High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work.

The service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating — from the doormen and managers to the housekeeping team. The complimentary continental breakfast each morning and the free cocktail hour was such a unique touch.

We had several problems in our room, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, the speakers in our room didn’t work . We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all.

Location is great, you can walk everywhere in SoHo and nearby areas like West Village. Staff is excellent and service levels top notch. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms good size. Calm at night. Not your average decor, so great experience for time off. The Apartment is a nice concept. Given the additional $50 fee per night, one could expect some treats in the room and maybe a bit more variety at breakfast. Did not try to aperitivo so it’s possible that you get the value there… Some of the technical details, primarily aircon and lighting, not exactly optimal in placement or function. But that is nitpicking.

Location is fantastic, close enough to main Soho areas but without the hustle of too many people Aperitivo afternoon was an excellent addition to our stay. Service minded employees, easy check in / check out process Room was nice (given NYC standards), bed was extremely comfortable Sound insulation from corridor towards the room needs A LOT of improvement. No underfloor heating in bathroom area Maybe a little overpriced

Te staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great and in walking distance of the metro, delicious eateries and shops. I would stay here again!

Seriously everything. The staff is welcoming and helpful, location is perfect, the breakfast and aperitivo are a delight and were a wonderful surprise. Our room (corner king) was very spacious for a NYC hotel and had a very classy and luxurious feel. The hotel does not have a gym but they have an arrangement with a close by gym for use free of charge.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Soho, but in a quiet corner! Amazing Facilities and above all Staff!

Perfectly located on Thompson street, near everything, but yet in a beautiful calm corner of Soho! Amenities are amazing, the Lounge and Rooftop are musts and Staff make your stay go from great to excellent!!!! No coffee machine in the room.

We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Great stay. Nestled on a more quiet street in SoHo, convenient to shops, restaurants and subway. Friendly staff. Rooms don’t have tvs but you can get one upon request. Delicious pastries for breakfast. Rooftop feels like a hidden gem with a breathtaking view of One World Trade Center.

The water to the hotel was shut off by the city for over 12 hours. Staff seemed very confused about how to handle things and didn't have any language around offering alternative bookings or compensation to impacted hotel guests; just bottles of water to "wash up with".

Excellent location. Modern designer hotel with beautiful aesthetics throughout. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Amazing rooftop with superb views of Manhattan. This is a minor item but the bedside reading lamps are too bright even at low setting and cannot be directed properly. They just flood the entire bed and make it unpleasant if only one person wants to read.

Beautiful hotel! Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special! Loved the “Library”. After I got over the initial shock of no TV in the room, I embraced it and it was perfect. Fantastic location for food and shopping. I will definitely be back!! Michi was a fantastic addition!!

The price of the manner puts higher expectations. No mini bar, tv in room. Hotel service is not on par, the lobby tried to keep my team and I from visiting the hotel bar with no reason. The restaurant lacked attentive service and a mediocre menu. Overall a lot of smoke and mirrors without actually substance

Quality of bed mattress and bedding was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. Easy to access east village, west village, Soho, Noho etc. Lounge is beautiful and cosy, free drinks are very welcoming.

Everyrhing exept the wifi didnt work and i eas on a wotk yrip so it was very uncomfortable
