From the airport the taxi charged $300 to the hotel The hotel was near the hospital where my brother was admitted so in terms of location it was a perfect solution. However luckily he was discharged to go home in long island city so we had to check-out early. thankyou to booking.com who did the refund quickly and efficiently. the room itself was had one bed for me and my brother which was a shock. they didn't not give us the option to change at the time for two beds. the space was so small hardly place to put suitcases, or even pray. I'm glad i left. no iron found.

Polite staff housekeeper great ,hotel room ok
- 1/5
The place was terrible. Extremely small. The parking is horrible. We stayed out all day just so we won’t be in the room. Two beds a bathroom and an open space that’s a closet. This looks like a place where you “pay by the hour”. Too much money for the space. We had to sit on the bed to eat and use our legs as the table. Step one side to pass each other. They really need to refund if not all some of my money. It’s not worth it.

Thr staff were kind, the rooms were clean (but small), matress was good. Subway not too far. We stayed as a family of 6 and it was excellent value for money. The rooms were small but for the price it was ok.
- 1/5
Had to get a room change because the bed sheets wasn’t clean. The second room was no better. The wash cloths had hair on them, the bathroom door was hanging off the frame and the room in all could have been cleaner.
- 2/5
This a whole in a wall my room was dirty lamp shade was off tv only had 2channels WiFi was cutting off not a good place to stay someone kid in the hall making noise
- 1/5
Hair on the bed when we got to our room and the tv didn’t work
- 1/5
Room felt neglected. Room was dirty upon checking in, dirty stain on toilet, gum on the shower floor, condom wrapper next to sink in the bathroom. Hallways had an unbearable odor that would leak into the room. Horrible stay and I can confidently say that I would NOT recommend staying here. If possible cough up the extra $50 and stay at a chain hotel as this was the worst hotel experience I have EVER had.
- 2/5
Heating was a wall heater below the window and was alternately too hot or too cold; had to put a pillow over it (probably not safe) since it was too hot when on and immediately next to the bed. Parking was as you find on the street, but even then only one side and not at all M-F 7am to 10am. Not as advertised!
- 1/5
Is it a dump I never stay at a hotel so band
- 5/5
Everything was very good!
- 2/5
The room itself was very small, with no real space to place suitcases. It had a large bed and a TV, and the bed was cosy. The bathroom was a good size, but it felt quite cold even with the AC set to warm, and there was limited space to put toiletries apart from the sink. One positive surprise was the nice view of the New York skyline from my room. We mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep, and for that purpose it worked fine. The free breakfast was good, and the staff at check-in were friendly. There were no major issues, though the cleanliness was about what I expected based on previous reviews. I would probably stay here again for a short stay. However, if the hotel experience is important to you, or if you’re travelling with children, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There is parking available but limited to 3 cars

It's a budget hotel but even for a 2-star hotel it's a dump.

Definitely an old building, nothing looks all that pretty but everything works! Workers were nice.
- 5/5
The staff was very professional, human and helpful with our needs. We felt at ease being there the entire visit. Thanks to Maria and everyone who helped us enjoy the experience.
- 2/5
Room was extremely small for two people No cupboard or space to spread out
- 1/5
I hate the fact that parking was inconvenient, the rooms were very small, there was no little refrigerator nor microwave, no clothing storage nor iron etc. Was totally disappointed. 🙃
- 5/5
Room is small. Bathroom super nice. Overall 4/5
- 2/5
Comforter on the bed had multiple holes.... possibly from cigarette ashes....also parking is very very limited and parking area very tight....I have a SUV midsize and less than a few inches on each side between the car and wall.....

Nice to stay one night but the parking is limited

Difinately not what is shown on the advertising. The ample parking was three spaces.

- 4/5
It was a good place to stay for a night’. Especially if you’re going to a concert at Barclays Center. Also there are so many different types of food places to choose from near the hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was super nice 😊. The breakfast was better than most in Brooklyn except the Avid Hotel. The Hotel is in a very convenient location to the subway and mass transit. The neighborhood is a little scary a night. The rooms are very small.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and helped us with inquiries, continental breakfast but only two seats and there was six of us, close to trains and amenities, we were going on a cruise and the hotel was close by but not very good for parking

Cheap with mushy beds.
- 1/5
This place is terrible and dirty ,they gave me a room with burn holes in the comforters, walls dust so thick around the picture frames my eyes burned and shut from my allergies , no parking they make copies of your i.d without your consent this place needs to go in the trash 🚮

The pictures of the bedrooms on the website are misleading. The actual rooms were dirty, smelly, and nothing like what was advertised. I definitely won’t be returning.

The price was decent. Did not like the tv not working and going in and out. Overall, staff w were super accommodating and would recommend others to stay at this hotel

- 2/5
It was less expensive than others in the area. There was a reason!
- 3/5
Great view and location, but an otherwise mediocre hotel.
- 5/5
For an inexpensive hotel, this place was CLEAN! Other hotels in the area at this price point are hard to find and usually disgusting. Easy check-in, quiet, and comfy. The room was small, could've used a chair, and the phone was filthy, but everything else was spotless.
- 3/5
Only 2 parking spots.
- 2/5
Too small for double bed not to much space for the price I paid, is my second time with the app that you company offers or shows something different, I am going to give you one more chance if next time I get something like this it will be the end of your business for me.
- 5/5
Very quiet place
- 1/5
The room needs better bedding, a better tv and furniture
- 3/5
Good location and safe but very expensive for the area. Especially for the size of the room. You could barely walk around the beds. Bathroom was at least newly renovated.
- 2/5
Very poor condition of the units, some are smoked in, very small rooms with very old and worn out furniture.
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
A simple hotel that is clean and neat.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, wires are you showing on the TV, Not all the channels, was not happy with a service at all and what they charge for the location and what the room size was is ridiculous
- 3/5
Great stay! Small spaces but its affordable

- 1/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay!
- 4/5
The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable, there was hot water and good water pressure, there is a simple continental breakfast included. The people at the front desk and all the cleaners were very friendly, kind, and helpful. It was a good value for our money to be in Brooklyn, with easy access to the subway and not too far from Manhattan. It is near many restaurants. It wasn’t the fanciest place but I would easily stay there again.
- 3/5
My stay was ok the rooms needs a iron and a shower caddy no where to put your soap or shower gel you have to just drop it on the floor so you can wash it also need a trash can in the rooms. It is little stuff you need in a hotel room the room didn’t have
- 1/5
Extremely small room and dirty. Parking is very tight but this is expected on the city
- 4/5
Friendly and nice
- 2/5
They entered to my room and I don’t have any idea they will enter and I’m not in room they didn’t tell me about that
- 1/5
They didn't have ironing boards and had to iron on the bed. Shower was small and they didn't provide any washcloths. TV worked on every station, but I couldn't hear the basketball games on TNT, because the sound for that station didn't work. I called down to the front desk and asked for someone to see about fixing the issue since I wanted to watch the basketball games. He came and tried everything and changed the channels and told me that "It was the only channel that wasn't working". In other words, watch something else! I asked about getting a new room or a reduction in my room. He said he would talk with management. The morning as I was checking out, I noticed something on the nightstand. The furniture was brown so I did pay a lot of attention to it. As I was moving stuff around I saw something else moving. THE PLACE HAD ROACHES RUNNING ON THE NIGHTSTAND. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth, I dropped something on the floor. So I close the door to pick it up. On the back of the door, there were several names painted and scratched into the door like a dirty old style bathroom. I go to the office, which is in the basement to ask about getting my bill reduced and get a copy. I was informed that since I booked through Expedia, I would not get a copy of my bill. Nor would I get a reduced bill due to all the mishaps of such a POORLY RUN hotel.
- 5/5
Room is too small and there is not even one hook to hang clothes, not to mention hangers
- 3/5
It’s was a nice stay. I would go back a next time
- 3/5
Solid hotel for the price. You get what you pay for. Would stay there again.
- 1/5
Poor standing hotel
- 3/5
Very average which reflect the price. For 2 nights its o.k
- 1/5
Dirty disgusting place. Cockroaches human hairs
- 1/5
I stayed there for a week and someone hit my car while parked on property Twice
- 1/5
Rooms were somewhat ok. Non smoking rooms became room for smoking. I’m a non smoker. Rooms are very expensive. I paid over $267. For stained towels and linen. Bed has on seems like white skin flakes, butt marks and cigarette burn marks. Called down to the receptionist. Nothing was done. Couldn’t sleep. I put a towel under the door to block the smoke. That didn’t work because it came thru the A/C unit. They do not care. Towels were so stained.
- 4/5
I had to keep asking the front desk staff to come and change the input on the television. Also, half the channels on the TV are either without audio, or no reception at all. If that we're fixed, it'd make the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.
- 5/5
My stay at the Vue was pleasant. Stop there on a short stay. Room was clean. They gave enough towels so i was pleased.
- 2/5
Not recommended
- 4/5
The room was very clean and very accessible. Desk attendant was extremely helpful. Hotel near to transportation, food and some shopping. Lovely location. Will stay there in the future.
- 1/5
I didn't like anything there.
- 2/5
It smelled like cigarettes on the non-smoking floor, the bathroom was dirty, and the TV was broken. I didn't expect the Ritz, but I was hoping to get slightly better accommodations for how much money I spent.
- 3/5
Was my first time in Brooklyn/NY. Maybe this is what you get at this price level. Smallest room ever and no closet, shower seemed unfinished, bed was old/lumpy. No where to put suitcase, so it has to go on 1/2 bed. Luckily it was a king.
- 1/5
Smelly rooms, dirty, a lot of hair on the bed, but the staff is pretty nice at the reception.
- 1/5
The towels are not looked clean, the room was small, the parking was very small, the bathroom didn’t work properly, dining area wasn’t comfortable only two chairs and one little table. It’s took me a long time before I slept, my skin was itching. It was very expensive for the quality of services. I will never go to this hotel anymore.
- 1/5
This hotel was very unsanitary filthy bathroom uncomfortable bed broken doors smells like cigarettes and to cozy will never return..
- 1/5
when we came to check in there was nobody in the front and as soon as someone shows up to check us in immediately gives a horrible attitude toward us. we had to check out early at night did not stay in the room for more than an hour due to unhygienic and unpleasant environment blood stains and odors everywhere including on the sheets didn’t even sit on the beds. toilet paper was filthy brown hair on towels burn marks on sheets no parking whatsoever very unprofessional management do not know how this place is still open called to see if any type of reimbursement could be made since we barely even used the room and man on the phone was rude and was hard to understand but said no reimbursement could be made.
- 3/5
Everything was good for me,i like it will use again.
- 3/5
Place was ok. Only 4 parking spots available, even then there is no parking lot. Breakfast was a joke. It served the purpose of having a place to stay for 2 nights.
- 2/5
The room was dusty, there were fly larvae in the shower, there wasn’t a single closet, drawer for clothes, or even a small table to put our suitcase on.
- 1/5
The Rooms which are advertised as non smoking smell like marijuana and cigarettes. I was given a new room and problem persisted. I was with my 1 year old aside from being pregnant. I was not able to sleep. The response was “this is a non smoking facility, but guests break the rule, and the smells travel trough the vents”. The staff was pleasant and I was able to cancel the second stay. I had to book elsewhere.
- 3/5
That’s fine
- 4/5
This property was perfect for my needs. Super close to my work location and had plenty of food/resources needed for my stay. The parking (which is why I booked) was extremely tight and cars get blocked in. Other than that slight problem everything else was great. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 1/5
1. The place is just so dirty. Stick floor, unwashed toilet floor 2. Terrible sheets and pillows. Stain on the blanket 3. No kettle in the room 4. Worst internet in the world. Terrible speed and connection 5. Forget about the breakfast they provide 6. It’s quite a walking distance from the subway, especially at night 7. Worst curtains I’ve seen 8. Insects. Those with many legs. It’s disgusting
- 4/5
It was good for the price.
- 4/5
We stayed for two nights and I would recommend it for no more than that. It’s a little crowded but we had plans so we didn’t need the room other than just to sleep and shower. We had room 304 and the bathroom sink was not working well and they didn’t restock our towels for the next day. Parking during the day was not too difficult to find but at night it’s an inconvenience. Don’t expect too much , other than that it serves its purpose.
