Perfect location for getting to my client's office. Great views in some rooms and close to the subway, restaurants, etc. Supremely comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around, given it's a NYC hotel room. When I checked in there was a wee bundle of hair in a corner of the bathroom and after taking off my shoes I stepped on something on the carpet that turned out to be a raisin (ick.) But cleanliness the following days was excellent. I love that the thermostat is easily controllable, but I don't love that the control panel lights up in the middle of the night as the light is bright enough to disrupt sleep.

This was a fabulous place too stay while visiting our family and taking in the city. The location was accessible to public transportation and Battery Park and the view was exceptional. This will be our place to stay when we visit every few months from now on.

I paid a cancellations protection fee to Expedia. But 5 minutes after making the reservation I realized I put in wrong dates. I contacted Expedia who said the cancellation protection fee did not cover the hotel. I contacted the hotel. And they would not alter the dates. The hotel lost 2 more nights stay by not allowing me to change the dates! Never again will I use Expedia or this hotel
- 4/5
Great location. Very clean and quiet. Decent amenities for a one night stay. I don’t think my AC was working properly but I wasn’t uncomfortable enough to mention it to the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Morton's and Bill's right next door.
- 4/5
My only complaint at this property is the staff at the restaurant . They definitely was not friendly and welcoming!!
- 5/5
The hotel was very great it was really spectacular I would definitely stay that again
- 5/5
We booked a city view room overlooking the memorial from the 17th and it’s just incredible. There are multiple subway station near by and they are simple to use. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Such a great location and wonderful staff.

- 4/5
Stay was seamless and effortless. The staff was very friendly and accomodating!
- 5/5
Very helpful and friendly staff, nice property. Loved the upgrade to a room with a balcony!!
- 3/5
Great surrounding area but the rooms were honestly an 6.7/10
- 4/5
The hotel itself was lovely. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out was a smooth process. Unfortunately, our room in particular wasn't great. There were some blueberries from a previous guest that were missed by cleaning crew twice (to be fair, they were behind the curtains, but still. Also, we had no hot water through our stay. It thankfully heated up enough for us to take quick showers but would not recommend washing your hair. We reported it to the front desk, but it seems like maintenance was unable to fix it. Otherwise, great location!
- 5/5
A great location for financial district activities.
- 4/5
Wish there was a restaurant in the hotel, offered breakfast.
- 3/5
Excellent staff, the location is superb and the rooftop bar was very nice. The room was somewhat clean- bedding and bathroom, but the wall had something smeared on it- food I hope.. also our TV did not work as it said the “internet connection was weak” so maybe a loose connection? Overall it was good for the location but we will try a different one next time for the $250/night price point.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff support was known and appreciated.
- 1/5
Horrible check in was at 3pm they didn’t have my balcony room ready until 7:45 pm . I will never stay here again .
- 5/5
The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it.
- 1/5
The reception made us wait 2hr to check in, I wish they told us it would take that long we would have walked around. My booking and hotel website states the check in is at 1500 but we didn't get our room until 1700. This is unacceptable.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff! Beautiful rooms, easy to navigate building.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff! Everyone was kind and helpful.
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Small but nice clean comfortable stay
- 5/5
Great hotel staff were extremely helpful and the 24hr free tea and coffee facilities were great hotel is a 2 min walk from subway station and just a minute walk to wtc memorial and plenty of shopping in a few minutes walk would stay again
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely welcoming and supported us throughout the check in and check out process. The location is the best when visiting downtown. About 4 minute walk from the 9/11 memorial and Occulus.

- 4/5
Loved it.
- 3/5
Once we finally got our room (a suite) we were very disappointed. As another reviewer mentioned, the room looked nothing at all like the online pictures. The kitchenette is a joke. We had no plans to cook but if you wanted to, there werent any pots pans or utensils. Just a few random dishes. The microwave didn’t work either. The king bed was two twin mattresses pushed together. Very uncomfortable to sleep on the center seam. We asked to change rooms but they were all sold out. The hotel is dated but we knew this going in. The suite was only $300 a night so you get what you pay for. The pluses were the free coffee and water in the lobby, the location next to the WTC, and staff. The free breakfast was good too except the hash browns had that reheated dry hanging around too long taste.
- 4/5
Stayed for one night. Room was clean and not too small. Plenty of hot water for showers. Right next to 9/11 Memorial. Coffee and water available in the lobby with free to go water bottles provided. Parking is available 4 mins walking distance from hotel down the street. We paid $56 for a SUV for 24hrs. Lady at the front desk was pleasant.

- 5/5
Clean room, highly motivated staff, shops nearby and free WiFi
- 5/5
staffs are great, convenient location, overall very good value hotel
- 5/5
Loved our stay! also it’s close to subway and attractions.
- 3/5
I usually arrive to check-in around 6pm after being in the office all day and this is the 3rd time that I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my room to ready even when “check-in” is 3pm. With so many options in the financial district I won’t be staying here again even though I like the rooms, the shower and general layout. Don’t say check-in is 3 when most of the time it’s not because you cater to airline crews and let them stay in their rooms until late. I don’t know this is true but every time I has to wait it a lot of airline crew were meeting in the lobby to leave and then magically my room was ready thirty minutes later
- 4/5
Quiet and a great location. Staff was great!
- 4/5
Great location, nice rooms
- 5/5
Room was clean daily. During the snow storm the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. We did have to extend our stay and there were rooms available and was able to do our laundry for free and they provided the laundry soap. Wash and dryer were alao clean.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and professional, and the room views were incredible. Clean and well maintained.
- 5/5
everything was great. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! Everyone was super nice! Room was clean, only thing was thought our room came with a view per the pictures of the room we book, but overall great :)
- 5/5
Great view and staff was very nice
- 5/5
Everything was great !
- 4/5
Let me first start by saying that the service was excellent at the hotel. I called the day prior and told them that I was proposing to my girlfriend this weekend and if they could put me on a top floor with a nice view and they accommodated me. The view was great. The room was clean. The water machine outside the room was excellent. One draw back was the hotel doesn't offer valet. But there is a parking garage around the corner for about 40-50 a night which is standard in the city. I found one two blocks away that was half the price. Paid $70 for parking from Friday at 3pm till Sunday at 2pm. The hotel allowed me to park in front and bring my bags up to the room so I didn't have to drag my luggage from the garage. The free coffee was excellent. The only negative that I didnt see in all of the reviews that I looked at before booking this room was that my king size bed was actually two mattresses butted together. I found out later in the evening when I was sinking in the middle. 😂 I mean was it a deal breaker? I dont know. My fiance thought it was funny. I guess all the positives outweigh the one negative. It was our first time staying in the city and for the price the size of the room was double what you get at any other hotel. I can't stand tiny rooms. But you're 30 minutes away from midtown by subway. But we liked the experience of riding the subway. Overall a great experience. Also, Morton's is located right below the hotel. Phenomenal experience at Morton's.
- 5/5
My stay was awesome
- 2/5
Mixed experience at this hotel, some friendly staff but not overall. Check out policy very strick, I needed a late check out and they told me to call last day for nothing, they said they could only extend to 12:30pm(30min) without an extra charge. Hotel location is great which is possibly the best thing it has tbh. My room layout and acoustic was terrible I couldn't sleep a single night, the room has an interior door with another room and you literally hear anything across like the other guests were inside your own room.
- 5/5
Clean rooms !
- 5/5
This review is limited to the first night we stayed in the World Center Hotel. It was indeed great. we are still in the hotel until tomorrow and would be delighted to share our review for the completion of the stay. Thanks.

Hey, so I just stayed at that Club Quarters by the World Trade Center for three days with my wife. Left the place, and boom, next thing I know, there's this random charge on my card—under ten bucks, yeah, but we were totally floored. Called them up, they claim it's from snacks in the room. Snacks? We never touched a single one! Told 'em straight, they wouldn't budge—just said they'll check with housekeeping. We've been loyal guests forever, no issues ever, and now this? Zero apology, zero fix. Honestly, kinda pissed off.
- 5/5
Staff location value and rooms are excellent. Highly recommended
- 5/5
The hotel is super clean
- 5/5
Very helpful staff.
- 4/5
The room is comfortable (NYC Standards - small but well arranged) and very clean. Staff is friendly and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Beds are comfortable and my only complaint was that at least in the floor I stayed (6th) the noise of the fitness center when people are jogging in the morning can be felt. I would definitely plan to stay there again since the location is amazing, but would specifically ask for a higher floor away from the noise - vibration caused by the treadmills
- 5/5

- 5/5
Our room was clean and we got the best view from our room. Very satisfied. Location was perfect.
- 5/5
Clean with great views.
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 4/5
The security is nice because you have to have your room cars to use the elevators to go up. It was a great deal and right next to the 9/11 memorial and close to many other things. They also have a rooftop restaurant and viewing area and it is a tall hotel, so great views!
- 1/5
One bright spot was that the cleaning staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. Concerns Include: - The automated check-in is lacking (at end of my check-in, the room was not ready. No options. No human to talk to. Time is money and this system did not provide an option to contact a human) - ~37 minutes later, a room became available. - Note: I was desperate to get into the room after a poor sleep (the night before) and a long morning / afternoon of sight seeing.
- 5/5
The staffs are pretty nice.
- 4/5
Bed too soft pillow too big
- 4/5
Perfect location, great views and friendly employees; the only negative thing I can point out is that two of the closet drawers still had some of the previous tenant’s forgotten personal belongings. All and all, I’d rate it at about 7/10, or minus the drawer issue, an 8/10.
- 5/5
Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part. For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The room were clean. Good Wifi service and excellent staff. i enjoyed my stay.
- 2/5
The location of the rooms is not good. While you are sitting in your room, someone from another room can go out onto their balcony and see you inside your room. The air conditioner arrived broken, they fixed it, but it broke down again after half an hour. When you look outside from inside the room, you can't see anything. He says he doesn't want you to see him when he goes out onto the balcony of the adjacent room, which has its windows covered. There's a very strange building structure in your room.
- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Room was spacious, staff was friendly, when we requested extra towels, they were fast getting them to us.
- 5/5
The room and hotel were very clean and offereed a variety of amenities like washer and dryer, plus drinking water to refill any bottles you might have. The hotel staff were all very courteous.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location!

Clean Room and Quiet place

We stay here every Christmas, and any other time we visit NYC. The staff is great, room was clean, free water, great location, and we enjoyed drinks at the new restaurant on the top floor.
- 5/5
Yes. All were good

- 5/5
Great rooms and amenities. Staff are wonderful. Have stayed here before and definitely will again. Prime location as well.
- 5/5
Great amenities and location
- 5/5
The hotel's location is great! Situated la block from One World Trade, with many rooms overlooking the 911 memorial. The Oculus is right there, providing quick access to most subway lines and destinations. There also were multiple shopping and restaurant options close by.
- 4/5
Staff allowed us to check-in early for no additional cost. Water bottles and water provided. Spotless room. Very quiet for New York City. Great spot, overlooking the 9/11 monument. Very close to subway. Highly recommend. Will stay here again when we visit.
- 5/5
Love to stay here!
- 5/5
Have stayed at the property on multiple trips. Would definitely stay there again. Easy walk to many financial district locations
- 5/5
It was perfect! View amazing. The amenities were great! Staff friendly. Most definitely going back
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The hotel has a privileged location, very close to the Oculus and One World. There are plenty of subway stations nearby, and we felt very safe even at night. The views from our room were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
The room was great and the staff is nice
- 4/5

The room is dark and I can hear water streaming from the bathroom
- 5/5
We spent the weekend in NYC and stayed at the World center Hotel. Had an amazing time. Beautiful view, close to shopping areas. The roof top restaurant was phenomenal. I’ll definitely recommend it. I’m planning to return very soon.

.couldnt
- 5/5
Second time I have stayed here for work and it did not disappoint.
- 5/5
2nd time staying here within 3 years, staff was friendly at the front desk, room was clean and the view was amazing looking over Ground Zero. We only stayed for one night this time. Would recommend to anyone. Also self parking just down the road. Cost about $100 for a day and a half but you can come and go to your vehicle as you please. A few bars in the area as well along with easy access to the subways.
- 2/5
The staff were ok. The amenities were fine. My issue was mostly with my room - there was mold in the shower, there was a large crack in the bathroom sink, the tap was loose and the towels were hard. I booked a king size bed, it was actually two twin beds pushed together and as I was trying to sleep, they would move apart so I would slide down the middle, it was so uncomfortable and not at all what I was expecting from this hotel. Of course I made the hotel staff aware, they said they didn’t have any other rooms available so I was stuck with that room. On the very last day (of my 6 day stay) they offered to give me another room. The new room had filthy carpets. Needless to say, i don’t think I’ll be staying there again
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I stayed at, this was my second stay, however if you are booking the 2 queen beds room, you need to be aware that they cannot provide you with a room right in front of the WTC building.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent
- 2/5
Staff is not very good at catering to the customers.
- 1/5
The Suite with Kitchen is spacious, but not clean, neither had any views from the room. Pictures shared in Expedia while booking are not the right room pictures, they were misguiding the users. We booked for 4 days but exited after 1 day, the hotel staff were not helpful nor ready to listen to any concerns. Overall a bad experience in this hotel and also with Expedia. We are still awaiting for the refund for the cancellation
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The room was spotless. It was a quick check in and out. The people there was also friendly!
- 5/5
Love the Bigelow products! Clean quite convenient! Great staff
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and great view!

1. Denied Check-in: Arrived Oct 22 with a confirmed reservation, only to be told "we are overbooked." I was denied my room. Another guest was also storming out, shouting about being overbooked. 2. Forced Relocation: Staff moved me to a lower-stared hotel nearby (I had to walk there alone at night). They covered the cost, but I paid for a premium hotel and got a budget one. No compensation was offered for the downgrade. 3. Empty Promises: The manager apologized, promised a personal follow-up call and a compensation voucher. He made me write down my full contact info (name, phone, email) on paper "just in case." I never heard from them. 4. Ignored Complaint: Never received the call or voucher. I sent a formal complaint via Expedia's platform on Oct 25. It has been completely ignored. 5. Blocked My Email: When I emailed the hotel directly, my email was rejected and bounced back. They used the contact info I gave them not for follow-up, but to identify and block me. They are actively blocking complaining customers. Overbooking is forgivable; the behavior that followed is not. Not complying the promise, ignoring the Expedia message, and blocking my email are intentionally malicious. This hotel has zero intention of solving problems. You risk being stranded, lied to, and then blocked if you complain.
- 4/5
Staffs are overall polite.
- 3/5
Room cleaning was average. No hot water one night and one morning. Tea and coffee in the foyer - but no kettle in a room even though it had a kitchenette.
- 5/5
very good
- 4/5
Good location. Friendly staff. Lobby was very crowded upon check in and we heard loud people from the hallway all night long.
- 5/5
Room was great and bed comfy. Could not figure out how to get light over by the kitchen/desk area, but everything was great with the stay. Staff was very friendly and restaurant upstairs was fabulous!
- 5/5
Great hotel good location great area
- 5/5

- 5/5
We love staying here, Subway is close and rooms have great views!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Everything was beautiful.
- 4/5
Everything good except towels were very small.
- 4/5
There is a lot of construction and the road in front of the hotel was blocked making it difficult to meet uber drivers but it’s a great location and hopefully construction will clear up soon.
- 4/5
Right next to the 9/11 Memorial. Fairly basic hotel. Rooms are small but some are priced very well. Mortons Steakhouse ($$$) next door. Room Service is limited. Best food in the area is Riverside Market 300 Albany St, 3 blocks away. Local grocery store/deli with for options 3 meals a day plus reasonable prices. Friendly family owned.
- 1/5
When i mentioned this to the staff, the lady at the counter piped up with an attitude and said “if it had a window they call it city view”, like i should somehow know that and im an idiot for asking. Avoid, overpriced misadvertised and staff are rude and adversarial.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The view. The location. The ease of access to location needed--- all excellent.
- 5/5
Love how clean it is and how friendly the staff is
- 5/5
This was a great location and staff was super helpful.
- 5/5
The property is excellent, it is clean, private, safe, easy to navigate, Amenities were nice, tv options good, bed comfort good, rooms are nicely decorated
- 4/5
Room was a good size with a great view. Rooftop restaurant was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff were super helpful and the location is great.
- 4/5
This property location is amazing. The staff is absolutely personable and professional. The only issue that I have is the condition of the room. Definitely in need of upgrading, but I would stay at this property again.
- 4/5
Very nice stay. Very comfortable bed and room. Nice staff.
- 3/5
The room was small but clean. The pillows and comforter were awesome. I didn’t get the room I selected but they didn’t tell me that when I was checking in. At first they tried to give me a room with a twin bed so I guess they were having problems. The first night was good but the second night there was a lot of noise and banging in the hallway - but was barely drowned out by the HVAC that made horrible noises for hours. I turned it off but then it would get too hot - went on until 3:30 am.
- 4/5
We loved the location for access to big bus tour and subway. Disappointed that we booked a king and it was not available until next day; moving felt like a hassle so we stuck with the queen room and they did include late checkout at 2:00 since we didn’t have to be to airport until late in the day. Some staff was great some weren’t helpful and seemed to be rushed/annoyed.
- 5/5
Perfect location near World Trade center museum and the Oculus, within walking distance.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean and staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
The only disappointment this time was the shower; it was such a small showerhead and such a weak stream.
- 5/5
The hotel was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable, amenities like free coffee/tea and refillable water bottles were a great perk. Very walkable to the 9/11 Memorial, Ferries and Liberty Park.
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel
- 5/5
Nice and safe hotel
- 1/5
Turned up at reception at 7pm in the evening and told to go to another cheaper hotel for the night paid for by the hotel I was told there was a maintenance issue.next day two employees told us they were sold out. There were no calls emails or communications prior to arrival, no compensation offered for a cheaper hotel.Really poor had to get expedia involved and then the hotel Retina told blattent lies saying we were offered refund at 7pm in the evening you should be ashamed
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Excellent service!
- 5/5
Hotel was nice. Bed was uncomfortable but it worked.
- 5/5
Easy to move around the area. All staff are very helpful.
- 5/5
I had a view of the 911 memorial and the city… my #1 priority was to see the museum, and I was thrilled to see that my room on the 10th floor faced ground zero. I also got to feel the energy of New York as I watched the city go to sleep and wake up! I highly recommend World Center Hotel and plan to return .
- 5/5
The reuseable bottle station was very convenient. It is literally next door to the 9/11 Memorial towers just amazing.
- 5/5
High quality hotel compared to the area
- 5/5
Great they were able to accommodate us and change our room. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location. Not a noisy area and had no problems sleeping in. Free water bottles to go and the coffee machines made great coffee.
- 3/5
Convenient location, easy to get to train. Lots of food places, close to Starbucks. The rooms need updating. The carpet is gross and needs to go. The toilet paper holder was so close to the shower that it got wet/was damp.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very nice staff! Amazing location in downtown, easy walk to WTC and Financial District. Subway very close by. Rooms are always clean, this was my third time staying here. Great views!
- 5/5
Great location. Close to the red and green line. Friendly and convenient to the area.
- 5/5
Safe
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with a great rooftop restaurant and bar.
- 5/5
Coffee and water anytime was great
- 5/5
Great views, great service, good food options. Safe neighborhood. I highly recommend the signature room. Absolutely would return.
- 1/5
A pre-authorisation was taken from my card at check-in, and the funds were subsequently charged without any prior notice or valid reason. Despite my attempts to resolve this, email responses have been slow, and nearly two weeks after check-out the money has still not been returned.
- 3/5
Bathroom/shower clean with some mold in places. Overall would never call this 4*
- 5/5
Professional service, clean, nice touches and great location.

I was disappointed that I paid for a larger room and when we got there I was informed “first come first serve” despite paying for the room weeks in advance. The next day the manager Carlos was helpful in changing our room but I wasn’t given a refund on the difference of the smaller room on the first night. Very disappointed. I will not be staying there again.

Fantastic location, close to everything in NYC. Easy to get to NJ if needed.

Noisy and cramped but very nice

Good property, excellent service and convenient location.

We arrived hours after check in and the rooms needed to be cleaned and checked. One room was made available about 15 minutes later and the second room was available 45 min later - that’s nuts when it’s hours after normal check in. The lobby attendant doing check ins was unempathetic, and offered nothing to help alleviate the discomfort- no discount or anything was procided

Assessable location

The hotel was nice but the first room I was given A/C unit wasn’t working properly. The staff accommodated me with a second room but unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room.

Spencer was amazing! He made everything better, her was so warm and engaging. The service was great and fast anytime we had to call the front desk for anything.

This hotel was very nice in a good area. I will definitely return

Located in a corner area but still easy find. There is construction beside but didn’t disturb us at all. We walk all the time for shopping, dining and to the WTC. Easy access also to train and to tour bus drop off and pick up.

Walkable

“City view” is a total lie. And a realtor must have taken the photos because they made the room look way bigger than it is. You can barely move in it or the bathroom.
- 4/5
They provide coffee and water dispensers 24/7 at the reception which was great. Parking around the hotel costs around 45$plus taxes for 24h

The hotel room had a stunning view, the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We had a dog with us and they immediately welcomed her with a treat. The bed was very comfortable with the most comfortable pillows I’ve had in years since my spinal surgery!! I will definitely be back!

I had planned a visit New York to see Bjork… at the Radio City Music Hall.. I got as close to ground zero as I could… still smoldering and full of frenzied activity… We could see it as we flew into JFK… A lot has changed since then… the 9/11 memorial has thousands of visitors every day… This hotel is as close to the World Trade Center properties as possible… World Trade Center 5 will be built right across the street. Many rooms have a spectacular view of the 9:11 site… and all the new buildings… The staff has been very helpful, and pleasant… I sit on the 20th floor waiting for my Grilled Shrimp… and I am sure this meal will be as delicious as the 3 other meals I’ve eaten in the Rooftop Restaurant known as One40… The linens were clean and I requested a water kettle when I checked in… I was in no more than 10 minutes in my room before the kettle arrived… The kitchenette has a convection oven and an induction cooktop… The bathroom was clean and I have no complaints about noise or comfort… WiFi is speedy… and I recommend this Hotel any time you visit the Big Apple, NY…

It had a very nice view and it was comfy and clean one thing I didn’t like was that you have to pay for the snacks and body wash, shampoo, conditioner

It was close enough for the 9/11 memorial and battery park
- 5/5
there was a nice lobby with a coffee bar and water bottles and a nice lobby area to work
- 5/5
Everything about this was fantastic. Really enjoyed the stay in NYC. Staff were fabulous!
- 3/5
Location was good, however, the front desk clerks did not consider the customer a priority. Instead, they engaged in conversation with each other, displaying unprofessionalism and a lack of attention to the customer.
- 5/5
The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The 9/11 museum and Towers 1 and 2 was visible.
- 5/5
Location was walkable to 911 museum, Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Staff very nice. Also, has laundry facilities that lock washer and dryer. Would recommend this hotel to others.
- 3/5
The rooms are very dated

Beautiful hotel and close to many attractions

Really nice and clean property with super friendly staff! The location makes it more expensive using uber or Lyft so be cautious there if you plan on going to midtown etc. otherwise, everything from the room to the view to the staff and everything was great!!

Excellent front desk service

Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Nicely located, quiet at night, comfortable space for a long weekend, which included some work meetings. Ample desk area and outlet access for us to work independently. Small kitchen area made for easy snacks and lunches. Small pull out sofa allowed for one to be working at the desk and another able to still sit, work via laptop or watch tv without needing to be on the bed or in video call background. We were attending an event and it was nice to have a bit more space than the typical NY hotel in order to not be running into one another.

Smelly street but the hotel itself was great

Clean, very well located and comfortable rooms and amenities.
- 5/5
The location, and customer service was top tier
- 5/5
Its such a great location right smack in the heart of all things around. But still nest away enough not to feel trapped.
- 3/5
Hotel is okay. Stud there a few times. This time I had to take double beds and they are small (like kids beds) and uncomfortable.

Location was great, the room was large and had a wonderful terrace, it was a lovely stay. The only suggestion I have is a small dish soap. Dishes are provided, but nothing to wash them with.
