can...already have 2 more reservations booked in January for this location, and I'm sure I'll have more in the future. Wonder if you have a "frequent stay" program for those who stay in here a lot.

First time staying here. It's a newer hotel in a good location near a mall and Costco. The freeway is just a couple of minutes away. Good breakfast selection and plenty of free parking. Very small kitchenette with a full size fridge but it was okay for this trip. We would stay here again.

It is a nice hotel, hot, good breakfast, the concierge/front desk staff very nice. Vijay was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is clean and well kept. There is also Costco gas station across where I don’t have to drive far to get fas.

My 3-person family were on a weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable, 1-bedroom suite (room was exactly as shown is stock photos). Breakfast was well stocked. Very quiet at night. They served country potatoes on a Sunday morning during my stay. Shopping plaza has great food, but most shops were closed. Looked to be under construction. Great area if you have a vehicle with ample parking. Will definitely return again.

We had a great stay, the hotel and our room was incredibly clean, staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was great! Overall our stay was great, the only downside is having a chair in the bedroom and possibly more channels.

It is super clean, the kitchenette was great, everything you need is in the cabinet, a regular coffee pot, this was truly home away from home, and the bed and pillows were perfect! I come to this area every 3 months for work, I now know where my go to hotel is!
