I came in late last night and it was Zain who welcomed me with a bright smile and welcomed my with open arms. I had no cash or way to access my physical cards I was about to fall apart and he told me it would be ok not to worry about it. I slept so peacefully he was back again he was the perfect person behind the desk at the precise moment. He’s a treasure the hotel is nice art deco the shower was great and the beds very comfortable. Thank you so much for the welcome and a really nice clean space. 💝

It’s ok
- 1/5
Horrible place to stay
- 1/5
The lobby was nasty, elevator didn’t work and my room door wasn’t able to lock.
- 3/5
The rooms are nothing like what was shown on the website. Two people staying in a room they only gave us one washcloth. The shower did not work correctly. The water pressure was extremely low and the water did not dispense like a rain shower. It was more like a faucet. The parking lot was not available. This hotel was subpar. Do not waste your time.
- 5/5
They accommodated late check-in at their desk for which I am grateful
- 4/5
Parking lot is extremely tight to get in and out of
- 1/5
Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked and find a different hotel.
- 5/5
I love the experience of room 205. I will definitely be coming back soon.
- 2/5
Bed sheets were dirty, they said they have a parking lot but if you traveling in a pickup truck or a full size suv you re not gonna be able to park there its too tight, i had to park on street , bathroom door had no lock
- 1/5
It’s one of the most terrible places. The room wasn’t clean, it was noisy from the neighbours, administrators don’t control the guests, the cleaning staff was rude and parking is terrible, you can’t squeeze your car there and can’t go out without damaging and scratching the car. I bumped my left side bumper of my car there on their parking lot when I needed to leave from parking.
- 1/5
Management was unprofessional and failed to properly address these problems. Based on my experience, this place does not operate with honesty or acceptable standards for guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this motel and choosing accommodations that value cleanliness, safety, and integrity. I believe actions have consequences, and unethical behavior eventually comes back around. Karma has a way of finding its balance
- 5/5
Always friendly staff and clean rooms
- 4/5
Yes all good
- 1/5
Dirty rooms, don't bother me staff, very shady location, and very cold during winters (they have heaters but doesn't work)
- 3/5
Room was okay. No heat and shower had no hot water.
- 1/5
The room was very poor, smelt of weed, very tired look! Would not recommended at all.
- 5/5
no complaints!
- 5/5
Front desk was respectful and professional. Area is safe and quiet. Room was clean. Surpassed my expectations received from other reviews
- 1/5
The table in the room had rust stains on the bottom of the legs, the shower head on the top was completely filthy and was not clean to use the shower. We were told when I checked in with a second person with me that they needed my partner’s ID as well which was a first for me. Also it was uncomfortable for me to sit on the bed while I was eating and my partner had the only chair in the room and it could have used a free table and a second chair in the room. I will not come back to this hotel again.
- 3/5
There are only 5 parking spots! We had to leave the hotel twice to move our car! Beware of the limited parking on the web!

The Stay was extremely horrible, I was given a smoke room while I got a nonsmoking room, had to wait 30 min to 1 hr in order to get a new room and I had to wait when I first came in because the room was not ready while my check in was suppose to be at 3 pm and I payed already for the room , makes no sense , the TV was broken, pixels on screen, bathroom door handle broken, shower door defective, in room phone broken couldn’t even contact operator. Never again will I come here , truly horrible and very bad. Do not come here trust me you’re gonna be waisting your money smh.
- 3/5
A little loud, could hear outside noise clearly. staff wasn't professional. Clean enough for overnight.
- 1/5
The rooms had just been cleaned but the smell of vomit lingered. There was ripped wallpaper and the only place to hang anything was the shower door. This was the most disgusting hovel and I would recommend sleeping on the street before I would recommend this place
- 1/5

It was a cozy little hotel. There was parking in the back. Easy to locate. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed 2 days to see 👀 my old stomping ground in nearby area. We also had easy access to subway that shoots you straight into Manhattan with ease. It was wonderful and just what we needed.

This was terrible experience, we arrived late and they gave us last room with the toilet where was continuous noise and after 1 min i understood that there is no way to sleep there. By the was this room is on minus 1 st floor. They changed a room because i saw one that lady was cleaning but it was not easy. Bed is awful, every time you turn it make noise like it is breaking. There is parking only for 4 cars not like it is described in hotel amenities on the site. So really never again, very unpleasant experience.
- 2/5
The room was too small, we thought we were getting a king size bed. There was no place to put a suitcase, no luggage rack. No place to sit besides on the bed. The room smelled like a smoker was there before and they tried to cover up the smell.
- 2/5
Everything was run down

there was a crack pipe on the sink , towels were yellow and dirty , bed sheets were also not cleaned
- 3/5
We ended up in a room in the basement. There was a club nearby that was blasting bass heavy music all night and the people in the next room over had very loud adult activities. Cheap room but not worth it.
- 2/5
No table, no chair and no dresser

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. My room was clean and modern. The linens were fine. The small size is what I expect in NY. Each person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy on Saturday night but it didn’t last too long.
- 4/5
Not bad for the stay but wont recommend
- 3/5
Hotel was adequate for the price. No amenties but clean and quiet. Parking lot was challenging, it was a narrow alley.
- 5/5
fair amount of noise during the night and early morning.
- 4/5
comfortable...staff appreciative Mostly... initial problems corrected
- 5/5
Great place to sleep. Nice and Clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
- 1/5
First off there’s a truck blocking the parking. Front desk said there was no parking and there actually was. Was very rude to me and my fiance. Room stunk like cigarette even though I ask for non smoking. Will not be staying here again!
- 2/5
Entire place (sheets included) smelled like smoke. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
the booking says free parking included. but it turned out there was no parking available
- 1/5
Room is extremely small. Very loud cuz right next to a main road. Parking is joke, very narrow driveway and it is under construction when we got there. Avoid every possible way you can.
- 2/5
Didn’t expect to stay at the basement level of the hotel! It was dark with no lights and it was noisy during the morning and at night. The bathroom water flush was broken and it was making noise all night long.
- 5/5
it was ok!!

- 1/5
The property tv are old and dont work the parking lot is close down but they dont tell you that when you book with them and online it states they have free parking all the doors doesn't have 2 locks on them and the workers are very nasty and not helpful at all
- 4/5
Excellent Friendly Staff made our stay great even if the hotel is small, dated and lots of unpleasant vehicles and trash outside.
- 1/5
Honestly so catfished. This is more like a motel. The room is so small. Not worth the price also. While I was there the parking lot collapsed in the back… literally insane. The rooms are so run down wall was falling off the furniture was broken. But the staff is so sweet.
- 4/5
Good value for the price.
- 5/5
It was a vibe , the TV had no channels so bring a hdmi wire & computer , smoking room came with an ash tray
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 1/5
It was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The pictures they used for advertising are false. The door to the outside wouldn’t close so it was freezing, the TV was broken, the furniture was burned and damaged and they tried to cover it with a towel, but the WORST was the service. The front desk staff were rude and patronizing. They refused an emergency package we needed and told us we should have read the website. We booked through Hotels.com where there is no mention of a refusal to accept packages. This was after checking with the initial front desk staff who said it would be no problem. The smoke smell is the final thing to note. The entire place smells like stale cigarettes. No one there seemed to care about a guest experience so I recommend choosing any other hotel over this one.
- 4/5
Other than heat going out, not a bad stay for the money
- 1/5
The very short one night stay was the most uncomfortable night ever and it was difficult to get rest thinking of the cockroaches. We didn't even want to unzip our luggage just because we didn't want any nymph or adult cockroaches to crawl into our luggage. With little to no sleep, I called Orbitz the moment I knew the manager of the hotel would be in that following morning. I requested that we check out and a refund for stay. The manager wanted to only refund the remaining nights but eventually agreed to refund the one night stay as well. I had explained that I had over 20 pictures of all the roaches we had seen. The worst was when I seen I had a nymph cockroach on the bedsheets were I had tried to sleep that night.
- 1/5
Disgusting and unclean. Entry to room did not work so had to ask to be let in everytime. Don’t hold luggage. Worst hotel
- 1/5
I did mistake that I booked
- 1/5
The room I had the mattress was completely out of shape. The parking lot is very very tight and I always damage my car getting out. Do not park in the parking lot if you don’t have to
- 5/5

The shower 🚿 😍 🙌 😌 Amazing!!! The microwave and fridge both worked, both very clean. The King size bed was so comfy. The towels, soft, no stains, or rips. Smoking Rm avail. No burns on the covers or sheets. I totally hated the pillows 😑 but I loved the staff. Totally accommodating. I asked for extra towels and pillows, and yes, of couse, I got wat I needed. The down side overnight check in starts at 3pm ends at 11am. I totally was disappointed 😞 BUT the sushi spot 😋 👌 and the Taco truck on 11th ave made me forget all about it.
- 2/5
We got a room in the basement with no windows. Heating in the room was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. We had just one chair and filing cabinet covered with a towel instead of a table. Just one bedside table and lamp for two people
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming. The place was very secure.
- 5/5
no complaints
- 2/5
The room had burn marks on the wall, and the toilet was making noises the entire stay. Key card had to keep being reset throughout the day.
- 1/5
The area was fine. The mattress cover had a huge hole in it. We were in the basement. I never knew hotels had basements. The room was run down.
- 3/5
But there were small things in room that need repairs. The bedding was not in good enough conditions. The worst part was the noise level. The night club behind played loud music till early morning.

It’s a great location…
- 3/5
It was ok. Room was clean. Room much smaller than expected and parking out back is tricky as passage is very narrow. Staff were friendly. Neighborhood was safe.
- 1/5
Upon inspection the main bedroom light was out, the shower unit was leaking water on the floor, the tv was not working, there were bed bugs and ticks and the parking lot had minimal spacing and a narrow entry and exit point.
- 4/5
Great comfy hotel for the price. Felt safe and was clean. I was a bit bummed out that the night club next door was a bit noisy, got curious and wanted to see what it looked like inside there and found it was strictly Chinese only. Which I think is illegal but, oh well. Overall good hotel.
- 5/5
Overall I’m very pleased and will be returning in the near future for another stay.
- 3/5
Parking is bad in Brooklyn, booked this property because it had parking, the entrance to the lot is so narrow, the walls have scars from cars. We had a corner room C1 on Saturday morning her a loud noise. My partner said someone scratch a car. As we were leaving, we notice the iron fence 2 junctions were on the floor.
- 4/5
Place is perfect for a short rest but missing alot of accomodations
- 5/5
Easy peasy clean clean clean establishment
- 3/5
The process of checking into the hotel was a bit frustrating because the person at the counter kept telling us that the reservation had been cancelled by someone else. At the end, after showing here all the documentation that the travel agency had provided us, she finally allowed us to check in.
- 3/5
The cigarette smell was horrible could just spray the room before next guest comes at least
- 1/5
Very rude, personal and dirty room everything is different than the pictures on the Website
- 4/5
Comfortable stay
- 4/5
Staff were nice and helpful upon arrival. Nice and quiet little spot . Was lucky to find parking on the street
- 5/5
The hotel is very comfortable, cozy, clean, service is top notch
- 4/5
Good value for money
- 2/5
The room we were in had stains all over the walls, some of which had questionable origins. There were roaches everywhere. The AC pumped out air that was at best 5 degrees cooler than the room temp on the hottest day of the year. The staff was mildly friendly. The whole building reeked of weed even though there are no dispensaries in Brooklyn anymore. Staff told me they offer weed smoking rooms. I probably would have canceled my stay and found other accommodations but I was told I could not get a refund from Expedia because it was a “deal”.
