Centrally located, spacious rooms, loved the in-room kitchenette and dishwasher. Very well appointed - would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Terrific hotel. Aside from how nice the room and fitness center are, but the staff was phenomenal. I've never had a room cleaned if we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door when they were in cleaning schedule. Instead, staff asked us later in the day what time was good for us, and then they actually cleaned the room late afternoon as we requested. I've never had that before and it was fantastic. Everybody else was great too, friendly, helpful, always available but not intrusive. Can't say enough about how great the place is.

We had stayed here for our NY trip and when our flight home was cancelled (after we had already checked out and left), we chose to return and book a new room because we enjoyed the location so much. It is super convenient to walk to the park, restaurants, theaters, shops, etc. we highly recommend and would be happy to stay again in the future.

They are doing some renovating and updating the elevators, so it caused later wait times for the lift. But they have some of the service elevators open to help with it. The staff were all very friendly, happy and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. We saw a concert in Central Park and it was such a nice walk to and from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s close to the major midtown landmarks but is still on a quieter street. We originally planned to stay the one night, where we had a one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, but our flight home was cancelled and we ended up booking a second night in one of their metropolitan suites. The first bed was super comfortable, the second bed had some kind of lump on one side that caused me to toss and turn most of the night. I let the staff know so it could hopefully be replaced. We did not get a chance to check out the club and amenities. I’d be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The location was excellent, and the hotel staff were amazing—very welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. Wonderful location. Wonderful staff. Very clean. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with 2 baths and it was fabulous for our family and little one. I highly recommended for any traveling families. Will be staying here again next time we come to NYC.

We had a very good experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times, especially during check-in and at breakfast. The room was very nice: comfortable, clean, and a great place to rest after long days exploring the city. The best part was definitely the location, which was very convenient for visiting New York and getting around Manhattan. The only downside was the elevators, which were being renovated during our stay and sometimes required long waits. On one occasion, we waited around 20 minutes, although the hotel staff helped us by taking us through the service elevators. Even so, we had a very positive experience and would stay there again.

Having a perfect Manhattan in the lounge on the 26th floor of the Manhattan Club is an exquisite experience. The hotel is great, and having a suite with two bathrooms is such a convenience. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, and very well located. The room temperature was centrally controlled, and it was cold in the room.
- 5/5
Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this place! The staff at this hotel truly seemed to enjoy their jobs and assisting guests. Fantastic service at check in, luggage storage, and door service specifically. This hotel is maintained well and within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do in this area of NYC.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our time at The Manhattan Club overall. The one bedroom suite was perfect for three people. The bed was so comfortable. It was nice having so many surfaces to put our things. The mini kitchen was very useful, especially with leftovers. The shower didn’t drain well and the drawer with the trash can was broken. One of the main elevators is out of commission for modernization and sometimes we couldn’t get on the elevator. The breakfast is overpriced for what you get. Also, it was strange how a staircase takes you to the lobby of The Park Central Hotel. The doormen and housekeeping were nice and helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the room was a great size for our family of 4. It was our second time staying here in the last year. We would definitely stay here again, unless it's during a summer month. Both times we've stayed, it's been no warmer than 60 degrees outside and cloudy/rainy (although this last time was the end of May, after a major heat wave, so the AC should've been on), but it never got below 74 degrees in the room. Even setting the AC to 68, it never budged. It was hard even for our young kids to fall asleep and they were exhausted. So, overall would recommend the property, but not in warmer months or if you require a relatively cool room to sleep.

We’ve been in NY many times, but with a difference, this was the best hotel we’ve ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly! They were upgrading elevators, and we needed to use theirs. With all the inconveniences we may cause on their work, they were always helpful and extremely friendly with our family. The room was great, and the location to enjoy Manhattan is amazing. Easy access to main trains to visit most of the main attractions in the city, easy access to supermarkets that make our stay as a family more comfortable to prepare breakfast, easy dinners, and picnics at Central Park

I splurged and booked a Junior Suite with Balcony. WOWZER! Bedroom area, kitchen WITH dishwasher, table chairs, comfy sleeper sofa, 2 HUGE TV’s and balcony with table and chairs, perfect on a beautiful day and night. Bellman was great. Valet parking only $35 with free self parking. Very friendly staff. I cannot think of a single thing to improve this room except a balcony suite across from Carnegie Hall is not in my usual budget. Perfection for a special occasion, though I never found out if, where and when breakfast might have been served. I’ve had a balcony surprise at 3 star Manhattan hotels but this hotel is a solid 4.5 star. Expensive but worth it. Even the bed and pillow selection was great and I am PICKY when it comes to pillows and mattresses due to c/spine surgery. Hope to go back and stay longer. I’m a native New Yorker but live 3 hours away now. A vacation in this hotel with this room in my old hometown would be extraordinary!
- 3.5/5
The location is great, a few minutes to Central Park and about 15 to Times Square and theaters. The room we got was very well equipped with utensils, plates and glasses. Coffe machine with Illy coffe was a plus. There was only one elevator working for a 26 story building. They opened 2 others in the back that were reserved for staff to use (take cleaning carts, laundry), but it could still take you 10 min to way for an elevator.
- 5/5
The location was convenient. We could easily walk to the activities (Broadway & museums) we planned. The room was clean, staff was helpful, and I heard no hallway noise at night. Due to our early arrival, the hotel secured our luggage so we could be your planned activities.

We had a decent view. I was not expecting to pay over $1,000.00 per night to have to walk thru basically a cut out window, in the bedroom, to go out to the balcony, maybe I should have researched more. Very Disappointed!! A menu & serving times would have been nice to have in the room. No info of any kind about what restaurants, etc., were close by. No info about ANYTHING!!! No idea at all about what was served upstairs

- 5/5
Excellent location and our suite was plush. Having 2 bathrooms was quite a bonus. Only one elevator was working during our stay and that caused long waits particularly in the morning. Also while the location is great, the hotel is in a very busy part of Manhattan causing delays and inflated bills if you take a cab.
- 5/5
The staff, all the way. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel special. I'd come in with a group for my daughter's graduation...I'd written before the event about it, and they had made up a card in the room congratulating her with graphics about dance (she's a dance major)--such a sweet, special touch. The breakfast was great--you should definitely book to have it included with the room. The staff there was super helpful! The suites were large and comfortable. We had a balcony, which was excellent. I'd say the lounge upstairs is a bit pricey. We would have spent more time there if it hadn't been.
- 4/5
The layout of the room was terrible in regards to one thing: Once the sofa bed was pulled out, the people in bedroom had no way to access the kitchen or bathroom without crawling over the sofa bed. The ice machine was located only on the 14th and 26th floors which was very inconvenient. One elevator did not work! It cost $20 for two lousy coffees! OVERPRICED!

One note if you’re traveling on a tight budget- they take a $500 damage deposit, which was more than twice the cost of my stay. This would have been a great “splurge” hotel when traveling in my college days… and that deposit would have been rough.

Comfortable bed. Excellent location, easy walking distance to Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, grocery stores and many restaurants. Kitchenette with a sink, microwave, fridge, dishes and dishwasher (what??)! Lounge on the 26th floor was a nice place to wait while before our room was ready. Very nice staff. Very slow elevator response time to reach the 12th floor so I could go down to the lobby. The cleaning staff accessed my room while I was out even though the "do not service" card was on my door. Noisy neighbors. A bit pricey for the quality but the location made it worth it.

The hotel was very nice and the staff greeted you coming and going. Anthony was exceptionally helpful. The only reason for 4 ⭐️ was that the elevators were being serviced which led to congestion waiting to leave or to get to your room. There were service elevators available, but those were also being heavily used by guests and staff who were unable to use the ones in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and lovely hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay, they have a bar and restaurant on the 26th floor. Really convenient, you can pay right there or have them bill your room. The location is great, close by times square and safe area 🤘

Small thing though. The room was terrific for us with two beds big enough to share easily. Comfortable pull out couch and little, but well stocked kitchenette. Could have used a third chair as once beds were pulled out there were only two chairs at table. (Again, a set up issue) Wonderful location, wonderful staff.
- 2/5
The location is ideal for morning jogs in Central Park, and parking fees are reasonable. The room lacked USB ports entirely, and the bathroom ceiling leaks whenever the upstairs guests use their shower. Breakfast at $35 felt difficult to justify given the quality. The elevator situation was a constant frustration during peak hours. Staff communication left much to be desired. Most notably, heating was absent — not just in my room, but across the entire property.

Very good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a very nice lounge on the 26 floor where they serve breakfast. After 12 coffee is available. They also have drinks and snacks. I arrived at 11 after an overnight plane trip. I checked in and had to wait until 4 to get my room. I wasn’t told I could wait at the lounge until 4, even though staff saw me sitting at the lobby. I went for lunch and returned at 3. I was then told my the manager I could wait at the lounge until 4.

This was frustrating because I had been promised an upgrade, and the room I received felt like the opposite of that. The experience did not meet my expectations, and because of this, I don’t think I will be booking here again.

Everyone on staff is upbeat and very helpful, the rooms are immaculate with comfy beds, and it’s a fantastic location for everything we were looking for - restaurants, shopping and museums. This is our second stay here and we’re looking forward to a third stay this fall!
- 4.5/5
The pull out sofa bed was actually comfortable The soap/shampoo dispensers were mounted way too high on the wall. I'm 5 feet tall and could barely reach them. If someone with children were staying here, kids shorter than that couldn't reach...
- 4/5
The only complaint we had is that the room was uncomfortably warm at times (in the 80s). After no luck with the thermostat (turning it to cool/60s only made it hotter), we called the front desk and were told the building was set to heat so our best bet was to shut the thermostat off and open the windows a bit. This didn’t really work, though it stopped the temp from increasing. It was a cool/wet weekend so it made sense for the heat to be accessible but didn’t realize until calling the front desk that there wasn’t much that could be done about it. We would stay again despite the issue with the room temp!

- 3/5
The staff were fantastic and the location was wonderful. But there definitely were some drawbacks. The elevator situation was horrible. Took us forever to even get one to come to our floor. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was nice and updated. But the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress cover was dingy and old. My biggest complaint is the air conditioning, it wasn’t running at all and was blowing out warm air. Our room was so uncomfortable warm and muggy.
- 2/5
Some staff were very helpful and welcoming while others were completely dismissive. Requested a/c be looked at or a change in room. Desk attendant said there was no a/c in the building, however, friends room had a digital thermostat they were able to control and have a very comfortable room. My room was cleaned and I arrived to find clean towels and my hair on the floor.

The location of this Hotel is great, nearby Subway stops, near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, and Time Square. We stayed during March, and the weather was naturally volatile. Did not turn the AC on for the building until the 2nd day of 75+ degree weather, so the room was initially very hot and stuffy, but once AC was on, it levelled off pretty quick. The biggest issue is the elevators, only 1 working elevator (2 small service elevators to support). Waiting for ages only for a elevator slammed full of people luggage and strollers; so had to start all the way over. We got lucky a few times, but being on the 21st floor, the stairs were never an option for us.

Excellent stay, large room, close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, great staff and service. Amazing location. Close to subways, Central Park, Times Square but not too crowded.
- 4/5
Spacious room - mostly fresh and clean but sofa was a bit “well loved”. Tub water seemed rarely used and therefore has copper residues so didn’t feel great using. Amenities and location great.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel! Deffinetely I’ll be back…
- 5/5
You need to fix the elevators!
- 4/5
Staff were standout and very welcoming. Great location on quiet street (56th and 7th Ave) in Midtown. Large room with two bathrooms (we had a queen suite). Close to Central Park and 57th & 7th metro station.
- 4/5
Breakfast not apply and AC was working okay
- 5/5
cleanroom good
- 5/5
Great location near Central Park and easy access to subway. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Had a great stay
- 3/5
They took 3 out of 4 elevators (plus 2 service elevators) out of service all at the same time for an upgrade. Almost like a giant FU to current guests for the comfort of future guests. Should have disclosed in advance, 10 minutes waiting every time for the elevator is asking too much. Rooms could use some freshening too. Friendly staff though.
- 5/5
Overall, this is the perfect hotel for business travel, working remotely, for adults especially older adults, or for those who want to avoid the tourists while still being in proximity. It will be my new hotel for future work trips.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel from the checkin process through departure. The people were super friendly and the 26th floor lounge very nice. Location is excellent and convenient to everything. They are renovating certain areas and this is needed and welcome based on the age. A much better and economical choice compared to other name brand hotels.
- 5/5
I have traveled to New York for medical purposes extensively with my wheelchair. This has been the best hotel with enough room for my chair. I was impressed with the affordable price. 2 very large, spacious rooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchenette, with plates, silverware, and everything one would need. I will be staying here for my future visits.
- 4/5
Good location, friendly staff and cheaper parking charge than other hotels.
- 5/5
I have been to many hotels, but this is one of them that I think I would definitely go back to very clean and the staff is very nice. Pillows are amazing. The only thing the bed is a little hard but other than that it was amazing. Great location.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Valet parking is excellent.
- 5/5
I can't say enough about the staff. They are people-people: always saying hello in the elevator and lobby, interested in how we were doing. Sadly, our son got a virus during the stay and not only were they incredibly helpful but so concerned and kind. We will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Large 1 bedroom Suite. Very Clean, surprised by the second full bathroom. Unhappy about the 4pm check in, but we were in our room by 3:30. We would return if price is right.
- 5/5
This hotel is in an excellent location with very large rooms. We did a weekend family trip with a 5yo and the suite is absolutely perfect to have some separation for sleeping. The gym is quite small but has everything you need. The main elevators are under construction so most guests use the maintenance elevators. The rooms are outdated but the room size makes up for it. Great place to stay as a family!
- 4/5
Great place to stay with a cozy room and good location.
- 4/5
Clean room. Elevator service was terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at The Manhattan Club. The suite with 2 bathrooms was a nice size for New York. And the bar/restaurant on floor 26 was a nice place to hang out. Location is great too but not noisy at all.
- 5/5

Grateful
- 5/5
I recommend the Manhattan Club. The staff and accommodations are excellent.
- 1/5
Could not stay at the Manhattan hotel because when I was booking the room I was looking you see the additional charges and was not able to find on the page. Once I booked and Pre PAID the room charges, then a page, "Addional information' appeared notifying me that the security deposit on this establishment was $500.00 plus resort fees. I was flabbergasted and was not going to have the hotel hold $500.00 for a couple of days, probably one week or even a month which in some cases happen with some hotels. According to hotel. Com customer service, the manager of the hotel would not refund or partially refund the room charges. So that was a total bad experience I would not want someone else to go through.
- 5/5
Bigger room than expected, which was nice. Everyone on staff was very nice!
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The location is excellent. The suite had everything we needed and the staff is top notch!
- 5/5
Great, comfortable hotel. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and sizable. The club lounge upstairs was very nice. The gym had everything I needed. I didn't want to leave.
- 5/5
The suite was excellent, spotless, comfortable, and far beyond what I expected. The location was perfect too, just steps from Central Park and an easy walk to Times Square.
- 4/5
Only food option is at the 26th floor and can be pricey. The building is well located and rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Furnishings are somewhat dated and they have issues with the elevators. Good value overall.
- 4/5
Great location. Helpful friendly staff.
- 3/5
We loved the location and the one bedroom suite. Also loved having the tiny kitchenette and smal; dining room table. The staff are all excellent and incredibly friendly. The rooms - especially the room with the couch in it - feels tired and dated. Overall decent experience but the rooms aren't quite as gleaming as they show in the pictures online.

- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Highly recommended & would 100% return.
- 5/5
The stay was wonderful! Beautiful room, great staff, wonderful experience.
- 2/5
All the above
- 5/5
Our “ City Lights” suite was immaculate and gave us plenty of room to move around. Gorgeous bed linens, brand new bathroom, very comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows, quiet and dark for sleeping at night and the location was perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
- 2/5
Staff was good. The room had dirty underwear and pants in the closet where the linens for the bed were kept. This is my third time at TMC and this was the worst room. The other rooms were updated with nice fixtures. This room was old, dated and sloppy'fixes' (silver screws to hold brass towel holders). There was almost no cell service.
- 5/5
The staff is wonderful, the room was great - another excellent experience!
- 5/5
Room was very clean, quiet, spacious, and in a great location. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Great value.
- 4/5
Nice room , workers were very helpful
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms. Convenient location for walking to see Broadway shows.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Valet parking was affordable and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was huge, bed comfortable, staff helpful, and location idesl for walking to midtown sites.
- 5/5
Great value.
- 5/5
My daughter and 2 granddaughters had so much fun! Great location for all things Manhattan. JoeG’s was a great Italian restaurant nearby as well as the authentic Thai. We’ll be back!
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Perfect location, excellent value, very nice room, courteous staff
- 3/5
Staff was super nice and very helpful. I stayed in the Gotham Suite. It was big and the bed was amazing, I slept very good under the big comfy blankets. The downside was that the room was outdated. The heating system was old and the room was super cold and took forever to get warm. The temperature outside was 1 degree and we felt it on the inside. I had to call the engineer 2x to fix the heat. The television was decked out with all your favorite apps like Netflix and prime but non of it worked. I called the front desk, they sent the engineer but he was unable to help because the guy who can fix the internet was not working that day. So I didn’t get angry I just thought I would watch some regular television but the internet was so bad that every channel would freeze and glitch. I just went on to bed. Sleeping was the best part of the stay but honestly for what they charged it was not worth it considering all the issues I had.
- 5/5
This is a timeshare hotel with limited hotel amenities. No restaurant, no room service, only one unisex bathroom in the lobby, etc. The rooms are suites--spacious and simply but pleasantly decorated. Windows were good and I heard little from outside. Very good location.
- 5/5
Greeted by a warm and welcoming front desk person to check us in, flawless. Room was large and clean, temperature control was superb. plenty of closet space and efficient storage.
- 5/5
Amazing location and clean and spacious room
- 5/5
Helpful staff, clean room, nice lounge, and hardworking staff cleaning snow
- 5/5
The room was very clean.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and very pretty. We liked its classic NYC charm and design. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to get an inner courtyard room (you can get views other places in the hotel) on a high floor and it was the quietest night sleep I’ve ever had in the city. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, seating and bed were comfortable, and we were able to control the temperature in the room to suit us. We had to park a car and the valet at the front door was very easy, getting the car at the end of our stay took a little longer because it was a busy time for the parking garage, but nothing too unreasonable. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do and there were many food/coffee places nearby. We will stay here again!
- 5/5
Room and stay was amazing! Instructions we given to check in then get valet set up. Incoming valet was a
- 4/5
Staff were very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the lounge on the 26th floor, available to anyone staying there. The room was clean, albeit older and a bit worn out but otherwise all was good.
- 4/5
two bathrooms were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the staff is excellent, professional, friendly, and very helpful Hotel is quiet the rooms are clean We always return to the Manhattan club when we are in Manhattan. Well located not far from Central Park not far from the Theater District.
- 5/5
Great location very clean room great staff!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable! We loved the 2 bathrooms! All the staff (desk, bell, and cleaning) was super friendly!
- 4/5
Excellent sized rooms, great staff, clean, and has great amenities. One of the elevators wasn't working, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
- 2/5
Room felt very outdated. Walls were thin, we could hear staff conversing through our bedroom wall most of the night. Also, heard loud banging and machine beeping (assuming laundry machines) through our wall as well. Front desk staff was not welcoming, plus the $500 hold for a security deposit is ridiculous. Still waiting for it to go back on my CC. Location was great for what we were doing but that was about it.
- 4/5
- Nice, spacious room. Convenient location. Love the kitchen— a great amenity during the bitter-cold winter. - Jimmy was super kind and helpful during check-in. Cons: - Part of the hotel was under renovation, and it seemed that half of the elevators were unavailable. As a result, the wait-time was quite long, and the elevator was often very crowded. - The check out time was at 11am and they could only extend the “late check-out” till 11:30am, which was not helpful at all.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the hotel. The room was great (one bedroom suite) the staff was very courteous and helpful. Great location. I would certainly stay there again.
- 5/5
Perfect visit. Easy checkin, great staff, nice room!
- 4/5
Lack of any rails to hold on to make the bath and shower virtually useless for any older person such as myself!! The rooms are clean and well maintained but the furniture has reached the end of their useful lives long long ago. The whole place desperately requires a complete refurbishment.
- 5/5
Great helpful staff, location easy to navigate midtown from this location. Clean spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Very wonderful stay. Loved the close proximity to Broadway.
- 5/5
We had a great time at the Manhattan Club. Quick trip to see friends. The only bummer was the work on the elevators slowed things down. Not the worst thing...
- 5/5
He gave us great recommendations for restaurants , subway routes and landmarks to see. Go see Joel, he knows his city.
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a newly renovated room upon arrival— I had asked about the rooms as each was furnished by timeshare owner, some more dated than others. It was a great suite and we would stay again!
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very well kept.
- 2/5
I didn't get a balcony. I upgraded (???) to a 1 BR suite (yes...2 baths were nice) on 14th floor. because I wanted a king bed. The room literally looked like it was last furnished 30 years ago. Carpets old and dingy. bed stands and tables were torn, nicks in the wood. Worn our couch. looked like purchased at Salvation Army. the TV's. were small and old, and most channels not HDTV. I cannot even estimate when the windows were last cleaned.. you literally could not look out of the dirty glass. Bedding and mattress OK. And...don't even get me started on the elevators. I understand the need for service, upgrades and renovations, but this was organized so poorly. Some rides took 15-20 minutes to wait for the lift. and many passed so full you couldn't even get on. Checking out took 30 minutes just to get to the lobby. The maintenance work should have been clearly listed and explained before confirming reservation. Major inconvenience. Breakfast for $30/pp is a joke. Very limited and lousy quality. And free coffee on Saturday costs $5.75/per cup on Sunday am. No explanation. For the record, I did (finally) speak to James at Mgr office and he did say he would refund the additional upgrade charges billed directly on site, but since original reservation was booked thru Expedia, they could not refund initial charges. I took a last minute flyer and very disappointed. Glad it was only one nite.
- 5/5
My children and I loved it here
- 5/5
Nice rooms and very kind and helpful staff
- 5/5
It was a beautiful, spacious clean room. The staff was so warm and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect. Centrally located, close to transportation and we were able to navigate the city very easily.
- 3/5
The temperature in the room was impossible to control. I set the thermostat on 66 because it was too warm for us to sleep comfortably but the heat wouldn’t stop and it never went below 72. The sheets were stiff and scratchy and the carpet had a slight urine smell as if a dog had stayed there and didn’t make it outside. The room itself was quite comfortable and the housekeepers were great.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent especially the concierge.
- 5/5
The room was perfect, the bed was comfy and it was nice that it had a coffee machine in the room. The location was ideal and the parking phenomenal
- 5/5
Spacious suite with 2 bathrooms. Suite had a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, dishes and silverware. All rooms had a city view.
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect, the staff was exceptional. We were traveling as a family and they proactively upgraded us to a suite to give our girls a little extra room to themselves. I realized as I entered the city that I had forgotten the key fob to my car, the valet and concierge team was INCREDIBLY helpful in accomodating us and getting the car parked using the backup codes without a hassle. The hotel in located in a busy area but is just far enough off of the primary tourist spots to be convenient while giving some room to relax.
- 5/5
Lobby area was full of help from the reservation desk to the doormen!!
- 3/5
Room eas cold and took forever to warm up the rm
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect, as we could walk to most of the places we planned to go to. We took the subway once & the station was a short walk away. Valet parking was inexpensive and I was glad I didn't have to park my truck myself! I was a bit worried about the AC, as I read a lot of reviews beforehand complaining about it, but we had no issues. We did experience the elevator wait times but, honestly, as long as we avoided peak times and gave ourselves plenty of time, it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We went up to the lounge one night, which was very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Really impressed with the quality for a great value. Clean and quiet with a great lounge. One big problem was that there was only 1 working elevator which caused massive delays for a sold out hotel on a holiday week.
- 5/5
Hotel was great, super great location to be close to Central Park and time square
- 4/5
Check in and out was seamless and the valet parking was very reasonable!
- 5/5
Staff was great. Very spacious junior suite. Quiet.
- 5/5
Staff is excellent. Location is great.
- 5/5
Nice spacious hotel option.
- 5/5
Staff helpful and room was clean
- 5/5
Amazing location with excellent staff.
- 2/5
The room pictures looks good on Expedia but the actual room is very old and do not match the advert. Room is very dull looking with no lighting above the bed. No hand wash in main bathroom, I paid a lot just for 1 night. It’s definitely not worth the price. Location is closest to time square and luggage parking facility. except this, I don’t like any other things about this property. Checkin time 4 PM is also not good. Staying 1 night checking in for 4 PM and checking out by 11 AM does not make any sense to me.
- 5/5
Great location and easy community. The staff were really great.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at The Manhattan Club, despite having to call 911 two times (for unexpected health issues) during our stay. All the staff there went above and beyond in their kindness and helpfulness. In addition, the room itself and the facilities were great. We loved the cozy robes and having a 2-room suite, with 2 full bathrooms. Strongly recommend this place to anyone.
- 4/5
Great location! The hotel is older but has been well maintained.
- 5/5
I just loved everything about it. Great room, quaint building, fantastic location. I was there on Christmas Eve and Christmas night, and it was just a wonderful experience. I may actually start a new tradition of staying at the Manhattan Club every year on Dec 24-25!
- 4/5
Spacious room, great location, but the elevator situation was the only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars
- 4/5
The room was amazing...spotless and the staff friendly. The only two negatives was the long line for check-in and the elevators had long lines and were slow. Otherwise, it was a great trip and we would stay again.
- 3/5
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Temperature of room was very hot. Wasn’t comfortable for sleeping or getting ready.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful. Room was clean and easily accessible. Don’t take a rickshaw in the city without negotiating the cost first. Had an issue when we arrived back at the hotel and Joel and the hotel staff quickly de escalated the situation. Hotel close walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Rockafeller. Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at the Manhattan Club, thanks again!
- 4/5
The facility was well kept and the staff helpful and courteous.
- 3/5
Accommodations were fantastic. While the staff was pleasant, the service was lackluster. Valet parking / check in was difficult upon arrival and impossible upon departure. No help at all from the staff. I would have expected more.
- 5/5
Friendly staff ( Big Mike at the buffet was excellent worker).
- 5/5
The staff at the Manhattan Club was super friendly! They were very accommodating and the room was clean and set up perfectly for our trip!
- 3/5
The front desk was not really friendly and I ask if they received my message she said yes. Anyway we wai until 3:00 pm and the room was bad. Not air conditioner Only 2 windows 1 in the bedroom another in the living room. Those windows are almost closed because they has those clips that only is possible open 2 o 3 inches. Mirrors in the bathroom was broken. It's not place to organize our personal items in the bathrooms. Coffe machine had very bad system, imposible to enyoy the coffe. The room are very old and furniture too. Even that was cold outside the room was very hot. The view horrible. I believe this is our third time in this hotel but even that that is not a new hotel we liked at lol because we always had e nice room. Now except the front desk people the rest of the employee are very friendly and professional. The housekeeping are great, they always ready to help. I have to ask for a fan because was imposible for me to sleep. We paid for this room a suite for 6 days 5 nights 3000.00 plus the airplane tickles.
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating as we had to make a change and the staff was helpful with luggage, calling a taxi and more
- 5/5
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. We love staying at the Manhattan Club!
- 5/5
The room was spacious and very clean
- 5/5
Excellent! Very well appointed suite, great location, overall A++++!
- 2/5
Stained carpets, temp does not go below 75...
- 5/5
Everything was amazing besides horrible valet service
- 5/5
Amazing hotel.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel great staff
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, nice lounge for relaxing if your room isn’t available.
- 5/5
The suite was perfect for 3 people. Large enough and had all we needed. Clean!! Two full baths was great. The staff was wonderful but JOEL really stood out. He was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us each day. He even remembered my granddaughter's name. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Spotless
- 5/5
It was a great hotel, the elevator situation was a mess, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
This hotel is incredibly well located for theaters and museums. All staff people we met were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious for the price. The bed was amazingly comfortable. BUT the elevators are a real problem as they try to finish a periodic inspection and upgrade. We got used to taking the service elevators instead of the regular lobby elevators.
- 5/5
Very accommodating staff, room was very clean and spacious. Throughly enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Our room and the hotel were wonderful!
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Ancient dated furnishings, broken toilets and broken plugs (so non functioning hair dryer) and last but not least no cnbc. Expensive and poor experience.
- 5/5
Great super spacious room, rare find for Manhattan on a very safe neighborhood
- 4/5
Courteous staff
- 4/5
Staff was great, the penthouse is dated but clean.
- 5/5
So convenient to Carnegie hall, friendly staff, clean spacious room, comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, excellent room
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean rooms. Can't beat the size for New York. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful. The Manhattan Club exceeded my expectations in every way.
- 5/5
Clean room with all amenities included, staff was kind.
- 2/5
Rarely leave reviews but would avoid this hotel if at all possible, especially for the price. There are way better options in the area at the same price point. Check in was messy, the room was fine but dated and the shower head was broken so showering was difficult. The lift also broke down the day I stayed, leaving guests trapped inside for 15 minutes. Confused why this property has such high ratings.
- 5/5
Room was incredibly clean, spacious and views were awesome! I love this place. Could use some free coffee in lounge and easier way to store luggage for early arrivals but otherwise this place Rocks especially for theatre goers!
- 5/5
Yes. Everything was great
- 5/5
We will absolutely stay here again. Having a suite was essential while traveling with kids. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is also ideal.
- 5/5
Great room, helpful friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was absolutely perfect for our family of four. One bedrooms tie with 2 bathrooms made things so comfortable.
- 5/5
The Manhattan Club was a phenomenal experience. Thank you to the incredible staff of Jerry and Joel!
- 4/5
Could not control room temp and tv remote had issues. Otherwise place and people were great, helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Great location, good facilities. Really helpful team. Very pleased with our choice of hotel.
- 1/5
Hotel had no record of reservation, despite confirmation I received from Expedia.
- 5/5
The view was awesome and the beds and linens the best. It was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well prepared. Staff in general is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great location to explore Mid Town Manhattan. Room size is huge for the area. Gym, lounge and common space met expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Clean, very quiet, nice staff
- 5/5
The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again in the near future,
- 5/5
It’s located in a very good neighborhood near the Carnegie Hall, room is not fancy but very clean and the staff are very friendly. I liked it very much.
- 5/5
Large rooms
- 5/5
Great location walk to everything. Close to subway. Elevator can be a bit of a wait
- 1/5
Be aware this place, is old, outdated, is an scam because I book and paid for 8 nights and they not gave me a refund, losing all that money than stay!!
- 2/5
Really reallly bad
- 5/5
We stayed in a suite with our 9 and 10-year-olds, and it was perfect for our family! The suite included a small dining area, a microwave, and a small fridge. The second restroom was an added bonus. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great.
- 5/5
easy check in, courteous staff, clean rooms, great location
- 4/5
The room was clean, but a little worn and
- 5/5
The staff is WONDERFUL. Room was great, super clean. A fabulous stay.
- 1/5
Hi, I never heard back
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent 👌
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Yes everything was clean, but there was not a sofa to sleep on, only a bed and chair
- 5/5
Great stay! Thank you very much! Staff and room were great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great hotel with clean spacious rooms in a perfect location.
- 4/5
The staff were very courteous and location was perfect
- 5/5
Loved the suite with two bathrooms. The staff was incredible and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
- 4/5
Nice, clean, and quiet. A bit dated but great value in NYC! Had a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great staff. Excellent room. Elevators need some tuning, they are working on it now.
- 5/5
Great room and location. My only suggestion is that they open the fitness center before the current time of 630 AM. Jet lagged travelers may want to use a facility like that at odd hours.
- 5/5
Room was excellent; great size, great location; great staff👌
- 5/5
We did not have a balcony
- 5/5
Hotel was wonderful, location was fantastic and the staff was amazing! Joel specially made our stay feel just above and beyond.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Some of the furnishings
- 4/5
Nice stay, clean room, but the $500 hold fee is insane for an old hotel
- 5/5
Our stay at the Manhattan Club was wonderful. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is very convenient. I have been to NYC many times and the Manhattan Club is the best place I have stayed.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and always friendly. After a tough travel day getting into the city, they went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. We stayed in a suite and it was more than enough room for two adults and two children. It was the perfect room for a family. The cleaning staff was great and attentive. The location is close to everything. I highly recommend.
- 1/5
The hotel didn't accept our Government issued Identification and refused to accommodate us for the evening as they only accepted passports as proof of identification. I'd suggest skipping the Manhattan and using The Empire Hotel. Far more accommodating, better priced.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Room is spacious and clean. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is well located. We’ll stay again
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Beautiful room and comfortable stay !!
- 5/5
Everthing was good. We should've used the lounge more. Didn't realize how good it is.
- 5/5
Great room, friendly staff, good valet parking rates for NYC.
- 5/5
Welcoming lobby. Room was spacious. Plenty hangars for clothing. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Concierge (Joel) handled our baggage with care, then recommended dining at the Tuscany Steakhouse..... food was exquisite!!!
- 5/5
Diana was most accommodating
- 5/5
Bathroom had nice accoutrements, plenty of towels and we had a handicap unit. I would choose the Manhattan Club again for all of the above and their delightful dining and cocktail hour on the upper floor.
- 5/5
Great stay, location and staff
- 4/5
the location is perfect. room was cleaned but old. shower pressure was ok. the biggest problem was the elevator. only 2 . it took us 10 minute to go down as every elevator is full.
- 4/5
Property needs upgrading and musty smell
- 2/5
Overpriced. I didn’t get into the room until 4pm. I asked for a wake up call which didn’t happened
- 5/5
Great location for everything we were looking for in our first trip to NYC. Some friends of ours have a timeshare with The Manhattan Club, so we chose to book the same hotel for convenience with our trip and it didn't disappoint.

Lovely and fun!
- 3/5
Old tired hotel. Room had hair in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Overall great service and nice sized rooms, especially for New York. But the room smelled like the perfumes they use in Vegas casinos and the furniture was mostly old and not particularly comfortable. The need was good though and that’s what mattered most
- 5/5
The room was a little more dated than appeared in the pictures but was overall very nice. There wasn’t much of a view either, but again totally fine. The bathroom was large and updated and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The lounge on the 26 floor was a nice addition, with a bar and free coffee during the day. We stayed here for the location and that absolutely did not disappoint. Just a 5-10 minute walk to Times Square, Central Park, broadway shows, and all the restaurants and bars you can imagine.
- 2/5
Entering my rroom it was musty. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The stopper in the bath tub did not work, it had to be pried open with a kitchen knife. Wook up one morning with brown water coming from the faucet. Could not bathe properly. Heated a cup of water in the microwave to wash mybface. We spent $1800 for nights. This was highway robbery and shame on the owners for unleashing this travesty on the traveling public.

excellent vakue
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Great location to time square and Central Park. Room size great but needs some upgrades but overall a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Excellent staff all the way around
- 5/5
Overall friendly staff, nice and clean property.
- 3/5
Staff are nice. Hotel in great location l. Tiny kitchen but frig is larger that most in nyc hotels. Lighting is poor in the rooms, and rooms could use an update. Resort fee seems too high for what you get.
- 5/5
Very clean well appointed room. Courteous staff
- 3/5
Best thing about this property is the people who work there - they were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. It’s definitely clean but the fixtures are tired. Worst part is the elevators. Only 2 of 4 operating, long waits only to find they were packed by the time they got to you.
- 4/5
We had a nice comfortable stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay for our anniversary! The suite was incredible and the hotel was in a perfect location. Central Park a few blocks up, subway close but not too close and shopping every direction. Staff were friendly and we really appreciated Rachel who made our anniversary especially wonderful!
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient. First time in NYC that I could find street parking in front the hotel.
- 5/5
Great space. More like a small apartment than a hotel room. Great location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
- 4/5
This is the best location. A block from Central Park, close to EVERYTHING but not intensely in it. My second time to NYC and I would completely recommend this property. All about the location. I found the room a little older and less equipped than I am used to…I booked a one bedroom suite with kitchenette. It was ok but no wow factor in this regard. If you plan on sightseeing and don’t need a lot of fancy pants stuff at your hotel, this is the place to stay.
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay and were so grateful for the staff's generosity and guidance in understanding the area.
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 4/5
This hotel was nice , clean and convenient. Only issue was the coffee maker in the room.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable. Great personable staff.
- 5/5
Great deal on a great property. The room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet.
- 4/5
Great family accomodation for a week’s stay in NYC. Rooms were spacious and while a little dated - clean and tidy. Lifts were going through refurbishment which hopefully addresses delays. Regularly difficult to get hot water going in showers/bathrooms. Central location, walking distance to most and easily accessible to subways etc
- 5/5
I enjoy the stay with my family.
- 4/5
Wonderful hotel but showing its age a bit
- 4/5
The property was good. But basic things like free water should be provided for guest upon checking in.
- 4/5
We had a lovely stay but not one worthy of $650 a night. I do think prices were elevated due to UN week and the Jewish Holiday. We valeted the car for $35/24 hours- can’t beat that. The room was clean but buttons missing from the sofa, visible black mold in the bathroom, we had a missing remote and the tv reception was terrible. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a lot of hair and crumbs on the mattress cover. Not enough towels either. It was raining heavily and our room had a window AC unit. The sound of the rain hitting the unit was really loud and I couldn’t sleep. Gym was spacious and clean with updated equipment. We dined out. The area is bustling but upscale, not trash midtown. So much to do that is close by. Overall, 4 stars - not 5 and not worth the price.
- 5/5
Spacious suite in a great location near Central Park
- 5/5
The location was great for walking to Central Park. Easy access to Taxi when needed.
- 5/5
Our family had the perfect stay! The room was the perfect size for our family of four. Our two boys had their own bathroom and space and we had our own room with our own bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again!
- 4/5
The location is great, near the subway entrances. We were on the 2nd floor, without much a view. Still, the window panel looks like never been cleaned from the outside. It's covered with dried dust. The room looks dated, but it's spacious. We had a suite, and we liked the small kitchen counter with its own sink. The microwave oven and refrigerator are pluses. For a big hotel with many rooms, only two elevators are not adequate, although there's an additional one in the back hidden away. For the price we paid, I may want to try a more modern hotel next time.
- 3/5
Great location. But VERY outdated. Customer service was average. Cleaning staff was AMAZING!
- 4/5
Very spacious rooms for NYC. Love the lounge upstairs and the location is perfect. Furnishings could use an update but nice linens.
- 5/5
This is a very convenient area in Manhattan and great amenities. There are a bunch of dining options and walkable to central park. Staff was GREAT.
- 5/5
Great value for suites!
- 5/5
Huge room for NYC. Two bathrooms a real plus. Wonderful staff!
- 1/5
- 4/5
This location is half hotel and half Timeshare. You really don't notice.
- 5/5
This place was surprisingly great! First time to NYC and the staff made everything so easy and were over the top helpful. It's NYC so eveything is at your fingertips. My only complaint was that the AC/heating is run by a building wide system that can be only AC or only Heat. The system was in AC mode, so heat wasn't available to us and the room got a little chilly. We worked through it though.

Good area
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 3/5
Nice large rooms. Not that accommodating manager.
- 3/5
Need to have better elevator service that’s a major problem
- 5/5
Great service and location
- 1/5
Not usual or normal but they can do it so they do it . If you like being near the park and want to hand over 500 a night plus 300+ a night then it's probably a good place to stay, the staff was relaxed and friendly , but at that rate who wouldn't be relaxed and friendly lol , one week would cost 3,500 just for the security deposit which is 500 per night and 1,000 per night if you get a double room, and then with room cost it's around 5,600 for the week , if you stay for 30 days in a small room it would be 24,400 security plus 9,000 would be 33,400, basically one semester of a decent college or University to stay next to the Q train and a juice cafe , is it worth it? Mayybe lol
- 5/5
We loved our stay. The size of the rooms and amenities for the value was amazing.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of traffic for 2 elevators which meant long wait times. A frw people tried to take the stairs but the lobby door was locked so they ended up waiting on the elevator at the second floor. Overall, the staff and property were great just be prepared for a wait to ise the elevator.

Was terrible. I dont even have the words.. other than that we let after one night and paid for a completely different hotel. Nothing like the pictures and MANY nearby hotels were better for LESS MONEY? Very upset.
- 5/5
The elevators were down and you had to be creative in order to catch one. Everything else about this property is a 10. It was a wonderful stay and the staff were excellent.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
Waited 45 minutes for luggage to be delivered and had to wait 30 minutes for an available elevator
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
One negative - they should have self service laundry’s facilities for customers.
- 4/5
Room was clean but all covered by carpet which was not so good. Staff was friendly and helpfull.
- 5/5
Loved the amount of room and the two bathrooms and plenty of storage areas (huge plus for us). Great location as well. The family would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay at The Manhattan Club! The location is unbeatable, close to Central Park, Times Square, and great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious for NYC and well-appointed. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Spacious place well located, easy to move. This place is quited and safe.
- 5/5
Just an incredible stay. The room was huge and very well maintained. The hotel had a gym which was well maintained. Great location and very friendly staff
- 5/5
Cannot say enough about the staff in this hotel. They are the coolest and so incredibly responsive. They reminded me of the best of New York. Hard working, curious and kind. Just awesome stay.

It’s a great spot but the rooms and furnishings are getting a bit dated. Otherwise great.

The elevator is super slow!! Great location for "Masquerade"!!!!!
- 4/5
Downside was the waiting for the elevator, full all the time.
- 4/5
Clean the staff was good friendly

Great location and service. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great experience. Very professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable for the price. Excellent location to lots of tourist attractions.

Great location and a very nice hotel
- 5/5
We stayed with the entire family and we really liked this place.
- 5/5
Great staff and can’t beat the location!
- 5/5
A great place to stay. Very knowledgeable about the area. Quiet clean
- 5/5
This was the quietest hotel room I’ve ever had in a busy part of the city. The neighborhood was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. There were a few small details that could use repainting in the room but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Great place! Good value!
- 4/5
We loved the room size for being in the city! Hotel is older and needs updates, but clean and well kept. Staff very helpful and friendly, can't beat the location. Do not plan to get into your room before 3:30/4pm, early check-in is not likely.
- 3/5
The room had old carpet. It needed to be renovated. I stayed @ the Manhattan Club when the rooms were really very nice. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I liked there was a microwave, refrig, pull out sofa bed, 2 TV's and a nice lounge to get food. I also liked that there was a door between the master bed room and other room.
- 3/5
Great cleaning services.
- 5/5
This is our second time Thank you for everything
- 4/5
Great location and friendly staff. Would be awesome to have in room coffee / tea facilities that are easier to use and access to milk
- 5/5
I love the location, price… I would do some remodelling on the rooms. Staff is super nice. Eill keep staying… no rooms in nearby hotels with space for 4 persons and two bathrooms.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that there is no support bar for the bath tub. I’m a senior (81) and wanted to soak in the tub after a day of walking NYC, but did not because of this.
- 5/5
Everything rated above describes our stay . Thank you
- 4/5
Great stay. Only problem was elevators. 2 out of 4 were working. Waiting for elevator was painful. Otherwise - room, staff, bar were great.
- 4/5
This establishment was clean, staff was friendly, and it's located in a perfect spot
- 5/5
My stay was excellent. The staff is exceptional including James, Lizette and Joel, who all went out of their way during my stay to accommodate me.
- 4/5
furniture was a little dated but the bathroom was very nicely upgraded, bed very comfortable, room was quiet. The staff were very responsive and excellent if anything was needed in the room
- 5/5
Second time staying at the property and was again impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Room size is huge by Manhattan standards and location is perfect for what we wanted to do.
- 4/5
We had a nice visit for 1 day at this hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent location, at a walkable distance from many different interesting sites Very professional and friendly staff.
- 4/5
There are only 2 small sizes elevators to cover 23 floors. We were in the middle floors. The elevators are so busy at check out time that we had to wait for over 15 mins to get into one. The elevators going up were full and those coming down were fuller. I walked down the stairs twice from 16th floor to avoid wasting time.
- 3/5
Rooms too basic and elevator was slow
- 5/5
So easy to get around! Wish there was complimentary coffee in the morning!
- 5/5
Great!
